Hey! This is my very first fanfic and I thought of a fun idea: What if Dragon Ball and Fairy Tail coexisted not only in the same Universe but also on the same planet?

In this story, Fairy Tail characters will be introduced the way they are right before the 100 Year Quest events as Natsu and Happy are about to make an encounter which will change everything for them and eventually the Fairy Tail guild as well.

With that being said, my writing skills aren't the best but I'll do what I can to portray a fun story so let me know what I can improve!

Planet Earth. Age 762, 3rd of November. Gizard Wasteland.

Piccolo, Gohan, Krillin, Tien and Chiaotzu are watching nervously as Nappa, stepped up after the Saibamen had all been defeated with Yamcha unfortunately having been killed by a Saibaman detonating on him earlier. Meanwhile Vegeta stayed behind as he watched with a smirk.

Nappa grinned evilly as he was ready to face the Dragon Team's fighters all on his own with utmost confidence.

"Hehehehe! This won't take long."

Nappa declared as he got into position and was ready to power up in front of what he saw as nothing more than a bunch of weaklings.

"You're damn right. Show these fools what it means to be an elite fighter."

Vegeta said in a mocking tone as he knew that his bald companion was about to lay waste to those who dared to defy them.

However, everyone suddenly saw someone land on the ground with a thud as the Dragon Team as well as the two villains looked to see who just arrived. One of them is a lean,muscular young man of average height with a slightly tan skin tone, black eyes, spiky pink-colored hair as well as a jagged blemish on his right cheek. The man also sports a red tattooed mark of sorts just below his right shoulder. His outfit consists of a sleeveless, gold trimmed, black waistcoat, left open and untucked, exposing his bare chest, a gold trimmed, black cloth around his waist that reaches his knees, held by a leather brown belt with an oval-shaped silver buckle, white knee-length trousers with black ribbon ties, a thick black wristband on his left wrist, black open-toed sandals and a scale-patterned scarf made of some unknown material.

The other one, who is seen floating near the man's left shoulder is a white winged blue cat with a white stomach and rectangular body. He has a rectangular head, with pink ears, big black eyes with small, thin eyebrows, and light blue cheek marks near to his tiny whiskers (two on each side of his face). He also has a triangular nose that leads to semi-round upper lips on the sides. That cat also seems to be carrying a green backpack as well.

"So why did you want us to land here in the first place?"

The blue cat asked his pink haired companion as he looked rather confused by his decision.

"Why not? I saw that group of people in the distance in the middle of an empty wasteland and I'm curious to see why they're all gathered here in the first place."

The pink haired man said in a rather carefree tone as the blue cat simply sighed.

The Dragon Team members all look confused by the arrival of that strange young man and his talking cat who literally came out of nowhere.

"I'd imagine these two are part of your little gang as well?"

Piccolo said in a dismissive tone as he glanced at Krillin while Gohan looks worried by the arrival of these people whom he never met before.

"Uh no, I've never met them before and I'm pretty sure that Tien and Chiaotzu don't know them either."

Krillin said as he looks confused as well while Tien and Chiaotzu nodded to confirm what Krillin said as they look puzzled by the unknown newcomers.

"Perhaps Gohan does?"

Tien queried but Piccolo simply shook his head and said:

"The runt's been under my watch the entire time so I can guarantee you that he's never met these two strangers before"

Meanwhile they're not the only ones to be confused by the sudden entrance as Nappa looks frustrated and puzzled by the interruption while Vegeta looks over at the man and the cat with a quizzical expression on his face.

"This is quite unexpected. The Earthlings don't seem to know them so who are they?"

The Saiyan Prince said to himself out loud as none of this made any sense to him.

Nappa growls and turns to face the two intruders.

"You with the pink hair! Who the hell are you?!"

Nappa said in an aggressive and intimidating tone while Vegeta gave the duo an intimidating glare but the pink-haired man doesn't seem to be intimidated at all despite their obvious power. Nappa and Vegeta aren't quite sure what to make of these new and unexpected characters as it's unclear what their intentions are.

The pink-haired man turned to face them as he grinned and clapped his fists together before speaking.

"I'm Natsu Dragneel from Fairy Tail"

He then glanced at his cat companion "And this is my friend Happy from Fairy Tail as well" he finished with a grin and confident look.

"Aye!"

The blue cat now introduced as Happy exclaimed with joy.

Nappa glares at Natsu, clearly unimpressed with the strange man's introduction. Vegeta is silent, watching to see how Nappa will respond to this newcomer. Nappa then suddenly guffaws.

"Fairy Tail? What kind of stupid name is that?! Hahahaha! Do you hear that Vegeta?"

Nappa laughed at the two strangers whom he sees as nothing more but fools while Vegeta snickered as well.

Natsu however took offence at how Nappa insulted his guild as he looked quite angry

"Listen there bald man. I don't think you realise what you've done but that's my guild you've been insulting and I won't tolerate that!"

"Hah! And what are you going to do about it? Are you going to challenge me?!"

Nappa said while laughing wholeheartedly.

The pink-haired man, Natsu, snarls as he addresses Nappa. He seems to have no fear of the powerful Saiyan, and seems determined to challenge him.

"You're damn right I am. Let's see what you got, hotshot"

Natsu squares up as he's ready to show the bald Saiyan what Fairy Tail is made of as insulting his guild is not something he takes lightly.

"H... Hey! Who is this guy? Is he going to fight the Saiyans?"

Gohan said in a confused tone as things suddenly escalated out of nowhere.

Everyone is still confused by the unexpected arrival, and unsure if Natsu is friend or foe. Vegeta and Nappa both glare and smirk at Natsu, waiting for him to make the first move after his bold words.

Krillin looks at Gohan, and shrugs his shoulders. He is just as confused and unsure of who Natsu and Happy are, and wonders what their purpose is here.

"I don't know Gohan. But from the looks of it he seems to have some kind of beef with that Nappa guy"

Piccolo is silent, watching Natsu carefully, his eyes narrow as he analyses the two new figures in front of them. The man is unknown and possibly dangerous, and it is clear that Piccolo is cautious of the pink-haired fighter. The blue cat doesn't look very threatening but Piccolo knows better than to judge a book by its cover and decides to keep an eye on him as well.

"What about you Mr. Tien? You think this guy with the blue cat is on our side?"

Gohan asked as he looked at Tien.

Tien is still puzzled by the sudden arrival of Natsu, and his eyes narrow as he tries to understand why he has shown up here. Tien is an experienced fighter, and he knows that he needs to be prepared for anything. He looks with caution at Gohan, and says:

"I don't know, Gohan. This man seems strange, with his cat-like companion... He could be friendly, or he could be dangerous. It's hard to say. But for now I suggest we remain cautious"

Nappa turned towards Vegeta.

"Hey Vegeta! I'm about to show these Earthlings and this pink-haired runt what an elite Saiyan's power is like!"

Vegeta looks over at Nappa, and nods his head in approval, a proud smile on his face

"Go ahead, Nappa. Show these fools why we're elite Saiyans."

"Heh heh heh. You're all going to wish you're dead by the end of it especially you with the pink hair!"

Nappa said with a sinister grin as he is about to power up as Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, Gohan and Chiaotzu all got on guard as they're watching nervously while Natsu and Happy don't look particularly worried.

"Bring it on then. I'm all fired up and ready to go"

Natsu said with a confident grin.

"You fool! You have no idea what you're up against!"

Nappa exclaimed as the ground suddenly starts to tremble around him and debris starts to fly in the air.
