It has been 2 weeks since Hector since he survived the final death and he couldn't be happier. He'd been slowly been able to walk but still needing help getting up. On this day he was lying in bed reading book until he heard a faint knock on the door.

"Come in". He shouted

Imelda entered the room

"Oh Mi Amor what's wrong?" He asked

"I was wondering if you would come into the backyard I want to show you something ". She replied

So with that Hector followed Imelda out of the room. She held his hand so that he wouldn't fall down. They had gone through the back door. Outside was a picnic set up with beautiful fairy lights strung on the trees.

"What's all this?" He asked

"I thought it be nice to have a little break from me working and also I wanted to spend time with you". Imelda smiled

Hector smiled kissed his love on the cheek and sat down. She sat down and opened the Basket and started pulling out a lot of food.

"Mmhm this looks delicious ". Hector licked his lips reliazing how hungry he actually was.

"I am glad you like it". Imelda smiled

"I wanted to talk to you". Imelda asked

"What about?" Hector looked curious

"Let's start with…" Imelda scratched her skull

"Shantytown ". She finally decided

"What was It like?" she asked

"Well.. It was very friendly we had parties every night and they treated me like part of their family. Being forgotten you have to appreciate everything you got live your afterlife to fullest before you know ...Pass on". He saddened at the thought

"Lo siento Hector I didn't know. I mean I didn't want any of this to happen if I just.." she stopped when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"It's alright Mi Amor it's all the past I am here now and that's all that matters". He reassured

"Como how can you forgive me I let you be forgotten because of my anger?" Imelda yelled

"You had your reasons Imelda. I left you had a raise our daughter you were there former when I couldn't be and I will forever be grateful ". Hector thanked

" I should have known something was off from the very start. The Moment The letters stop coming I should have just listened to Coco". Imelda felt so stupid

"I am horrible wife I should have just heard you out". Imelda complains

Hectors head parked up at that, He put down the food and went over to Imelda and hugged her tight and didn't let go until she stopped mumbling.

"Que haces?" She asked

"If I hear those words ever slip or come out of you again I will not Hesitate to put you in cuddle mode". Hector states firmly

"You would not". Imelda argues laughing

"Try me". Hector argues back

"Ok ok fine you win But it is only because I love you". Imelda puts her hands up in surrender

Hector smirked knowing he did his job. Imelda laughed.

"Huh That never gets old". He smiled

"You know I still I have the letters Coco had written me. I kept them as a reminder ". Hector said

"Really?" Imelda looked surprised

"Si. I had them in my pocket when I died I still re-read them and it feels like she's with me every time ". Hector put a hand to his chest cavity

That made Imelda melt. She went close and hugged him tight.

"How did I deserve you Mi Músico?" Imelda asked

"I should be asking you the same question Mi vida". He smugly replies

"Why don't you play por favor". Imelda pled

Hector smiled. He came back with his guitar and started tuning it to get a soft sound.

"Any requests ?" He asked

"Hector I think you already know ". She smiled

"As you wish Mi Amor ". He replied

He smiled and started playing the first cords to La Llorona and Imelda starts to sing

"Ay de Mi Llorona ".

"Llorona de Azul celeste ".

"Ay de Mi Llorona ".

Llorona de Azul celeste ".

"Y aunque la vida me cueste Llorona".

"No dejaré de quererte ".

"No dejaré de quererte ".

As she continued singing Hector felt like the whole world was his just by hearing his wife sing. Those beautiful eyes and her smile.

He joined in:

"Me subí al pino más alto Llorona"

"A ver si ti de vastaba ".

"Me subí al pino más alto Llorona ".

As they continued singing the smile never erased from ethier of their faces. They were going to rebuild thier relationship back up.
