"Cat, my parents are coming upstairs! Hide!" Marinette hissed shoving Cat in the closet and closing the doors, just as her parents poked their heads in. It wasn't like her parents didn't know Cat, but after the Weredad incident, Marinette wanted to play it safe.

"Hey," she chirped. "We're off to the chocolate party. Be good, and don't let in any strangers," her mother said. "Make sure you check on the bakery before heading off to bed. We know how you can get distracted." "Yes, your Adrien posters will still be here waiting to be kissed when you get back."

A slight rustling sound came from the closet, and Marinette slowly kicked at the door. "Yes, Mom, Dad. I'll be good."

Marinette breathed a sigh of relief as the door clicked shut, and opened the closet door. "Its cozy in there," Cat trotted out. "If I ever go missing for a few days, check your closet first." "Cat, no one can nap that long. Not even you." "Ha! I'd like to see them try."

"Come on, you can help me make the potions for the power-ups. After all, we've only used a few of them."

Cat wandered over to Marinette's desk, which now looked like an evil genius's laboratory. "Of course, Princess! Anything for you!" "Hey, paws off the bottles until I get my apron on. The potions are sensitive, you know." "Bet you wish one of them was coffee," he sang. "I haven't had coffee yet," she sighed. "Now, give me two seconds, and we'll get started."

Now, Cat was a good Kitty most of the time, but today he was on Naughty Tail Mode, so of course he started mixing things.

"Okay-" Boom! Pow! Marinette coughed as smoke filled the room. "Cat! What part of "don't touch" don't you understand?! Cat?"

"Camembert?" "Cat?" Marinette gulped. Instead of her teenage partner, Cat now resembled a infant, that apparently had a taste for cheese. "Come on, quit playing!" "Camembert!" Cat shrieked. "Okay, but your in trouble, Kitty."

She scooped up her partner, and he immediately begin purring. "Tikki," Marinette hissed, "How do I get the potion to wear off?" "Maybe let's start with Camembert?"

"Marinette! Come for a coffee?" Leo, of Leo's Cheese Shop smiled. Marinette was a regular customer here, and Leo had the walls decorated for Halloween. "I'm going to need a large Camembert slice, and yes, I'll take a coffee." "Looks like you've brought one of your charges with you. What's his name?" "Er…." Marinette thought fast. "Hugo!" just as Cat yelled, "Cat!" "He loves dressing up as Cat Noir." Marinette glared at Cat. "Be good, or I will take out the vacuum!"

"What was that, Marinette?" Leo turned back. "Oh, nothing! He's just so cute!" "Your coffee's going to take a few minutes, but here's your cheese."

Thank goodness Leo had to go in the back for a moment, as Cat's green eyes lit up. "Cheese!" he devoured the cheese in three seconds flat, and with a green poof of smoke, Cat was back to normal! "What happened?" Cat asked. "And what's with the cheese, Princess?"

"Oh, nothing. Come on, I'll order you a coffee."

Instead of making potions when they got home, Cat and Marinette baked muffins instead. "Now, this is the kinda potion I like!" Marinette sighed, glad things were back to normal, at least her version of it!
