Two Years after the events of Zootopia.
Nick and Judy are at home, after a long day.
Judy: Hon, what are you doing?
Nick: I'm seeing an offer for shells at General Drake's Shellporium.
Judy: What do we or the ZPD need for these shells?
Nick: EVs are becoming more popular, and crooks are starting to become craftier. If a crook like Weaselton for instance tries to run after us, we can use these magic shells to catch them. T Shells can distract the opponent, but not catch them. R Shells can let the crook know that we're. catching to us, and B Shells can stop the opponent.
Judy: Wait, what is General Drake's Shellporium?
Nick: Drake is my grandfather's middle name. My father who retired from crime now owns the company.
Judy: Wait, the count? Count Reynard, your FATHER?
Nick: He changed his ways, and he has a shell. My grandfather is a turtle-fox hybrid.
Judy: Are you going to buy the shells or not?
Nick: Yeah.
(Nick taps the offer, and checks out in his cart)

Chief Bogo: Look, Bellwether is wearing a spiked cerulean shell with wings that is causing a ruckus at about every district. Half of you, find some witnesses and ask if they know anything about Bellwether or the current ruckus. The other half, use or wear the shells Nick bought for us to chase down Bellwether. Clawhauser will give you the information needed.
DO YOU GET IT?!
Everyone: Yes.
(Everyone rushes out of the ZPD to do a massive mammal hunt on Bellwether)
This is also an AU, where everyone and everything in the Disneyverse is made of crafting materials. Most characters will have white outlines.
As some mammals chase the flying blue shell, others stop Bellwether's hench rams also wearing shells.
Jimmy and his friend Carla (2/3 characters from Born to be Wilde) are chasing up in the sky to have a great time finding Bellwether. How? Jimmy has wings and is wearing a B Shell while carrying his friend Carla on foot. Carla is in her spiked ball form.
Jimmy: Now where could Bellwether be? (scopes around environment)
Carla: Dude, she's right down there.
Jimmy: Remember the plan?
Carla: Yes, you drop me wearing a parachute to corner Bellwether. I targetspin into her head thrice making her dizzy and you fly into her.
Jimmy: All right, now prepare to release the parachute!
(Jimmy releases a spike ball Carla wearing a parachute)
Carla (on the ground): Bellwether, wanna suffer a concussion?
Bellwether: Try.
(Carla targetspins Bellwether's head making the latter dizzy)
Carla (via walkie-talkie): Jimmy, now.
Jimmy: YOU CAN'T ESCAPE ME, BELLWETHER.
BLUE SHELL!
(Jimmy shell slams into Bellwether crashing her into the wall)
Bellwether: Even though you had ruined my shell, I can at least fly.
(Bellwether flies, but to do more damage)
Jimmy: High Five! (Jimmy and Carla high-five)
(At Zootopia City Hall)
Police cars rush down to the City Hall, attempting to trap Bellwether. Little did they know, Bellwether has a can of beef. She ate it, healing her. (yes, there are nonsapient animals in Zootopia)
Bellwether stormed into the inside of City Hall, where she was thinking about her worst plan yet... kill Mayor Lionheart.
Chief Bogo (who's inside the building) Stop in the name of the law, you don't know what you're doing!
Bellwether: I know what I'm doing all right. (gets into the Mayor's office, shell slams into Lionheart breaking 180 bones of his body.)
Bellwether (comes out) Wanna know what I did to him? (tosses Lionheart's body, breaking 26 more bones)
Nick: Oh My God, what the hell were you thinking Bellwether!
Bellwether: He mistreated me, so I did the same to him.
Judy: You shouldn't have to murder him!
Jimmy: I'm gonna call 911.
(Jimmy calls 911)
ZMD Call Agent: Thanks for calling the ZMD, how can I help you?
Jimmy: Hi, I have a lion whose all 206 bones in his body are broken, he's the mayor.
ZMD Call Agent: JESUS CHRIST, ALL OF HIS BONES?!
Jimmy: Yes, I don't think he's gonna last long
(Carla hands him a note)
Note: Lionheart is dead, because of massive blood loss, he's a donor
Jimmy: He's dead, can you do an autopsy, and donate his organs?
ZMD Agent: Yes, we can do autopsies.
Jimmy: All right, I've gotta get back on duty, so bye!
ZMD Agent: (hangs up) Jesus Christ, the mayor is dead.
Nick: Who will be the new mayor then?
(Ricki comes out)
Ricki: When Bellwether was jailed, Lionheart wanted a new assistant. He chose me. So, the Zootopia rule says that when the Mayor is dead, jailed, etc. the assistant can take over, so that gives me the right to rule over Zootopia.
Chief Bogo: Are you a sir or ma'm?
Ricki: Ma'm.
Chief Bogo: We may need to host a funeral for Lionheart now he's dead. It's a state one.
Ricki: I will accept that, and Jimmy Frost and Carla Hyenandez will planning the funeral.
