I've collected many of these odd creatures. I've found another Pikmin in the freezer. A white one with red eyes. She had hid underneath a mint ice cream scoop, so I'm naming her Minty. From what I learned, white Pikmin are resistant to poison. I also have other Pikmin. One is much bigger than the other Pikmin. A purple Pikmin is very strong and can lift heavy objects more than other Pikmin. And the winged Pikmin are pink and fly around my camp.
I have about 39 Pikmin in total, each one heading out to do their duty. The blue Pikmin are able to swim through water, the yellow Pikmin are resistant to electricity, and the red Pikmin...I don't really know. All they do is carry stuff around, which is fine for me. I'm getting used to having an army protecting me and accompanying me throughout my travels.
I do miss seeing other human beings though. Despite not being alone, I miss my comrades and close allies.

Good news! I was checking on my seedlings when a winged pikmin flew into my camp, holding a scroll. Apparently, one of my comrades, Winter, managed to get in touch with me and sent a postcard. He's safe, and has gained a lot of other pikmins of his own. So I sent Sayaka, a blue pikmin, to reply to him while me and my Pikmin prepare to leave our temporary camp. I hope we meet Winter again soon...

My Pikmin protect me from various monsters. With their synchronization and grouping, they overtake the dangers ahead. Despite being a huge group, each Pikmin has a unique personality. Sundae is a peppy and cute character while Minty is meek and sweet. The other Pikmin also have their own personalities. I wonder what will happen next?
