*Disclaimer.* Unlike the Sophie Batwoman series, this series is meant strictly for people that enjoyed Batwoman season 1. I'm trying to be in the mind space of that show and what a possible season 2 (and maybe more) would've looked like from views from fans and one reader who gave suggestions. If you dislike the show, you'll dislike this. I'm not "fixing" the show here, just continuing it. Hope the fans enjoy this.

I also felt it was essential to state/remind that Batwoman season 1 wasn't complete sadly. So writing for "season 2" is kinda interesting as season 1's story was not finished.

I'm a lesbian btw (:

Kate Kane, the one true Batwoman, rode her motorcycle down the streets of Gotham city. It was a typical day in the city. She was searching for leads on Alice's location. Finding her was the top priority, as to bring her sister to justice and hopefully give her the help she needs was most important.

Alice, Beth, is on the loose, and I've got no clue where she is. My sister means the world to me, my family. Dad has turned his back on Batwoman, and now I'm unsure if I'll tell him the truth. Not being able to say to him hurts like a ton of bricks falling on me. I've dreamed of telling him I'm Batwoman and saving Beth, putting my family back together and saving Gotham. Now I'm not sure if I can. This city has seen me as a hero, I have to work even harder now to keep that up. They love me, but Crows don't. Now I'm on the edge of war, with my own father of all people. Feel like my plate is only going to get wholly from here. Wonder what else might be on the horizon for me. Kate wondered inside of her mind. While she did and drove around Gotham on her search, something of note was happening unknown to her. She'd soon learn what as Luke began speaking from the coms.

"Hey, Kate. You need to get back here. It's important. We seem to have a visitor." Luke began explaining with mixed emotions from his mouth.

"On my way," Kate replied, zooming back, putting her search and feeling on hold like the hero she is. "So, what kind of visitor are we talking?" She asked.

"Bruce, like the Bruce is here. I think. He seems like Bruce has that permanent frown on his face." Luke explained.

"Huh, wonder why he's here." She questioned aloud.

"That's what you wonder?" Luke asked.

"And what are your thoughts?"

"Oh, you know, hey Bruce, where the heck have you been for the past, what 4? 5 years? Gotham's been going crazy. Without Kate, we'd been screwed! You better have one heck of an explanation! The first thing that came to mind. I'm waiting for you to get here before I go see him." Luke replied

"I would recommend not saying that to him. Especially if he's not in a great mood. Which I doubt he'd ever be in." Kate remarked sarcastically, zooming towards Wayne Tower, not knowing what was in store.

A short time later, she reached the Batcave and changed back into her regular clothing. Then began speaking to Luke, who was staring at Bruce checking around the tower.

"Why hasn't he come into the cave?" She asked, wondering. "He knows where the cave is, right?"

Luke nodded. "Yeah. Could he have amnesia? Or something." He suggested.

"Maybe. I'm going to go ask him." Kate said, preparing to head upstairs.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Luke asked, chasing after her.

"Yeah, I think I can handle him, and if it's an imposter, then I'd easily be able to kick their ass," Kate replied, heading upstairs. Once up, Bruce or whoever wasn't too far away from the Batcave entrance. She approached them.

Kate looked over at the man. "Bruce?" She asked.

"Yes, that's me, Bruce Wayne. I think it is. Kind of got knocked on the head a while back, been trying to put together the pieces of my past ever since that day when every it was." He explained.

"Would you mind if I pull your face?" She asked.

He looked confused, and before he could respond, she did it anyways, not wanting to play games. It stayed put.

"Congratulations. You are Bruce Wayne." She said sarcastically.

"That's great. I'm sorry, I don't remember who you are still." He then said, rubbing his head.

"Maybe showing you the Cave would jock your memory. I'm positive it'll kick your memories back into drive." She suggested.

He nodded and followed her. "Cave? Like a man cave?

"No," Kate replied, rolling her eyes at his dumb comment.

"Why do I have a cave?"

"You'll see."

"And. How rich am I?"

"You've got no idea," Kate said, smirking, opening the Cave up.

"Holy!" He exclaimed, surprised. "It's come back to me a little."

"Hop on board, I like this part," Kate said.

He did and was shocked once lowing into the Batcave. The bats did not greet him at all.

"Weird the bats didn't say hello. Always do for new people entering the Cave, I'd think the same for you." Kate remarked.

The man shrugged. "It's starting to come back to me. I'm Batman. I was the hero of Gotham." He said profoundly.

"Could be argued," Kate replied.

He didn't seem to care.

Luke came over to see Bruce with a shocked face. "You let him in here? Do you know it's really him?"

"I tried pulling his face off. Nothing. You don't know of any shapeshifters, right?"

Luke walked up to him, looking at him closer. "Dead match. It must be really you! Just with memory being gone!" He exclaimed.

"Good to know, could you do tests or something?" Kate suggested.

Bruce looked around the move and saw the bat-suit and put his hand nearby it. This shockingly opened up another case, one with another bat-suit. "Guess I made a spare." He said, looking at it.

"You hid that well. At least I don't have to feel bad about taking your suit. Though I really don't, I've done a lot good as Batwoman." Kate said proudly.

Bruce didn't respond.

Beeping then came from the bat computer as Luke noticed an alert sent out. "A riot is breaking out in the Diamond Distract Crows are on route." He explained.

"I've got to get out there." She started getting ready to suit up.

"They've got to shoot to kill orders!"

"And I'm bulletproof, besides they'd have to be out of their minds to worry about me. You just worry about Bruce." She replied, getting ready to take off.

A short time later, she did precisely that, once more, riding down Gotham's streets. She knew getting Julia up to speed would be a good idea. Would have to do the same for Mary once whatever was going down was handled.

"Kate? Don't tell me your coming down here. Crows are out in full force, not sure what the bloody hell caused this mess."

"Is it Alice?" She asked, hoping it wasn't the Wonderland gang.

"Doesn't seem like it, a bunch of creepy blokes wearing plain white masks causing a regular old mess. And a couple of fires."

Kate got off her bike and headed up high. "What am I able to do here?" She asked.

"You're here, aren't you?"

"You know I am. Looks like we've got a couple of jerks over here, hurting people." She said, landing on the ground, quickly knocking the two out. "Get inside!" She told the people helping one of them up.

"Thank you, Batwoman! You're a true hero!" One of them said, listening and running inside.

Kate smiled and continued trying to help out, only to get stopped by a Crow.

"Hold it! Hands up!" They shouted at the top of their lungs.

Batwoman looked at them, annoyed and ignored them, moving her attention to yet another rioter wearing one of those masks destroying public property. She tapped them on the shoulder and clocked them across the face, knocking them to the ground. More Crows approached, aiming at her.

"What are you doing!?" She asked, aggravated, looking behind them, seeing more people wrecking stuff. At least half of the Crows in the nearby area were focused on her, while a minimal amount of them dealt with the real crimes being committed all around them. A dumb sight, to say the least.

"You're under arrest!" Another shouted, pulling out cuffs.

She scoffed. "Yes, bring me in while people are rioting all around you. I just saved people, and you all think I'm the baddie here?" Kate noticed that a couple of people we're recording what was happening.

"You come in peace, and we can fix this." One offered.

Kate looked at them all bewildered, "Another option. How about I walk away, and together as a group, we stop the violence? You know, safe lives, keep the people safe instead of letting I'm betting a bunch of pissed off guys making a complete muck of Gotham and giving people a bad rap? Doesn't that sound better?" She suggested raising her voice. A couple of Crows lowered their weapons. Then a couple more responded by shooting at her. All the shots bounced off her, nearly hitting the other Crows as they were in such close proximity. Batwoman walked away from them, as they realized they were wasting time and looking like fools in front of the whole city, noticing people recording them.

Batwoman fought with a few creeps wearing the masks as they saw her and charged. Beating them was easy. A couple well-placed hits and kicks were all it took to bring down those cowards. A couple Crows dumbly decided to sneak up on her intending to attack. Kate spun around, knocking down the ones who tried an attack down quickly. Then heard a van speeding towards them all. She hopped out of the way, nearly getting hit. One of the Crows did, and more people in white masks holding blunt objects came out of it. Batwoman tossed smoke at them all and quickly beat them all down as more Crows reinforcements began firing wildly. It wasn't clear who they were shooting at, but Kate could tell this was a complete mess and made her escape.

Once away and back up top, Kate looked down and could see the riot had dwindled out a bit, so she headed back to her bike.

On the ground, Sophie and Julia looked away, seeing everything was getting back to normal with a mess left behind. Then a bunch of police came over to see them as they appeared to be in charge of commanding Crows in the area. The one in front of the police was a woman who looked like she meant business.

"Excuse me, where is the commander?" The woman asked abrasively.

Sophie looked confused, not knowing who this was. "He's attending an important business back at HQ, wish I could tell you what he was doing, but I've got no clue. Sorry, who are you?" She then asked.

She looked at Sophie. "GCPD Commissioner Renee Montoya. Glad to meet you. I'm replacing the previous one on recommendation from my mentor. Don't even know how it took so long to get this position, but I digress. You're the second in command, right? Montoya asked.

Sophie nodded. "Sure. Yes, I am."

"Could I ask why the devil your people were shooting so blindly? And at Batwoman too boot, while my cops helped stop a couple nut cases beating on poor people?" She asked, unimpressed.

Sophie didn't have an immediate answer. "C-Commander Kane put out orders to hunt Batwoman. I personally disagree with that, so take that up with him if you have an issue." She explained.

"Doesn't make up for why your people were causing one heck of a mess. A couple of my people said Batwoman did more than most, if not all, of The Crows." Montoya said, judgmentally.

Sophie wasn't sure how to respond. "No comment. I'm sorry, I really have to go, Commissioner. I'll tell the commander of what happened here." She said, then began walking away.

"Don't worry, I'll be personally telling him, Agent Moore." Renee Montoya prepared to leave and saw Batwoman gliding across the buildings and smiled slightly.

Luke sat down with Bruce and was speaking with him as Mary showed up in the Cave unexpectedly. She had a loud reaction to seeing Wayne.

"Oh. My God! Billionaire Bruce Wayne? Batman?" Mary exclaimed upon seeing him.

They looked over at her, and he was quite bewildered by her presence.

"Yep, it's him. He's got amnesia somehow, so trying to help get his memories back. Should have said something earlier on second thought." Luke replied.

"I've never dealt with any amnesia patients. I'd guess one day he'll just remember stuff little by little from my limited medical understanding. Or all at once. Depends on the factors and variables that nobody can think of. Or like maybe he'll never remember again, nobody knows." Mary explained, calming from her excitement. "Does Kate know he's here?"

"Yes, she just had to go out. You know, Batwoman business. All dangerous." Luke replied.

"Feel like more memories might be returning." Bruce began saying, walking over to them.

"What kinds?" Luke asked.

"Mr. Fox, your father. Told me something important, a book or journals. Do you have any of those by chance?" He asked.

Luke nodded slightly. "I do, but not sure how they'll help. It'll just be a bunch of words that have no meaning, right?"

"Could jog the brain," Bruce suggested shrugging.

"Okay, I'll get some. Mary, could you help?" He asked, glancing over at her.

She nodded cheerfully and followed.

"Does he seem all there?" Luke asked whispering.

"From the sounds of it, I don't know what all there and Bruce Wayne even connects," Mary remarked jokingly silently back.

Once gone, Bruce Wayne looked around the Cave giving a sinister smile looking at the spare Bat-suit.

Elsewhere, Alice had left Gotham City for the time being going on a grand search for Kryptonite. The only thing that could penetrate the batsuit, an insurance policy. She had sent her new minion to retrieve it from her dear sister, but she didn't have much confidence in his ability to get it.

Fortunately, her travels were not for long, as Metropolis happened to be right near Gotham City for so it was hardly like leaving home. However, just the fibres felt in that city were different and alien for the lack of better words. Seemed like a whole distant planet by how much life it had, compared to Gotham.

She approached a couple of shady looking people. "You two wouldn't happen to know where an upstanding woman like myself could find Kryptonite? Do you?" She asked politely.

"Are you lost fin-" One of them began saying until Alice knew where the man was going with his statement and promptly shoved her knife in his particular spot.

"You crazy b-"

Alice cut the other man's throat, who was about to say something worse.

"Curious, a nice city on the outside, but on the inside. Just as rotten as Gotham is. Now, Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?" Alice asked, leaning down to the alive man groaning in pain.

"Ron-Ronald Richmond, He's got the Kryptonite for sure!" He exclaimed while trying to ignore the pain.

"Is that a fact?"

"Yes. One of the best in the city!"

Alice stood up, pleased. "Thank you ever, kindest sir, allow me to give you a reward of the highest proportions." She said, preparing to finish him off.

Kate returned to the Batcave, finding Bruce reading, Luke and Mary were elsewhere talking out of ear range from him. She approached them, ignoring Wayne.

"Why are we whispering?" She asked silently.

"We're thinking about him," Luke explained.

"Don't think he's the real deal?" Kate asked. "Quite frankly, something does seem a little weird about him. I suggested we take him out on the portal tomorrow. In the meantime, Luke put on some security to the suit in case he goes rogue or something goes wrong. It's bulletproof, too, right?"

He nodded. "Same model as your suit."

"Good. Then it's settled. By the way, did you hear either of you know what was up with those masked creeps? I'm going to be pissed if we've got some evil death cult running around Gotham, I've got too many problems as it is." Kate remarked.

"My money is on a cult, a fashion disaster kind! Who'd want to join any group with those masks? Not to mention, all their members just looked cheap. Like a bunch of middle-aged guys. Yuck. Luke dresses better than they put together!" Mary exclaimed, shaking her head.

"Thank you for the compliment?" Luke asked.

"Your welcome."

Kate walked over to Bruce. "I'm heading out. Luke can set you up with a bed or something."

"It's fine, I'm even content just sleeping in that chair upstairs. Amazing view, fit for Bruce Wayne." He declared.

Kate gave a smug look. "Sorry, it's my office now. I'm doing a heck of a better job running your company than you ever did and giving more back to Gotham's hard-working people."

"Fair enough." He replied.

Kate smirked and left for the night.

Once she left, Wayne looked at a phone he had concealed in his pocket.

Over the radios of Gotham, as per naturally, Vesper Fairchild had thoughts about what went down with Batwoman.

"Batwoman tries stopping rioters attacking the city over assumedly over there not getting their way and hating all the changes. All the while, Crows try putting bullets in Batwoman instead of the wackjobs. Another prime example of Crows treating innocent people as their prey for dinner! New police Commissioner Renee Montoya already had my support. Now it's doubled, getting the police to actually do their jobs! Hint hint, Crows, time to learn an important lesson!"

Jacob Kane wasn't impressed upon hearing this and stomped out of his office, getting everyone together to speak his own for his people. Sophie and Julia were a part of the Crows listening in to what would be said.

"Our own city is turning against us! Batwoman is making us look like fools, now even the GCPD are. We got brought in to bring order to a city that was falling apart from freaks and criminals that treated it as a playground! As a unit, we saved Gotham and now, somehow, under our watchful eyes, it's starting to burn again! Things need to start making sense around here. I won't tolerate us getting upstaged, we need to improve right now, or jobs are going to be at risk. I've hired the best of the best, so I thought. Prove me right, or leave now! From this point forward, I'm expecting everyone to show their worth and bring Batwoman's head! I won't allow her to run around this city anymore! Bring her in no matter what!" Jacob shouted and stomped back up the stairs, upset.

Julia gleaned at Sophie. "That went well, didn't it, Luv?" She joked.

"The commander won't see reason," Sophie replied, shaking her head.

"He's jealous of Batwoman's competence," Julia remarked.

"Perhaps, have you heard anything about that woman watching us?"

Julia shook her head. "Not a peep, hope she's got cold feet. Came to her senses to piss off, maybe."

Sophie looked at her, concerned. "Did you hurt her or something? I know you have a violent past, Julia. Please don't do anything crazy."

"I'm not. Don't worry."

Sophie nodded, having to trust this was true.

Kate Kane returned to the Batcave finding Wayne wide awake, looking around while Luke was passed out in his chair snoring. She snuck up on him and patted his head. This made him spring up.

"Wat! Who! What! Where!" He shouted and panicked, nearly falling over.

Just me, don't freak out too much! Wouldn't want you to fall over." She chuckled.

"I wasn't scared. Just wasn't expecting that in the slightest. Doesn't mean I got scared." Luke said, trying to sound gruff.

"Right," Kate smirked. "You really should get a bedroom down here if you spend so much time here."

"I've thought about it, but not really intending to live here," Luke replied.

Kate shook her head. "You already practically do. Not healthy, you know, and bad for your back. Going to have to send you to the spa or something one day. Mary understands that crap better." Kate said, shivering at the idea of a spa day.

"Right, I guess I'll um, have to go out sometime with Mary to do that. I mean not out, just like between friends. Which is all we are." Luke said awkwardly.

Kate nodded and walked away, approaching Bruce. "Any new memories?" She asked, seeing he was interested in the journals.

"Yes, actually, I remember a few of my nights as Batman. Fighting that Riddler person, solving his crimes and catching him. Mainly he is the ones I recall during that period." Bruce said, rubbing his head.

"Do you remember killing a crazed clown?" She asked.

"What? Are you saying I killed the Joker?" He asked, shocked upon hearing this.

"So, Luke told me. Why he's not in Arkham." Kate replied.

"And you still think I'm worthy of putting that suit on?" He asked.

She nodded. "I killed the man who ruined my life by accident. Still, we're even, and I think it'll help you out of this rut. Could even bring back lost memories. Sounds to me like it'll be worth it. So, does Batman want to return?" She asked, smirking, already knowing his answer.

Elsewhere, back in Metropolis. Alice uncovered the location of the man who held the desired object. Finding his secret base of operations was quite simple after asking a couple more questions. Once inside, it was clear it wasn't open or expecting visitors.

"Hello, hello!" Alice exclaimed cheerfully and confidently.

A few goons came towards her, pointing their guns.

"What are you?" One of them asked.

"My name is Alice, I'm sure you've heard of me. One of the most devious villains to ever walk the world!"

One laughed.

"Quite rude of you." She remarked and reached into her coat, revealing bombs.

"You're insane! Freak!' The same man exclaimed, terrified.

"Thank you for the compliments. Now, wherever is your boss? I'm looking to receive some Kryptonite, please and thanks."

Another man walked forwards into the light. "Assume you're looking for me?" A man wearing a suit said.

"Yes, I was thank you. Call off your friends here." Alice commanded.

"Why would I do that exactly?" He asked, looking at her bewildered.

She smirked. "Well, for starters, bombs. Second I'm planning on causing a great deal of damage with that Kryptonite. How could you pass that up?"

"Perhaps I'm more reasonable then a psychopath from Gotham City." He replied coldly.

"Not a fan of the tone, curious as what might make you budge from your position."

"Kill Superman or any Super, and I'll give it gladly."

Alice rolled her eyes. "I'm in the bat extermination business, I'm afraid to say. Not planning on going up against an invincible alien. Kryptonite is the only thing that will penetrate her suit, kill her. She'd never see it coming. And besides, at this point, either you give me some. Or we all go boom. Your choice."

"Get some out of the box." He said, turning to one of his people.

"Great choice!" Alice said happily.

The man gave her a bag full, a decent amount that could do damage to Batwoman.

"We done?" The head man asked.

"Oh, why yes! Thank you truly for all the great gifts!" Alice declared, reaching into her coat, pulling out a smoke bomb-making her escape with her newly acquired Kryptonite.

Kate and Bruce left the Cave heading out onto the streets of Gotham. She was moving around as the pro she was, while Wayne could hardly do anything expected from a Batman.

"Lose your touch?" She asked, glancing over at him breathing heavily.

"No. Just surprised is all." He replied, trying to lie.

"Right. You know, I was quite the expert once I started out. Maybe I'm just a fast learner. Shouldn't have immediately expected you to keep up." Kate replied.

He shook his head. "I'll figure this out. Again. Crime-fighting isn't that hard. How hard could it be? Just punch someone until they stop moving. Or better yet-" He stopped speaking for a moment.

"Are you going to finish your thought?" Kate asked.

"No. Come on, I wanna beat the crap of some thug or whatever it is you do. We do, I mean. Were both heroes or vignettes."

"Hero. I do more than beat the snot out of bad guys. I've saved many lives over my time as Batwoman. So many people have been in danger, and I put my neck on the line for them and saved their lives. Never ask for thanks, though it would be appreciated, you know?" Kate said, waving her hand in the air.

Luke started speaking over coms. "We've got more problems, same area and same situation, a bunch of nuts wrecking the streets, 3 buildings on fire, people need help, it's a low-income area for goodness shake." He finished saying, disappointed.

"Are you ready to say the day?" She asked, turning to Wayne.

"Yes, of course." He replied.

They then went off, heading to the second riot.

At said riot, poor and innocent people, prominently people of colour, were attacked by the lunatics running around with blunt weapons. Police led by Renee Montoya fought them over while wearing riot gear helping all the people in the crossfire to safety and doing all they could to keep people safe.

Montoya used a speakerphone and began yelling. "Disperse now! Anyone caught assaulting people will be getting long sentences! I won't tolerate this anymore!" She expressed.

One of the riots tossed a molotov at her, but Batwoman was able to hit it from mid-air, disarming it with a Batarang. She then landed on the man who threw it at Montoya, kicking him in the face.

The riot police moved in to clash with the rioters, while Renee moved towards Batwoman.

"Thanks for the save," Renee said softly, looking into Batwoman's eyes.

"It's what I do. Thanks for being one of the good cops. My understanding is quite rare around this city." She said in a cheerful tone to her, feeling something endearing about the woman.

"I'm flattered. Nice to get recognition for doing your best sometimes. Been a good cop since day one, never took a bribe or looked the other way. Why I took so long getting this position, the genuine hard workers are not rewarded around these parts. Sorry, I shouldn't be wasting your time." She said, feeling a little embarrassed.

Kate smiled. "It's fine, but-" She punched someone creeping upon them. "I guess we're in the middle of a riot."

Renee nodded and punched someone sneaking up on Batwoman. "Now we're even."

Close by, Wayne moved into view of people on the ground. They were shocked beyond belief upon seeing The Batman. People couldn't believe their eyes after nearly five years since the last appearance of the man. Some cheered, and others hid back inside, not wanting to cross that man. His legends and stories about him spoke volumes for Gotham's people that lived through what some considered his terrorizing of Gotham city, and others thought he was a misunderstood hero who tried his best. One thing was for sure, something just seemed plain different about the guy.

He moved in and violently beat up a few masked people coming towards him. With that, a Crow saw Batman and immediately radioed in a complete panic.

"Batman is back in play! I repeat, Batman has returned! All units to my location!" He shouted into the radio and ran off after the bat saw him do this.

Then for unknown reasons, Batman began checking the knockout thug's pockets, searching intently for something.

Elsewhere mostly all of the Crows showed up with Jacob, Sophie and Julia too. Unfortunately, someone wasn't happy to see them opening fire on the approaching vehicles. Commander Kane himself in the front SUV got out and gunned down the shooter wearing one of the white masks.

"Attention. We've got active shooters, be on the highest alert and bring me those bats! Dead or alive, I want them dealt with! This is war!" He shouted into the radio, frustrated by the prospect of another bat person on the scene, having Batwoman been enough for his liking.

Behind him were Julia and Sophie hearing the updates in a truck full of there people.

"Can't believe we've got another bat on the loose. Got enough to deal with hunting Batwoman." One of the Crows remarked.

"Forget Batwoman and Batman. We've got rioters back at it again, and now at least one had a gun primed to shoot. This is serious business, and we can't focus on vigilantes trying to help us during this crisis. Focus on what matters!" Sophie exclaimed to all the Crows in the truck, knowing full well Jacob wouldn't be happy upon hearing this.

"Bold, move, Sophie," Julia whispered.

"I learned from somewhere," Sophie replied.

All the Crows got out and began mobilizing on the rioters, noticing now a few symbols were placed up via spray cans, ones of anarchy making it clear what these people were up to. The question still was, why?

Batwoman walked down the ruined street with Renee Montoya. Together, along with a few riot police, they primarily helped out civilians caught in the mess and who got windows smashed or bricks thrown inside their homes. With their help, people offering support like EMT and Firefighters could get into the area without being assaulted.

"We make a good team. It would be great having you on the force." Renee Remarked cheerfully.

"Thanks, I think I'll stay freelance, like the hours," Kate replied sarcastically.

As they continued to help, Batman stepped back into the fold. Crows were getting close, and it seemed like most, if not all, of the Anarchists, were taken care of. Then out of nowhere, Batman revealed a gun in one hand and a Molotov, on the other hand, tossing it towards the Crows. Setting at least one on fire with minor burns.

Batwoman and Montoya looked over, horrified, seeing this action.

"What the hell? I thought he was one of the good ones?" She asked, confused deeply.

Kate didn't even respond, just rushing towards him. "Batman!" She cried out. He ignored her.

Wayne proceeded to get fired at by the Crows, with no effect as his Batsuit was bulletproof as well. He then began speaking once one of the anarchists put a camera on him. "Today, everything changes. Crows don't represent order. They show off oppression! Gotham, you've been tricked! Don't let these people control you any longer." In a total shock, he took off his mask. "I. Am Bruce Wayne. The Batman. I'm no phony. I've returned to Gotham to once again save my city from all those corrupted people, men that control every part of your life. It's time to burn down the system, give into anarchy. I know only now that killing the corrupted is the way. I killed the Joker and left from shame. Now I'm back, a new man. Clear of what how to save Gotham." He put back on his mask once more Crows fired at him. Then noticed Batwoman getting closer and pressed a button that stopped her in place. "It's time for freedom. And that will begin once the Crows die!" He shouted, firing at the Crows, hitting multiple of them. More of the anarchists showed up with guns and began shooting at the Crows and cops. They all had to retreat as from their point of view, Batwoman stood by and did nothing to stop what was unfolding, letting a few of them get killed.

"You're not Batman!" She cried.

He approached her. "I think someone is in denial about who I really am. I'm saving Gotham. And look at me, I'm Bruce Wayne. Even got my own small army." He said proudly.

"No. I see you now. Your Tommy Elliot!" She exclaimed.

"Bingo Candy Cane." He whispered.

"You're done as soon as I get out of this! Can't believe I fell for your tricks!" She yelled at him.

He smirked. "Don't worry, I'll let you free once I make my escape. After all, Alice would kill me if I ruined all of her plans for you." Tommy said, backing up and leaving with a few of the anarchists.

Once he left, Crows and police moved in looking unimpressed, firing on Batwoman. She could now move and swiftly made her escape.

Kane and Montoya moved to where their people were either hurt or killed.

"Still think she's a hero, Commissioner," Jacob said coldly.

"Something wasn't right. I know it." She muttered, knowing something else must have been going on. Why else would Batwoman have helped all these people? Done all that she did for this city? Same with Batman. Information was missing, info Jacob Kane wouldn't be caring to see as he already had a deep blind hate for the woman.

Renee and Jacob kneeled by the bodies of the fallen, both making different conclusions of how to proceed next.

Meanwhile, watching all of this go down was a woman in her earlier 20's, in complete disbelief of what she witnessed. This woman knew a lot more than most about Batwoman. She was a huge fan/supporter. At this moment, she made a vow to find out the truth behind what happened and finally use the knowledge she acquired almost a year ago. The real identity of Batwoman. It seemed like she'd need more help than ever, and she felt like it was time to prove herself to her great hero, both Batwoman and Kate Kane.

Welcome to a new series! This was requested by "Guest." They seemed passionate about wanting this, and when suggestions were given, I couldn't help but start thinking about this. I never planned on doing it, but I've warmed up to it. I'll be trying my hardest to keep the tone of Batwoman. I'm rewatching many parts to get the vibe down. I hope that I'll make fans disappointed by the recast happy by keeping Kate as the one and only Batwoman, don't worry about anything, I promise once more for the entirety of this series, Kate Kane will be the star. Hope you Batlive in me, lol.

And thank you to "guest" again for pretty much causing the creation of this. I'll try my best to keep with the ideas presented by you, just with some alterations/adding to help it fit over a 22 "episode" "season." I'm open to more suggestions from anyone else! If this is successful and people enjoy it, I'll be gladly open to doing more seasons with Kate Kane, as hinted above! I got ideas till season 5/6 at this point. Maybe more depending on if anyone gives suggestions as we go or if I come up with more ideas. It'll likely be a long road ahead, but I'm excited to share what I hope fans will enjoy. Again, please, please tell me if I'm doing something wrong, and I'll try to correct it! I could be being hard on myself. I'm excellent at that.

And in response to "Guest." From the last comment, give on Chapter 5 of that other series. I figured I'd post this here and on 6 just if you don't see this potential. 6 will likely be out next Friday, so I expect a response by then. I figure too you might just opt to comment on this one as I'm assuming it the preferred story to read. Whatever you choose to do is.

I'm happy my responding has made you happy (:

Thank you for clarifying that, and all the other details in A. Love these ideas, and I'll try my best to bring them onto the page as much as I'm capable of doing. As said before, open to all and yourself, I'll be happy to change anything/fix any mistakes story-wise. If you got any suggestions or thoughts moving forward.

I'm sorry you've had such misfortunes since 2013. That is very cruel of that woman to do all of that to you. Perhaps she was taking out her anger on you, which is a horrible reaction. You seem like a kind person and deserve better than all that insulting behaviour. I understand that feeling, and I'm so sorry you feel like it too. I hope somehow a positive event will happen to make up for all the unpleasantness. And I'm sure it's not your fault even if it seems like it, and I know you likely won't believe this. I wouldn't in your position, but I still hope you do. I genuinely hope the universe will lighten up for you somehow or something. Sending you internet hugs. And hearts if this was like Discord or Facebook.

Also, potentially essential to share, this is the Arrowverse still, and I'll be going off continuity depending on what happens with all the shows. So, even potentially, I might be open to bringing in crossovers with the other shows, assuming Batwoman has any, and you'd all like that idea at some point, of course. Like I'm totally cool doing some bonuses one with Supergirl too. I'd like to deal with her series and I don't know how to either wise.

Hope you will enjoy this! And of course, stay safe. Best wishes to all of you and your loved ones.
