Disclaimer: This takes place during the events of the Cartoons in Space Halloween special.
In South Park Colorado, the boys who didn't get sent to space are at Tolkien's farmhouse watching a movie.
Tweek: This movie is scary! And I wish Craig was here!
Tolkien: Look Tweek, I know you're scared without Craig, but you still have us.
Jimmy: Yeah. It's gonna b-b-be okay.
Tweek: I know. I just really miss him.
Brimmy: I know what'll take your mind off of it. How about we tell scary stories?
Clyde: Yeah. I would go for telling scary stories.
Jason: So who's going first?
Nate: I'll go first. It's called Ghost Grandma.
It transitions into the story, which begins with Nate walking down the street with Ashley at nighttime.
Ashley: Thanks for talking me out to dinner, Nate.
Nate: It was no problem, Ashley. But I just remembered that I forgot something the last time I went to my grandma's house.
Ashley: Really?
Nate: Yeah. I'll go there and get it after I walk you home.
Ashley: Okay.
At Ashley's house...
Nate: Good night.
Ashley: Night Babe.
She closes the door.
Nate: Okay. Now to go find that camera.
At Nate's grandmother's house, he knocks on the door.
Nate: Grandma, I know you've passed away a while ago, but I just came here to get something I forgot here and to say that I miss you. (There was silence.) Maybe I should go inside. (He grabs a key from under the doormat and unlocks it. He then entered the house and tried to turn the lights on, but nothing came on.) Oh right... She's dead, so there was nobody to pay the electric bill here. (He turns on the flashlight in his phone and starts to walk around.) Now where did I put that camera? Was it in her bedroom or maybe the guest room? Or maybe it was in Dad's old room before he moved out and... (He heard something break and screams in fear.) Oh my god... This is so scary... I want my mommy! (He heard laughing.) What is that noise?! This isn't funny Cartman! Is this a sick joke you're playi- Oh wait. He's in space with the rest. Damn you Tenorman. (He then looked up and saw red stuff dripping from the ceiling. He flashed the light at it and it was blood.) OH MY GOD!
Nate's Grandma: Hello Nate!
She was a ghost and she gave out an evil cackle. Nate screams in fear and starts to run away. He then ran past a room and locked the door after entering it.
Nate: Okay. I'm save. (His grandma popped out of nowhere and scared him and he screams again and runs off.) What is going on?!
He trips and falls and is knocked unconscious.
5 minutes later, Nate wakes up and he sees the ghost of his grandmother approaching him.
Nate's Grandma: Oh Nate!
Nate: Please don't hurt me, Grandma! Please!
She gives Nate his camera back.
Nate's Grandma: Here's your camera back.
Nate: Wait, so you were chasing me around because you wanted to give me my camera back?
Nate's Grandma: Yes. I know how much you love taking pictures, so I went to the room you left it in and tried to give it back, but you wouldn't stop screaming and running around.
Nate: Oh... (He grabs his camera.) Thanks Grandma. I miss you.
Nate's Grandma: I miss you too Grandson. Feel free to visit anytime.
Nate: Okay... (He leaves the house.) That was terrorizing. But at least I got my camera back.
Story ends.
It transitions back to reality.
Nate: The end.
Clyde: Did that really happen?
Nate: No. Scary stories aren't real.
Tolkien: Okay. Good.
