At the junkyard, Hogarth and Deidre hanged out and ate Twinkies (of course Huck wanted to snatch some from them, so they gave him two and a mouthful of whipped cream. Huck got hyper and crashed asleep afterwords). Bucky stayed by Giant's side, not used to his surroundings yet.

Dean was there working in the scrape yard. Hogarth invited Deidre on a car flight with him. Deidre refused to get on, because she knew Giant was going to spin the cars in circles and that she was going to be sick, but after Hogarth bugged her to get on, she reluctantly agreed. "Alright, Hogarth. But if I'm puking my guts out after this, I'll be blaming you."

They got in the car and Giant lifted it up in the air.

"Alright, set the engine on Full blast! Take of in five, four, three, two, one...BLAST OFF!" The giant then started to spin the car around with high velocity. Hogarth and Deidre screamed as as the acceleration forced their bodies back, gripping the steering wheel.

"I-eeeee thinkkk I'mmm gonna beee sicccckk...", Deidre voice vibrated. Her face started to turn a little green.

"Stoopppp thhhee caaaarrrrr!!! Stooooooopppp!!!!" Giant heard this and stopped spinning the car, gently sitting it down. Both Hogarth and Deidre came off the car, hair ruffled from the wind sheer, with Deidre's face green with sickness, and she rushed off to Dean's bathroom, throwing up heavily. Dean looked on concerned.

"We'll, I think she's going to toss all her Twinkies out. You went a bit too fast with that car, big guy."

Giant grunted a sincere, "Sorry." Dean shook his head and chucked. After she was done, Deidre wobbled of out the house, her face still a slight shade of green. She glared at Hogarth.

"Hogarth, I'm not ever doing that again, no matter how much you beg me. I'm not doing it, ohh no!"

Hogarth shrunk in the presence of her scowl. When ever she glared, it was enough to make him feel uncomfortably hot, nervous, and very quiet all at once. It worked like that for just about anyone, especially Hogarth's friends. That would make her a force not to be reckoned with.

Anyways, Hogarth threw up his hands defensively.

"Whoa, whoa! I'm sorry, okay? I won't ask you again, I promise, alright?" Hogarth smiled timidly. Deidre's glare softening into a bright smile.

"Yes, I forgive you, Hogarth. You know that I mostly can't stay mad at you for long. You're too cute of a boy to be angry at." She laughed light heartedly, a sound so pleasing to Hogarth's ears. They smiled at each other for a moment before Dean interrupted the moment by saying,

"Hogarth, I'm sorry to interrupt your "love fest", but what are you gonna do with that deer. It can't stay in my scrapyard forever."

"Dean, Bucky doesn't have a mother or anyone to look after him. He needs to stay somewhere he's safe, and I'm afraid that the cougar could attack him at any time if Bucky's alone in those woods."

"I'm sorry to hear that, kid, but I'm sure your mom wouldn't let you keep him at the house. You know how she is about having wild animals in her home."

"Don't worry, Bucky's not like other animals, he calm and gentle and won't make a ruckus at the house. Just please, convince mom that I can keep him until he old enough to be on his own."

Dean sighed and ran a hand through his hair before agreeing, "Alright, I'll try and convince your mom, but don't be surprised if she still says no".

"Thanks, Dean. Do you here that, Deidre? Bucky'll probably get to stay with me, that way you can come over and help me look after him."

"That's great. I'm sure Huck will love to come over and play with Bucky. Giant can hang out with him too. Would you like that, Giant?"

"Yes. Me. Love. To." Giant said, happy to have made another friend."

Hogarth turned to Bucky and said,

"Bucky, if Mom says yes, and hopefully she will, you'll get to stay with me. Would you like that?"

Bucky glanced at him with wide eyes, gleaming with content.

"I guess that's means yes." Hogarth rubbed the fawn's head and Bucky licked his hand, making Hogarth laugh.

Dean walked over to Deidre.

"Hey, Deidre. I was wondering since you're a fellow artist, I want you to help me with my sculpture. I could use some fresh ideas from a talented youth like you."

"I'd love to help you, Dean. I do happen to have some fresh idea myself."

"Cool, let's head inside."

Deidre turned to Hogarth and Giant.

"I'll be back in a few, guys. Dean wants me to help with a project."

Hogarth, was busy thinking and swooning about Deidre. He snapped out of his love fest and shook his head.

"That-that's cool, Deidre. Me and Giant will be chilling out here." He tried to lean on Giant's leg but almost fell to the ground, steadying himself. He grinned stupidly.

Deidre giggled and blushed a tad. "Alright, you're acting a little weird, but I don't mind that, of course. See you, Giant. Don't eat any of Dean's artwork, I'll be watching." She pointed at her eyes and towards Giant.

"Okay." Giant said. Deidre teeny toward Dean's house, with Huck trailing behind her. Hogarth watched her until she closed the door behind her. He sighed deeply and laid against Giant's leg.
