Sakura run and run without stopping until she made it to her house. But bothering with the door, she just broke her kitchen window and entered through it. She just wants to put as much distance between them. If she had to take another mission just to make him realize that he can't just throw everything away, she'll do it. She'll make herself scarce in the village.

"I can do that." She muttered.

"Do what, Sakura?" Neji asked, leaning on the door leading to the kitchen.

"How did you - ?"

"I broke a window." looking at the smashed window adjacent to the one Sakura went through.

"You can't just break my window and come in here!"

"But you just did."

"This is my home."

"And my home is you." Neji answered, his pale lavender eyes staring at her.

Sakura sighed, feeling a mix of frustration and confusion. Neji's presence was both a comfort and a source of turmoil. She turned away, avoiding his gaze.

"Neji, you can't just say things like that. It's not that simple," Sakura replied, her voice wavering.

Neji approached her slowly, his expression pained. "Sakura, I can't change what I feel. I can't deny the truth anymore. I love you, and I'm willing to face whatever comes our way."

Sakura shook her head, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Neji, love is not enough to overcome everything. We have responsibilities, duties to our village, our families. You can't just cast them aside."

Neji reached out, gently turning her to face him. "I'm not asking you to cast anything aside. I'm asking you to let me be a part of your life, to face these challenges together. I want to build a future with you, Sakura."

The sincerity in Neji's eyes tugged at Sakura's heart. She wanted to believe in him, to embrace the love he offered, but the fear of the unknown held her back. "You say that now, but once you realized the gravity of the sacrifices you made just to be with you, you'll resent me. You will want to return to the way you use eto live your life. I can live with the fact that we loved but lost it to circumstances but I can't take it if you tried to fight for it then end up hating each other. Don't do this to us."

Neji's expression softened, his thumb gently wiping away her tears. "Sakura, I understand your fears. But I'm willing to face the consequences. I won't resent you. I choose this path because it's the one that leads to you. I can't imagine a life without you, and I'm willing to navigate the challenges together. Please, don't push me away."

Sakura looked into Neji's eyes, searching for any hint of doubt or hesitation. But all she found was a genuine determination and love that mirrored her own conflicted feelings.

Neji caressed her face tenderly, as if afraid of hurting her. "Please, Sakura. Let us face this together."

Sakura's indecision can be seen clearly in her face. Fear of the unknown, of possibilities. "Please, Sakura. Take that leap of faith with me." He murmured into the night.

"Just... just don't hurt me again." Sakura muttered but Neji heard so clear that its as if Sakura shouted the words.

Neji nodded solemnly, his hands gently cradling her face. "I promise, Sakura. I won't hurt you. We'll face whatever comes our way together, and I'll do everything in my power to make sure you're happy. Just stay with me."

Sakura's heart felt heavy, but in Neji's eyes, she saw a sincerity that resonated with her own desires. "Okay, Neji. Let's face it together," she whispered, her voice carrying a mix of trepidation and hope.

Neji pulled her into a warm embrace, holding her close as if to reassure both of them that they were in this together. The moon above witnessed their unspoken commitment, casting a soft glow on the couple standing in the heart of a shared destiny.
