Naruto knew missions were ranked the way they were and who they were given to depending on the team's experience and skill but it still irritated him to no end for two reasons. The first was that ninety nine percent of D-rank missions consisted of overbearing, ignorant and lazy people since they didn't want to do the most simplistic of things, like painting their house or mowing their own lawn. The second reason and the biggest reason why he was irritated was because he was doing most of the work while his other male teammate was lazing about saying things like "Missions like this were beneath me" and the owner was being a pain in giving them more work than they were originally supposed to do. Their Jonin sensei nowhere in sight but he wouldn't be surprised if he was watching them from somewhere.

Naruto didn't know why he didn't have his clones take his place doing D-rank missions, he actually knew why but he still hated it. He could feel someone or something watching him, he couldn't tell if it was a Jutsu or a shinobi but he vowed to get rid of his little spy soon. 'Karma-chan should be back today with information regarding the Land of Darkness and Grimm. I wonder what she found?' Shaking his head from his thoughts, Naruto focused back on the task at hand, finishing mowing the lawn of a incompetent civilian.

"Good job Team Seven!" Their Sensei said in mock encouragement after watching them do the mission in two hours. "That's all we have today, so meet at Training Ground Seven tomorrow morning at five.", with that said he disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Naruto was the first to leave after seeing Sakura turn to face Sasuke and more than likely ask him on a date. 'Was it even worth passing with this team?' He thought as he walked back to his apartment with his thoughts changing to wonder what Hinata-chan and Krama-Chan were up to.

He knew he could always either use the mental link between them or send some shadow clones but there was no fun in that. Naruto let out a little chuckle as he thought about what Krama may do when he gets to the apartment, ranging from giving a hug then straight into either a report and asking what had happened or vice versa or pulling him to bed for some one on one family bonding time. Naruto knew it was weird since he saw Karma as a mother but he didnt care since he still loved the fox Biju. As he walked down the road he could see people snare at him or whisper under their breath, some even talking louder on purpose to actually show their hostility but he honestly didn't care what the pathetic and uninterested civilians thought.

Naruto looked at the unconscious Sakura with a low level genjutsu over her, disappointed and disgusted but there was something he could do to make her useful to him. Sensing Kakashi gone Naruto walked up to her and tapped her forehead dispelling the genjutsu waking her up after a few seconds and saw the blonde before looking around in confusion. "At this rate, this team will fail and we will all have to go back to the academy." His comment snapped the pink haired girl back to reality, realising she got found and trapped in a genjutsu before she knew it by their sensei. "If we want to win this then we will need to work together." Sakura took a moment to think about it as she would have normally said no but after what happened she knew this was gonna take all of them to win. "Trust me on this, we will all pass together." Naruto held out his hand to her and gave her an encouraging smile as she grabbed it, collecting herself and listened to his plan.

After the plan to her, Sakura started to move and get into position as Naruto went out to find Sasuke, who was scowling neck deep in the ground. "I had no idea this was how Uchiha's were born." Naruto laughed in his face which only angered Sasuke even more in his current predicament. "Get me out, dobe!" Naruto laughed even harder seeing his face go red and it took a few minutes before he completely calmed down, squating in front of him and looking him in the eyes. Uncontrollable anger and pride was all the blonde could see in his charcoal eyes and he knew it was worse after losing horribly against their sensei. Giving him the most innocent smile, Naruto stood up and looked in the distance before looking back at him.

"Now I could either help you out and you try to be a team player or I could leave you here like a weed in the wind, regardless if me and Sakura get the bells we'll still fail. Do you know why that is?" When he didn't get an answer he grabbed him by the hair and pulled him up onto his feet, before walking away. Naruto didn't need to look to know Sasuke was following him because the Uchiha knew that he was going to Kakashi and that they 'needed' him if they were going to beat him. Once they came close they saw Kakashi reading his little orange book, even from this distance Naruto knew he had his guard up but when he looked at Sasuke's smirk Naruto knew he was blinded.

"Here's the-" But watching as he rushed out into the open and summoned a decent sized fireball, Naruto quickly went to where Sakura was positioned. He couldn't believe how easy it was to manipulate the two with tricky and subtle suggestions as long as he seemed sincere and gentle, he couldn't be more happy since he now gave this team a chance by giving him his camouflage from the old monkey. Meeting Sakura he summoned a few clones and transformed them into kunia's without her noticing before transforming into one himself, now it was a waiting game for him.

Making it to his apartment Naruto opened up to see Karma sipping on a cup of what smelled like coffee, which he didn't know he even had. "Where did the coffee come from cause I know I don't stock up on any." He said as he walked in and took off his shirt before joining her on the couch. He took in her appearance and noticed she was in an ankle length black dress with a slit going down her mid thigh, white flower petals circling around her waist. The dress highlighted her figure very well, especially since she looked to be in her early to mid twenties. "If you must know, I took a stroll around the village that I was so close to destroying when I passed by a vendor and received a free cup, and if that was the greeting I get after being gone-"

Naruto grabbed her and gave her a deep kiss, shoving his tongue in as they fought for dominance. After a few minutes they parted and took in a much needed breath of air, Karma smiling at the much pleasant welcome back kiss her son gave her. Did she care that she thought of him as a son and her a mother, absolutely not, because regardless of that they did love each other in their own way. Plus, she loved the way Hinata worked her hands. "Now that's one way to greet your mother back, but now on to serious business." Both of them straightened up as they began discussing what Karma herself found during the week and what changes there were since they left. "One thing we are able to do is make a Pool of Darkness so that we can have an easier time with summoning them, especially since this isn't a normal summoning contract."

Already knowing what he was going to say, Karma spoke. "We would need to find either a secluded area within or outside the village, or get ourselves a backer of some kind so that even if the Grimm are found, there won't be any evidence pointing our way." Naruto made a mental note to look around with his clone but that was an idea for later. "Now for the information on all the Grimm and the Land Of Darkness, which honestly surprised me after finding out how wide the place actually was. There is only one Sea of Darkness and two hundred Pool of Darkness ranging from tiny water holes to as big as lakes, all spaced out over one point five million miles which also included a forest of dead trees and black crystals, mountains that has snow on top and one pure blue lake the size of a small food stand. It is very beautiful and filled with such an abundance of negative energy that I could see myself retiring there."

Naruto was surprised by the fact that it was as large as it was, especially the fact that there was an actual normal lake they could chill in or when they needed to get away from others. "Now onto what I learned about the Grimm." Handing him a book with the title 'The Grimm Encyclopedia', which so happened to be as thick as one of Iruka's lectures if not more. "This is the fruits of my hard work on learning everything I could about the Creatures of Grimm, at least all those that are already roaming the lands." Naruto flipped to a random page and landed on a large bear like Grimm called 'Ursai'. After reading over it a bit, it seemed that there were two types of 'Ursai's' that could be utilised in combat and seemed to be the easiest creatures to create and use as ground troops, which also made them more like pawns in Naruto's opinion. Closing the book and making a mental note to memorise every Creature of Grimm down to the smallest detail, he set the book beside him before seeing what else she learned.

"This is what I believe will definitely interest you. The black crystals are what Salem called Gravity Crystals, and they can be used to form weapons. Not only that, there are a bunch of other types of crystals that have different properties that can be formed into endless possibilities." This definitely caught his interest as this could mean they could have specialised weapons that are not only not found in the Elemental Nations but that could be stronger than any type of weapon in the Elemental Nations! He was getting excited at imagining all the possibilities, but he didn't know anything about forging or the properties of said crystals. "We'll need to find a weaponsmith before even starting to think about forging weapons, but we can do experiments to see what other forms we can use the crystals that don't affect their shape." Naruto said as he would talk to Hinata about this, he would tell her everything or have Karma go and tell her.

"There's also one more thing you need to know that needs your opinion immediately." This fully focused Naruto as he zeroed in on her. "In the deepest part of the Crystal Castle there are several females crystallized, more than likely they were from the same place Salem used to be but I haven't been able to find anything out about them." This surprised Naruto as he would have never thought that there would be other people that were from Salem's old world and why they were in crystals to begin with. "I'll make time and check it out, so in the meantime we'll focus on finding a place to create a Pool ofDarkness to have the Grimm start blending into the area secretly and a base that's outside the village so we can gather allies." Naruto was a real leader in Karma's eyes and she couldn't be more proud at how he was mature but still had the childness of his age in him considering how he grew up in the cursive Leaf Village, and for even finding a mate that loves him and was undeniably loyal to him. Finishing talking about everything she found and their next plan, Karma had to leave and find Hinata to give her the book and the news on their next step and to get to spend time with her cute Hyuga she missed.

The next day Naruto met up with his team at Training Ground Seven who they then waited for their sensei to show up for training, which surprised them when they waited for only two hours and not the three he had been making them wait for the past several weeks. "Is everything okay, Kakashi-sensei?" Sakura asked, not forgoing her usual spill at yelling at him for being late. Deciding not to answer her, Kakashi looked at all three of them before having them follow him into the tree line for a good few minutes. "This is where our morning training will commence of chakra control followed by a lunch break then with our three hours of afternoon physical training." Walking up to a decently tall tree, Kakashi started walking up the side of the tree as if he was walking up flat ground. Sakura and Sasuke stared at him in surprise at seeing him defy gravity as if it was natural to walk up trees, wondering how this was supposed to be chakra training. Stopping at the first branch he jumped down and walked over to them pulling out three kunia's.

"By channelling chakra to the bottom of your feet you will be able to master the basics of this technique, that'll be all I tell you. Oh, and you will use these kunia's to mark your progress." Each of them grabbed one, the first to make an attempt was Sasuke who blasted away from the tree the moment his foot landed on it. Sakura gulped before she walked up and placed a foot that just slid off before adding more chakra till she figured how much to use without blasting herself off like Saauke. Taking one shaky step and then another followed by another did she start to gain confidence, which also served as she lost concentration on regulating her chakra flow and slipped backwards. Letting out a scream she was surprised to not have felt the impact on the ground but to feel a pair of arms wrapped around her, even more surprised to see it was her blonde companion instead of her crush.

"You have the best raw chakra control out of the three of us, Sakura, just focus not on how far but your chakra." To stunned to speak she nodded her head and looked at the tree once again, taking a deep breath and placed her foot on it and started again. This time she had her eyes closed and concentrated on how her feet connected with the tree with every step, blocking out all her other senses and only did she open up when Naruto had shouted her name. What awaited her was the view from the very top of the tree that overlooked the training ground, a smile breaking out on her face before making her way down with more confidence than before. "What I tell you?" The pinkette let out a small chuckle rubbing her right arm, but the smile never left her face.

Naruto figured it was his turn now as he walked up the tree effortlessly that Sakura felt like she was watching Kakashi-sensei doing it again. "The scarecrow left us with a hint to this exercise, and that was we are supposed to channel chakra to our feet so we could get up these trees. Sakura, you managed to figure out that it's not just enough to pump chakra to your feet, you need to find a constant flow for it because it's not something that we as freshly new genin are used to. Unless you are from a clan that teaches this, genin are stumped by this simple chakra control exercise." Hoping down he leaned against a tree and closed his eyes and gave her one last piece of advice. "To master this like Sensei said, this needs to be done subconsciously. It's only been a few minutes, I'm sure by the end of this you will have this mastered down." Something about the blonde helping her and showing her what to do made her chest swell, it was a feeling she had never felt before but she liked it all the same. Clenching her fist, Sakura promised herself that she would master this before their lunch break. Sasuke just arrived after having blasted himself quite a distance to see Naruto with his eyes closed and Sakura doing the exercise really well.

Naruto smiled to himself as his plan was going smoothly. There were two reasons the blonde was helping her with her training, and that was because Sakura had potential to become a shinobi. With an amazing mind Sakura proved to know more into the political goings in the village from what her mother was teaching her, along with her almost perfect chakra control and her holding a lot more than he thought a daughter of two civilian parents. If he could gain her trust, if not then he could force her to be loyal to him in any means necessary if it came down to it and he was hoping to try some new techniques he had picked up from old shinobi scrolls that were dated during the First and Second Shinobi War.

Naruto smiled as Sakura was beginning to get creative seeing as she was now walking in a spiral up the tree, having almost mastered the basics of the exercise. She was moving with more confidence with each successful step, even when she failed Sakura did not stop and continued to push herself. A little encouraging words and some supportive comments was all the girl needed to get to her full potential, Naruto thinking of all the positives she could have in and out of the village. 'Plus, her bitch of a mother gonna get what's coming for her!' Chuckling to himself, the blonde casted a look over at the Uchiha who seemed to finally be making progress. He was the opposite of the pink haired girl in many ways Naruto thought, not counting their personality and only about their shinobi abilities. Sasuke was more of a practical visual learner and it took him a bit longer to fully understand with little to no hints, quickly learning from trial and error and it was normally his pride that made it almost entirely impossible to give up. Sakura just needed a little time to think before getting a good understanding before going into practice and quickly getting the hang of it. The only downside to Sakura was that while she had a vast potential pool, it was vastly smaller than Sasuke's and that was only because her parents were civilians.

Naruto looked at Sakura resting on one of the branches wiping her sweat, always surprised that she could do a lot more than what her chakra pool would normally allow. 'Maybe there was a shinobi in her family history, I'll need to look into that another time.' Getting up he walked up the tree Sakura was up to and calmly walked up and sat down beside her, offering her a water canteen he had pulled out from inside his clothes. She had stopped questioning when he pulled things out of nowhere and accepted it wholeheartedly, glad that there was someone that believed in her and was helping her. She didn't count Kakashi-sensei since he had a more hands off approach when it comes to most of his training and she could tell how this was his way for them to think for themselves and figure it out, but her blonde teammate helped her during these time and gave her encouraging words and not telling her to give up like some people.

"Thanks Naruto, I needed that." Sakura handed back the canteen and closed her eyes, her thoughts on why he was even helping her when Naruto was obviously better than both her and Sasuke with all this shinobi stuff. They just sat there in silence but Naruto was looking at Sakura and while he could tell she was putting on more muscle, he knew she was still not eating enough and whether that was because of her own decision or someone else's he yet to know. "Sakura, I need you to listen to what I'm gonna say." The pinkette opened her eyes and looked at him, nodding that she would. "Whether it was your own choice or someone else's, you need to start eating more if you ever plan on making it in this field." Sakura looked away and knew he was right but she couldn't do anything about it, her mother kept a firm grip on how much she ate and she already knew how much her mother didn't approve of her wanting to enter the Shinobi field in the first place. "Sakura, I need you to tell me." The firm authority tone of his voice gave her no room for negotiation but the hesitation was clearly there, it was embarrassing and depressing to say she had any control over her life.

"If you are unable to tell me then maybe I was wrong to see your potential if you aren't willing to try." Sakura panicked as she saw him get up to leave, her mind going a mile a minute as she thought about him abandoning her to figure out everything by herself. He was the only one in their age group who actually cared for her and helped push through the training, she couldn't lose that! She wouldn't as her hand grabbed his shirt sleeve, tears pricking her eyes that begged him to stay. "Don't cry, Sakura." Naruto sat down and watched as she soon calmed down, her fists clenched before she started. "I've always wanted to be a shinobi since I could remember but my mother never wanted me to be one, doing everything she could to try and persuade me into changing my mind. Then when she found out about Uchiha Sasuke being in my class she had me focus on him, telling me stories that I soon fell in love with and told me to bring him into the family. Sasuke was strong and smart, he ranked first in our class and there had been talks of him being the best in our generation."

Naruto said nothing but he knew one thing now, he had Sakura in his grasp seeing her earlier reaction and now if he could get her over the Sasuke crush fad then he could mould her into his specific shinobi. "That was around the time she had me start to diet and had me focus more on my looks more than my skills, which I've been seeing was a mistake on my part. I have always been worried that dieting may interfere with my training but I just listened to my mothers words and now no matter what I say she keeps trying to make me quit. I'm just worried because what if I stand up for myself and actually tell her what I want that she would kick me out, and then I would have no place to stay and I don't know how to survive on the streets." On the outside Naruto placed a comforting hand on her shoulders and a soft smile on his face, but he was practically laughing on the inside on how much easier everything was since that bitch was doing most of the work. All he needed to do was be there just a bit longer to get her depending on him more, only then would he be able to get her to listen to him without question. "I'm sorry I didn't say anything, I was just embarrassed to tell you."

Naruto let out a soft chuckle and shook his head at her, giving her a flick on the forehead. "There is nothing to be worried about, and I'm sure many civilians are in similar situations like you are. At least you have me here and if you need any help then don't hesitate to ask, I'll always be on your side." Sakura felt her heart rapidly beat and felt butterflies in her stomach at his words and for the first time there was someone she could depend on. Sasuke watched them confused on what was happening but he shook his head and focused on the task at hand, he had almost gotten the hang of it and knew there was only about an hour or so before they finished with morning training and headed for a lunch break. By the time Kakashi appeared back in the area he saw Sasuke laying against a tree with sweat on his forehead with the tree he was practising on filled with cut marks, not at all surprised that he had gotten the hang of the exercise within the given time. He saw Sakura and Naruto talking on one of the tree branches and could feel something had changed between the two of them during the time frame, watching as they started to walk down the tree and still talk before reaching the ground and looked at him. The one eyed shinobi smirked at how far his genin team was going, with them learning to be independent while also relying on each other when needed, he was sure they would go far.

"That's it for today's morning training. Let's break for a two hour lunch and meet back at the bridge for afternoon training." With his piece said the Jonin disappeared in a puff of smoke before Susake started to walk away, but unlike normal Sakura didn't follow him but instead stayed with Naruto and asked if he had any plans. Naruto would normally head over to hang with his hime or Karma-chan but he knew one was busy with team training and the other was in a deep sleep, asking if she wanted to come and get some raman with him Sakura beamed and the two soon made their way to the ramen stand. He would be lying if the blonde said he didn't enjoy talking to her, she was top kunoichi in the academy and the daughter of a merchant and council member, she definitely had a mind he could converse with. They had eventually made it to the ramen stand and the blonde had learned quite a bit from his pink haired teammate but time soon went by and they parted ways with the food stand and made their way back.

"That was delicious! That had to be the most I've ever eaten in my life!" Sakura patted her full stomach for the first time since starting the academy. "Thanks again Naruto, I really needed this and for everything really. It's because of you that I'm even making it in Team Seven." Naruto only gave her a small smile as they walked in silence back to their training ground for afternoon training. It wasn't until she looked at one of the shop windows and saw their reflection and thought about how they looked like a couple which only caused her cheeks to flush a tinted pink, but her heart ached for some reason when she realized that he was already in a relationship with the Hyūga Princess. Too busy with trying to understand her conflicting and confusing emotions, the two made it to see Sasuke already there leaning against the railing. The three stayed silent as they waited for their sensei to come back from break and two hours later than what he had said.

"Sorry my cute genin team, there was a black cat crossing in front of me so I had to take another longer route." By this point they had just let his excuses happen without saying anything. "Now let's start our afternoon physical training. We are first going to run around this five kilometer clearing for one hour, but once you complete a lap you need to do one hundred push ups and one hundred sit ups. Everyone needs to get at least four laps in or we will go for another hour." Sakura and Sasuke stared wide eyed at the extreme workout their sensei just said to them, Naruto was even surprised by how it was different then how he normally had them do their afternoon training. "After which you three will spar with me for the reminder of the time, each will go at least once before we finish for the day." Naruto could at least give him props for actually giving them a tougher afternoon training session, especially since after coming out of the Sea Of Darkness he was a lot stronger and there hadn't been any real challenging training sessions or missions.

Naruto was a lap ahead of Sasuke and Sakura who was slightly behind the boy, it seemed she was actually taking the training seriously. All three of them barely managed to finish within the hour even though Naruto had to do another two laps till his teammates finished, he was looking a lot better than his teammates who were sweating from head to toe and Sakura on the ground trying to catch her breath. "You have definitely improved since the academy, Sakura." Naruto held out his hand and after a few seconds she grabbed it and stood up, a small smile was all the energy she could muster. After a short ten minute break Kakashi had them head over towards the centre where the three wooden poles were. "Since you three finished in the first hour, congratulations by the way, we will have more time for sparing!" The smile he was giving was anything but exciting to them, it was an evil smile that promised them physical torture. "Who wants to go first?"

Hinata looked up at the sky wishing she could have spent her lunch with her Naruto-kun but Kurenai had wanted her team to eat together for a bit of bonding, which was going pretty good before her perverted mutt teammate made a comment that had him twitching on the ground in a genjutsu. 'Maybe it wasn't so bad.' Focusing on the sparring session between Kurenai-sensei and Shino, she watched as Shino engaged in taijutsu which wasn't his strong suit. 'He has gotten slightly better but anyone can tell he looked uncomfortable.' With a small bow the black haired sensei gathered her team up, telling them that they had done good today and to prepare for two D-rank missions in the morning before having some team exercises in the afternoon. Quickly calling out to her sensei to speak in private, the two waited for the two males to leave before speaking. "Is something wrong, Hinata-chan?"

Hinata shook her head no. "I was wondering if we would be doing a meet up with the other genin teams for a sparring match or to train together? I'm asking this because I've heard some teams in the past have done this and I was thinking it would be good for use too, since we may be assigned with another team on a mission in the future." Kurenai wasn't surprised at her knowing but she honestly wasn't sure since other teams are busy with specific training plans, but she promised to ask the other team sensei's to see if they were okay with that. Watching Hinata leave she felt like there was something different with how she looked and wondered if she was just starting to see the little girl she remembered becoming a young woman. It wasn't just how the Hyuga princess looked but acted and her skills, while the black haired sensei could chalk up her personality to growing up but her skills were definitely high chunin at best.

Her thoughts then drift towards the blonde genin on Team Seven that was in a relationship with her pale-lavender eye Genin, remembering what her fellow Sensei reported when he actually passed his first team since deciding to become a jounin sensei. 'To think Team Seven not passed but also grabbed the bells from Kakashi, especially when he commented on Uzumaki Naruto stealth.' Kurenai never really looked into much of Naruto's background considering his fillies were locked and sealed for some reason, not to mention how Hisashi was already aware of their relationship and seemed to approve of it even. There was something strange going on with him that made her stand in guard with him around but he had yet to do anything that would warrant suspicion. "Maybe I'm just overthinking this, seeing something that isn't there."

It was finally time for the Jōnin sensei monthly report, in which they would all appear and report on how their teams are doing in training, on missions and how they work as a team to individual actions. If teams were doing good then they had a chance for higher or more frequent missions, if not then there was advice from colleagues that could help. "May Team Ten go first, how has your team been Asuma-kun?" Team Ten sensei was a tall man with black spiky hair and brown eyes, his beard was trimmed and clean and was smoking a cigar. He was dressed in the traditional Jonin uniform with an extra weapon pouch on waist. "Team Ten consisting of Nara Shikamaru, Akimichi Choji, and Yamanaka Ino have proven to understand why they were teamed up and are progressing smoothly with team formations. Nara Shikamaru has proven to have the same intellect as his father along with the Nara clans 'troublesome' personality to cloud watch and slack off in individual training. The only way I have been able to get him motivated is when Shoji is promised, he also gets along better with his male teammate than he does with Ino."

"Akimichi Choji is the main offence hitter but has too big a heart to hurt anyone. He has decent control of his clans techniques and while he does show strength he also has the least amount of stamina in the team. I've only ever seen him get angry when someone takes the last of his food or when you call him fat, which was the only time he had actually hit me when I provoked him. Yamanaka Ino is the only female and is well versed in her clans techniques and in botany, she has excellent chakra control but lacks Choji's strength and Shikamaru stamina. She is the one that gets the two moving when they feel like taking a break, taking on the leader role between the three of them but is smart enough to double check her plans with Shikamaru. Overall, Team Ten needs more physical training but I do believe they are ready for low C-rank missions." Asuma said before stepping back with his other fellow Jōnin sensei.

Sarutobi Hiruzen nodded his head as he wrote down a few things on a piece of paper, before calling Team Eight's Jōnin sensei forward. "Team Eight consisting of Hyūga Hinata, Aburame Shino and Inuzuka Kiba with his ninken Akamaru. They are one of the best genin tracking teams I've ever known, with all three of them being highly skilled in their clan's techniques and roles when doing missions. Aburame Shino is well versed in his clan's techniques and the use of his kikaichū have proved effective in sensing several of my mid level genjutsu, but isn't the strongest when it comes to hand to hand combat and normally sticks to his long range jutsus. He is calm and collected with a strategic mind, always covering his teammates blind spots. Hyūga Hinata is extremely professent in her clan's taijutsu as well as having a strong Byakugan that can cover a hundred meters in all directions, along with having the strength and speed that most high chūnin have. She's able to effectively go through team formations the best and is able to work together with Aburame Shino."

Kurenai let out a sigh at her last genin. "Inuzuka Kiba is as strong and as fast as his clan's reputation holds, having all the animalistic features of his clan's people. He is well versed in his clan's techniques with and without his ninken, putting him behind Hyūga Hinata in terms of the team's fighting powers. The main problem is his tendency to flirt with his female teammate during training and on missions that he deems unimportant, but does take training as serious as his teammates. The Hyūga heiress does not work or talk to the Inuzuka heir unless absolutely necessary, making it known she does not like him in any fashion but does during team training and missions." It was embarrassing for a Jōnin sensei to admit that their genins don't get along but she was glad that they could at least work with each other in the end. "I believe they are indeed ready for low C-rank missions and it will show them that all missions should be treated seriously no matter the rank difference." Hiruzen nodded his head before calling Team Seven sensei up.

Kakashi placed his book in his back pocket before stepping up and reporting. "Team Seven consisting of Uchiha Sasuke, Haruno Sakura and Uzumaki Naruto have been progressing at a fast pace in both individual and team training. Uchiha Sasuke is proficient in his clan's taijutsu but doesn't have enough experience using it against other people to fully master it. His physical abilities are all top notch and is almost mid-chūnin level, he's also level headed most of the time but gets arrogant and aggressive when provoked with time. He's one of the most talented genin of this generation with just his physical and intellectual abilities, but it's his teamwork that could use more work as stated earlier, his arrogance is a problem. Haruno Sakura definitely has had the most progress since being part of Team Seven, with an already impressive intellectual mind that can understand team formation and an impressive physical strength that even I have to watch out for. While having a rough start to all the physical training, Sakura has proven her determination to get stronger in order to help her team and catch up with her teammates. She has one of the best chakra control for coming out of the academy and excels at chakra control training."

Sarutobi nodded but he was more focused on the last member of Team Seven. "Uzumaki Naruto had shown great skill in stealth and has impressive physical abilities matching Uchiha Sasuke's, with being a versatile fighter in team formations by covering his teams back and gaps. The most surprising thing is given how much chakra he has with excellent control and is the most vital member. He helps motivate Uchiha Sasuke as a rival and helps Haruno Sakura by being a friend." Kakashi finished before walking back to the other Jōnin as the last Sensei was called. The silver haired Jōnin knew there was more he could report but after looking underneath the underneath, there was something strange going on between his blonde genin and the Hokage before him. "Might Guy, Team Three report." He was a tall and muscular man with black hair styled in a bowl cut and thick bushy eyebrows, sporting a green jumpsuit and orange leg warmers with his flack jacket unzipped.

"Team Three consisting of Hyūga Neji, TenTen and Rock Lee are a senior Genin team having an extra year of experience from the other Teams. Hyūga Neji is something of a prodigy when it comes to his Clans taijutsu and holds up to their beliefs as well, with strength and speed that could rival most chūnin. He is one of the teams close to mid fighters, along with creating plans that compete with his team's strength and abilities. Hyūga Neji holds the flame of youth within his heart, even if he may not believe it!" The people in the room sweatdropped at that. "TenTen is our team's weapon expert as she has years of experience dealing with all types of weapons from her parents' shop, from the forging process to the testing process. With the strength of a low mid-chūnin, she has the speed and endurance of a mid-chūnin alone with being lighter of her feet compared to her teammates. TenTen is the more level headed one and stops the fights that my other two youthful genin tend to get in, along with helping them train their reflexes and reaction time. Her flame of youth burns brightly! Rock Lee, who I have taken under since before becoming a genin of mind, is our team's main taijutsu fighter with the physical abilities surpassing his teammates. He has little to almost no chakra and can only do basic chakra exercises such as tree walking and water walking, but his flame of youth has not dimmed in the slightest! Rock Lee is always striving to become the next taijutsu master of the Leaf and one day he shall!"

Guy knew he was being slightly biased but Lee was like him and it was his responsibility to show him that chakra doesn't always make a shinobi, but the spirit to never give up and to be there for his teammates and fellow Shinobi. The Hokage nodded as he finished writing and looked at the three Jōnin sensei's who had the newest Genin teams. "I approve of high rank missions for Team Ten, Team Eight and Team Seven. Come in next week to receive your respected missions." Looking over to the senior Jōnin he spoke. "I hope Team Three will be in this year's Chūnin exams. Might Guy, I'm positive they will go far and prove that your decision to hold them back a year was correct." Dismissing them from his office, Hiruzen clenched his fist in anger. His plan had already taken a major set back and now he was blending too much into the team! 'Damn you Naruto! If only Minato hadn't died then I would have the secrets of yours and that damned redheaded clans!'

Calming down he pulled out a blank scroll and started writing before sealing it up and making his way towards the mail delivery room, he needed to make sure this got to where his student was in a hurry. 'He should know more about the seals than last time, along with his movements and goals. Not only did they die, but he had to go and kill almost his entire clan!' Nothing seemed to be going his way but that didn't mean it couldn't be corrected, he just needed an extra pair of hands is all. 'Jiraiya, you better have some good news.' Handing the hawk the letter and giving it specific coordinates, the bird took off in the sky at great speeds.

It is good to be back to the Twisted Mind FanFiction, I enjoyed it. Sorry for the long wait, I've been busy with other works and personal stuff but enough about that. How did everyone enjoy this chapter, hopefully it was enjoyable as I quite like it.

We learn quite a bit about our cherry blossom and how she is useful to our blonde MC, and how she is started to be dependent on him too. It won't be long before she becomes completely dependent on Naruto and listen to whatever he says, but not without a little force from his two female friends.

We also get a small detail description of the four genin teams and hope this makes up for my little hike in earlier chapters when I didn't give the Aburame clan the respect they deserved. It wasn't on purpose since Shino will have a good relationship with Karma in future chapters, and not as a romantic one but a professional business one.

I was hesitant on adding other characters from the RWBY universe but they will be important in the next few chapters. Maybe a another lemon scene in the next chapter, hopefully I did my last one good because that was my first time doing a scene like that. Personally, the training scene was my favourite to write as it was the main focus of the chapter and how Naruto is influencing his teammate. There wasn't anything extreme in this one but await the next chapter.

Next Time on Twisted Mind: The four Genin teams meet for a Team sparring tournament, Kiba ducks up for the last time, More training and NaruHina time, Karma entering the village for the 'first' time.
