Advising a Player and Sneaky Fall
Jaune arrives on the second floor and outside at the balcony to search for Neptune, he spotted the cool blue hair man meaning it was time for the Arc boy to give this guy a little scolding.
"Neptune, you have a moment?" Jaune asked, getting Neptune's attention.
"Hey, uh, Jaune, right?" Neptune greeted, and hope he got the guy's name right.
"This party's pretty lame, huh? I mean, ballroom dancing. Pfft." Neptune commented, despite still having a good time there.
"Yeah." Jaune sighed.
"Cute girls though, huh?" Neptune said, gesturing back to the dance.
"(Okay, now I'm losing my cool here.)" Jaune thought angered a little.
"Is that all you think about?" Jaune asked, confusing Neptune with the question.
"Do you even care about the girls you're hitting on? How they feel about you?" Jaune asked a couple more questions with a slight serious expression.
"Whoa! Where's this coming from?" Neptune asked shock with his hands up in defend.
"I was told she came to the dance alone because there wasn't any time for dancing and dates, but I can see through what she was really feeling. Seriously, how could you just turn her down like that?" Jaune stated, remembering how Weiss was really sad despite trying to hide it from others.
"Wait, h-who?" Neptune asked. Now really confuse on what is Jaune talking about and what girl he ended up making her sad which is surprising to him that he could make a girl sad.
"Weiss!" Jaune revealed the name loudly.
And now everything started to click in Neptune's head, the cool Snow Angel girl he met at the library the other day and how she asked him out to the dance.
"I, uh... it, uh... it just didn't work out, you know?" Neptune said, trying to play it cool.
"What? You think that you're too cool, too many other options? Weiss Schnee asked you to the dance. What in the world could possibly keep you from go—"
"I can't dance!" Neptune admitted, not wanting to hear more about how Jaune made it sound like he's the bad guy here and all.
"…Beg your pardon?" Jaune asked calmly.
"I can't dance, man!" Neptune repeated his secret, feeling a little more embarrassed.
"But... you're so cool!" Jaune surprised to hear that Neptune, one of the coolest guys he knows, can't dance.
"Thank you. I try really, really hard." Neptune nodded, it wasn't easy to make himself the young man he is today.
"You would rather break a girl's heart and go to a dance alone than just admit to everyone that you can't move in rhythm to music?" Jaune asked, feeling that reason might be a little stupid for Neptune.
"That about sums it up, yeah." Neptune answered with a nod.
"Sheesh man, you know that sounds really harsh and hurtful to a girl who really seems to like you." Jaune pointed out.
"When you put it like that… Yeah, I guess it is." Neptune shrugged, but also see this as well.
"Look, Neptune. I get it, you're scared of being made fun of because dancing is not your thing and making yourself look uncool if you try but that doesn't mean you shouldn't turn down a girl who seems into you." Jaune said.
"But it's a dance, where you have to do some dancing here and there." Neptune pointed out.
"So, that doesn't mean you have to do dancing, like at all. Just hang out with her. That is if you really like Weiss." Jaune said.
"Yeah, I mean I don't know her too well yet, but she seems pretty cool." Neptune stated.
"Then just go talk to her. No pickup lines, no suave moves, just be yourself. I've heard that's the way to go." Jaune advised, crossing his arms.
"Yeah, but then—" Neptune was about to object, but Jaune cuts him off.
"Hey! You don't have to look cool all the time. In all honesty, if you could be a little less cool, I'd really appreciate it." Jaune believed that needs to let himself loose every once and a while.
Neptune started thinking about what Jaune said, about just being honest with Weiss and letting his cool guard down for a while to just enjoy the party with her and hopefully get to know her more than the rumors about the Schnee company he heard about.
Neptune realizes that he can still be cool and be honest with Weiss.
"Yeah, okay." Neptune decided to go with the honest path.
"Go talk to her. I guarantee it'll make her night." Jaune smiled, knowing things will be okay for Weiss and Neptune.
"Thanks. You're a really cool guy, Jaune." Neptune commented, approaching Jaune with a fist held up to him.
"Well, I wouldn't know about that, but I have been told." Jaune chuckled and fist-bump with Neptune.
Neptune leaves back inside to have a talk with Weiss while Jaune decided to stay out here for a little while longer and had a little idea on how to make this dance fun.
"Okay, team for team JNPR to kick this dance up a notch!" Jaune smirked.
(With Ruby, Yang, and Papi)
The half sisters and their black feathered friend are on the second floor looking down at the party to see everyone is having a good time.
"You know? I think we really needed this." Yang said.
"Everyone looks so happy, that it's making Papi feel happy too!" Papi excitedly.
Blake and Sun are doing some slow dancing together, Ren and Nora are having fun while doing the Waltzing, Penny appears to be doing the robot dance with two guards close to her, Suu is hanging out with Pyrrha and Centorea doing a little bouncing movement.
"Papi thinks Suu is doing the bouncy ball." Papi commented.
"Aw, she looks so cute doing it." Ruby complimented.
"Yang, you really did a great job on planning this dance. It not only does this help everyone feel at ease, but it's also helping with bring the Demihumans closer with us." Ruby gestured to several other Demihumans having fun at this dance.
"Aw, thanks! It wasn't all me, though. Weiss did a lot too." Yang said as she brings Ruby in for a one-arm bear crushing hug making Ruby struggle to break free from the intense hug.
"Look, Weiss is about to have a friend!" Papi pointed down at Weiss who is just accompanied by Neptune sitting down next to her.
"Glad to know she won't be lonely." Ruby smiled, happy for her best friend.
"Tomorrow it's back to work." Yang sighed, sad that she and the others won't get to enjoy a fun time like this any time soon.
"'m sure we can handle whatever gets thrown at us." Ruby believed.
"Yeah, you guys are the ones who beat up the black monsters and save the day like heroes!" Papi cheered.
"Hey Papi, quick question. Have you ever fought any Grimms before signing up for the program?" Yang asked curiously.
"Fought?" Papi confused.
"You know, fighting hard and kicking butt like we did with Roman. Pow pow!" Ruby explained to a little low degree for Papi to understand.
"Oh, Papi thinks Papi fought scary Grimms before, but can't remember much. Papi does know Papi fought those little dinosaur Grimms." Papi mentioned.
"Dinosaur Grimms?" Yang puzzled.
"I think she means the Creeps." Ruby pointed out.
"Right, they do look like mini T-Rex." Yang commented.
Down at the dance floor, Jaune walks up to his team gathering them for a little announcement.
"Team JNPR, I believe it is time we break out the Shine dance!" Jaune declared.
"Really?" Nora asked, getting really excited for this.
"I'm not sure if I'm up for it." Ren said nervously.
"I don't wanna dance at all." Killa rejected the idea.
"Come now, Killa. You may find this to be more fun than you know, this will also help make the bond of our team grow stronger as we enjoy ourselves throughout the night!" Centorea believed with a confident smile.
"And if you try to fly away, I'll catch you." Nora added, reminding the bee woman who fast she can react.
"…Fine. But that doesn't mean I'll enjoy it." Killa gave in, crossing her arms.
"Alright, now let's go dance!" Jaune excitedly walk onto the dance floor with his team.

Team JNPR with their Demihumans have started dancing together almost like they know each other's moves, being in sync showing how strong their bonds are and even Killa is finding herself to enjoy the dance even though she won't admit it out loud.
"Now this is what I call a dance!" Nora cheered.
"Still nervous about this, but no use wincing about it." Ren said.
"I can't believe you talked me into this." Killa growled, secretly having a "little" fun.
"It's nice to dance with you two again." Jaune smiled while dancing between Pyrrha and Centorea.
"I'm very sure not even Ms. Smith can stop us from being this close to each other." Pyrrha smiled as she sways her hips before a little spin by Centorea.
"Indeed, this event is will forever be within our minds to look back on and more so when making new memories with it!" Centorea agreed smiling.
Meanwhile, Weiss just heard the whole explanation from Neptune about why he didn't go to the dance with her.
"So, what made you change your mind?" Weiss asked.
"Huh?" Neptune puzzled of the question.
"You said you were embarrassed at first. What made you come talk to me?" Weiss clarified the question.
"You're looking at him." Neptune looked over at Jaune, making Weiss do the same. Both seeing the Arc man dancing with his lovers and his team.
"You got some good friends looking out for ya." Neptune complimented.
Weiss mentally thanks Jaune for helping her out with this, and now she can really enjoy the night she had hope.

While everyone is having a blast with the dance getting some more people to join, Mercury and Emerald are just watching them from the second floor while Draco is tapping her foot impatiently.
"It appears all the dancers have partners." Emerald informed on the comm-piece in her ear.
"How long do I have?" Cinder asked.
"You should probably be home by midnight, to be safe." Mercury advised.
"I still can't believe I have to be stuck here in just a boring event instead of doing what we came here for. My skills are better use out there." Draco complained.
"Have patients, Draco. Your time will come, just endure the wait and when the moment is right, you will do what you want." Cinder said to Draco in her earpiece comm.
"Just make sure nothing goes wrong this night, I'm already feeling sick from just being with these naïve fools." Draco glared down at the Hunters in training and the Demihumans being happy together.
(With Cinder)
"I won't be long, and I'll be sure to keep my eye on the clock." Cinder promised, shown to be outside and sitting on the rooftop of a school building.
Cinder is now wearing a sleeveless jacket, long gloves, stiletto heel boots, a black glass mask and several straps with containers of powdered Dust lined across her pants.
"(I wonder what Jaune would think of me if he saw me wearing this?)" Cinder thought asked herself, then realize what she just thought of.
"(Fuck, Cinder Fall. You have to focus on the mission right now, and that mission is heading for the CCT tower in Beacon.)" Cinder thought quickly reminded herself of the mission.
Ruby and Papi walk toward the exit with the former believing that she has enough dancing for one night and wants to be outside for a while, Papi is just coming along so that Ruby doesn't get lonely which is really nice of her to do.
Then Ruby spotted something unusual, she couldn't make out entirely, but she can definitely tell that is a person running on the rooftops and seems to be heading in the direction of the CCT tower.
"Papi, did you see that?" Ruby asked.
"The moon looking ouchy? Yeah, I wish there was a way to help make the moon feel better." Papi commented, looking up at the shattered moon and feeling sad for the night celestial body.
"Not the moon! I mean did you also see a person running from the rooftops!" Ruby mentioned.
"Huh, there was a person? Must be out running?" Papi guessed.
"At this late at night? Hardly, come on." Ruby decided to check out that person and see if this one isn't a bad guy.
(With Cinder)
Cinder hides behind a pillar to see one single guard standing in front of the entrance for the CCT tower, she stealthily approaches the guard from behind and chop the back of his neck to knock him unconscious.
"Too easy." Cinder grinned.
Cinder brags the unconscious guard into a bush and went through the front door. Causally walking up to the elevator where one Atlas guard notice her.
"Excuse me, no one's allowed in this area." The Atlas guard said, but Cinder continues moving.
"Stop!" The Atlas guard yelled and pointed his gun at her.
Cinder dashes fast and dodges a few blasts from the guard then holds his arm with a punch to the face. She saw one guard coming to attack her from behind with an electric baton but she kicked him down then flips the other guard away.
Two of the other guards goes in to apprehend the criminal as Cinder conjures two swords from the glass and fire Dusts in her outfit. She easily took out the guards with great swift slashes and waits at the elevator.
Meanwhile, two other Atlas Guards in the elevator and one of them spoke.
"Hey, man, do you know the Wi-Fi password?" One Atlas guard asked.
"It's Beacon but replace the E with a 3 and add a pound symbol to the end." The other Atlas answered.
What the two Atlas guards didn't expect was seeing a mysterious young woman in black and a few unconscious guards on the floor.
Cinder just walks inside and the elevator door closes.
(With Ruby and Papi)
Ruby arrives at the tower and spotted an unconscious guard.
"Papi! Papi!" Ruby shouted for Papi who is in the sky. But then a silver butterfly lands on her nose much to the girl's confusion.
"Butterfly!" Papi shouted as she crashes right onto Ruby.
"Why…?" Ruby exclaimed.
"Papi, did you spot the person from high view?" Ruby asked.
"Papi was flying around, feeling free with the wind which was really fun, and Papi saw this butterfly with silver wings and played with it then it flew to your nose where Papi chased him to you!" Papi explained the stuff that isn't really useful right now.
"Papi! The person I told you about, did you see him or here anywhere up there?" Ruby asked, groaning a bit.
"No, Papi didn't see anyone up there." Papi shook her head.
"But Papi did hear a little nose that came from the inside. Oh, Papi wonder if the guards are having a birthday party for one of them, but it'll be rude to go in since Papi don't have a present for him." Papi mentioned and gasped.
"I'm pretty sure it's not a birthday party." Ruby said before taking out her Scroll to summon her rocket locker bringing her Crescent Rose.
(With Cinder)
"Oh! That's handy." Cinder smirked at the Scroll she took from one of the guards, she exits the elevator, leaving the two knocked-out Atlas guards inside.
Cinder sits down at the control console and puts in a flash drive into the slot, the computer of the control console started beeping with the screen on and lots of data numbers are pouring in.
"(I wonder if Jaune has saved me a dance?)" Cinder thought asked, finding herself thinking about Jaune again.
"(What the Hell is going on with me? Why am I feeling such things for that… that… that guy I barely know. It's like he put a love spell on me.)" Cinder thought clutched onto her left breast.
"It looks like I have to do a little investigation of my own." Cinder whispered herself, but she will need to focus on this job first.

The Beacon dance went off great for everybody like Team JNPR with their Demihumans doing the dancing, but it looks like Cinder Fall has other plans than dancing as she snuck her way into the CCT though she is also being followed by Ruby and Papi.
