He gets up and gets ready on Tuesday morning. He makes his way downstairs to have breakfast.

"Good morning, Katie and Mom." While munching on his grilled cheese toast, he says.

"Good morning, my love. Was there anything noteworthy yesterday? Logan was really upset when he left this place. He refused to provide me with the specifics. He only desired to leave this house. As she gives Katie an orange drink, Ms. Knight remarks.

"James said something that was not quite right. When he reminded us to complete our homework, he called Logan a nerd. He was having trouble focusing while the rest of us were having fun. I regret not being able to help them with their problem more." Kendall says.

I'll do it. They shouldn't harbor animosity toward one another. Carlos' birthday celebration is this Friday, so we need to plan. It is impossible for him to be depressed about it. Kendall declares

He heads out of the home to catch the bus.

"Where's Logan at?"

"His mom is driving him to school." He's still that unhappy about last night. He isn't even interested in traveling with James on the bus. Carlos remarks

"I apologized," I said. James remarks

"You need to tell him!" Frustrated, Kendall says.

"I shall. Whenever I see him at school, that is. says James.

As they enter the building after arriving, they notice him beside his locker.

"You okay, Logie?" Says Carlos

"As long as I'm not perceived as a nerd when I try to be helpful, I'll be okay." With a sneer at James, the petite brunette adds.

"Logan, I truly apologize for upsetting you. I should not have treated your thoughts about that word with such contempt." says James.

"I love doing my homework, but you, my brother, shouldn't ever call me a nerd, dork, or geek because Harvey bothers me so much that I'm sure I'll get a stomach ulcer. Desiring a top-notch education is perfectly acceptable." states Logan.

You're correct—it's significant. Please pardon me. When I informed my parents what I had done, my father snapped at me. When he does it, I don't like it. Though I don't want him to despise me, I feel like I'm failing him as a son. I believe like he transfers all of his worry and fury toward me because he and my mother are divorced. James remarks

Logan, Kendall, and Carlos know exactly how James felt after his parents got divorced—both heartbroken and angry. For a month, he was quite far away from his three closest friends. He was unable to focus during hockey practice and refused to accept assistance from the school guidance counselor. Even though his parents' divorce occurred more than two years ago, he still experiences emotional pain when he doesn't get to spend time with them.

"I am aware of how harsh he is with you. It is unfair for you to endure such suffering. I absolve you. Logan remarks, expressing empathy for his parents' predicament.

Regards, Logan. Thank you for that. James says with a relieved smile.

Painting a preferred atmosphere is the task for art class. Logan is seated next to a considerate kid named Ollie, who observes his work.

"Whoa, Logan, that was really good." He remarks, praising it.

Thank you, Ollie. Logan answers.

"Right now, I wish I was on a Florida beach."

"Why?" You're not fond of Minnesota? Ollie remarks

"I enjoy living here; I just don't like the constant cold." Ice and snow don't sit well with my body at all. Logan remarks

"You play hockey," I said. Ollie makes note of.

"That's true, but I still wish I were somewhere warmer." Logan remarks

Ollie heads to the restroom while Logan heads to the coloring station to get the necessary shade of blue. Upon his return, he observes Harvey attempting to ruin his painting.

"What are you up to? Quit! The room is silent, so his statement startles everyone.

This task was necessary. I'm tired of Miss Opal praising you all the time. Though you're not the next Picasso, you still believe that! At art, you're terrible! You ignorant moron! Harvey shouts indignantly.

"In my class, we will not put up with this improper behavior. Right now, young man, head to the principal's office!" "Now!," says Miss Opal.

Harvey grudgingly obeys, but not before shoving Ollie out of the way and back into the room.

"You're a jerk! I did not even hurt you in any way! He sighs and yells at him in an angry manner.

Is everything well, Logan? Why did that happen?

"He destroyed the painting I made. He couldn't bear to see me thrive in this class because he is jealous of Miss Opal's constant compliments. My grandpa was supposed to get the painting as a present. I wanted to mail this to him to help him feel better because he has a cold. I have nothing left to offer him now. Examining the damage, Logan remarks with regret.

"Is he picky, or can you make him something else?" Ollie remarks

"He enjoys everything I make for him, but Florida is his favorite place to travel." Logan responds, saying that everything was destroyed by that savage, uncivilized, toxic-filled offspring demon of the depths.
