Victory road
It's been two months since Ash started training with Misty and Brock, Ash was in his room, this past two months Ash has stopped traveling but all was training, this past months Ash tried to make up with Charizard, even though he did not know what he did wrong in the first place.
The progress has been slow both in training and with Charizard, Charizard has agreed to help Ash in battle when he wants, but he did not agree to train with him. And yes how could he forgot his Pidgeotto finally evolved into a Pidgeot, during one of his training sessions a month ago, Pidgeot certainly love flying with Ash on her back.

He didn't know why the progress has been slow, but he suspected that it's because of the Gamer wants him to branch out but he can't do that when he is not traveling.
"Hah, Pikachu let's go!" Ash jumped up from his bed taking Pikachu on his shoulder
Ash ran down the stairs and got out of his house on the way Misty and Brock joining him.
"So, any plans?" Brock asked
"First i need to register at Victory road pokemon centre, then make our way through Victory road."
Misty and Brock gave Ash a odd look.
Eventually Misty spoke up "Ash, You do know that Victory road is not a road right?"
"What!" Ash exclaimed.
"Yes Victory road is a tunnel, a tunnel filled with incredibly powerful wild pokemon." Brock replied.
"Why the hell! did you not tell me that before, and why the hell! is Victory road named Victory road when it's not a road at all!" Ash exclaimed in comical outrage.
"It's your own fault that you're too stupid research where you're going." Misty snapped
"Hey! you don't have be too jealous." Ash laughed
And indeed Misty has never managed defeat Ash even once in the two months, And she is maybe a bit jealous of Ash but she will never admit that.
"Hmph, As if!" Misty said and marched forward.
"The hell is wrong with her?" Ash asked to himself
Brock came closer and put a hand on his shoulder
"Girls, we'll never understand them." Brock said in a sagely manner.
Time skip
Ash was in front of Nurse Joy of the Victory road.
Ash showed her the in side of his jacket.
She took some kind of hand held device and the badges
"Boulder badge from Pewter city, Cascade badge from Cerulean city, Thunder badge from Vermilion, Rainbow badge from Celadon city, Soul badge from Fuchsia, Volcano badge from Cinnabar Island, And finnally Earth badge from Viridian city." Nurse Joy said as she completed scanning the badges.
"You are aligiable to compete in thelsee pokemon league and go through Victory road. Just hand me you pokedex for a sec." Nurse Joy requested.
Ash did so and in a minute or so she gave the dex back.
Time skip in side the tunnel
"So, is there a map or something?" Ash asked, because currently Ash and friends were in the tunnel not know if the boulder infront of them was a Golem or not, The tunnel was dark but Pikachu came to rescue with his glowing tail. Pikachu just learned Flash via Move tutor, thank fully.
The Boulder moved and rolled, so apparently that was a Golem.
"Nope, we would have to navigate our way through." Misty replied.
He groned and continued on following Pikachu, like a good trainer should.
Some time later Ash got bored ofcourse and a bored Ash is a dangerous Ash.
"Well how about we do some training along the way." Ash said with a smirk letting out Charizard.
Seeing the smirk Misty got a horrifying look on her face. "Ash, don't."
Ash ignored her "Charizard, attack that Sandslash!"
"Ash i don't think–" Brock was saying
Charizard ignored and Ash and attacked the earlier Golem. The Golem was easily defeated and the XP was nothing to scoff a ether but when the horeds of Geodude, Graveler and Golem came then they ran, ran like they never ran before and in Charizard's case floo.
