A/N: I wanted to give another shout-out to KagamiPINKAgreste - aka "one of my favorite people ever". After reading her story Deals, Deception and Deers, I was inspired to create my own Miraculous OC. Enter Andreas Sniegowski, aka the vigilante superhero "King Cobra". I doubt I'll use him in a lot of works considering I'm mainly focused on Sonic and My Hero Academia works, but I just wanted to give the concept a try. You'll also see him in a future chapter of KagamiPINKAgreste's story War Is Never Civil, so stay tuned!

Also, I don't know if this has been happening to anybody else, but for some reason, I no longer get notifications even though I have them turned on, and my view counter is busted. If you leave a review on ANY of my works, PLEASE PM ME so I'll know.

Andreas Sniegowski looked out the window of the Air France Airbus A350-900 that he was riding on, wondering about the rationality of his family's recent move. Having autism and bad anxiety, major life events such as this always fomented panic in the 5'10", 230-pound brown-eyed boy with neatly-combed short black hair. His only consolation was that once the initial shock had worn off, he felt that much better when he adapted to the change. Even so, he wondered just how long it was going to take for the shock to wear off. He turned to his mother Alicia, who almost looked like a female version of him, albeit older and thinner, with her long hair in a ponytail and a pair of tortoiseshell glasses on her face:

"Mom, remind me why we're movin' to a foreign country again?"

"Boo, we've talked about this before: your father couldn't pass up the job offer that he received. Besides, this is the best thing for our family."

Andreas crossed his arms. "OK, I love you, but why is it always what he wants? Why do I have to be treated like I'm invisible?"

Alicia put her hand on Andreas' shoulder. "I know you're not happy about moving to Paris, but I've read a lot about the city, and it's supposed to be a really good place to live! I'm sure you'll get used to it in time!"

"Believe me, I lived there for a year one time, and I enjoyed it!" said James, Andreas' father, a balding man with graying black hair and a beard.

"Maybe you did, but that doesn't mean I'll like it."

"You don't have to like it. You can always move out after school, and you can always visit us!" said Alicia.

"Just give it a shot!" said James.

Andreas nodded. "Right."

After landing at Charles de Gaulle Airport and grabbing their luggage, the Sniegowski family headed for their new home, located on 45 Rue Jefferson in the 21st arrondissement. It was a rather old place with multiple floors, and though it was a bit smaller than what the Sniegowski family had back in Providence, Rhode Island, it was clean and spacious. Granted, Andreas still wasn't entirely fond of having to move to a foreign country considering how much he loved the USA, but he was at least curious to see what his room would be like.

"So Andreas, you can choose whether you want to have the upper bedroom or the lower bedroom," said Alicia.

"Hold on, lemme take a look…"

Andreas checked out both bedrooms before coming back downstairs to see his parents.

"OK, you two can have the upper bedroom," said Andreas.

"OK!" said Alicia and James.

Andreas went to check out his room. Like everything about this house, it was smaller than his room back home, but it was large enough for his needs. He began exploring it, and found that it had a couple of small closets. In one of them, he found a small snakeskin box akin to a jewelry box. Curious, he opened it up and found a snakeskin bracelet. Being a fan of snakes, he held it up to his arm and estimated that it would fit him, smiling.

(This'll go great with my studded leather bracelets!)

Without hesitation, Andreas put the bracelet on. Suddenly, he was greeted by a small, floating chibi creature bearing some resemblance to a cobra. He jumped back upon seeing the creature.

"What the hell!?" said Andreas. "Who are you!?"

The creature smiled. "Don't be frightened. My name is Cobbs, and I'm the Kwami of Justice."

Andreas averted his gaze and put his index finger up to his chin. "Kwamis…I've heard of those before, but I always thought they were a myth."

"Oh no, we're quite real. Only the wielders of the Miraculouses – you included – know we exist."

Andreas scratched his cheek. "Miraculouses? Is that what that bracelet I put on was?"

"Indeed, you are now the wielder of the Cobra Miraculous, which will not only grant you enhanced strength and endurance in addition to silent footsteps, but also the power of Deadeye, which means that the next projectile you launch will strike your target without fail.

Andreas smiled and pumped his fist. "Hell yeah! That sounds bitchin'!" His look turned serious. "Since we established that you're friendly, I need to talk to you about something…"

Cobbs smiled. "And I promise I'll listen."

"Cobbs, as much as I love the idea of having a Miraculous, I'm still pretty pissed at my parents for forcing me to move here from my old home in the US, and I have A LOT of anxiety about whether or not I'll enjoy living in Paris."

"I know, moving to an unfamiliar place can be very jarring. It's OK to feel nervous. If it makes you feel any better, there are many friendly faces in Paris, and I know you'll end up making new friends here. You've got this, my friend."

Andreas smiled. "Thank you, Cobbs. I'll try to look at the positives as best as I can."

"Andreas, is everything OK in there?" asked Alicia.

"Yeah, everything's fine, Mom; I was just talking to myself."

"OK, dear!"

When Andreas was sure that Alicia was gone elsewhere, he refocused his attention on Cobbs:

"So tell me: how exactly do I use my new power?"

"All you have to do is say the words 'Cobbs, venom ready', and you'll transform into one of Paris' greatest crime fighters. When you wish to de-transform, say 'Cobbs, antidote'. Got it?"

Andreas gave a thumbs up. "Got it!"

"Good. Oh…and don't forget to feed me some oatmeal raisin cookies every now and then."

Andreas smirked. "Or as my father calls them: 'Russian cookies'!"

Andreas and Cobbs shared a good laugh. Everything was going to be all right.
