Next morning:

"Baby?"

"Yes, my darling?"

"Can you pass the salt?"

"Anything for you, my love."

A hand brushes against mine as a smile grace my lips. "Thanks."

He returns the smile lovingly. "Don't mention it."

"Um…" The King voices in uncertainty as he looks at us. "I need clarification."

"On what?"

My friends throw their hands up. "How about everything?"

I place my spoon down. "I believe I explained everything."

"Yes, but we need more clarification." The Queen states as my beloved dabs his lips with a napkin.

"What part do you not get?" He asks as they sigh.

"Everything." The four of them said in unison as we glance at each other.

"How about start when we saw you two," Star gestures to us. "Kissing."

(Flash):

My eyes flutter open as the sun shines directly on my face making me wince. "Baby?"

"Yes, beautiful?" A male voice calls out as his arms wrap around my bare waist staring at me with a smile.

We really did it last night… My heart thumps faster as I recall the memories. I wonder…

"Answer me truthfully," I cup his face staring into his eyes. "Did you… regret last night?"

His smile slowly falters as I clench my jaw. Is that a yes or a no? A lump forms in my throat as his silence irritates me to no end. If he says yes… A fist forms as I blink rapidly. I don't know…

My love stares at me with an indifferent expression. Every second that passes, my heart shatters a bit awaiting his answer. Do I even want to hear his answer? Was it a spur of the moment thing?

"Y-You don't have to answer," I look down as I bite my lip. "I… I'll get going." Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't you dare cry!

I shift to get off the bed as a person pins my wrist above my head. "Wha-Mph!"

The guy above me claims my lips aggressively as he shifts his hold stroking my wrists as my eyes flutter shut. Huh… why is he…

He leans back as my face heats up. "You're not going anywhere."

"B-But…"

"Do you honestly think that last night was just a fling?"

"I…"

"I can say with confidence that I do not and will never regret last night, Liliana." His thumbs run across my cheeks with a smile staring at me gently. "I said it once and I will say it again. I love you."

He doesn't regret it? My line of sight blurs a bit as I blink rapidly. "Really?"

My beloved nods caressing my face as he leans forward. "I can regret anything but this is the one thing that I will never regret, my beloved."

His thumb brushes up against my lips as we gaze into each other's eyes. The scent of sandalwood and jasmine hits me as our lips brush up against each other. Our mouths open slightly as he slips in his tongue. His hands caress my face slowly. A soft moan escapes my lips as I wrap my arms around his neck pulling him closer.

My heart flutters as he slowly pulls away. His luminous eyes bore into mine with a loving gaze. "I don't regret what we did last night."

"That's all I needed to hear."

A pair of lips connect with my forehead with a smile. "I love you."

"I love you too," I whisper pecking his lips a bit.

My face heats up as he snuggles in my chest. "A-Astral?"

"You're not the only one who likes to cuddle." He mutters as I pet his hair gently. Cute.

"By the way, are we going to break the news to our friends and your parents?"

He stays quiet for a moment. "Hm… yes but let's let them figure it out on their own."

That could work. "Knowing them, it probably won't take long to figure it out."

A laugh escapes his lips. "I would be highly surprised if they didn't."

"Me too." I wonder how will they react? Will they accept this?

(Knock)(Knock)

Who can that be? My love clears his throat. "Yes?"

"Your Highness, Lady Liliana, The King and Queen request your presence."

We glance at each other in confusion. Why?

"Ok, give us a few minutes."

"As you wish, Your Highness."

Footsteps fade as my love sighs deeply. Huh?

"What's wrong?"

"I don't want to get out of bed." He said wrapping his arms around my waist gently snuggling up against my chest even more.

"Come on, your parents are requesting our presence."

"Eh… let them wait," My love mutters. "You're the important one right now."

My heart races violently as I gulp. Oh god. If this keeps up…

"I'm serious," I push him away gently. "We can't stay in bed forever."

He claims my lips with a cheeky smile and propels out of bed. "Anything you say, my princess."

Skip shower scene:

The restroom door opens with a click as an arm snakes around my waist pulling me closer. What?

"Babe?"

My hand touches his now fully clothed chest as he shoots me a loving smile and starts planting kisses on my neck.

"Astral…" I gently push him away but his grip holds. My heart thumps rapidly at our proximity. At this rate, I'm going to have a heart attack.

Astral's POV:

(Flash):

"You look stunningly beautiful." I stare at her as I tilt her head up with a finger.

"May I?"

A seep of red flows to her cheeks. "You know you don't have to ask."

I stifle a laugh. "So does that mean I can kiss you whenever I like?"

Her heart thumps faster as her face grows to an unhealthy shade of red. So adorable!

"You're adorable, you know that?" I whisper leaning closer backing her towards a wall.

"You flatterer." My beloved mutters quietly. "So, I'm beautiful and adorable?"

A smile crosses my lips. "Yes,"

My hand moves to cup her face. "In my eyes, you're everything a guy can ask for in a woman."

"Really?" Her head tilts cutely revealing more of her neck. Is she trying to seduce me or am I reading way too much into her normal actions?

"Brains, beauty, and most importantly," The scent of vanilla fills my nostrils as our lips are centimeters apart. "A lovable, sexy, personality."

Our lips touch as my hands move accordingly. She pulls me closer entrapping her to the wall while I caress her face lovingly shutting my eyes as my tongue dances to her melody.

A soft moan emanates from her mouth as her warm tongue runs over my teeth as I growl softly. My love tilts her head while her hands slip past my neck and dance along my chest.

I slowly pull away staring at her beautiful eyes. A strand of hair falls on her face as my hands gently tuck it behind her ear, not leaving her amethyst eyes. How can eyes be so beautiful?

"Your Majesties-"

We glance towards the direction of the voice as my friends stand there in shock, unblinking and frozen.

My parents blink with a sheepish smile. "Sorry to interrupt." My mother said as she looks at my father.

He blinks probably still in shock. "Hahaha… please, continue."

"Yeah," Star said with a laugh as she starts to push everyone outside. "We didn't see anything."

"Stay in here as long as you like." My friend said as the door shuts.

I can hear shocked voices emanating from outside as I gently facepalm myself with a sigh. Why didn't I realize they were right there? Just how long were they standing there anyway?

"Well, I guess that's one way for them to find out." She said as I direct my attention back to her with a slight smile.

"It sure saves us the explanation," I agree as she pecks my cheek leaning into my chest wrapping her arms around my waist.

"No, I still think we owe them an explanation."

"Why is that?" I ask stroking her hair.

"Think about it, they just saw us kiss. They bound to have questions on how this came to be." Makes sense.

"Guess we owe them an explanation after all." Hm… how should I go about explaining this to them?

"Whatever you do, don't go into detail about last night."

"Of course, I won't and why am I the one who will be explaining?"

She looks at me batting her eyelashes. "Do you expect me to explain it?"

"You were the one who seduced me."

"And you fell for it. So that means you're the one to explain." She states simply as I playfully ruffle her hair.

"Ok, my princess." I peck her lips as a speck of slight crimson blush dust her cheeks.

Star's POV:

Last night? What do they mean by that?

"Hey, Maria, what do they mean by last night?"

She shrugs. "I don't know what's happening anymore."

"I'm still reeling in shock that my two friends kissed in the lips."

I place a hand under my chin. What brought upon this change? Just yesterday they were friends. Now, they're lovers?

"Last night…" Hmm… Did something happen last night to make them realize their feelings?

"Your Majesties," I direct my gaze towards the King and Queen. "I'm quite confused."

"Yea, do you have any idea what they are talking about?" My friend asks as they cough into their fists.

"I think something happened last night."

"I agree. Something must've happened last night but what?"

My eyes light up. "Why not just ask them?"

She gives me a high five with a grin. "Good thinking!"

The door opens and my friends come out hand in hand smiling. Now's a good time to ask.

"Good morning." She said with a smile as I laugh.

"Morning?" My friend stifles a laugh. "It's the afternoon."

"Anyway, mind telling us what happened last night?" I ask as their eyes widen.

"Star!" She exclaims with a seep of red on her face and avoids his gaze. Why is she blushing?

"Why are you reacting like this?" My friend asks in curiousness as he coughs awkwardly with red color on his cheeks as well. Huh…

"I'm confused…" I trail off as my friend nod.

"What happened last night?" She asks as they look away from each other simultaneously.

What the? "Are you two ill or something?" I ask in concern.

My friend raises an eyebrow. "How odd…"

"Ahem," The King clears his throat staring directly at them as they flinch. He looks quite serious.

"I would like to know what happened last night as well."

We nod in agreement as they blink blankly at us. "Mother-"

She puts up her hand to silence him. "I would also like to know what happened."

Their jaws drop a bit as I stifle a laugh covering my mouth.

"But don't you two-"

"Just because we already know what you're implying doesn't mean that we're not curious." His father states as she shuts her mouth. Do they know what happened yesterday?

She smiles gently at them. "Be honest, did you two…"

Her face turns red as he looks away from his parents avoiding their eyes. Huh?

"Judging by your reaction, I'm assuming you-"

"Let's discuss this in my room." He cuts him off hastily pushing us towards the room and shutting the door.

Maria's POV:

We sit on the couch opposite where my friends are as they hold hands tightly with nervous expressions on their faces. Why do they look so nervous? Just what are they about to tell us? And that kiss… what happened last night?

"So, ready to tell us what happened?" I ask after a few minutes of silence.

"Well," He starts as I pour myself a cup of tea.

"Stop! Don't drink that!" She yells as I freeze. What?

"What's wrong?" My friend asks.

"Waltari," A butler comes rushing in and bows.

"Your Royal Highness,"

He takes the teapot and hands it to him. "Dispose the contents of this immediately."

"Of course, Your Highness."

The door gently shuts as we direct our attention back to them. Dispose of the tea?

"What-"

"That's not tea. It's alcohol." My friend stated as we blink. Alcohol?

Her eyes widen. "So that's why it tasted so odd…"

"Why is there alcohol in your teapot?" The Queen asks as they shrug.

"I don't know but that's how it all started."

We cross our arms expecting an explanation.

"Well, um… it's quite a long story."

"It's not like we have anything else to do right now so," The King leans forward with interest. "Start talking you two."

They sigh deeply. "I think one word sums this up." He said as we blink. What word?

"Seduction."

My eyes shift to my friend as she fidgets with the hem of her shirt avoiding our gazes. Ohhhhh… I think I know what happened…

A beat of silence passes through as we all direct our attention to her.

"Seduce?" My friend asks in confusion as I facepalm. Does she not know what it means?

"What does that word mean?"

I turn to her. "Do you seriously not know what that word means?"

She shrugs and shakes her head. And you say that they are clueless.

"How should I put this…" I place a hand under my chin in deep thought.

"The act of seducing someone."

She blinks still not getting it. Hm…

"I guess it's like the act of luring someone to commit an act of…" I trail off as I look away with my face warm. How does she not know the meaning?

She furrows her brows. "An act of what?" Are you serious?!

"An act of s-s… se-" I bury my head in my hands with a groan.

"I can't say it. It's embarrassing!" I whine then point to my friend.

"You explain it to her!"

His eyes widen. "Me?"

"Who else?"

"Do you want to make it more awkward than it already is?" True… it would be more awkward if he explains it.

My gaze shifts to the person playing with the hem of her shirt. "Lily-"

"No."

"I haven't even asked the question yet."

"Still, my answer is no."

"Aw, come on! She wants to know and I'm not going to say it."

My friend sighs softly. "Do you expect me to explain what it is?"

"Yes."

She blinks and bite her lip. "Ok, so seduction is the act of luring someone in for… an experience of some sort." A shade of red flows to her face as she gulps. Well, that's certainly one way to say it.

My friend tilts her head to the side. "Experience? What do you mean?"

We sigh deeply. She still doesn't get it.

"I'm assuming this probably has to do with your amnesia right?" I ask as she nods.

"Perhaps."

I glance at my friend expectantly as she latches onto his arm with a sweet smile. "Baby,"

"You're good at explaining things right?"

"Yes…" He replies slowly. "Where are you going with this?"

"Well," She leans closer and pokes his chest a bit. "Can you explain it to her?"

He blinks as the corners of her mouth drop a bit. "Come on, baby. Please?"

My friend flutters her eyelashes as he finally gives in. "Alright."

"You're the best!" She hugs him tightly as a smile grace his face.

"Ahem," He removes her arms from his body and glanced at his parents. Is he-

They stifle laughs with coughs. "Oh, don't mind us."

"Just keep doing what you're doing."

I was right! He's embarrassed.

"Yup!" She exclaims hugging him again. "It's not like they haven't seen us like this before."

He gave her a peck on the cheek and shift his eyes to my green eyed friend. "So seduction essentially means to entice someone to do something."

"And what is that something?"

"It could be just about anything but the word seduce is most commonly used in terms of relationships." Wait, it could be used in a causal sense as well?

Her gaze shifts from my friend to him than vice versa. "So… she seduced you?"

"Yes."

"Into doing what?"

He coughs awkwardly into his fist as a shade of red appears on his face. "Well uh… sleeping."

My face heats up as he said that as I look towards my hands in utter fascination. Huh… has that mark always been there?

"But don't you two already sleep together?" She asks innocently as he stares blankly at her. True but that's not what he means…

"Yes, but it's different than just regular sleeping…"

"Huh?"

"You seriously don't get what he's trying to say?" I ask appall as she raises an eyebrow.

I take a deep breath. "So, there are two meanings for sleep. There is sleep as in closing one's eyes and drifting into dreamland."

She nods in understanding.

"There's another meaning of sleep where two people sleep…" I did not think this through all the way.

She blinks, still not getting it.

"Seduction is the act of a woman or a man flirting with the desired subject to gain something out of them. That something that is gained is usually physically pleasure or sexual intercourse between the seductress and the subject."

He actually said it… My mouth opens a bit as I can feel my cheeks heating up. How can he say that with such a straight face is beyond my comprehension.

Her eyes widen as her face turns red and looks at my friend in shock. "Lily… you…"

"You don't have to point it out." She mutters as he smirks stifling a laugh unsuccessfully.

She shoots him a glare as he ruffles her hair playfully with a chuckle.

"So," The Queen said as we turned to her. "Seduction huh? I'm really surprised that tactic works on you." She said as we glance at each other in confusion. What?

"I agree," Her husband chimes in with a smile. "Considering the number of times people tried to seduce you over the years, I thought that tactic would never work on you but I was wrong." People tried to seduce him? Wow… how shameless.

"Me neither but apparently," He gazes at the person next to him lovingly. "She's an exception."
