US forces sit just outside of Mexico City, they could easily march in. However word as just come in that an operative that has been working down there for awhile now had uncovered something and a full on assault at this time would destroy it. So Asuna ordered her forces to dig in for a siege.

"Commander, have you figured out a plan?" Major Dornan asked.

"The only option is for me to go in there, meet up with the agent and soften up their defenses. There is no other way." Asuna replied.

"If that's the case then I will keep the men in line while you're away."

"You do that."

Asuna then, using old sewer tunnels sneaks into Mexico City. Due to the lack of guards and other defenses it is rather easy. She then makes her way to the agent's safe house, cloaking when needed to avoid detection. As much as she would love to do some killing now is not the time to give herself away. Eventually she makes it to a run down building, punches in the code to open the door and quickly gets in the dimly lit room.

"You must be the USA commander." The agent says as he steps out of the shadows. A man wearing all black including a coat with two swords. Black hair ruffled also, clearly someone kitted out with a lot of the same Cyberwear as Asuna herself.

"I am, and you are?" She asked.

"Name's Bryan Brook, however I tend to go by Black."

"You seem familiar for some reason."

"Same, however we should get to the task on hand."

"Right, you said you found something. What is it?"

"It be easier to show you."

So they link up on the phone and head into the basement of the building. Once there they go down into a hole in the floor that was blasted open and start walking through a cave.

"So Black, what's your story?" Asuna asks

"Son of a former Millitech employee. However unlike my dad I was never on the payroll." He replies.

"What did you do?"

"Basically I was the middle man between him and fixers. Even though he was not high up in the company his name would make him a target."

"And you wouldn't?"

"I use a street name when dealing with people outside of my family. It's easier for me and them. Especially after the last Fixer I worked with turned coat and created a Cyber Psycho out of one of the best Edge runners Night City ever seen. Heard one of his two surviving crew mates gave you his jacket."

"It was something I inherited from one of the two personalities that created me."

"Oh yes I remember. You or at least your 'mother' stole a Relic chip from Arasaka. That's about all I know."

"Once we are done here, what do you want out of this?"

"A pardon for my dad and a place within the ranks of the US Marshals."

"I don't know about the pardon, but I do the Marshal position I can do easily."

"You have sway with both the President and the person likely to replace him in the upcoming election. I am sure you can get it done."

After some time traveling through the cave system they reach what looks to be a bunker of Alien design. It was also blasted open.

"Had to blast our way through here, nothing about this bunker is New or Old Tech so we couldn't hack it. At least within the time frame we had." Black said.

"We?" Asuna questioned.

"Had a crew of Nomads helping me before you guys started marching troops into Mexico. Told them to evacuate while they still could. Paid them well enough to keep quiet. Plus, Aldecaldos are a trustworthy sort."

"They sure are, but what are we looking at?"

"Some sort of space ship I think. I just know it's loaded with advanced technology that the USA would want to get their hands on."

"And we need to get it out."

"Exactly, luckily I know what is above us."

"What's above us?"

"This is were the Aztecs used to sacrifice people at. Which means we are under what used to be a lake."

"How does that help us?"

"Well I was thinking the ground would be weaker allowing us to bust through."

"Or maybe if you look over there you would see that who ever built this place left a entrance."

"Yeah, we could try that."

So there get in and both try hacking the ship. After some time they get it to start and after some trial and error begin to fly out.

"Ok here we go." Black says as he takes it out slowly. Then after some time they fly into the ocean.

"Now fly up, fly up!" Asuna says.

"I am trying." Once they are out of the ocean they zip right into the air. "Top floor: Sporting goods, menswear, and-"

Asuna punches him in the shoulder. "How about you don't take us into space."

"Ow, sorry. Where do you want to go then?"

"Back before we took Night City the Enclave set up a research facility in northern Mexico. It would be the best place for us to drop this off."

"Ok then."
