Hi Readers: And welcome to another day of chapters. And not just chapters, but chapter merging as I plan on merging some of my original chapters due to the fact that they fit well together. And if you read the original story, then you know which chapters I'm talking about. However, I'm not going to waste anymore time explaining that as it's pretty self-explanatory. Though, I do need to tell you guys something before we start. Today, I am going to go see Taylor Swift's Eras Tour movie, which means that there will be a gap between my chapters, which also means low chapters. However, that doesn't mean that I'm not giving you new content; which I am right now.

Chapter Eighteen
I Thought We Were Going to Take a Bath?

Walking into her and Matt's bathroom this morning, Gabby smirked at the sight in front of her; the sight of her (naked) husband standing under the shower head. A sight which turns her on, due to the fact that he's a very handsome and sexy man, which makes her feel like the luckiest woman in the entire world. Even more so, it makes her feel glad that this is what the two of them are going to be doing today: they're going to just hold each other close and relax; both here in the shower, as well as in the comfort of their bed. But, that's what they're going to do after they take a shower; right now, they're just going to breathe and take it easy as they take a shower. And in order for them to take a shower, Gabby actually needs to get in the shower; rather than just stare at her husband in the shower, even though it was a pretty nice sight. But not as good as the feeling of his hands on her wet body, as well as her hands on his muscular body, which is precisely the feeling that Gabby wants to have right now as she walked over to their towel hooks.

Taking hers off the moment she was standing next to the shower (and taking one last good glace at her husband), Gabby smiled as she hung it up and moved her hand to the door so that she could open it and join her husband, who was patiently waiting for her to join him, as he wanted to do the same thing as her. He wants to run his hands all over Gabby's wet, pregnant body this morning as they held each other close and just took it easy with each other here in the shower. And that's precisely what Matt's going to do now that he knows that Gabby's in the shower, something he learned by Gabby placing her hand on his back, which prompted him to turn around and looked at the woman he loves. "Hey handsome." Smirking, Gabby stepped close to her husband before placing her hands on his chest; after which, she placed her hands on his abs and just smiled as they were both very happy to be here in the shower with each other. And that's precisely what they were, they were happy to be here in the shower as Matt stepped close to his wife.

Placing his hands on her arms, Matt smiled as he leaned in and kissed the woman he loves more than anything. "God, you are so gorgeous." Smiling, Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that she was gorgeous; after which, she moved her hands off his toned chest and placed them on his arms. Rubbing them, Gabby smiled as she looked up into her loving husband's eyes; while he asked her a question as he stared into her eyes as well. "You feeling okay after that?" Nodding, Gabby smiled as she leaned up and kissed the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "Baby, of course I am. I mean, why wouldn't I be okay when the man I love just made love to me? The best feeling in the entire world, which will always be the case." Smirking, Matt agreed with his wife as he wrapped his arms around her; putting his hands on her butt, Matt soon stepped close to the woman he loves and bent down to kiss her softly. Meanwhile, she wrapped her arms around his back and smirked as she took things nice and slow with her husband.

Something Matt was doing as well, as that's precisely what Matt and Gabby both wanted to do with each other at the moment. They wanted to take things nice and slow with each other, as they have fun in the shower; something they always love doing when they're in the shower with each other, as they love kissing each other here in the shower. And honestly, that was how they both felt; especially since it's just a great feeling when their respective spouses are very sexy. And in Gabby's opinion, her husband is the sexiest man in the entire world, which makes Gabby feel very proud to be his wife. "I love you so much Matt, you know that right?" Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that she loves him, as he loves her too; but, her saying that she loves him just made that nice smile on his face get even bigger. And as it grew, Matt bent down and kissed his wife again. "I love you too." Stepping close to her husband again, Gabby smiled as she wrapped her arms around Matt's torso; while he placed his hand on the back of her head and smiled at his wife.

Pressing his lips to her forehead, Matt smiled as he looked down at his wife. "Sorry for going for it in bed, I know we said we wouldn't; and that we really shouldn't have." Shaking his head as Gabby apologized over the fact that they made love to each other, Matt smiled as he looked down into her eyes. "Hey, I loved it; I'll always love it when we make love to each other. I promise baby." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling as I placed my hands on his chest. Running my hands up his body, I smirked as he bent down and kissed me softly; something I love every time he does it due to the fact that he just knows the best way to kiss her, especially when he decides to kiss her neck. And that's precisely what Matt decided to start doing as he bent down and placed his hand on Gabby's neck, prior to kissing her neck and sucking on it. And let's just say that really turned Gabby on as she moaned for her husband, showing him that she was very pleased as they held each other close here in the shower this morning as they held each other close and took it easy.

However, they both knew that this couldn't happen all the time; and that they needed to take it easy and relax after this shower for the sake of the baby. "We should take it easy and relax after this." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, smiling as she leaned up and kissed him softly. "Agreed. But, how about right now you just take things slow with me ahead of us getting out and going back to bed so that we can cuddle up to each other?" That's when Gabby realized something when I heard Matt say that we were going to cuddle up to each other, which is why they were in the shower right now. "I just realized something, what the heck are we doing here in the shower? I thought that we were going to take a bath with each other." Matt then realized that. "Oh shit." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before taking a breath. "Are you distracted?" Matt nodded as Gabby asked him that question. "Do you want me to go run us a bath? I mean, that way we don't have to wash up in the bath and we can just cuddle and talk."

Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, loving that idea. "I love that idea." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, smirking as he leaned in and kissed his wife softly. "Just stay here, I'll let you know when you can come join me." Gabby agreed with her husband smiling as he got out of the shower so that he could go run them a bath, which is what their original plan was anyways. However, that didn't mean that she wasn't okay with the shower; something she decided to tell her husband. "Hey, Matt?" Turning his head as he heard Gabby speak to him, Matt smiled. "Yeah?" Gabby smiled at her husband, while deciding to make him feel better. "Don't feel bad that you forgot we were going to take a shower. Baby, just take a breath. I know you have a lot on your mind. Just run us a bath and sit down, I'll be right there." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling at her as he went to do just that; he went to run them a bath where they were going to take it easy and just relax as they both held each other close here in the comfort of their bath.

He was currently sitting in the bath, waiting for the woman of his dreams to come join him in the bath; where they would cuddle up to each other and just hold each other close, as they spoke to each other. After all, that was something that Matt clearly needed to do right now; he needed to speak to his wife as he has a lot on his mind right now. He needs to talk to his wife so that he can clear his mind and get back to concentrating on what really matters right now, which would be her and their life together. The life which they're creating as they go. A life which Gabby was already enjoying, but not as much as she enjoyed the sight of her (naked) husband sitting in the bath; or the sight that Matt has of his naked, pregnant wife making her way over to him in the bath after she got out of the shower. "Now, this is a sight I like." Gabby smirked, as she decided to make a joke over the situation that they find themselves in. "You sure that you didn't do the shower on purpose, so you could watch me walk around naked and wet to the bath?" Matt smirked.

And even better, he played along with the joke as he could tell that his (sexy, gorgeous, pregnant) wife was joking with him. "I think I did, just so that I could get this sight in my mind again. Makes me feel very happy." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, smiling as she walked up to the bath. Standing next to the bath, Gabby smirked as she leaned over her husband and placed her hands on his face; before leaning in and kissing him softly as a way to show him just how much she loves him. "I love you." Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that she loves him, as he loves her too; he'll always love her for the rest of his life. "I love you too, and I am so glad that we're going to just take it easy in the bath now. However, I hope you know that I'm still going to run my hands all over your body even if I don't need to wash you again." Gabby snickered as Matt told her that, as there was no doubt in her mind that he was going to do just that; run his hands all over her body and wash her, as that's precisely what they both want to do in the bath.

They want to run their hands all over each other's bodies, as they held each other close and just took it easy with each other. But first, Gabby needs to get in the bath with her man, which is precisely what she did as she stepped into the bath in between his leg, before bending down and placing her hands on his face once more. Kissing the man of her dreams, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this truly is perfect and exactly what she wants to be doing with Matt at the moment. She wants to take things nice and slow with the man of her dreams, as they both held each other close and just took it nice and easy with each other here in the comfort of their bath. "God, I love you so much and I am so glad that this is our life." Matt agreed with his wife as she told him that, well aware that was the case as he took things nice and slow with her as well. "Good, because I feel the same way." Gabby smirked, nodding; after which, she started to take things nice and slow with him once more. "Ok. I need to sit down now so that we can cuddle." Matt agreed.

After all, that's precisely what she needs to do. She needs to take it easy and just relax with him, as they held each other close in the comfort of their bath, which is precisely what they were doing now that she was sitting in between Matt's legs and laying down on his chest, while Matt wrapped his arm around her and smiled as he stroked her back with his thumb and pressed her lips to her forehead after her felt her wrap her arms around his torso. A feeling that also came with her pressing her breasts against his muscular chest, a feeling that Matt and Gabby both loved; especially Gabby because she knows how much it turns her husband on. "You like that feeling?" Turning his head to look down at his wife, Matt smirked as he placed his hand on the bath of her head and just smiled as he stared into Gabby's eyes. "I love the feeling for multiple reasons." Gabby was confused as she heard Matt say that but didn't want to sit up to tell him that because of how comfortable was; so, she just asked him to explain. "Can you explain what you mean by that?"

Matt agreed as he turned his head and pressed his lips to Gabby's forehead; while also taking a breath ahead of him explaining what he meant by his previous statement, about how he loves the feeling for multiple reasons. "Ok, so to start with the obvious one; I love it because it's very sexy, because you're very sexy." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, well aware of the fact that he finds her very sexy. "I find you sexy too, for what it's worth." Matt smirked as he agreed with his wife, before pressing his lips to her forehead. "But, I like it too because of how comforting I find it what we're holding each other close like this. There's just something about it that makes me very happy. Makes me feel so loved and just…I can't really put it into words if that makes sense." Gabby agreed with her husband, especially since she already knew what he was trying to tell her. He was trying to tell her that it made him relax. "It helps you relax." Matt agreed with Gabby, as it does help him relax. "I'm not sure you've noticed, but I do feel a bit tense right now."

Gabby agreed with her husband, as she has noticed that he's been a bit tense lately. "Yeah, I have felt that, and I can't help but wonder whether you're okay. What's going on Matt? Talk to me." Talking a breath, Matt agreed with his wife as he looked down into her eyes once more. "Listen, I know that I'm not a firefighter anymore; but neither was Benny, so…" Gabby sighed as she looked up at her husband. "You're worried that the same thing could happen to you." Leaning his forehead against Gabby's as he held her here in the bath, Matt placed his hand on her stomach and stroked it with his thumb. "I could leave not just you, but our baby alone to fend in this world without me, which is the last thing I ever want to do when I love you so much, and because I want to meet our baby girl so bad." Gabby agreed with her husband as she leaned up and kissed him with the hopes of calming him down, especially since she already knew how much he wanted to be a dad. And that's precisely what he's going to be soon, he's going to be a father.

And that's the only thing he needs to worry about right now, the fact that he's going to be a father. "Matt, you're going to be a dad. You're going to meet your daughter, our daughter, our little girl. Our Bella Jane." Matt smiled, as he loved that name. "Oh, I love that name." Gabby smirked, agreeing with her husband as she ran her hand up his chest and took things nice and slow with him here in the bath; after all, that's precisely what they want to do with each other right now. They want to take things nice and slow with each other, as they show each other just how much they really love each other. "God, I love you so much. And I truly hope that you know that Gabby." Gabby agreed with her husband as he told her that he loves her, as she very much knew that he loves her. "Matt, you don't need to remind me of that each and every time; because I know that you love me based on the way you treat me, based on the way you kiss me and show me how much you love me all the time. It's so sexy, and I am so glad that we're together right now."

Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case as he pressed his lips to her forehead. "I'm glad to see that you're feeling a bit better." Gabby agreed with her husband as she most certainly does feel better, she feels better because she has him in her life; she has the man of her dreams holding her close, as they (patiently) await the arrival of their first child together. The baby they love more than anything in the entire world (already). That's something they both already know, just how much they love their child and how they're very excited to meet her. "I can't wait to meet my little girl, though I am scared for when she talks." Confused, Gabby ran her hand up and down Matt's chest as she kissed it once more. "And why's that?" Running his hand up and down Gabby's back, Matt turned his head and pressed his lips to her forehead. "Because I'm going to have to deal with two Latinas." Gabby laughed, agreeing with Matt as that was the truth. He was going to have to deal with two Latinas in his life for the rest of his life.

However, he wouldn't have it any other way. "But when it comes down to it, you have to admit that you wouldn't have it any other way." Smiling as he looked down at his gorgeous wife, Matt agreed as he most certainly is very excited to have a daughter. "I mean, what man doesn't want to have a daughter? I can't wait." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "Even with all the pink you're going to have to see?" Turning his head, Matt smiled as he agreeing with his gorgeous wife due to the fact that he's very excited to be a dad. This truly is everything that he wants in life, and she's the one that's giving it to him. "I love the fact that I'm going to be a father period. I can't wait to be a dad, and I think you already know that Gabby." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling as he said that, before laying her head down on his chest as they both cuddled up to each other and just relaxed here in the bath. Meanwhile, Matt proceeded to grab some lotion from the side of the bath and put it on his hands.

Kissing Gabby's forehead, Matt started to run his hands all over her body as he put lotion on it. "Baby, is that lotion?" Turning his head to look down at his wife, Matt nodded. "Yeah, why?" Gabby sighed. "Baby, lotion isn't for the bath. Lotion is something you put on in bed." Realizing that, Matt sighed as he felt stupid now. "Well, I feel stupid now." Shaking her head, Gabby sat up and looked at the man of her dreams, who also decided to sit up and get close to Gabby. Tugging her body into his lap, Matt smirked as he felt her place her hands on his chest; while he moved his hands to her back and smiled as he leaned in and kissed her softly. After which, Gabby wrapped her arms around his neck and just smirked because of how sexy her husband is. "God, you are so sexy, and I am so glad that this is our life now." Matt agreed with Gabby, well aware that was the case as he continued to take things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams. The woman he loves more than anything in the entire world, Gabriela Marie Casey.

They were done in the bath and ready to take it easy with each other in bed. However, Matt was neither (a) in bed with his wife, nor was he (b) dressed to be in bed with his wife. Hell, he wasn't even out in the bedroom yet as he still needed to do something, which is why he was standing in the bathroom wearing the tight boxers that Gabby loved the sight of, even as she stood at the door between their bedroom and bathroom so that she could see just what her husband was doing. "Ok, we've been out of the bath for like 10 minutes now; what's taking so long? Not that I object to the sight of you just wearing your boxers." Turning his head, Matt smiled when he saw Gabby wearing one of his (wool) dress shirts and some of her PJ shorts. "Ok, now that's hot." Blushing as Matt said that, Gabby agreed as she knew that he was going to like what she was wearing. "I know, you like what I'm wearing." Matt agreed with his wife, as he most certainly does; in fact, it's why he just decided to extend his hand as a way to ask her to join him in here with him.

And that's precisely what Gabby decided to do. She decided to make her way into the bathroom with her husband, so that they could stand with each other and hold each other close. And now that she was in the bathroom with him again, that's precisely what they two of them were doing; with Gabby in front of Matt as he pinned her in between himself and the counter. After which, he set his razor down and placed his hands on her hips. "Here, how about you set me on the edge of the counter? Then, I can do something for you." Confused as he looked at Gabby, Matt placed his hand on the side of her face and kissed her softly. "And what might that be?" Gabby smirked. "Can you just do what I asked you to do? Pick me up and set me down on the counter." Matt agreed with his wife, doing as he was told; after which, Gabby wrapped her legs around his waist to get him close to her. Not that she needed to do that, he would've done it in a moment as this is how he wants to be right now; right against Gabby as she sat down in front of him.

God, she looks so sexy, which is precisely what he decided to tell her as he placed his hand on her neck and kissed her. "God, you are so sexy, and I love you so much." Smiling, Gabby agreed with Matt before going to grab his razor. "Oh." Gabby smiled as she agreed with her husband. "I've seen pictures of this online, and I've always wanted to do it; we just never had to do it in our place in Chicago." Matt agreed with his wife, smirking as he watched her start shaving for him. "Maybe we should do this more often, as it's quite sexy." Gabby laughed as she went to dip his razor in the water, well aware that this is sexy. "Oh, I know it's sexy; why do you think I'm here doing this for you?" Matt smiled, well aware that this is the entire reason why she was here. She's here because she wants to tease him. And right now, that's precisely what his wife was doing. "Well, I can tell you that it's working." Gabby smiled as she shaved him and smiled. "So, we're going to talk in bed. I don't want sex." Matt agreed with his wife. "Want me to wear sweats, or boxers?"

Gabby smirked as Matt asked her whether she wanted him to wear: (a) sweats, or (b) boxers; and she wants the later, because of how sexy they make her husband look. "I'd rather you stay in your boxers, because you look very sexy in them." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling as he leaned in and kissed her softly like she wanted him to do. "Then, that's precisely what I'm going to do. I'm going to stay in my boxers, while also putting a shirt on." Gabby agreed with her husband, as that's precisely what she wants to do. "That's what I want to do, at least during the day. We need to learn for when we have our little girl, as we can't be that sexy around her." Matt agreed with Gabby, well aware that was the case. "Hey, I know that Gabby. You don't have to worry about me not knowing that we need to take it easy and just relax with each other. I understand, and we're going to just take it easy as we relax with each other. I promise, especially when we finally have the daughter of our dreams." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that was the case.

After all, she has no reason not to believe her husband; she knows he loves her, which is why she trusts him. "I'm just glad that we're in a better place than where we were six months ago, a much better place where I think it's a good time to bring a child into the world." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling as he felt the same way. "And I also know that we have the skills we need to make sure that we talk to each other rather than just get mad at each other. That's something we need too." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that was the case as she leaned in and kissed the man of her dreams softly. The man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "I swear, I am not worthy of the right to call you my husband." Matt laughed as Gabby said that, as that most certainly isn't the truth; especially not when she's pregnant with their child. "Ok. I think we can retire that line, when you're pregnant with our child babe." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling as she most certainly is pregnant with their child. Something she loves the idea of.'

She loves the fact that she's pregnant with their child, which has always been a dream of hers. "Just remember that you need to stop feeling guilty. Everything is okay now, and we both know that." Matt agreed with his wife, well aware that was the case as he leaned in and kissed her softly. "Listen, how about we finish with shaving? That way, we can head to bed and just relax? I know you're still tired since you yawned when we got out of the bath." Gabby agreed with her husband, as that was the truth. "Yeah, it's why I want to just cuddle up to you for a while. So, how about we go do that when I'm done giving you this nice shave?" Matt agreed with his gorgeous wife, smiling as that's precisely what he wants to do as well. He wants to go relax in bed with Gabby, as they cuddle and hold each other close. "Oh, to tell with it. I'll stay like this." Gabby agreed with her husband, smirking as she loves the sound of him agreeing to stay in his boxers. "Thanks baby." Matt agreed with his wife, smiling as he kissed her; while Gabby continued to shave him.

After all, they love each other more than anything and are both very happy when they get their way with each other.
