The Lost Galaxy is the unofficial name of a galaxy that once existed in the "mundane" Universe. It was a galaxy that contained a hundred different sentient races, some so advanced they were only second to the Oans and The Reach in technological development at the time. The civilization of the Lost Galaxy unleashed something so dangerous that the Universe reacted violently like a living organism, The Lost Galaxy was sealed away from the rest of the universe, so it's infection couldn't spread.

After millions of years, the truth of the Lost Galaxy has now been revealed. On the planet of Dun, scientists researching the Bleed contacted a God-like entity. This entity wasn't like mortal creatures, lacking a concept of death and sustaining its existence without needing to consume resources. The scientists saw the being as a higher existence and wanted to be like the being. The entity transformed the population of the planet into immortal beings and then they spread to other worlds with their knowledge.

It sounds harmless, but life without restraint or death is cancer. All living things on Planet Dun became immortal cancerous monstrosities with their minds contained within an eldritch hive mind. Eventually the entire surface of the planet became covered in an ocean of flesh and microorganisms. Planet Dun was only the first planet to become infected and eventually all planets in the Lost Galaxy became corrupted.

I stand on the "surface" of Planet Dun. I must use my Flight Ring as I would sink to the bottom of the ocean of thick crimson liquid. Illuminated by a single source, I can see thousands of fleshy pillars through the thick mist, reaching into a blackened sky.

The source of the Light is the Immortal Entity's avatar on the world of Dun. It changes forms depending on the person who sees it. The people of Dun saw it as beautiful nude Dunan goddess glowing with holy golden light. The people of another world saw a masked god dressed in splendid ceremonial armor. The people of yet another world saw a beast out of their mythology.

I see a mass of brightly glowing fleshy translucent tentacles like an extraterrestrial jellyfish. Since I'm immune to psychic phenomenon, this is the being's true form that couldn't be perceived by the people of the Lost Galaxy. It's been trying to communicate with me using its eldritch telepathy, but it would have better chance of communicating with a non-living rock.

Millions of humanoids rise from the ocean of blood and flesh, all nude with looks of absolute worship on their faces. They speak with millions of voices in ten thousand languages, but with a single guiding mind. My omnilingualism allows me to understand what they are saying. They are talking about how they need me and the rest of the universe, and how the universe needs the paradise they can give it.

"We don't need a DC version of the Cancer-verse."

Earth-10011 of the Marvel Universe is a reality where Life finally defeated Death. With eternal life being fueled by the Many-Angled Ones, every living being in this universe was corrupted and turned to their servitude, resulting in a universe-wide living corpse.

The planet shakes beneath me, creating super massive tsunamis of blood. I don't move an inch from the impacts. I also don't react to super-hurricane force winds or torrential rain of corrosive acid. I don't react when the planet attempts to incinerate, electrocute, or disintegrate me. There aren't many people that can tank the full might of a living planet and I wonder if this world will be calling the other Brethren Moons.

The entity discharges an immense amount of energy as a shockwave. The energy release is so immense that the atmosphere of the planet ignites and the blood red oceans boil. Then the energy fades leaving a perfectly still entity. The reason is I got close during the fireworks and driven my fist deep into its body. My claws are now around the entity's metaphysical core and I'm infusing it with a concept foreign to it.

The entity cries out with a million voices asking what it is.

"This is Death."

I crush the core in my fist and the Entity experiences Death. The brilliant glow fades from the tentacles as they harden and crystallize. Those crystalized tentacles then develop burning cracks, before shattering into lifeless fragments that dissolve as they hit the "water". A million voices cry out and are silenced and I watch as pillars break and fall.

Sunlight streams through the clouds for the first time in a hundred thousand years.

"Doc. The Immortal Entity is now dead. You can proceed."

The world is filled with light and then I find myself floating in the void between galaxies.

An entire galaxy erased from existence, from the living planets that acted like infectious cancer cells to the smallest bacteria. My human mind is a little overwhelmed, but my inner monster has never been so content.

After a couple of minutes that seem longer to me, a portal opens, and I return to Earth and Cognito.

Tamaranean Colony Hala

It's been a decade since the world of Tamaran fell to the forces of the Citadel.

Princess Komand'r who was treated as a cursed child due to being born with a disability and on the day of a disaster, finally reached her limit. After she survived the Tamaran Intelligence Bureau poisoning her, she betrayed her planet to the forces of Citadel. Princesses Komand'r and Koriand'r became the prisoners of the cruel Psion and Tamaran was brutally conquered. The Hidden Colony of Hala barely survived because all records of the colony were destroyed during the invasion.

Hala then learned of the world of Earth, a primitive mudball in the middle of nowhere. A world that in recent years had become obscenely powerful, mostly due to the actions of a super genius named Doctor Genus. This small, but heavily armed planet annihilated the extraterrestrial and interdimensional invasions, growing stronger and stronger every time. They even provided the weaponry that led to the destruction of Citadel, finally freeing the Vega system of Citadalian clone armies and the cruel male Psions.

Princess Komand'r also known as Blackfire now stands in the Arena facing two Tamaraneans who are not as forgiving as other Tamaraneans and have issue a challenge. Centuries ago, a law was made that if a member of the Royal family had betrayed the people, leading to many deaths, then a civilian champion could challenge the Royal to one-on-one combat. It was not meant to be a fair law as betrayal could be subjective and unlike useless human royalty, being a royal on Tamaran means something. The Royal bloodline makes the An'r line physically superior to most of their kind, which is why when the Psion performed solar absorption experiments, only the Royals survived them.

Her opponents are not mere civilians, they are living legends.

Tyran'r. Millions of years ago, the Tamareans were more feline than their modern incarnations. Tyran'r was a tall powerful lion man warrior who killed Mrak'r the Wizard King of Tamaran. He then became one of the first Green Lanterns, literally Number Three of the original five Lanterns. He has been alive since then due to his advanced longevity.

"Tyran'r the Mighty, the Slayer of Magic, and Emerald Light of Tamaran. I never thought I would get a chance to fight you. It's an honor." says Blackfire with a smile.

"A thirst for battle and no regrets. It's good to see modern Tamarans haven't forgotten their roots." growls the Lion-man.

K'li. K'li is a Tamaranean whose spaceship crashed on the world of Apokalips. She killed thousands of Parademons and citizens of that dark world to earn her place as a Fatal Fury of the Dark God Darkseid. A fanatic warrior, she was even willing to kill her own sister and teacher to prove her loyalty to Darkseid. She is also considered a traitor to Tamaran.

"You and your family have disrupted the plans of Lord Darkseid." says K'li

"We will do far more than disrupt Darkseid."

"You dare disrespect...?!"

"A backstabbing stone-faced a-hole?"

K'li roars in rage and charges at Blackfire with an Apokaliptan battle axe. This axe has a special edge that allows even a person with a child's strength to slice through the hardest metals and she has immense strength, comparable to the strongest Kryptonians. What shocks "Fury of War - Kali" is a sword that Blackfire pulls out of nowhere and uses to block. The enhanced mystical blade isn't scratched when her Axe could cleave the strongest armor of Apokaliptan warships.

As the Fury of War, K'li was trained in the art of combat by Apokolips' elite warriors. Komand'r on the other hand was trained by the Warlords of Okarra, fought countless number of bizarre enemies on Earth, and has trained with Jade and her Kijin-Kahn. They move with such speed and lethality, that to the Tamaran colonists they become nothing more than blurs and streaks of green and purple light.

Finally, there is an explosion as one weapon finally shatters under the pressure of the combat. The air is filled with sparkling fragments that cut the skin of the two combatants and a shockwave flows over the shocked crowd. K'li stares in disbelief at her shattered Axe as the fiery fragments rain down around her.

K'li's eyes then grow brightly, and she releases a monstrous beam of greenish plasma. K'li is not a descendent of Heroes like the Royal family, so she shouldn't be able to generate energy bolts. That's a power exclusive to Royal Tamaraneans have exceeded their limits and survived. K'li's blaster power must be a result of experimentation by Darkseid's scientists to replicate the powers of Blackfire and Starfire.

The beam is powerful enough to destroy the arena and part of the colony, incinerating the heat-resistant citizens. A beam which is stopped by Blackfire, before the former Green Lantern can react. Blackfire absorbs the vast amount of plasma and radiation, purple flames swirling around her body and her hair becoming flowing fire. K'li stares as the excess energy streams off Blackfire in the form of dark fiery wings. K'li own body is strained and exhausted, the imperfect power making her heat-resistant body is steaming from the effort.

Blackfire vanishes and appears close to K'li in a burst of imperceptible speed. Blackfire then delivers an uppercut so powerful it creates a shockwave strong enough to knockdown the Tamaranean audience and crack the Arena. What it does to K'li's insanely durable jaw is gruesome even by the standards of Apokalip. Blackfire then releases a monstrous blast of power and purple light washes over K'li. As it does K'li has a moment of reflection, she sacrificed everything for Darkseid and now she has failed. She almost welcomes what happens next.

The blast is too much radiation for K'li's body to process, her absorption cells melting and shutting off her abilities. Moments later, K'li's enhanced body breaks down under the force of Blackfire's attack. Supercharged cells detonate, organic fluid superheat and vaporize, and bones explode. K'li, Fury of War, doesn't have a chance to scream before being annihilated.

There is silence from the crowd, then cries of amazement and cheering. Blackfire has a small sad smile on her face. She finally has her people cheering for her.

Suddenly, Tyran'r holds his head in pain as he gets the biggest headache in the universe.

"Tyran'r of Tamaran. Green Lantern of Sector 2828 and Number Three of the First Lanterns. You are Free." says the voice of a Green Lantern ring on his finger.

"What's going on?"

Suddenly, a small humanoid is thrown across the Arena, tumbling like a ragdoll before landing between Komand'r and Tyran'r. They both look down to see a badly bruised, blue-skinned Oan. Most of the Tamaraneans in the crowd have only heard of the so-called Guardians that created the Green Lantern corp.

I walk out of the darkness in my full monster form, and I can hear and sense the fear in the crowd. As the Immortal Monster I have a terrifying reputation. A well-earned one considering how long my quest log is getting.

"I was just watching my beautiful and powerful wife win, when I was informed by Doctor Genus that something wasn't right."

A 3D hologram of Doctor Genus is projected from a pin on my new outfit.

"Sorry about interrupting your awesome fights, but the Blue Leprechauns were causing trouble again. They had mental manipulation encoded into their First Rings. I'm guessing they got paranoid after the Manhunters went out of control and massacred Sector 666." says Doctor Genus, making sure he's transmitting to the entire colony and intergalactic TV stations, "With the Rules, they are now a lot weaker – both power wise and politically. They manipulated Tyran'r into this fight as a political move."

"I still want to chance to fight you." says Blackfire to Tyran'r.

"I do as well, but I believe we need to do something about this blue manipulator first." says Tyran'r looking down at the short immortal, who looks like he's about to rediscover the emotion of Fear.

"How about a quick game of kickball with the Leprechaun as the ball?"

Years later, based on the Earth game of Football (Soccer to the US), the game of Blue Ball became popular in the Vega system. They used blue balls with the faces of Oans on them, since real Oans proved to bruise easier than overpriced fruit.

At first glance it appears to be a version of early twenty-first century Earth. A city of mundane humans lacking the advanced technology and supernatural abilities of Earth. A world without metahumans, cyborgs, extraterrestrials, or immortals. Until a few months ago, it was believed to be a world without magic, then it was invaded by shadowy beings and young girls gifted with magical powers appeared to protect people.

Many years ago, a young girl was getting into trouble in school and was sent from Hong Kong to live with her uncle in America. She learned martial arts from her Uncle Jackie, improved her grades, and eventually became a respected police officer. She even caught the criminals that robbed her uncle's antique store. She was the detective assigned to the mystery of the magical girls after the original officer went insane and committed suicide by jumping in front of a train.

She investigated and learned many disturbing secrets about the world. Eventually, she managed to do the impossible and infiltrate the home base of the magical girls. She managed to get by the magical girls to reach the inner sanctum and discovered a library. A library with each book's title being the name of a city's citizen.

"How did you get in here?" demands Magical Girl Mercury. She is a teenage girl who has short, dark blue hair that reaches her neck, and blue eyes. She's wearing a magical girl uniform resembling a sailor seifuku (an old-style Japanese school uniform resembling a military uniform) with a tiara, long gloves, long boots, and ribbons.

"It wasn't easy." says Detective Chan, dressed in black "ninja" gear, "Ami Mizuno. Sailor Mercury."

"How? How do you know...?"

"I figured out who you girls were several times, but I was forced to forget each time." says Detective Chan, holding up a black book marked with a name in Chinese, "Not anymore."

"You don't know what you're doing!" says Magical Girl Mars. She is a teenager with straight long black hair with a purple shine and purple eyes. She holds fire in her hand, but she knows it would be a bad idea to launch fire in a library.

"I know more than you, Rei Hino." says Detective Chan as she pulls out a dagger. The magical girls flinch at the ceremonial bone dagger which is releasing a dark energy visible to all the gathered magical girls and to Detective Chan. "I was nice to see Uncle and Jackie again, but I can't live in illusions."

Detective Chan stabs herself in the chest with the bone dagger and most of the magical girls believe they have just witnessed the suicide of a good cop. Instead of blood pouring from the wound, a pitch darkness explodes from Detective Chan's body. As the darkness pours out, Detective Chan's body begins to change developing red eyes, blue-gray skin, and inhuman traits of an Oni. In her hand, the black book marked with Chan Yu (English being Jade Chan) ignites with ethereal blue flames and burns away.

The Magical Girls collapse to the ground from the immense pressure of the Queen of Darkness before them.

"Ami Mizuno. Sailor Mercury. Rei Hino. Sailor Mars. Makoto Kino. Sailor Jupiter. Minako Aino. Sailor Venus. Water. Fire. Wood. Metal. Earth at the center."

Demon Queen Jade raises her hand and makes a clenching motion. The Goddess that gifted the magical girls with their powers appears. A supernaturally beautiful woman with opalescent silver eyes, pale skin, and very long silver-blond hair done in a fancy style. She is dressed in a simple translucent opalescent white dress with a silver tiara and white feathery wings on her back.

"Goddess? What a joke." mocks Jade showing her fangs.

"Mars Flame Sniper!" says Mars creating a bow out of fire and shooting a fire arrow.

"Shine Aqua Illusion!" says Mercury gathering water and ice before launching it.

"Jupiter Oak Evolution!" says the tall brunette warrior before releasing ball lightning the size of coconuts.

"Venus Love and Beauty Shock!" says the blonde beauty as she launches a giant golden heart.

The attacks slam into Jade creating an explosion, but when the smoke clears – Jade isn't even scratched.

"I'm not playing by your rulebooks and soon, nether with you." says Jade as she brings her foot down and her blackened shadow streaks outward and connects to each of the Sailor Senshi. The Sailor warriors watch in horror as four shadow monsters rise from the magical darkness. Only instead of remaining the shadowy mist beings they normal fight against, the layer of dark mist bursts off to reveal the fearsome and powerful forms of the Kijin-Kahn. The Kijin-Kahn smash the Sailor Warriors into the pillars of the library.

"You call yourselves warriors of truth and justice, but your entire world is deception and slavery."

"What are you talking about!?" says Mars, struggling hopelessly against the Kijin's immense strength.

"When was the last time you left the city? When was the last time we had bad weather? When was the last time the news reported something bad happening other than monster attacks? When was the last time you heard about other countries?"

The Sailor Warriors all stop moving and pause.

"The detective who worked on the magical girl case before me asked the same questions. He tried to leave the city, but learned there was no way to leave. Nobody can remember the way and all the roads lead to the city. He learned the truth and it broke him."

"The Truth?" asks the Sailor Warriors, a sense of fear growing into their hearts.

"That none of this is Real." says Jade as the dagger levitates and flies at the captured girls. It slashes all four girls and instead of blood, darkness and light streams out of them.

A Blue Book titled Ami Mizuno in white ignites into cool blue flames and burns away.

Ami Mizuno's magical girl outfit becomes a glowing blue foam that is washed from her body. In place of the teenage girl is a young woman with blue skin and amphibious features like those of Atlantean. She is dressed in a combination of Atlantean clothing with a lab coat. The name tag on her coat identifies her as "Dr. Ami Mizuno – Cognito Medical".

A Red Book titled Rei Hino in gold ignites into brilliant red flames and burns away.

Rei Hino's magical girl outfit is burnt away by brilliant scarlet flames, not leaving even ash. In place of the teenage girl is a young woman dressed in the traditional clothing of a Miko – a Japanese shrine maiden. She takes a deep breath and ethereal flames appear around her, not flames of destruction but the flames of purification and light.

A Green Book titled Makoto Kino in gold ignites into fierce green flames and burns away.

Makoto Kino's magical girl outfit is covered in arcs of lightning before bursting off her growing body and disintegrating. Makoto is no longer a teenage human girl. Instead, she resembles an adult dryad (tree nymph) dressed in the long white hat and white clothing of a Chef de Cuisine (Head Chef). She is even taller and bustier than she was as a teenager.

A Golden Book titled Minako Aino in red ignites into sparkling gold flames and burns away.

Minako Aino's magic girl outfit turning shining gold before shattering into vanishing golden sparkles. She transforms from a young girl into a beautiful mature woman now dressed in a fashionable business outfit complete with a golden watch. She has some inhuman fantasy features, but it doesn't take away from her professionalism or confidence.

"I remember." says the four as one. "Usagi!"

*Crack*

Glowing cracks appear on the Goddess's skin like crystal beginning to break.

"This can't be happening! I gave you your fantasies!" yells the Goddess, her voice becoming a distorted combination of two voices.

"We choose to make our own dreams come true, rather than live in fantasy." says Ami, as more cracks appear on Goddess's crystal skin.

"We make real friendships instead of illusions." says Rei, as tiny bits of crystal fall to the ground revealing light beneath.

"We keep moving forward instead of being trapped in the past." says Makoto, as large shining cracks appear on Goddess's body causing it to cry out in pain. A cry that is inhuman and horribly distorted.

"We choose the future." says Minako, as the Goddess shatters like a statue made of crystal.

A large book, looking like a giant bible, appears in the air. A thick white book decorated with gold and silver with a crescent moon and the name Usagi Tsukino. The book ignites into ethereal white flames and burns away leaving not a trace behind. As it finally disappears, the other books begin to burn with a rainbow of colors. Outside the Magical Girl Headquarters, the city ripples and changes. The late twentieth to early twenty-first century mundane city with a single moon in the sky changes into a futuristic city with two moons in the alien sky.

Usagi Tsukino dressed in casual clothing lands in the arms of a Kijin Kahn like a Fantasy Princess in the arms of a female Dark Knight. The snoring breaks the pristine illusion.

"Usagi didn't have much success in the new world." says Ami, sadly. "She never took her studies seriously and just dreamed of being a Princess. While that would have worked in our world where she was destined to become Neo Queen Serenity of Crystal Tokyo, she didn't have any qualifications in this world."

"I managed to get her some acting jobs and she got involved with Cog political group." says Minako, "That's why we were on this Earth colony. We were having a party."

She still has the feathery angelic wings; a result of Sailor Senshi being transported into the original DR Universe. The incompatible planetary magic transformed the Senshi into elementals, but thanks to Doctor Genus' changes to the universe they have been able to assume more human forms.

The opalescent translucent crystal fragments that were once the Goddess gather and form a crystal sphere. It attempts to fly away, but tendrils of darkness bind it so It can't escape.

"The Crystal of Fantasy. A parasitic magical item that finds a person with a pure heart and creates a utopian fantasy world. The people in the world are rewritten by the goddess born of victim's dreams." says Jade, "It's like the Black Mercy – a parasitic extraterrestrial life form that drains the life of its victims while trapping them in happy dream world."

"Black Mercies were originally used for Euthanasia. Matris Ater Clementia, also known as Mother Mercy, created the original ones to peaceful end of the lives of those who couldn't be saved. They were stolen by Mongul who bio-engineered them into the weapons they became." says Ash Grey as he emerges from a portal now that the Crystal of Fantasy's World is decaying. "Mother Mercy is a Green Lantern medic and a Lantern for Sector 2261"

"Ever the source of trivia, love." says Jade.

"Who's the hot guy?" asks Minako.

"My husband – Ash Grey." says Jade, as if to tell the Senshi of Love that Ash is off the market.

"Ash Grey. Ash Grey - The Indestructible Monster. The Incarnation of Death!?" asks Rei.

"Yup." says Ash, casually.

"You're so casual about that." states Makoto.

"After a decade of weirdness, nothing phases me mentally and the multiverse gave up trying to hurt me physically. Even Doctor Genus couldn't find a method in the last two years."

"You're boasting again." says Raven as she emerges from a portal and Minako Aino stumbles.

"Mina!? Are you OK?" says Ami.

"I just felt a surge of power. It was overwhelming."

"Sorry about that." says Raven, without much energy, "I'm still new to being a Goddess of Love."

Rei - a high-level priestess - is suppressing the urge to bow before the three Cognito employees. Her spiritual senses are burning with divine auras of destruction, darkness, and love. The first two were easier to resist because as a former Sailor Guardian, she was connected to the aspects of creation and light. On the other hand, Raven's divine aura of love resonates in the hearts of all Senshi (former or not).

"So why are you here? It's only been two years inside the bubble." asks Jade, "It should have only been a couple days outside."

"Disposal." says Ash as he walks over to the Crystal of Fantasy and grabs it with his monstrous arm before it can flee. Ash transforms completely into his monster form, which causes all the awake Sailor Senshi to back away on instinct. Then there is the sound of crunching crystals.

Griseo is a remote planet in a small section of the Galaxy. One of the few life-supporting planets in that section of the Galaxy and home to a population of blue-skinned humanoids.

Centuries ago, Griseo believed they were alone in the universe, the sole world created by the Gods. The planet was a single culture due to the conquest of the first Emperor whose line had ruled for over two thousand years. The people were divided into strict caste systems with the only way to change was reincarnation. The royal family, the nobles, and the church ruled with absolute power and the slaves obeyed their masters till death.

Then Planet Griseo was invaded by a race from another world. This alien race disrupted everything about the Griseo's culture. The emperor at the time attempted to eliminate the "devils" as they were a threat to his rule, as they proved their beliefs weren't correct. The technological superiority of the invaders led to the armies being crushed and Planet Griseo being subjugated. The once untouchable nobility became no different than the commoners and slaves.

A century later, the invaders, having depleted resources and having problems back in their own system, left the primitive, rebellious Griseo. They left behind enough technology that the Griseons into a low tier FTL race. As their world recovered, a new conflict arose. Those who wanted to return to the past culture led by what remained of the royal family, while others wanted to move forward without the tyranny and oppression of the past.

Less than a decade ago, the Progressives contacted the Cognito Earth Exploratory forces and learned another world-shaking truth. The Griseons are descended from humans taken from Earth by extraterrestrials in the 13th century. After Vandal Savage's encounter with Darkseid, some of his followers took humans from Earth and conducted experiments of their own. When they failed to get the results they wanted, the planet was abandoned. The God that the Royal Emperor has worshipped as their Patron was the New God of Tyranny.

The Imperialists having their beliefs challenged by alien invaders launched a terrorist attack against the Cognito space station. They intend to stop the alien influence that in their eyes is destroying their world.

"I am Doctor Genus, Leader of Cognito and Representative of the Earth Federation." says a hologram to the leader of the Terrorists.

The Terrorist Leader is a tall, lean muscular man with an impressive jaw. He's completely bald and his skin is dark navy blue. He also has purple eyes with blackened sclera and thick black beard streaked with gray. He's dressed in dark clothing with a long black coat and a traditional hat, carrying a futuristic rifle.

"I am Gre Bagula, descended of the noble line of Bagula. We, the loyal subjects of the Empire, demand the alien invaders and their lies leave this world for all time! We will not allow you devils to go against the will of heaven! Griseo will be restored to its glory. If you do not, your people will die and those corrupted by your evil influence will die."

"Hmmm...No."

"What!?"

"Did you primitives think you got onto this station with working weapons? Go and try?"

Gre Begula points his gun at one of the crying hostages, kneeling on the floor nearby. He pulls the trigger, but nothing happens. He tries again, then he checks to make sure the safety is off, and then does other checks on the weapon. He quickly realizes the weapon is inoperable, so pulls out a knife.

"Did you primitives think you could take my people hostage? Your blades touch nothing."

Gre Begula tries to grab the crying hostage only for his hand to pass through her. The woman stops crying and looks up at him with a mocking smile. As she and the other hostages dissolve into blue holographic pixels she says something in English that Gre Begula doesn't understand. "Sucker."

"This is not the end, we will...!"

"Did you primitives think would leave this place alive? Good-bye, Gre Begula."

"Beginning Decontamination of Cog Station Griseo." says an electronic voice.

The terrorists begin to panic as the doors seal themselves. One foolish terrorist member attempts to get under a door, but the thick door comes down too fast and crushes him. Another terrorist slashes open his own throat rather than being killed by aliens. A third terrorist merely prays to his gods for salvation that he will not get.

A wave of green light washes over the room. As it washes over the Terrorists they disintegrate, only leaving a few smoking metal objects to fall to the ground. The de-carbonizer rays are perfect for decontamination as they break the carbon bonds of all organic matter without damaging the carbon-less surfaces of the Cog Space Station. From the largest bones of the terrorists to the smallest viruses and prions are annihilated leaving no remains. Only the terrorist's pocket change is left undamaged by the lightshow.

Near Griseo Gate Base

The Terrorists planned the attack for months. They snuck people loyal to them into key positions at the military base that acts as a connection between the planet and the space station in orbit. This allowed them to take over the former air force base and secure the Gate and invade the station. The terrorists also consider the base critical because it's where the Space Bridge is being built. A Bridge that would connect Griseo to thousands of other worlds and put the final nail in the Imperial agenda's coffin.

On the planet's surface, Starfire and the Cog Heroes get the message.

"My station has been cleansed of vermin. I'll open portals for the diplomats and civilians to return to the Station." says Doctor Genus, "I know you can handle things, but I want to be sure that you know that."

"We will have no problem, Doctor Genus. Tell my husband, I'll be home soon."

"He would be helping you, but he's dealing with a threat more important than these cockroaches."

Starfire looks at the team of Cog Heroes known as the "Star Titans."

Captain Thug is the most human of the lot. He's the son of a Bludhaven police officer, whose father was targeted for not being corrupt. He was badly injured in a bombing, but years later, Cognito Medical not only healed him, but gave him a pro-athlete's body. When his mother almost died due to criminals armed with advance technology, he managed to acquire a dangerous bit of cyberware. Thankfully, Cog found him and trained him into a real hero. He not only possesses superhuman reflexes thanks to his spinal arc accelerator, but he has a system that allows him to download skills like Neo in The Matrix.

"Mrs. Starfire. We are ready to begin the mission."

Prosthetic Lass is the runaway prodigy daughter of a very rich family who fell in love with a poor boy. She encountered the boy when his body couldn't handle its high-end implant and since she had implants of her own, she knew how to treat him until she could get him to Cog Medical. After talking to the young man, who almost lost his mother, she tried to reconnect with her parents only to nearly die in a bombing. Instead of having a clone body made, she elected to have her cybernetically enhanced brain placed in a military-class full prosthetic body and joined the Hero Academy with her "boyfriend".

"I've hacked into the computer systems. The passwords are very simple. The dates of important days in Imperial history and names of famous rulers?" says Prosthetic Lass, a collar around her neck connected to the ports on the back of her neck. While her body is in front of Starfire and the Titans, PL's mind is partially inside the computer networks of the military base. "I've sealed the chamber where the hostages are being kept, sending data to Doctor Genus, and the hostages have been transported out. If the terrorists look at the monitors all they will see is a video loop."

Dead Pretty Boy is the odd name given to an extraterrestrial plant inhabiting a human corpse. The body of DPB originally belonged to Hong Kong native Wing Chan, who was exposed to the pollen of Flowering Wood Dragon during the Day of the Dragons. He gained plant-manipulation powers, but he was left in a physically crippled state. Eventually, with training and meditation, he separated his soul from his body and created a new body from the Green. An extraterrestrial sentient plant creature then asked if he could use the body and Wing Chan said "Sure. Just remember I'm protected against ID Theft." A statement that was later put in a Cognito Ad.

"No hostages mean we don't have to worry about collateral damage." says Captain Thug.

"It would still be dangerous if the Space Bridge frame detonated." counters Starfire, "My husband can walk out of nuclear explosions, but you are far less durable."

"Understood."

"I've taken control of all plant forms within the base. We are ready to proceed, Mrs. Starfire."

Witchie-Poo is an artificial mage. A family of Homo Magi were worried about their legacy of sorcerer as they were getting weaker with each generation and some of latest generation were born without magic. Their solution was genetic engineering, implanting an unborn child with magical potential. Raised in a pocket dimension for over a decade, she left and encountered a world of heroes and fell in love with the concept. She eventually joined the Academy and formed the Star Titans.

"My surprise is also ready, Mistress Starfire." says Indonesian Witchie-Poo, whose real name is Jamandagni Renuka.

Thankfully, the junior Cog-Heroes aren't full Heroes, so they can rebrand themselves with better Hero Names in the future. For some reason, her husband started laughing when he heard their names and didn't tell her why.

The Terrorist group known as "New Future" was founded by a man known as Prophet. It's said he foresaw a future ruled by a Human Emperor born of Earth. The thought of Griseo becoming a mere servant to another Empire was too much for Prophet and he gathered all those loyal to the Empire to stop what he saw in his vision.

These so-called soldiers of the New Future have fed themselves lies. They believe they are God's chosen against evil, they believe in the superiority of their race and bloodlines, and they believe they are men of limitless courage. The latter is quickly proven false when Captain Thug arrives.

For Captain Thug the world slows to a stop, the colors fading from the world. As he moves, he leaves a trail of afterimages. As he delivers precise strikes to his targets, there are ripples in the air and the terrorists. He doesn't waste a frozen moment, hitting soldier after soldier as a timer counts down.

As Captain Thug stops, the terrorists are sent flying from the cybernetic union of the Bat and Flash clans. A sniper bullet hits Captain Thug, but the anti-material round is stopped by a force field projected by his Cog Combat suit. Captain Thug turns and with the cyber-mental ghost of Batman next to him, he throws a Batarang that nails the sniper in the face. The sniper falls from his hiding spot and hits the floor, his head striking a railing during the fall. Unlike a member of the Flash or Bat Clan he doesn't try to save the dying terrorist with the fractured skull.

Prosthetic Lass approaches the terrorists in possession of humanoid robotic tanks often called mecha on Earth. These machines were designed to protect the base from outside threats, but the designers didn't predict that the terrorists would hold the families of the base's computer expert hostage and force him to change the passwords and biometric data to match the terrorists.

Doctor Genus on the other hand predicted everything, which is why he arranged for the expert and his family to be rescued. All the victims of this terrorist plot were "insured", so only the terrorists are suffering causalities.

As the Terrorists see the beautiful alien woman in the skimpy outfit, they point the guns of their mechas at her worried she's a metahuman. Their reticules lock onto her and are less than second from opening fire on her, when Prosthetic Lass raises her right hand and the middle finger.

Alarms go off inside the Mecha as the screens are covered in red alerts. The pilots get messages in their native language as the systems shutdown.

The Mecha shutdown completely with the pilots trapped inside the cockpits. The cockpits are hermetically sealed against ocean depths, space vacuum, and the threats of biological and chemical attacks. With the seal unable to be broken and no life support, the pilots have a very limited amount of oxygen.

Prosthetic Lass is shot several times in the back, but it only damages the synthetic skin on her back. She turns to see two very young terrorists looking at her in disbelief. Griseo traditionalists frown on prosthetics and even blood transfusions, so the idea of someone replacing their entire body with prosthetic is incomprehensible to them. She walks over to the two and yanks the rifles out of their hands. She casually crushes them like playdoh and the two immediately fall to the ground and put their hands behind their heads.

"Congratulations. You get to live." says Prosthetic Lass, as she looks up at the moon, "I wonder how David is doing. He's not good at being gentle."

*Doom*

"Cowardly... alien... heretic." says one terrorist, which is not easy since his mouth is numb and full of drool. He's lying on the floor unable to move his limbs due to the toxic pollen in the air. Most of the terrorists are wearing gas mask and protective military clothing, but the alien green pollen can be absorbed through the skin. The thorny vines gripping their limbs and injecting toxin directly into their bloodstream increase Dead Pretty Boy's attack.

"What makes you think I care about your squawking, terrorist?" says DPB, having learned to speak more from his time at the Academy. "You can't accomplish anything with your foolish words, so you resort to violence against the weak. That is far more cowardly than using chemicals to be merciful."

"DIE!" screams one idiotic terrorist who's in fire protective gear and using a flamethrower. He doesn't seem to care that he will end up barbequing his comrades. The flamethrower releases an enormous burst of liquid that ignites 1000°C and spreads towards the plant symbiote inhabiting a vacated human body.

Martians would be crying out due to their pyrophobia and weaker plant elementals would be alarmed, but DPB is a META STAR Student, and it's obvious Fire would be used against Wood! DPB extends his arm into a massive branch that blossoms into wet-looking roots. The branch catches the burning liquid before grabbing the flamethrower man. The air pockets and moisture of the roots prevent the flames from spreading to the branch, but the terrorist is not as lucky. He cries out in pain as he's soaked with napalm-like liquid and that's before the tank ruptures and explodes.

DPB winces as his branch limb returns to its normal human form with slightly burnt tips.

"Still needs work."

He then spins around with his finger becoming a thorny vine and lengthening. It wraps around a terrorist that was using some form of active camouflage. He's dressed in different clothing than the others with more professional clothing and armor. The terrorist even manages to shoot DPB in the head and chest before he's slammed into the ground, losing his gun.

"Assassin Ventus. Cog mentioned you were working for the New Future Front for a considerable amount." says DPB, as he picks up the handgun. It's a custom model without any serial marks and designed for precise assassination kills.

"I told that fool to keep records of me off his computers." says Ventus as he struggles with vine.

Dead Pretty Boy's eyes glow and he whips his thorny vine, smashing Ventus into the ground repeatedly. The breaking of bone is audible, and blood quickly begins to splatter.

"You have a kill count higher than all the New Future Front members combined, including dozens of innocent children including the Seras Hospital and the Nyx Gardens. As such, you have a Kill Order from the Cog and the Griseo World Government." says DPB, showing angry in his normally emotionless face. He pulls the thorny vine with superhuman strength and the vine slices through Ventus like a chainsaw blade. The terrorist if they had control of their bodies would be vomiting as their "comrade" bursts into bloody chunks.

Dead Pretty Boy holds up the gun of Ventus and sees a family – father, mother, and a young girl – dead by Ventus's bullets and garden of rare flowers burning around their bodies. The Green within him rages at the loss of the Garden's plants, while what remains of the human is angered by the humanoid deaths. DPB drops the gun, and the psychometric vision of the past ends.

"This is why I hate getting close."

Jamandagni Renuka's gene-magics are heavily based on probability manipulation – a powerful and dangerous form of reality manipulation. Things can become very chaotic when your opponent can change the chances of something strange happening.

Witchie-Poo only cast one spell on the entire group of soldiers. A spell of Karma that increased or decreased one's luck depending on their karma compared to the caster. Renuka didn't fully understand that she is a very optimistic good-natured person and the terrorists have committed all manner of horrific crimes, which gave them curse-levels of Bad Luck.

One of the soldiers attempts to break open a vending machine for a candy bar only for it to tip over and crush him. His comrade tries to help him only be electrocuted by the damaged wires, which causes a grenade on his body to detonate. The resulting explosion blasts the vending machine into deadly shrapnel that kills two others. Two soldiers rush to find out what happened only for them to trip, one falling over the railing and dying on impact. The other falls down the stairs and breaks his neck at the bottom.

The soldiers are beginning to panic as another three soldiers are crushed when part of the ceiling falls on them. The reflex triggered by their spines shattering causes them to fire their guns which are on auto-fire. The spray of bullets nails half a dozen more terrorists in the head, spray painting the wall in blood and brain matter.

Due to a communications failure, another three terrorists are called on their burner cellphones only for the defective batteries to simultaneously explode at that exact moment. Those not killed by the blasts, die when the masks they wear ignite and the polymer textile melts into their flesh.

When Witchie-Poo enters the base after casting the spell, it looks like she walked onto the set of extraterrestrial versions of Final Destination films. She is cautious, but it's clear that most terrorists are not going to be able to give her trouble.

The leader of the squad of terrorists jumps out holding his rifle and pulls the trigger only for nothing to happen. The safety on his rifle broke, so he can't turn it off and he's stuck with a useless weapon. Then a tiny iron-based metallic meteorite shoots through the wall and pierces the leader through the head before burying itself deep into the floor.

The leader apparently didn't know that while getting killed by a vending machine is one in a hundred twenty-five million, being killed in a meteorite attack is only one in seven five million.

Outside the Base.

The area around the Gate Base was once a beautiful forest, but the use of now-banned weapons during the War destroyed every single tree and plant. Even after many years and attempts to clean up the area, it's still an arid desert wasteland that almost nothing can grow on. It's the perfect place for the final battle of the mission.

The people of Griseo, descended from the people of Earth, have those that possess superhuman abilities like the metahumans of Earth. Unlike some worlds, the entire population doesn't have powers, only one in a ten thousand have some ability and out of those only one in a hundred can become strong. Prophet is one of those one in a million, the strongest of them.

Prophet is a very plain looking Griseon with purple eyes, gray skin, and a bald head. He's dressed in a completely black outfit with a pure-white mask. He's currently sitting inside a secret military weapon – a suit of sleek black powered armor that amplifies his already impressive powers

"I have seen the Future, Princess Koriand'r of Tamaran. I see a Universe ruled by an Immortal Emperor, his divine right given to him by Gods of Creation and Destruction. I see the man who is many and the man who will stand at the End of All Things." says Prophet.

"Doctor Genus and my husband building an Empire. Really? I wouldn't have guessed." says Starfire, having developed a sense of sarcasm over the years. It's not like Cognito Inc hides the fact they are taking over the known universe. The employees routinely joke about it and don't give a damn who hears. After seeing the level of technology and prosperity granted by Cognito, most people don't fight the inevitable.

"My Griseo becoming a mere retainer planet under that Empire. My only hope is to shake the heart of the Monster so he will separate himself from the Scientist. That is why you must die!" says Prophet as the visor lowers and lines of purple lights glow on the armor.

Griseon meta-abilities are not as varied as Earth meta-abilities, as resulted of a small population being transferred to another world and undergoing mutations. They have a form of extrasensory perception paired with psychokinetic ability. In Prophet's case he has a precognitive ability paired with pure telekinesis. The precognitive ability allows him to predict his opponent's movements (with occasional visions of the distant future), while the tactile telekinesis grants him superhuman physical abilities and even allows him to levitate and fly. This protects him from projectiles and makes him near unstoppable at close range.

Prophet's fist collides with Starfire's punch to generate a shockwave that creates waves in wasteland's sand. They are both knocked back, but faint cracks form in prophet's armored shell. There is a pause then the two collide and begin to trade martial arts moves. Starfire trained by the Warlords of Okarra and Cognito's own specialists is clearly superior, but Prophet can predict her movements. What confuses the Griseon Terrorist Leader is she continues to block his counters that his meta-ability doesn't predict.

The Prophet is sent flying by Starfire's punch, tumbling across the desert sand to land on his back. He looks down and sees a sizable dent in the chest plate.

"How?"

"Cognito Psych Ward is partially filled up with Spider-People. Do you really think Doctor Genus wouldn't plan for people with precognitive powers?" says Starfire as Prophet's precognitive power begins to give him gibberish. He can't tell if Starfire is going to throw a right punch or teach him the right way to make a Tamaranean Soufflé.

Unable to use his Precog, he activates his last hope. Rods emerge from around the spinal area of the armor releasing purple arcs of electrical and psionic energy. The glowing lines that cover the black armor like circuitry glow bright as he rises off the ground. A rippling bubble of dark energy with purple electricity arcing across it appears as he holds up his palm.

"This is the second form." says Starfire remembering playing video games with her adopted daughters.

The Prophet attacks, spiraling himself through the air towards his opponent, like a torpedo whilst holding out his palm to 'crush grind' into his target. Even with enough destructive power to destroy mountains, it's pointless if you can't hit the target. Starfire merely jumps/flies into the air to avoid the attack.

"You're ripping off a Capcom character?"

The Prophet stops and turns to his opponent in the air, only for Starfire to smash him into the ground with a fiery kick from the air. It's powerful enough to crater the ground and shatter Prophet's energy bubble.

"The Cog Game designers call that Starfire's Starfall Kick." she says with a smile, that is not filled with kindness. Instead, it's a battle lust normally seen on her sister's face.

Starfire then proceeds to deliver a brutal beating to the power armored terrorist despite him being in his desperation super mode. Starfire's blows are far more powerful than Prophet's predictions, as each one damages the armor plates and bruises the meat inside the can. Soon their sparks and sprays of mech fluid as electrical and fluid systems are damaged. The glowing lines burst crystal fragments as they flicker and a couple spinal rods break. Starfire's final blow sends him flying out of the crater and nearly causes him to vomit into his helmet as he tumbles.

Prophet cries out and concentrates all his amplified power into one final attack. The Prophet can feel decades being stripped from his lifespan, as blood falls from his nose and glowing eyes. He feels the Thunderclap headache and knows that even if he survives launching this attack, it will be the last time he ever uses his psychokinesis. The charged metal rods on his back explode as he releases a black sphere of destruction that is as wide as he is tall (2 meters/6'7). The armor on his arms is burst and blown back by the force of the attack.

The black sphere cracking with purple lighting shoots at hypersonic speeds leaving a trail of molten sand droplets before slamming into Starfire. Then to Prophet's horror, Starfire catches the sphere and in only pushes back a meter. The sphere then shrinks instead of burning its target or exploding. The attack ball is absorbed as Starfire glows with solar fire, her long hair becoming a long trail of flames in the air.

"They also call this one Nova Flare."

Starfire releases a beam of solar flame that could compete with Vegeta's Final Flash. As the insanely destructive beam washes over Prophet, he gets one last vision of the future. He sees a pair of fire-haired goddesses standing by the God of Destruction and the Goddesses of Love and Darkness. Then the armor dissolves into fluffy plasma and Prophet's physical form follows a fraction of a second later.

The Temple of Azar

True Azarath

She has been known as Rachel Roth, Raven of Azaroth, and recently Raven Grey. After absorbing the Divine Core of Love from the Goddess Kama she has transcended her half-demonic sorceress form to become a Goddess of Love herself. Now she has returned to her roots to connect.

It was founded by a powerful homo magus from Earth known as Azar. Azar was a powerful mystic who disliked the warlike ways of Earth, and she especially disliked her ancestor Vandal Savage and the actions of the Lord of Chaos Klarion. Contacting a Lord of Order, they travelled to an interdimensional realm that existed between the planes of known reality, which was given the name Azarath. Over time, the three great leaders of Azarath were called Azar. The realm fell because it's peaceful natives attempted to mystically purge themselves of evil and darkness, but there is always a balance in the universe and Trigon the Terrible was born. Raven was born and trained on Azarath, but she couldn't stop its destruction.

Raven stands in the ruins of Azarath dressed in a white hooded cloak. Above her the souls of Azarath corrupted by Trigon's evil and the trauma of their deaths swirl around her. The souls of amorphous like balls of polluted smoke, but some of them are strong enough to manifest bodies of magic and ectoplasm. The bodies resemble animated corpses out of a Zombie game with glowing red eyes and angry expressions.

"Trigon's daughter!"

"Betrayer!"

"Devil!"

"Bringer of Death!"

There is a particularly powerful soul that manifests as a white-haired woman dressed in tattered red robes. Her face is twisted by hatred, and she has four burning eyes, but Raven would recognize her even if she was blind. Azar the Third, granddaughter of the Founder Azar and last leader of the people of Azarath. A surrogate grandmother and teacher to Raven when she was young. She doesn't listen to the poisonous words of the corrupted soul and ignores the malicious magic thrown at her. Instead, she places her hand against the side of Azar's face.

"Azarath Metrion Zinthos."

Raven glows with a white light that burns away the darkness, but also draws in the souls. Azar cries out sounding like Trigon, before her outer form disintegrates revealing a blissful purified soul. Azar looks younger than she did in life and her repaired robes cling to her youthful form. As Azar is purified, the other thousands of souls are drawn into her glowing form and purified.

Raven is a little overwhelmed as she experiences memories from each soul. She knows the talents and failings, the hopes and dreams of all that died on her world. Their knowledge and skills become a part of her and live on, as their purified souls no longer bound to the world travel into the afterlife.

There are other ways she could have done this.

Her husband Ash is a walking humanoid Gate of Death. He could have taken a casual stroll and pulled the souls into him, his connection to the Tree of Death consuming Trigon's trait. It's possible some of the souls could have ended up in the New Hell ruled by Ash's aspect Obsidian Black, but souls are purified in the New Hell instead of tortured by demons.

Her co-wife Jade the Goddess of Darkness can enslave souls like her shadow minions, so exorcism is a lot easier. All she would need to do is grab onto the darkness binding them to the material plane and absorb it into her own power, breaking the connection. It's not well known but Necromancers can be amazing exorcists.

Their friend Doctor Genus would have made some form of fantastic device, like a comically huge Holy Hand Grenade that would have purified all the souls in one massive efficient blast. The man literally rewrites the laws of the universe and makes artificial heavens; a little ghost busting is not a problem for him. Ash even joked a decent electrician could capture ghosts according to the Ghostbuster films.

Raven's method allows her to preserve part of Azarath and considering she's a goddess that part will be around for a very long time.

As Azar (III) vanishes from the world, Raven gets a vision of two different groups connected to her and Azarath. The first group's existence makes her angry and causes her to teleport in the form of a black raven.

The people of Skatha are very human-like extraterrestrials, due to them being yet another colony of humans abducted from Earth and placed on another world. This group are descended from European colonists and had their memories of the truth erased. They currently have 1950s with similar cars, soda fountains, poodle shirts, and a sexy singer swinging his hips on the TV.

Years ago, a magician of Azarath escaped its destruction, but was possessed by corrupted souls. The magician died on the planet he appeared on, his soul joining the corrupted. This cluster of corrupt souls possessed a man searching for enlightenment and he went on to create murderous death cult. Every year, the old leader would die, and a new leader would rise. The soul of the previous leader joining the corrupted in the current leader. The cult leader also fed on the spiritual energies of those the cult murdered.

A group of teenagers have discovered a murderous cult. Now the group – consisting of a tall muscular athlete, a large-breasted socially awkward intellectual type girl, a pale snarky guy in black, a kind-hearted nature-loving girl, and a hot-blooded man of action – are now facing a hundred insane cultists and their supernatural leaders.

"You have uncovered our secrets. Congratulations. Your reward will be a quick death." says the Leader. The current host body is tall, distinguished looking man with dark eyes, black hair, and goatee. The adventuring teens recognize him as one of the candidates for town mayor.

"How is that a Reward!?" says the lancer in the leather jacket. He wishes he could contact his gang for some backup. He also wishes he had a better weapon than a switchblade.

"We usually torture people before killing them."

"Any ideas, Samantha?" asks the Jock to the Nerdy Girl. He used to ignore the girl because she was into books instead of sports like him, but on this adventure, he noticed how beautiful she is.

"We don't have many options and I'm terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought." says the large breasted girl wishing she was still studying in library instead of on this crazy adventure.

"I'm not going down without a fight." says Heroic Leader. His fists are already stained with the blood of many cultists that tried to harm his friends and he's not afraid to beat more down.

"Please help us, Goddess." prays the nature girl, holding a necklace with a bird-like symbol. The nature lover is dedicated to a neo-pagan religion that worships a goddess associated with crows and ravens. It often gets on the nerves of the most scientific Samantha.

"Arisa, I don't believe in praying..." begins the nerdy girl, Samantha.

Suddenly, there is an explosion, and a massive glowing white silhouette of a raven appears. It releases a white shockwave that washes over the cultists and renders them all unconscious except for the possessed leader.

"..." Samantha looks wide-eyed with her friends. She then holds out her hand to nature girl Arisa, who gives her a pamphlet marked "Teachings of the Goddess".

"Raven." says the cult leader, his voice distorted by the many souls of Azarath, "Trigon's daughter."

"Trigon is dead. Azarath has been purified. You're the last of the garbage I need to clean up."

The cult leader's face becomes distorted with anger, looking demonic.

"No! I WILL NOT BE...!" yells the cult leader gathering dark magic between his upraised hands, before Raven appears close to him and pushes her hand into his chest. She phases through the physical body and rips out the dark spiritual core of the cult leader's body. The cult leader's magical attack goes out like a burnt lightbulb as his soulless corpse collapses to the ground.

"I have another appointment today and I don't have time for dramatic bullshit!" says Raven as she crushes the dark core in her hand. She is not as gentle as she was on Azarath, instead generating a pulse of divine energy that forcibly cleanses the souls of Azaratheans and past Skathan cult leaders.

She then leaves, making the group of teenagers wonder how they are going to explain things to the police.

Raven now looks down at a temple on another world.

This temple is far different to the blood-stained temple of the other world. Instead of dark and dirty in shades of black and red, it's bright and clean white stone. The only colors are several banners, black raven statues, and pools reflecting the gray-blue sky above. There are also hundreds of white statues of a women either dressed in a hooded cloak or completely nude in exquisite detail. What's a little disturbing for Raven is the statues are all made in her image.

Cloaked by her magic, invisible to the mortals, she enters the Temple and feels a rush of power.

Most of the cultists are beautiful women with athletic or curvaceous bodies, some in different stages of pregnancy. Some of the cultists are athletic men ranging from muscle-bound barbarians to sleek swimmers. The clothed members of this cult are dressed in translucent hooded robes and clearly nothing else. The rest of the members are not clothed at all and are engaged in various sexual acts.

Unlike the other cult that created for blood and violence, this one is one of sex and fertility.

Raven follows the sound of chanting to see the leader of the Raven cult. The woman is beautiful with purple eyes, gray skin, and long black hair reaching the ground. Her voluptuous body is clad only in one of the robes with a belt and jewelry replicated Azarathan style. She is clearly several months pregnant and is thanking Goddess Raven.

Raven investigates the woman's past and tries to find the connection to her.

Many years ago, this world of human descendants was ruled by sorcerers. The planet was an iron-fisted magicracy - where only those with magic ruled. They mystically altered the humans they brought to this world as slaves, eliminating the weak, the ugly, and those with disabilities to create perfect slaves for labor and pleasure.

Bound by ancient magic, nobody dared to rebel until the Day of the Ashen Raven. It was the day on which the demons that gave the royalty and nobility their great power was slaughtered. A Seer spoke of Ash colored beasts destroying the lords of hell to save a Raven-haired woman. A woman who would one day become a Goddess of Love. This was the beginning of the rebellion and eventually a new government rose up following the Church of Raven.

When Raven did ascend to Goddess-hood after the mess with Fate-Unversed, the magic of the world charged by the people's belief spread a divine blessing. A blessing of love and fertility, which has become an annual holiday. After the destruction of Trigon, there is a second day of celebration.

Raven doesn't know what to say to the Grand Priestess, who calls out to the Goddess to bless her unborn child. She eventually whispers a name and leaves. The Grand Priestess cries and says to her flock that her daughter's name with be "Azara".

There are many worlds with humans descended from Earth and these worlds have different levels of technological development depending on different factors. On some worlds, the people gain access to the technology used to transport them and become an odd combination of old and new. In some worlds, humans remain primitive as they lacked the environmental trauma and wars that cause major advancements in technology. In the case of Terra (named after the real world of Earth), human technology advanced without alien influence, to the point they developed FTL space travel five and half centuries ago and developed dozens of colonies of their own.

Priscilla "Priss" Grey (nee Kitaen) is currently in a Terran space plane landing at one of Planet Blair's two major space ports. She's currently dressed in a business suit and looks like all the other female businesswomen on the plane only without the tired look. On the news, they are talking about Cognito.

"For centuries, the people of Terra have been aware we didn't originate on the planet Terra. While some religions claimed he were created by the Divine instead of product of evolution, archeological research revealed the possibility of ancient aliens. The truth was revealed a year ago, when Cognito Inc - a company from humanity's true home world – contacted us. With Cognito's space bridge technology, our isolated Terran systems joins Earth and it's growing Federation of Planets."

Suddenly, there is an explosion and the engines of the plane lose power. Alarms go off as the people on the plane prepare for an emergency landing, but it doesn't look good. The plane is coming down too fast and too steep. If it strikes the ground at this speed not only will the plane be destroyed, but half the spaceport would also be destroyed in the blast.

Priss is about to make a call, when she senses something. It's a man standing on the surface of the plane, which is still burning hot from re-entry. He's generating a psychokinetic field so powerful he's lifting the massive plane. Superman was impressive when he stopped a heavily damaged plane from crashing into Metropolis, but this superman just stopped the crash of spaceship with his mind.

As the plane lands, Priss senses the Hero teleport away from the ship and she's curious. After sending a couple of messages, she teleports to where the Hero is.

The hero is a young man, who looks like he's not even an adult, but Priss can sense a very adult mind. It's the kind of mind she has encountered meeting immortals and long-lived species. He's a short, lean athlete with bright green eyes and long spiky green hair that can only be described as anime hair. He's dressed in simple old-fashioned clothing with a red scarf.

"You are the Esper I sensed onboard the plane?" says the man, already knowing the answer.

"Yes, and you are the Hero that saved the plane."

"I don't call myself a Hero."

"What do you call yourself?"

"Maximillian Locke."

"Priscilla Grey, but my friends call me Priss." she says with a smile.

"Can I call you Priss?"

"Only if I can call you Locke."

"Not Max?"

"I already have a sister called Maximilla."

"You can call me Locke." says Locke, "So, why is a powerful Esper like you doing on this world?"

"I work for Cognito, and I was sent to investigate a school, as I suspect you were as well."

"Perceptive."

Terrans have a small percentage of people possessing psychic abilities and a small percentage of them can become psychic warriors known as Espers. These people started to appear six hundred years ago, but the numbers only increased majorly in recent years. They were mistrusted due to mundane human bigotry, but the rights of psychics were improved due to the actions of an Esper Hero during a Space War that occurred two centuries ago. Cognito also knows this Hero's name was Locke.

Terran contacting Cognito and Earth has changed the laws and politics of many worlds. Earth has a massive population of metahumans, many which make all, but the strongest Esper look weak in comparison. It either evolves with the changing political and social environment or goes the way of the prehistoric.

"Lady Kahn – the leader of the Kahn financial combine. She runs several schools for those who possess psychic abilities, but the government believes she trains psychic warriors. She wants to create an Empire and the warriors are her tools." explains Locke, even though he guesses she has the information.

"If Lady Kahn really wanted an Empire, she could literally buy one. Cog literally makes everything." says Priss, "Lady Crazy just wants revenge on the galaxy."

Cognito makes Colony worlds complete with bioroid factories. A couple of decades, Lady Kahn could have a planet of million psychics calling her Queen. Instead, Lady Kahn is obsessed with taking down the Terran Colony Alliance and conquering the colonies with her Espers."

"Let's work together."

Lady Prim's School for Girls

1 hour later.

The private school was established by the rich and influential to educate their children far away from negative influences. Far away from people who want to manipulate and exploit them due to their familial connections, far away from politics and the dangers of their home worlds and cutting them off from the influence of the media. It also keeps males hundreds of kilometers away from their daughters.

When Lady Kahn's plan was implemented, the school gained new students who were secretly trained to use their psychic abilities and secretly brainwashed into being the fanatic cult-like warriors of Lady Kahn.

"Lady Cornelia Prim is a subordinate of Lady Kahn who became the principal after the previous one's death." explains Priss.

"How did the old one die?"

"He pissed off Lobo."

"Lobo?" asks Locke, not familiar with non-Terran individuals outside the League members.

"A Czarnian Bounty Hunter and friend of my Husband. He was also the bouncer at Agent Rorschach's wedding." explains Priss, as they approach the main door, "Lady Kahn sent the Principal to Earth looking for possible recruits and encountered Lobo flirting with a potential. He earned the Darwin Award by trying to intimidate Lobo into leaving and ended up inside Body Bag. The only reason we know he's dead is because of Cog camera footage. When we investigated the moron, it led to Lady Kahn's plot."

"Body Bag?"

"An amorphous black organism created for Lobo by Cog. It cleans up the messes he leaves behind."

Locke manages to keep the OMG look off his face.

*Doom*

Locke faintly blushes as dozens of girls lie on the ground moaning and sweating.

"Wha... What is this?" says Locke, having not encountered anything like this in his centuries of life.

"Information gatherers. They attempted to read my mind thinking I was just a government agent working with your director-general friend. I diverted their probes into my vacation memories and the poor little sheltered virgins couldn't handle it.

Locke's jaw drops. He would never think to use such a trick. Not like he could, as his past spouses have been mere mortals with normal limits of stamina and not a Universally Feared Monster with unlimited stamina.

Principal Cornelia Prim is a very stoic beauty. A tall Amazonian woman with short blonde hair and piercing eyes, who looks strong and imposing even in her business dress. Her cultivated appearance is ruined by the blush and shock at her students.

"You are an Esper?"

"It's part of me."

"What's the other part?" asks Cornelia, curious, as she signals her comrades.

"I'm a clone of a girl from New Orleans implanted with DNA from extraterrestrial versions of angels and demons." says Priss with a smile, her eyes faintly glowing. She thinks she picked up bad habits from her husband.

Locke, Cornelia, and even the Espers about to attack pause at Priss' words. They are still coming to terms with the fact that Earth – birthplace of humanity – is one of the weirdest places in the universe.

One Esper casts an illusion and Locke and Priss find themselves sinking into the floor as the walls and objects in the room melt like hot wax. It only disturbs Locke for a moment, before he cancels out the effect. Priss doesn't even seem to notice the illusion much to the caster's dismay.

A second Esper attacks Locke with swords made of psionic energy. These psychic light sabers could easily slice through the strongest Terran alloys, but Locke easily dodges the slashes with expert timing. He then strikes the man behind the neck with a karate chop rendering him unconscious or possibly dead. Locke then spins around and backhand strikes an invisible third Esper. He is sneaking up behind Locke with a knife, but the Third proves to have a glass jaw and falls unconscious from the one blow.

The fourth Esper attempts to stun Priss with an electrokinetic blast only for Priss to catch it! The psychic lightning bolt arcs into her palm and she absorbs it. She then grabs a muscular fifth Esper delivering a electrical shock that makes him scream in pain. She then casually places her hand on his shoulder and delivers a psychokinetic push that sends him flying like a ragdoll. He smashes into the electric Esper and Illusion Esper, sending all three into a wall where they make a BIG Hole.

Principal Cornellia Prim stares and is about to teleport away, when she is stung in the ass. She yelps and then pulls out a small dart from her butt. She looks at the Cog logo on the dart before she slumps unconscious. Locke, ever the hero, catches her before she can hit the ground.

"I thought we were going to interrogate her."

"That was your plan. Cog has other methods, such as hacking their computers the moment I entered this building." says Priss, holding up a solid hologram tablet. The computer on Prim's desk also turns on and shows windows of scrolling data. "The files tell us two important things. One, where Lady Kahn has been hiding herself and two, a plot involving your friend Yamaki."

"Yamaki?" says Locke surprised.

Ryū Yamaki is the youngest director-general of the Intelligence Agency of the Terran Federation. He looks like typical Japanese protagonist from a space opera – ab athletic Asian man with dark eyes and slightly wild-looking black hair with sideburns. It's wild and unkempt but not quite the same Dragon Ball level as Locke's hair. He's dressed in a red/black jacket that looks very sporty, while caring for the woman he's fallen in love with.

Amelia is an amnesiac young woman with dark eyes and long dark brown hair. She lost her memories in a shuttle crash she was rescued from, and the doctors decided to give her a name starting with an "A". She is a sweet, kind-hearted woman who has also fallen completely in love with Ryū.

"Hello." says a voice interrupting their kiss and they turn to see a dark-skinned beauty with brown eyes and dark hair. She is taller than Ryū and dressed in black and purple clothing.

"Who are you?" asks Amelia, while the government agent is on alert.

"Priscilla Grey, Cognito SPB division." says Priss holding up a badge/ID to Yamaki.

"Looks legit. Why are you here?" says the confused Yamaki.

"We have uncovered some vital data about Kahn. I need to talk to you in private." says Priss to Yamaki, before turning to Amelia. "Don't worry. I just need to borrow your boyfriend for a couple minutes, then you two can go back to making out."

The two lovers blush scarlet at Priss's words.

Yamaki follows Priss to another room and is happy to see Locke is also in the room.

"Locke! I'm glad you're OK! You won't believe what's been happening and I want you to meet Amelia."

"That's precisely why we had to draw you into this room." says Locke.

"What's wrong?" asks the confused man.

"Years ago, Lady Kahn became aware of a powerful unique psychic with a special ability. This ability to nullify the supernatural power of others, the perfect anti-Esper. Lady Kahn arranged for the girl's parents to be murdered in front of her disguised as Locke and the Federation. Jessica Olin was then taken in by Lady Kahn's people and raised to be a part of her Esper army. Recently, they even used technology to intensify the traumatic memories to amplify the brainwashing."

"That's horrific!" says Yamaki, "Wait... You said we couldn't tell Amelia."

"Lady Kahn's people arranged for Jessica to have an 'amnesia-inducing accident', predicting that you two would fall in love due to your psychological profiles. If she wasn't the servant of a Tyrannical monster, Cornelia Prim would make a good matchmaker." says Priss with a smile, "She loves you and you love her. You two are perfect for each other."

Priss pulls out a case from her pocket.

"The problem is the deep imbedded programming, which will trigger the moment she sees Locke. She would attempt to destroy him at any cost and would probably only stop if she saw you were injured by her. She would then turn her power against herself to protect you and send herself into a coma."

Yamaki looks horrified at the possible future. He looks completely lost.

"Cognito has solutions for everything." says Priss opening the case to reveal some pills, "Cog nanomedicine. They were originally designed to cure people who had been driven into madness by creations beyond the veil of reality."

Locke and Yamaki both disturbed that Cognito as After Mind Rape drugs for dealing with Lovecraftian horrors. This means it happens often enough it's treated like a headache.

"With this Jessica from the point of the traumatic death of her parents to the point she gained 'amnesia' will vanish completely. She may one day recover her memories as Jessica the innocent child, but Jessica the Esper warrior will die, and Amelia will live." says Priss sounding dramatic.

"Do I have the right to do this?" asks Yamaki, looking conflicted.

"Jessica the Esper is a terrorist, constantly brainwashed to be a fanatical follower of Lady Kahn and the Millennium. Even if her mind hadn't been corrupted completely by the enhanced programming, the Terran Federation would either have her executed as threat to their Esper assets or turned into an experimental subject to create anti-Esper weaponry." says Priss, "There is a city on Earth called Gotham that was filled with brilliant psychotic criminals, some even possessing supernatural abilities. When Cog rose, those villains were cleansed of their lives as villains and now most of them are living normal lives. Well, those who weren't criminals before they became super villains and continued their criminal activities."

Yamaki finally accepts the case of pills.

Minutes later, Amelia is delighted that the Cog medicine fully restored her body to max health. She leaves the hospital with Yamaki, not knowing she is leaving behind her past - permanently.

Asteroid Kahn, the stronghold of the Millennium.

Lady Kahn was born many years ago to a rich influential family. She possessed beauty, intelligence, cunning, and unknown to most people – powerful psychic abilities. She had everything and yet she wanted more, believing herself superior to those around her. She nearly lost everything because her psychic nature was exposed, but she rebuilt her fortune under a new name. She desired to create an empire ruled by psychics with her as its Queen. An Empire that would rule for a thousand years – Millennium.

After she was nearly killed in the bombing of a spaceship, she could barely survive with cybernetics in a tube of oxygenated fluid. She was nearly a corpse only kept alive by machines and only able to interact with the world using computers. Recently acquiring a CRIB (Cybernetic Replacement Implantation Bay) from Cog, she has been given a far more attractive and mobile form. She now resembles a very tall Amazonian woman with blue eyes, pale skin, and long flowing straight white hair. She is dressed in a flowing white dress with a silver crown that makes her look like a jötunn (frost giant) queen, supernaturally beautiful, but inhuman.

"Are the Holy Mothers secure?" she asks over the communications grid.

"Yes, Lady Kahn." says the leader of Holy Mothers.

"Proceed Lugh, I don't want to take any chances."

The Holy Mothers are a group of female Esper that have been bio-engineered to have special genes. These special genes would ensure all children and descendants of the Holy Mothers would be psychics able to reach the level of high-tier Espers. The Holy Mothers would be the progenitors of entire colonies of psychics capable of changing the fate of the galaxy.

Alarms begin to sound.

"We have intruders." says Lady Kahn, using her ESP to detect two powerful Espers, one which vanishes completely from her sight.

*Doom*

An elite group of Esper searches for the intruders. They are not the most pleasant looking group, but they have refined their psychic powers and are Lady Kahn's most loyal.

Number one is a thin gray-haired man lacks physical combat ability, but his ESP enables him to look through walls and physical objects, finding people and objects, faster than Superman's X-Ray Vision. He's the team member that scouts out the target, before the combat Esper is sent in.

"Two intruders. Sector 4-G. One is Locke and the other is Cog Agent Priss Gray. They are looking at us." says Number one looking worried.

Number two is a muscular bald man has tactile telekinesis, a form of a Psychokinesis that allows the user to protect and strengthen his body, granting him pseudo super strength and durability. The fields also allow him to cushion himself from falls and cling to surfaces and objects to improve his grip. He's the team member meant to get close and take damage as a Tank.

"I'm ready to fight. What are we waiting for." says number two, eager for combat.

Number three is a young woman with shoulder-length blue hair possesses strong telepathy. She uses her telepathy to keep all the team members networked together, protecting their minds from outside influences, and sometimes sensing the thoughts of the targets.

"Don't be stupid, two." says Three who looks stressed, "Locke is the strongest Esper in history and a war hero. He's already killed elites before. Miss Gray is immensely strong. I can't sense her thoughts, but I can tell the difference between us is vast."

Number four is a tall, lean man with purple hair covering on eye possesses the power of teleportation. Using his psychic power to warp spacetime, he can teleport himself and others vast distances. He's also skilled enough to steal weapons and equipment off targets and appear behind attacking opponents for the backstab.

"I can teleport us in position, but I won't be able to teleport them." says Number four, sounding critical of himself, "They are too strong."

Number five is a small, young woman with short silver hair possesses Technopathy – the psychic ability to communicate with technology. This ability is useless against living targets, but she can control the computers and machines within a massive area. This is especially effective on a space station designed for Esper.

"We have another problem." says Number five, her voice low and lacking emotion, "The systems are infected with some form of advanced technology, possibly nanomachines. I can't take control of them, and they are slowly eroding my control over the station systems.

"Nanomachines!?" says Number one, "I know Earth's technology is super advanced thanks to super-geniuses and interaction with extraterrestrials, but I didn't know it was this advance. "

"Aliens?" asks Number two.

"You idiot! Read the Reports or Watch the News!" says Number three, "Earth has had contact with thousands of worlds with many space-faring aliens. They have even fought off entire invasions!"

Number six is a tall, young woman with a swimmer's build. She possesses Hydrokinesis – the psychokinetic ability to manipulate water, much like many Water elementals and Atlantean magicians back on Earth. If she has a source of water she can create piercing water jets, slicing blades, and bubbles that explode on impact.

"Everyone, calm down." says Six, her voice calm and soothing, "It's not like we can run away on a space station. We need to calm down and plan."

Number seven is an overweight bald man with a very round body. His power is Electrokinesis – the psychokinetic ability to manipulate electricity or more specifically electrons. This ability extends far beyond throwing around blasts of electrical plasma, as can also disrupt the electron bonds of physical objects.

"Sexy Six is right. Nobody is invincible and these two are still mortals." says Seven, slamming his fists together and creating electrical sparks.

"Don't call me Sexy Six. Your already in trouble for sexual harassment." says Six.

Number eight is a tall, thin man with a weaselly face. His power is Pyrokinesis – the psychokinetic ability to manipulate heat and flame or more specifically manipulate the vibrations of molecules. The elite group is full of eccentrics, but he's a psychopathic pyromaniac that's kept leashed by psychic commands deeply imbedded in his mind.

"We are in serious trouble." says Eight as he senses killing intent.

Locke and Priss have all the profiles, because Cognito easily hacked the computers. They were also able to sense where the team was when they arrived at the station. The real Maximillan Locke and Priscilla Grey are standing on a walkway above the team and number one can only watch is shock as the illusions vanish from 4-G.

Number Eight releases a massive burst of flame that blasts the walkway into molten fragments, but Locke and Priss have already dodged the attack. Priss lands among the elite Esper and creates a powerful shockwave of purple psychic energy that causes Number one and Number three to fall unconscious, while sending all but number two flying away from her. They are so overloaded by Priss' attack they are bleeding from eyes, noses, and ears.

Number two attempts to deliver a pseudo-super strength punch, but he's shocked when Priss catches his hand. He's unable to move it a millimeter in her grip and he can't help but ask "How?".

"I can disrupt psychic fields, rendering your TTK useless against me and when it comes to pure physical strength..." she whispers as she begins to squeeze his fist with audible bone crunching, "... I'm way stronger than a Terran."

She spins around and swings Number two like a pillow. He smashes into the surprised Number Four who was attempting a surprise attack and sends Number Four flying into a wall. He's conscious despite his injuries, until an unconscious number two smashes him back into the wall.

Number five is already unconscious from a blow from Locke and he's currently facing the three element manipulators.

Number six is a skilled water manipulator, forcing Locke to dodge, but she is taken out of the fight when Number seven's electrical attack strikes her water streams. Locke is then forced to grab her and carry her to safety to prevent her from being hit by Number eight's flames.

"Don't you care about the safety of your comrades!?" yells an angry Locke. Priss notes he has an Australian accent.

"The tease reported me to HR!" says Number seven, laughing and proving he's a little unhinged. As he places his hand on a metal wall. As electricity arcs across the surface of the wall, electron bonds are broken down. Locke dodges carrying six as the wall glows red and detonates in a chain of explosions.

Locke then makes his move. He gives Six to Priss, who creates a telepathic illusion to distract number eight, so he attacks fakes. Locke then appears in front of number seven. The hands of Locke and number seven slam together, and number seven unleashes his electron disruptor. He thinks he's won, but then wonders why the ageless Esper hasn't exploded. Seven then cries out in pain as his own power is reflected into him. He's sent flying into a wall while creating arcs of electricity. As he collides with the metal wall, he violently explodes leaving a hole in the wall to the vacuum of space.

Priss and Locke can prevent themselves from being sucked into space and are also able to prevent the remaining Esper team from dying...

"NOOO!"

… except for eight. Locke attempted to save eight, but the fire-obsessed maniac attacked him trying to get one last blow in. So, eight ended up going through the slowly sealing hole into the cold near vacuum of space.

Eight didn't immediately freeze like what you would see in some movies. Without a medium like gas or liquid, you don't lose heat and most spaceships and satellites have problems with overheating in space. Instead, the lack of oxygen and pressure started to suffocate him and burst blood vessels. He even tried to get back to the station by burning himself to create jets of gas, but the hole closed too quickly. Seconds later, eight is dead.

*Doom*

"Did you really think you could hide behind computers, seriously?" says Priss.

Maxmillian Locke and Priscilla "Priss" Grey have finally reached Lady Kahn after getting through many fakes and the base's defenses.

"I was merely delaying you." says Lady Kahn. "I've already sent out the Holy Mothers and they would carry on my will."

"Holy Mothers?" asks Locke.

Instead of Lady Kahn explaining, it's Priss that replies to Locke's question.

"Holy Mothers are Espers with special genes. All their children and descendants will possess powerful psychic abilities, an entire race of Espers." says Priss with a smile, "Cognito found out about them and doesn't consider them a threat."

"Doesn't consider them a threat!?" says Lady Kahn.

"Earth alone has populations of techno-organic shapeshifters, elemental metahumans, magic manipulators, and its own psychics. Our system neighbor M'arzz has a population of immensely powerful shapeshifters with psychic powers. Our entire universe is filled with human descendants and extraterrestrials far more powerful than a bunch of bioengineered Espers." says Priss as she shrugs her shoulders, "You are a big fish in a small pond, but a tiny fish in the ocean."

"If Earth and it's colonies don't consider me a threat, then why did they send you!?" says Lady Kahn, sounding angry at being dismissed. She has spent decades becoming powerful and feared, and the idea that another group regards her as weak is galling.

"It's a Quest from Cognito. We don't let troublemakers keep making trouble." says Priss as she dodges the attack from a hidden weapon turret.

"Enough, Lady Kahn. You have hurt enough people."

Locke doesn't look happy at Lady Kahn's cowardly attack and raises his hands creating a double-ended spear of light. He throws the psychic construction at Lady Kahn, causing her to disperse into holographic particles and blows up some hidden machinery in the room.

Lady Kahn is about to taunt the heroes, when Priss' hand bursts from her chest from behind. The holograms in the room flicker and vanish to reveal machinery instead of the royal palace it was disguised as. Lady Kahn's vision is filled with red messages as her internal computer alerts her to how extensive the damage is. She is then thrown close to the ground, inches from Locke's boots. She can't move her lower body with the damage to her metallic spine.

"How?" asks Locke and Lady Kahn would ask the same thing, if she wasn't desperate.

"My husband's best friend Rorschach is grandmaster of holographic deception." says Priss, "He likes to brag about how criminals and government agents have fallen for his cheap tricks. His words."

"She would have been able to dodge if you were using psychic abilities." state Locke.

Psychic battles can be very tricky. While psychokinesis is the power used most for offense, ESP (extrasensory perception) is the defense ability. These abilities include predicting an opponent's movements with precognition, reading surface thoughts with telepathy, and sensing the psychic energy of an opponent like how martial artists can sense an opponent's qi. Locke, the most powerful psychic in Terran space, didn't sense a flicker of psychic power when Priss attacked the hidden Lady Kahn.

"Me and my sister Max both have psychic abilities, but we also have strength from our alien genes." says Priss, flicking mech fluid off her stained hand. "I just normally specialize in psi."

Locke has already decided that Earth girls are weird.

The room begins to shake. Lady Kahn begins to laugh like an evil witch despite the extensive damage to her cybernetic body.

"It's already too late! The systems have been locked. Kahn-Asteroid will fall into star it orbits."

"You damn Witch! You would sacrifice all your followers!" yells an angry Locke.

"They are merely Cogs in the machine of Millenium." says Lady Kahn mocking, "They have served their purpose and should be happy they fulfilled their purpose."

"I made sure to transmit your words, so everyone on this rock knows how you feel about them." says Priss, not looking worried in the slightest. She turns to Locke. "Remember the nano is still in their computers."

"The witch didn't just turn off systems, hidden explosives caused physical damage." says Locke using his ESP to sense the damage done to Asteroid-Kahn. "I'm generating a psychic barrier to protect the station, but I'm not sure how long I can resist the gravity."

If all the tens of thousands of powerful Espers combined their power, it's possible they could create a psychokinetic barrier to protect the massive space station against the heat and radiation of the star. There is a small chance they could even protect against the internal pressure of the star, but all of them combined can't match the power of Locke the Superman.

Priss' eyes glow brightly, and Asteroid-Kahn stabilizes with Locke being assisted by an equal power. Slowly, the space station is pulled away from the gravity of the star and out of the star's orbit. As Priss and Locke relax their powers, she informs Locke that a Cognito ship would arrive soon to take custody of Millenium Espers.

"The hardcore terrorists will be turned over to the Terran government. The ones that didn't commit any serious crimes will be taken to one of the colonies made by Cog. "

"You're going to take care of them?" says Locke raising his eyebrow.

"The reason Millenium exists is because psychics are often oppressed and exploited by the government and treated horribly by colonists, even with you being their war hero. They latched on to Lady Kahn's fascism and Esper supremacy because they were desperate. It's like how on Earth, Adolf Hitler was able to uses lies and Germany's desperation after the first world war to create the Nazi Party." says Priss, "Cog isn't going to blame all psychics. There were Germans who despised the Nazis during World War II and only a selection of the Nazis was truly monsters that deserved to be executed as war criminals."

"This... can't be... happening." says Lady Kahn, broken on the floor.

"You're lucky I was sent." says Priss as she looks down at the cyborg Esper, whose power systems are shutting down.

"Lucky?" asks Locke.

"My husband Ash is immune to psychic powers, and he would have ripped the entire Asteroid apart. He's not particularly good at being subtle, but he's a master of destruction. My co-wife Jade would have torn their souls out, while co-wife Raven could easily melt their minds. Blackfire and Starfire grow stronger near stars, and you don't want to know what Nzambi would do to these fools." says Priss, looking down at Lady Kahn who's about to go into status mode, "Considering that body was made by Cognito CRIB, Rorschach could have taken control of you and made you shut down everything while dancing the Macarena."

"Doctor Genus managed to decode some files belonging to Lady Kahn. After her death on Asteroid-Kahn, she would possess the daughter of a Holy Mother and be reincarnated with her memories. She planned on using the Holy Mother lines to achieve a form of immortality. She would rule Millenium using her various incarnations."

"That kind of reminds me of Star Wars." I replied to Priss. "Palpatine had a Dark Side technique that allowed him to transfer himself into another person's body. It's how he was able to transfer himself from his original body at the end of the original series to a clone body in the sequel series. He originally wanted to take over Anakin's body and become some sort of divine fusion, but Anakin ended up extra crispy."

"Thankfully, the cyborg's emergency status lock allowed her to be captured. After Cognito stripped her mind of any useful knowledge, she was executed, and her astral form was annihilated to prevent any form of psychic reincarnation." says Priss, taking a drink.

"I can't believe you met one of my favorite anime characters!"

"What do you mean?" says a confused Priss.

"Locke the Superman was a manga series created by Yuki Hijiri in 1967. The OVA Witch Era was made in 1984. I remember renting the VHS tape from the local convenience store when I was a child. I also watched it on the Tube many years later. The immortal Esper Maximillian Locke being recruited by a young director general to stop Lady Kahn. The plot with Yamaki and Jessica/Amelia. Even the final showdown in which the space station fell through a star."

Priss' jaw drops. I find the look of surprise to be so cute.

I can imagine, Priss kept Yamaki out of the mess. In the original film, he wanted revenge for Amelia and had Locke take him to Asteroid-Kahn. The normal human was knocked out by a Holy Mother – who didn't even have any combat ability – and used as a hostage so Kahn could attack Locke with spikes of all things. Instead, he stayed at the hospital, while Priss went with Locke and wasn't a burden. I'm guessing Yamaki and Amelia will get married and have children, probably named Ken and Haruna Yamaki if the manga is correct.

"I even got Rorschach to get me a copy when he started Interdimensional Cable. He even found an otherworld Netflix version that was even better."

"How did a 60s Anime end up becoming part of our Universe!?"

"Since Doctor Genus remade the universe, I'm guessing he did it by accident." I say to my freaked-out wife. "Nobody is perfect."

"Don't we know it." says a voice and we turn to see an unusual group.

One is a sleek, red-skinned demonic creature with long black-and-white horns and a long tail with a blade-like tip. He has red eyes with gold sclera and slit pupils, claws, and hooves. He's dressed in an old fashion black coat with toeless boots and fingerless gloves with absurdly large brass buttons.

"Blitzo?"

One is a beautiful woman with hip-length golden hair, white skin with rosy cheeks, and the same red-on-gold demon eyes. She's dressed in a professional outfit with a red jacket with black edges, tight black pants with red cuffs, a white button undershirt, and a black bow. She also has prominent black claws.

"Charlie Morningstar?"

"You know who we are?" asks Charlie looking nervous. The hell-born daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith probably senses my Qliphoth nature.

"You know about the infinite worlds in multiverse?"

"I heard about it." says Blitzo, confused, "One of my employees was reading a comic he picked up on Earth."

"Well, what is fictional in one world is reality in another. In one universe, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle writes detective novels. In another universe, Sherlock Holmes solves mysteries." I explain, using my favorite example, "In your case, your histories are recorded in the episodes of adult animated shows Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. The former being about Charlie's reformation Hotel, while the latter is about Blitzo's company IMP."

"IMP?" asks Priss, confused.

" I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals), an imp-run assassination company in Hell."

"Oh."

"You don't seem too worried about that?" says Blitzo.

"My husband is an indestructible monster who is feared through the universe and has wiped out entire planets with ease. Our boss Doctor Genus is so smart he practically runs the universe at this point." says Priss taking a deep drink. I'm wondering if Doctor Genus' headache cure is mildly alcoholic.

"You don't look that impress..." begins Blitzo, before I transform into my 2.5-meter-tall (8'2) form with ash skin and numerous bone spikes. "...never mind."

"So how did you two get here?"

"Roughly 5 years ago, thinks suddenly changed in Hell which serious spooked the Hellborn because nothing changes in Hell." says Blitzo, rapidly. I revert to my human form so as not to scare the Imp from Hell.

"Not that I and others don't try to change things." says Charlie.

"We were cut off from Earth and sinners suddenly stopped appearing. Humans will never stop sinning, but the souls of sinners stopped coming to Hell. The Hellborn couldn't care less about Sinner souls, but they were worried about the sudden change. We finally opened a portal and found the universe we connected to was not the same one we had always been connected to." explains Blitzo, accepting a soda from Priss.

"We also found out the sinners were being transported to a different Hell!" says Charlie, "An immense Hell that was an endless sea of black trees."

"I'm very familiar." I cut them off, "About a decade ago, one of my future wives was kidnapped by a crazy idiot who tried to sell her to Deus, the son of that Hell's Asmodeus."

"Asmodeus? That Hell had an Asmodeus?" asks Charlie

In her Hell, Asmodeus, is the Prince of Lust, and the owner of a popular club in the Lust Ring of Hell known as Ozzie's.

"I killed Deus and then we slaughtered our way through hell, even killing Asmodeus and his army. When we left, I left behind a fragment of myself – Obsidian Black – who then proceeded to kill every demon in Hell. Every Goetia demon was ripped apart by him and a tree planted in the blood of his victims."

This makes the two demons pale in fear, which is impressive since Charlie has white skin in her human form and gray in her full demon form.

"The only demons that escaped was the ones that weren't there." I finish, turning to Charlie, "Our version of Lucifer is fine. He got sick of Hell many years before my trip to Hell. He abandoned the whole place and retired to Earth. He currently runs a Bar in Los Angeles."

"What about mom?"

"Lilith. She is a tricky one, but she probably escaped. Lucifer in this timeline was married to Mazikeen of the Lilim, Lilith's daughter. I don't have a lot of information on her, but she may have also escaped Hell's Forestation."

"So, a fragment of you wiped out this giant universe's Hell!?" says Blitzo.

"Correct. The souls of sinners are absorbed by those trees and purified, before being sent back as pure souls into the cycle of reincarnation. The old hell is gone for good."

Charlie slumps a little.

"I created my hotel to prove sinners could be redeemed and to stop the extermination." says Charlie, sounding depressed, "Was it all for nothing?"

The Extermination is an annual purging event wherein Exorcists from Heaven, armed with angelic weapons, are sent down to Hell to assist in taking care of its overpopulation by eliminating any Demon that is in plain sight. Charlie hated losing people to it and created the Hazbin Hotel to redeem/purify the sinners. Obsidian's Forest of Qliphoth means her Hell dimension will never be overpopulated again. In fact, the Pride Ring will now suffer negative population growth when it comes to Sinners until there is not a single Sinner left.

"Cog Psych is going to be getting new patients." whispers Priss.

"I have a question. One of your wives? You have a Harem?"

"I used to have only one girl. My beautiful dark warrior princess Blackfire. Then, Raven and I had our adventure in Hell and she seduced Blackfire to convince her. Since then, girls seduce my wives to join." I reply showing the two demons, holographic pictures of my super beautiful and insanely powerful wives including Priss.

Charlie is no longer depressed. She's now unconscious.

Vandal Savage, the fifty-thousand-year-old immortal caveman and the world's first metahuman is surprised when he receives a guest. The immortal conqueror has experienced many lives such as Varl'jat of Atlantis, Marduk of Sumeria, Sun Tzu of China, Atilla the Hun, Genghis Khan of the Mongol Empire, and Blackbeard the Pirate. He has also experienced many women in his life, some who became his wives and bore his many children.

The beautiful woman before him is a descendant of people taken from Earth.

After Genghis Khan made his deal with Darkseid, many extraterrestrial races became curious to why the New God of Tyranny hadn't just enslaved the primitive mudball out in the boonies of space. As a result, many different races observed and eventually captured small groups of humans for their own experiments on other worlds. Outside of this "poaching", Darkseid himself also transferred some people to colonies to not have all his resources on a single world. If Earth was destroyed due to a random event, he would have backups. Thanks to Cognito all those surviving colonies are being linked together and Vandal's dream of a space spanning empire is closer than it's ever been.

The beautiful woman has golden eyes, dark tan skin, and long curly lavender hair reaching past her waist. She is dressed in flowing white robes of a religious figure with flowers in her hair.

"I am Lugh, leader of Lady Kahn's Holy Mothers."

Vandal is aware of the recent missions of Cognito including the new Earth colonies known as the Terran Federation and their population of Esper. He's even aware of the battle between Locke and Priss Gray against Lady Kahn's forces on Asteroid-Kahn.

He does find it odd that she is named Lugh – Irish God of Skills and the Arts. A member of the Tuatha Dé Danann, a group of supernatural beings, Lugh is portrayed as a warrior, a king, a master craftsman and a savior. He even encountered the real Lugh during his ancient journeys through Ireland.

"The genetically engineered mothers of a future Esper Empire." says Vandal, amused that the creator was called Lady Kahn, "What is your proposal?"

Lugh pulls out her robe and lets it fall to the ground, leaving her completely nude beyond the flowers in her hair. She has a very impressive body as expected of a woman who is the leader of a genetically engineered super-mother. This has happened to Vandal in the past with many women being offered or offer themselves to the conqueror. The conqueror has had many thousands of wives and concubines, with Genghis Khan identity having six wives and over five hundred concubines (which is why pre-Dragon China had over sixteen million descended from him).

Vandal smirks. He hasn't had a wife since Cassandra's mother.

Maximilla "Max" Grey (nee Kitaen) wonders how she keeps getting into weird adventures as she dodges the fists of her opponent. She already knows the answer. Years ago, New Orleans native Priscilla Kitaen was kidnapped by Project Cadmus and her DNA was used to create two clones fused with the genes of two extraterrestrial race. Those races, being the psychically powerful Kherabim and shape shifting Daemonites, were the basis for some legends about angels and demons. She and her twin were rescued by their future husband Ash, their future co-wives, and their future employer. They awoke to a very weird world, even by the original Priss's standards and she was a native of this world.

Erde is another of the Earth-descendent colonies and if the local vaguely German language is an indication, they are probably descended from Germanic tribes. While her sister was enjoying the FTL civilization of Terra and its population of mundane and psychics, she was stuck on a world whose primitive population of physical enhancers.

Max delivers a kick that sends her beefy bloody opponent tumbling across the ground and the crowd cheers.

On this world, humans can awaken a meta-ability with physical training and stress, tho some are born with their power already awakened. This power allows them to gain superhuman physical abilities and regenerative abilities. Power is so culturally important to the population, that it determines your caste in society. Those with the lowest ranked power are the lowest class of citizen, while the rulers are the strongest. Those who can't awaken their power are ostracized.

"Lady Maximilla wins!" says the loud annoying announcer, "The mysterious dark beauty has defeated General Knochen, breaking the man's unbreakable bones. Can anyone stop this foreign goddess?"

On this world there is something called a Veritas Stone which enables people to determine if the person touching it is telling the truth. The normally purple stone will turn a dark red if the person is lying and pale blue if the person is telling the truth. With that stone, she was able to confirm she was high born. - the wife of a Knight-Commander who's married to foreign royalty – meant she was allowed to compete.

"Final Match! It's time for the warrior princess from another land to face our undefeated ruler, Kaizer Muskel!"

The crowds cheer for their Emperor.

Kaizer Muskel, whose name means Emperor Muscle, is a giant of a man standing two-and-half meters tall with an extremely muscular body. The muscles are very dense as they don't inhibit his movements. He has ice blue eyes, dark tanned skin, and long spiky dark brown hair that frames his head like the mane of a lion. He has numerous scars on his body, despite the regenerative healing granted by his people's power. The front of his torso is roadmap of a lifetime of combat and valor, with his back being completely flawless beyond one scar where a weapon pierced through from the front. He's dressed in baggy Tyrian purple pants secured by a wide champion belt and thick black boots. He also has wrapped fingers and forearms and has the fur of a feline wrapped around his waist. Priss heard about Muskel, once known as Eckhard Jäger, killing a Mountain Cat – which while resemble a member of Panthera like Lions and Tigers is far larger at over 1000 kilograms (about 2204.62 lb.).

"It was less than a week ago that Lady Grey appeared in our city. She made a request to the emperor to enter the sacred tomb of the First Emperor. The only way she would be allowed to enter the most holy of holy grounds is to defeat our Emperor in combat. This fight will determine if this Lady's quest was all for nothing or if she deserves to walk through the Hall of Heroes."

"You are not smiling, beauty." says The Emperor.

"I love to fight, but so many matches are wearing me down."

"I understand you fully. When I took the throne from my father, I had to do the same. If you win this battle, you could take my throne and even if you don't, you will be considered royalty in our land." says The Emperor speaking a surprisingly wise voice for a man dressed like an extra from Conan the Barbarian.

"What's another title. My husband is a Knight Commander of the most bloodthirsty knights in history, two of my sister-wives are warrior Princesses trained by legendary war masters, another sister-wife is a shamanistic Queen of Darkness, and another sister-wife is technically a Queen since we killed her tyrannical father."

Some in the crowd are impressed, but there was one Emperor who had twelve wives and sixty concubines. He was also the only Emperor not to die in combat, as he died at eighty-eight after satisfying every single one of them. He never got to meet the eighty children that resulted of that night.

"FIGHT!"

The Emperor and Max collide with thunderous blows audible even from the cheap seats of the Arena. Max is only 178 cm (5' 10") compared to her opponent's 250 cm (about 8.2 ft), but she has trained against Jade's Kijin-Kahn and learned martial arts from some of best fighters on Earth. She has also played basketball and The Emperor is as tall as a hoop. The muscleman ruler is impressed by Max's fighting skills as he has fought in wars and ruled for decades, and nobody has pushed him like the foreign woman has.

"I envy your husband." says Kaizer, "I guess it's time to go all out."

"Enough playing. Let's get serious."

Kaizer's blue eyes glow and skin darkens as veins pop on the surface. The air ripples as his aura glows stronger and stronger, becoming visible. The sweat on his skin becomes steam from the radiant energy. A glowing symbol appears on his forehead as he cries out.

"Strength Force – Ultimate Muscle!"

The Strength Force is a cosmic force based around gravity and the force of motion. It grants incalculable strength to its master, the same way the Speed Force – cosmic force of velocity and movement - grants incalculable speed. Max knows she is in serious trouble but doesn't show it on her face.

Kaizer jumps into the air and comes down with a smash that would make the Incredible Hulk proud. As his Strength Force enhanced fist collides with the ground, there is an explosion. The crowds watching the battle are glad their world has barrier magic, as they could have been killed by flying debris. Some of the fragments are the size of horses and the crater edge goes from one edge of the 100-meter-radius arena to the other.

Kaizer then cries out in pain as blood sprays from dozens of wounds. He turns to see Max standing behind him with her elongated fingertips coated in his blood.

"A living blade?" asks Kaizer in amazement. Living blades are special warriors in his empire who master their body supremacy to allow them to generate weapons from their bodies. While most warriors fight with their fists and bludgeoning weapons, these masters are legendary assassins.

"Me and my twin have always had talent." says Max, as she extends her fingers into meter long blades getting cries of shock and amazement from the crowd. She then becomes a blur of motion, imperceptible to most of the crowd. Kaizer barely blocks and he still receives hundreds of deep cuts despite his enhanced durability in his Strength Force form.

He finally releases a gravitational shockwave to push her away. Normally, this shockwave would be strong enough to kill crowds of enemy soldiers – shattering bones and liquifying organs. He correctly guesses it wouldn't be able to do significant damage to Max. He watches as she gets back to her feet, her stones snapping back in place.

The fight continues for several minutes, then it happens. The glowing mark on Kaizer's forehead flickers and fades away. The Emperor watches as his body reverts to normal and he now has a resigned look on his face. Max guesses while Kaizer can temporarily tap into the Strength Force, he's not a true vessel like Barry Allen (The Flash) is for the Speed Force.

"Jade Style – Double Impact!"

Jade Style is a martial art developed by shadow doppelgänger Jade Chan while she was trapped in the Shadow realm. She developed it before her transformation into an Oni and it became more refined and powerful after her transformation. Jade taught her personal mystical martial art to her sister-wives (the ones who wanted to learn).

The Emperor's eyes widen as Max slams her two fists into his stomach and two shockwaves travel through his body causing massive amounts of damage. Kaizer goes flying across the shattered arena grounds and smashes into one of the 2-meter-thick walls hard enough to crater it. He also hits with enough force to break the barrier protecting the people in the crowd.

There is silence as Eckhard Jäger, Kaizer Muskel, is clearly dead. He's been nearly blown in half at the waist and blood is pouring out of the wide-eyed corpse. Max walks over to the corpse, winces at the appearance, and pulls out a medical injector from her Party Inventory. She stabs the corpse and injects a mixture of Cog nanomedicine and her husband's panacea. The crowd watches in shock as Kaizer's halves come back together and wounds regenerate. Kaizer gasps as he returns to life.

"Sorry about that. I underestimated my sister-wife's technique."

A lot of people in the Arena are starring.

"How did you save me?"

"It's a miracle medicine made by my husband and his genius friend."

Kaizer is wondering if Lady Maximilla is married to a War God and her husband's friend is a Legendary Sage that ascended to the heavens. There are stories of Sages who make healing potions and pills of immortality in defiance of heaven's will. Some of the more religious in the crowd are saying prayers.

"I guess I won?" asks Max, awkwardly.

"Yes." says Kaizer. Killing your opponent in a championship is considered winning. He's not sure what resurrecting your opponent counts as. "You definitely won."

The closest tale he can remember is the Herzen clan. Originally, they were two rival clans until there male and female champions fought on a river between the two lands. The man won the fight, but then risked his life to save his female opponent. The rival clans quickly decided to unite after that mess.

The First Emperor Muskel was the first ruler to tap into the Strength Force. With this power he was able to unite the feuding tribes and defeat The Great Manipulator. The Strongest Man in the World founded the Great Empire and led his people into a new Era. When he died at age 100 fighting his Grandson, he was buried in an immense tomb that took over twenty years to build. All the other Emperors have been buried in tombs that were made in front of the First tomb, crafting what became known as the Hall of Heroes.

Max walked from the tomb of the previous Emperor to the Tomb of the First Emperor. The only people allowed to walk on this holy ground is the monks that maintain the tombs and royalty paying respects to their ancestors. She notices there is divide between first generation and second-generation Emperor due to the actions of the Harem King with a massive necropolis holding his children.

Inside the Tomb of the First Emperor, Max walks towards a wall behind the sarcophagus containing the mummy of the First Emperor. On the wall are ancient trophies of the First Emperor, including a black tablet with gold writing. She removes the tablet and pulls a fake from her inventory to replace it. She looks down at the real tablet, her universal translator decoding the ancient language.

New World is the simple name given to this planet. The legends of this world speak of faery folk falling from the stars and taking their ancestors to a new land. Modern scientists believe extraterrestrials transplanted their ancestors to this world, because there is no fossil record of their people existing in this world before eight hundred years ago. The spiritualists confirmed the scientist's theories, revealing no human souls existed in this world before eight centuries ago. The church on the other hand tried to suppress the knowledge until two centuries ago, when most religion-backed monarchies fell during the Great Continental War.

In that same Great War, over a million people – both soldiers, nobility, and innocent people – died. The world became polluted with souls corrupted by the pain, fear, and hatred of war. Due to magic, these souls could possess magical animals to create monsters and they could possess the dead to create the undead. Due to the grudges of the blackened human souls, the monsters and undead would try to destroy humans and all that had made.

Fifty years ago, a Necromancer appeared before the government with a solution. His solution was the creation of a pillar for reverse-exorcism. Instead of souls being purified of negative emotion and karma leaving a purified soul, the souls are removed from the darkness and the darkness crystallizes. This mass of darkness would draw in more monsters and undead, which would be reverse-exorcised and make the crystal grow in an endless cycle. Over a million wandering souls were purified, the souls departing to the afterlife and the darkness of one million became The Black Obelisk.

The government, fearing the knowledge and political feelings of the Necromancer had assassinated him, along with his family. The Necromancer's grandson escaped the purge and eventually returned for revenge.

Ten years ago, he infiltrated the site, took control of Black Obelisk, and raised armies of undead to take his revenge.

Zombies – The most generic and weakest form of undead. They are merely souls bound to corpses to animate them, with very little intellect or power. They have the strength of a human with their physical limiters removed, but they can't repair damage done to them, so they lose durability over time. Their weakness is their heads as the souls are bound to the skulls, so shattering the skull or decapitating them takes them out of the fight. They are led by Giant Zombies which are crafted from flesh and bone of dozens of zombies and animated by dozens of souls using a special gemstone.

Skeletons – The second most generic form of undead and more dangerous than zombies despite their appearance. Instead of magic merely animating dead flesh, they have reinforced bone sound by ethereal muscle. They have the same level of strength as Zombies with the advantage that they weigh 14-15% their original weight and can move their bones uninhibited by flesh, making them far faster and more dexterous than Zombies. They can also be equipped with magical weapons. They are led by Giant Skeletons crafted from bones of hundreds of skeletons and empowered by souls.

Wraiths – The wraiths are collections of spirits that psychokinetically manipulate objects, such as manipulate suits of armor and flying swords. They are stronger than skeletons and harder to kill because a specific part must be destroyed to breaking the soul binding. The wraiths can also generate powerful curses and their weaponry is cursed.

The Lich - The most powerful being on the planet of Saoghal Ùr. Necromancers are special homo magi that can absorb the negative energies of dead spirits. This allows a Necromancer to exorcize souls while gaining magical power. After tapping into the Black Obelisk, he gained nigh limitless magical power equal to a God, and with his Soul hidden away beyond anybody's ability to find, he's immortal.

"Soon the last of humanity will die and there will be peace. All souls shall obey my will and there will be silence." says the Lich on this throne of bones. He's a black-bone skeleton with fire glowing in its sockets. He's dressed in a hooded black robe with a crown of gold around his head like a monarch of the past.

"You sure like to talk to yourself, Cameron."

The Lich turns to the voice to see Rorschach leaning against a wall. His Royal Guards – two giant skeletons in enchanted black armor – attempt to impale the unknown with their cursed spears, only for the spears to pierce the wall. Rorschach merely walks through spears.

The Lich reaches out with his magic but doesn't feel the presence of a spirit or soul, so he comes to a conclusion.

"I don't know how you managed to get your illusion past my defenses, but I will know once I've claimed your soul."

"Hologram. Not Illusion, but half points for being so close." says Rorschach's hologram, "I sent my probes to analyze your grandfather's Black Obelisk and noticed you were talking to yourself."

The Royal Guards rush to the chamber where the Obelisk is located. It's a tall, four-sided, narrow tapering monument which ends in a pyramid-like shape at the top. It's composed of a black stone covered in glowing red mystical markings. It sits in the middle of a magical circle as orbs of light float around it. The Royal Guards see black-and-white orbs that size of baseballs floating around the Obelisk projecting green lasers towards the magical creation. The Royal Guards strike the probes with their cursed swords using all the power their ethereal muscles possess, but when the blades hit the orbs, they bounce off causing no damage. Instead, the supernatural blades chip from hitting the impossibly hard floating orbs.

"Your grandfather did some impressive mystical work. The only things I've encountered that are more impressive are my best friend's Qliphoth trees."

The Lich's eyes glow with malice at the thought of anyone surpassing his grandfather's legendary magnum opus.

"While the loss of a single human-descendent planet wouldn't be much of a loss, the Obelisk could become a problem for The Black. We like to keep our afterlives running efficiently."

"You cannot stop my conquest. I am Immortal and darkness is eternal."

"I have something to say about that." says Rorschach, raising his arm dramatically, "Heaven's Gate!"

In the depths of space, a massive, brilliant gold portal over fifteen thousand kilometers in diameter opens. There is no air in the vacuum to carry sound, but solar winds are blown away from the planet and a "sound" like thunder can be heard on spiritual plane of existence throughout the galaxy. The light of the portal burns away the mystical clouds covering the skies and both sunlight and heaven's light strike the surface of the planet in a decade.

Zombies burst into flames; their corrupted flesh incinerated in seconds. Skeletons shake in the sunlight as their bones turn white before falling apart and crumbling to dust. Living armor, flying swords, and other constructs collapse as the souls that animated them disperse like fog in the morning sun. The miasma of dark magic that polluted the world like a layer of smog begins to sparkle and vanish.

"Do you think that will stop me. Darkness still protects me. I am invincible." says Lich.

Rorschach shushes him, one gloved finger in front of his white-and-black masked face.

"The Show is not over."

The massive portal moves and the entire planet Saoghal Ùr enters the portal and exits a second portal on the back.

For a moment, the planet is inside the Heavenly dimension. A dimension where the darkest magic can't exist on a fundamental level and purifying light of creation exists in everything.

In that moment, all the undead are destroyed. Every single one of remaining zombies and skeletons are vaporized as if they took a dip in the heart of the holy sun. The dark magic staining the armor and weapons is removed with such force it creates a mystical vacuum, which is filled by ambient light. This turns the Lich's armaments into blessed armor and holy weapons. The magical gemstones are annihilated and every single disembodied soul on the planet is cleansed and released into the afterlife. Even the "natural" undead in graves, caverns, and underground ruins burst into purified atoms.

The Lich's destruction occurs in that moment, but for the Lich it was an eternity. The Lich's body exploded as its dark magic was stripped of it and its attempts to reform in those brief seconds were impossible with the air filled with light particles. The Black Obelisk was erased from existence as it entered the Heavenly Realm, destroying the source of its power. Finally, the Lich's soul held within a mystical gemstone, sealed inside a container with a thousand seals and traps at the bottom of oceanic trench on the other side of the planet, entered the Heavenly realm. The soul jar was destroyed despite all its protections, the release of magic creating a bubble of brilliant, superheated gases despite the deep dark ocean around it.

Rorschach's hologram stands in the empty castle on a purified planet. After ten years of darkness, the surviving humans look at clear skies. Many people are now praising the divine after watching the wave of Heavenly light wash the world clean of the undying. What they can't see are the elemental spirits of the world – The Red, The Green, The Clear, and the others - celebrating the rebirth of the world, but Rorschach does, and he smiles under his mask.

Planet Chrome is an experimental world. Centuries ago, it was a living world inhabited by humans transported this world by extraterrestrials. These humanoids reached a level of technology like Earth in the 1960s without certain technologies and the advancement of others. Then the foolish natives had a massive thermonuclear war that wiped out most of planet's surface. Instead of attempting to repair the radioactive wasteland, Cognito treated the ten thousand survivors and transported them to another colony planet. A world where they never again develop nuclear technology.

The Planet was then sold to a non-human scientist.

The greatest and most feared scientist in the history of Cybertron. A "man" who abandoned his emotions as a weakness and distraction, believing in pure logic. This allowed the amoral scientist to perform horrific acts against the Autobots during the Great War, but he's always worked for the betterment of his species.

Currently, the cycloptic humanoid robot stands in his lab, looking at samples of Energon-derived ores.

Some six hundred thousand years ago, many versions of Shockwave foresaw a time when Cybertron would be drained of all its resources. In some timelines, to ensure a future for his race, he created thirteen self-replicating energon ores and launched them at thirteen distant planets to grow. The original Thirteen Ores granted unique abilities like human metahuman abilities.

This version of Shockwave has only managed to recreate 12 of those energon ores.

Ore-1, "Time" allows for the manipulation of time. Doctor Genus' manipulation of reality has removed its original purpose as the past can not longer be changed. Instead, this allows transformers to create bubbles of frozen or accelerated time, either freezing a target in a moment or allowing Shockwave to get 60 hours (about 2 and a half days) of work done in less than second.

Ore-2, "Death" causes living matter to decay and die. Thankfully, tho scientifically fascinating, it doesn't open portals to a Dead Universe. Shockwave has tested it on samples from various organics and has learned techno-organics and those bonded with supernatural forces can resist the life drain. Those connected to the Black also have a strange affinity for Ore-2.

Ore-3, "Size" allows the manipulation of size, like the technology of the Earth Hero Atom. Transformers that have access to this Energon ore can either vastly increase their size to giants or shrink to microscopic size.

Ore-4, "Gravity" creates gravitational fields. Gravity-manipulating technology exists throughout the universe ranging from artificial gravity on ships to warping spacetime in FTL (faster than light) drives to firing gravity bullets that can pierce entire planets. Ore-4 allows a transformer to manipulate their own gravity much like rare metahumans on Earth.

Ore-5, "Combination" allows for fusion of separate beings into gestalts. Transformers that evolve using this form of energon become Combiners – groups of transformers that can combine into a far larger and far more powerful entity. Shockwave knows enough about Earth culture that humans would compare it to combining robots from Voltron to Super Sentai.

Ore-6, "Cold", causes the cessation of thermodynamic processes. This translates into ice powers like many Earth heroes and villains. It's a very useful ability to have in space because one of the greatest dangers to machines in a vacuum is overheating. It's also very effective on organic planets, because all organic life contains water which can be frozen.

Ore-7, "Change", possesses transmutation properties. Much like the philosopher's stone from alchemy, it can transmute certain metals into other metals. If used properly, it can transmute less useful materials into more useful resources. If used maliciously, it can transform metals into weaker materials compromising the physical structure of machines and buildings.

Ore-8, "Destruction", manifests as radioactive and explosive crystals. Shockwave keeps these crystals sealed in a special container made of vibration- and radiation-absorbing alloy. He doesn't want to be physically damaged by the explosions or mentally damaged by the radiation it emits.

Ore-9, "Space", allows teleportation across the vastness of space. It grants Transformers the ability to wrap space around them, able to transport themselves to any planet in the universe. Shockwave has incorporated Ore-9 into himself, which is how can journey from his lab on Earth to any of his many other labs scattered around the universe.

Ore-10, "Deception", can reprogram the minds of Cybertronians. This doesn't work on Techno-organics, so it doesn't work on any of the current generation of Transformers. New technologies have made the devious dangerous ore practically useless. Shockwave would find that amusing if he has the emotional capacity.

Ore-11, "Evolution". Exposure to the ore can mutate the Cybertronian body into a monstrous—but highly resilient and versatile—new form. Shockwave keeps that one is a sealed container as he doesn't want to risk mutating into some sort of primitive beast.

Ore-12, "Protection", is one of the strangest. When properly "bonded" to the body of a living being, it becomes a symbiotic suit of crystalline armor, capable of changing shape to accommodate the needs of its wearer while providing protection from even the harshest of environments. He provided samples of Ore-12 to his allies The Light who bonded them to subjects to create Space Knights.

"Interesting." says Shockwave as he looks at the samples. Other than the 12 original ores, he's created additional self-replicating ores based on the elementals fueling metahumans of Earth.

Crimson crystals that look like crystalized blood.

"Red Energon. It's capable of greatly enhancing Transformers with animal-based alternate modes. Some subjects can mutate into superior forms like Ore-11. It accelerates the healing of organic life forms."

Verdant crystals that have a hexagonal pattern.

"Green Energon. This substance accelerates the growth of plants and can induce strengthening mutations to plant forms. It's capable of greatly enhancing Transformers with plant-based alternate modes with a low chance of mutation."

Transparent crystals with an opalescent sheen.

"Clear Energon. This substance is unique in that it's dependent on water. While a Cybertronian is under water, the substance allows the subject to draw energy from the water, strengthening the body. Those with animal- or plant-based alt modes connected to marine life are strengthened even further and capable of mutation. Clear Energon also allows transformers to demonstrate hydrokinesis."

Dull gray crystals veins with gold.

"Meld Energon. A form of Energon that greatly enhances the durability of a cybertronian by strengthening the metals that compose the body and allowing limited regeneration. Meld Energon can grant metal manipulation to certain individuals, allowing them to manipulate the alloys of their shells."

The crystals resemble flowing red-yellow lava, moving in patterns resembling a lava lamp.

"Burn Energon. A dangerous form of Energon possessing a high energy density but can grant heat resistant and heat manipulation abilities. This ore seems to have properties opposite of Ore-6's Cold properties. Even in its raw state it's generating heat, and this could indicate a half-life."

The crystals are pure snow white and sparkle like diamond dust.

"White Energon. It must be stored at low temperatures, or it becomes an energetic gas capable of reacting with air to create plasma. Cybertronians have trouble absorbing it and failure causes oxidization. Those flyers that do are able to manipulate the air around them, obtaining Aerokinesis. Some transformers have manifested additional lightning generating abilities and will require further testing."

"The Grey, Black and Divided Energon experiments have been unsuccessful. Tho I suspect Ore-2 and Ore-3 may hold the solutions, respectively."

Thick crystals resembling polished silver with a strong iridescence.

"Metal Energon. This could be the most important of the new Ores as it increases the properties of metal and efficiency of technology. I have repeatly failed to recreate Earth's Ore-13. A form of energon that greatly boosts a Transformer's capabilities and the power of the other Ores, but Metal Energon has similar properties."

Shockwave picks up a sample of Metal Energon with his single metal hand and watches as it melts into a liquid like mercury before being absorbed into his body. Shockwave's body tenses as he feels his body change, every bit of metal in his body becoming "better" and the efficiency of every system increases. His mind expands beyond its original limits and it's almost like drugs for Shockwave, but he doesn't have the emotions to mess it up.

"You still with us, Shockwave?" says Lord Pip appearing from the darkness.

"You're taking after your father too much." says Shockwave.

Pip was once known as Prototype Iron Patriot, a powerful robot built by Cognito for law enforcement and protection, but while helping the Cybertronians retrieve the All-Spark he was transformed into a cybertronian. Since then, he's become a surrogate son to Rorschach and the Avatar of The Metal. He has become a Pro-Hero to the material world and the ever-expanding Cyberverse. He's had numerous upgrades over the years, so he's still Doctor Genus' most powerful sentient creation (including his ai-controlled super-dreadnaughts).

"Considering you experiment on even your allies; I'll be sure to take your advice with a grain of salt."

The dark-skinned woman with dark red hair and glowing teal eyes follows him.

Sari Sumdac was a mysterious cybertronian protoform (baby transformer) that was found by Isaac Sumdac, becoming his techno-organic daughter. She lived as a normal human until after she encountered a group of Autobots. After a mission that rescued her father from the feared leader of decepticons Megatron, she learned what she was. She didn't take it well and even used the power of All Spark to upgrade herself into a teenager capable of transformation. While they defeated the Cons, she was abducted by Cadmus and taken to DR-Earth. She was used to create a techno-organic that transformed many innocent people in fusions of flesh and machine like her. Even after many years, she is still the most powerful of techno-organic transformers known as Technoformers.

"So, these are new Energon Ores?" asks Sari, looking at the table of crystals.

The Scarab Warriors and Technoformers are important to Shockwave because while their techno-organic bodies contain cybertronian technology they don't require energon to function. Sari went her entire life without needing a sip of basic liquid Energon, something that even most Protoforms need to function. Older transformers are "energon guzzlers", consuming excessive amounts of high-density fuel. Cybertrons problems were centered around energy depletion, so this is a critical trait.

"They are ready to be transplanted to worlds selected by Doctor Genus." says Shockwave, "I do have a question. Why was Cognito willing to contact and assist me with my experiments?"

"Cog knows how dangerous a genius can be if left alone, so we are keeping an eye on you by contributing to your work." says Pip, eyes glowing, "We believe you exist to ensure your race's survival, but Cognito will make sure it's not just *your* race that prospers."

"I theorized that was the reason. It's not a problem since it gives me access to Cog's unlimited resources."

Shockwave walks over to a wall and a holographic panel appears. He then inputs a passcode that is over a hundred characters long and combines numbers and letters from at least six different languages. After a long series of mechanical sounds, a hidden vault opens, and he pulls out a container.

"?" Pip and Sari merely raise their eyebrows, or what passes for an eyebrow in Pip's case.

"This is ultra-refined version of Metal Energon combined with several unique metals of this universe. This is more than just metallurgy and crystallography, it's alchemy normally reserved for magic users." says Shockwave unlocking the container, "When I started this project, an unseen force guided me. I was creating this, and I was creating it for you."

As Shockwave opens the container, Pip and Sari find themselves unable to move. Instead, they are bathed by brilliant light blue light. A light that pulsates with power in rhythm with their synced hearts.

The glowing silvery metal becomes liquid and shoots out of the container with enough force that Shockwave slides back from the recoil. The liquid hits Pip and Sari and covers them like a symbiote crossed with a T-1000. The liquid ripples as it covers them emitting of aura of colors. There silver coated bodies pulsate and grow, and Shockwave's body sparks from being so close.

In depths of the Cyberverse, two new stars are born radiating an unknown power across existence. The divine leaders of the Digital World, the Gods of Theldesia, and a thousand other powerful entities turn at ascension of two new powers.

On other planes of existence, various gods, greater spirits, psychic entities, and other beings far beyond mortal comprehension notice the births.

On Earth, Doctor Genus raises his glass as if toasting his son transcending his limits.

For a moment, Pip witnesses the beginning. A powerful being sends his creation to explore a new universe, only for that being to attempt to devour existence. The creation of the good brother and their fight, which leads them to fusing with planets. Finally, the creation of the good brother's thirteen warriors to fight against the evil one and finally defeat him.

He and Sari find themselves standing before the God of Cybertronians – Primus – who has taken the form of a brilliant golden sun. A sun that releases an orb of light, that splits into two and merges with them.

Shockwave is not in good shape. The energy surge from Pip and Sari's ascension has damaged his body. It's not enough for him to go into status lock (which basically an induced coma) until he can be repaired, but he's a mess. He's smoking from a dozen ruptured seams and arcs of electricity crawl across some damaged parts. If he still had emotions, he would be laughing despite his injuries.

He succeeded in ascending two to the highest form of Cybetronians.

"Arise, Primes!"

Civilians follow evacuation procedures. While in some towns, civilians are stupid enough to stand around watching Cape fights and getting clips with their smartphones, Metropolis has improved over the years. They know it's smart to get far away when you have steel-hard people fighting at supersonic speeds as one throw superhuman can splatter normal people, and heat vision capable of melting metal can do obscene amounts of damage to humans.

Currently, 5 Kryptonians are fighting a lunatic in 3-meter-tall power armor.

In 1978, Kal-El landed on Earth and he was adopted by The Kents becoming Clark Kent. On July 1, 1998, he became his hero career as Superman. In February of 2003, the Justice League was founded to counter an extraterrestrial invasion. It was on July 5, 2010, that he learned he wasn't the last Kryptonian and his life went upside down.

"How many times must I kill you Superman!?" screams his opponents

"I glad our version isn't as crazy." comments Superman as he catches a thrown tree that would have destroyed cars and damaged a nearby building. He then shields himself with missiles slam into the irradiated tree and explode

Superboy, also known as Project: Kr, Conner Kent and Kon-El, is a hybrid clone of Superman made with genomorph and the human DNA of Lex Luthor. He was originally designed to be a weapon of the Light to take out and replace Superman, but those plans were blown out of the water when a bunch of sidekicks invaded Cadmus Alpha. They freed Superboy and they escaped the facility.

Superboy dodges a beam of green radiation so powerful it burns a trail in the ground and damages a building across the street. He hopes the building owner has Cog Insurance as not many companies cover "damage by super villain power armor".

Next was Ash Grey, also known as Project: Qliphoth and Doomsday, who was an experiment by Cadmus Beta. A foolish scientist combined a sample from Superboy and Kryptonian biological weapon and created a monstrous isekai protagonist who tore through Cadmus like a chainsaw. His otherworldly knowledge exposed every possible secret. He's currently working elsewhere, otherwise this would have been a very short and bloody right.

Powerman, also known as Project: Match and Matthew Kent, was the original prototype for Project: Kr. The Superman clone went out of control and had to be contained, but thanks to the advanced science of Cognito and Doctor Genus, he's healthy and sane instead of a bizarre, mutated danger he was in other timelines.

Powerman fires his heat vision at Luthor's head, but the beam disperses against the force field that protects his bare head. It does create a red flash that blinds his enemy long enough for Powerman to get close enough to deliver powerful blow. Unfortunately, it does very little damage and the armor generates a green shockwave that knocks Matt back.

Supergirl, also known as Kara Zor-El and Kara Armstrong (nee Kent), is Kal-El's cousin. She was originally supposed to be the caretaker of Baby Kal-El, but her spaceship was found by Cognito in orbit of the sun. She eventually became a Pro-Hero under Cognito and married Cognito's advertisement actor - Alexander Armstrong.

Supergirl is glad that Cognito made these combat suits, so they protect them from Kryptonite Radiation, including their exposed faces. The Mad King's blasts are so intense they would strip the flesh from humans, let alone what they can do to Kryptonians. Even the grass and trees in the park are beginning to wither from the radiation being generated.

Power Girl, also known as Galatea and Karen Kent, is the most recent addition to Earth's Kryptonian population. She is a modified clone of Supergirl not created by Cadmus. Instead, she was created by a European company attempting to create an A-Tier Pro-Hero. Cognito was quick to discover the truth, absorb the company like the economic overlord they are, and introduced Kara to her sister. Kara is still a little peeved that Power Girl has larger breasts than she does, even with them both being the same biological age.

"These shields are annoying." she says as her blows to the back of the armor are stopped by a shimmering field. She is then thrown back by the shockwave. "We need some backup"

The super villain resembles Lex Luthor, but the man is far older with numerous glowing green veins on his bald head and a scar over his left eye. He also has glowing green eyes with blackened sclera marked with green capillaries. He's dressed in an advanced green-and-purple war suit that looks like the thick Imperial armor from Warhammer 40K. An armor that glows with green kryptonite radiation.

Mad King Luthor is the sole survivor of a failed universe. In that Universe, President Alexander "Lex" Luthor succeeded in killing Superman and wiping out the Justice League. He eventually used his genius combined with extraterrestrial technology to conquer the Earth and had plans to expand into the rest of the universe. Then a Lovecraftian Horror appeared, a threat that even with his vast knowledge he couldn't defeat. Also, with the homo magi population neutralized as possible threats to his rule, there was no one on Earth that could stop the Horror. By the time the rest of the galaxy investigated the xenophobic militant Earth, it was already too late, and the Universe was doomed. The Mad King himself survived inside his upgraded Apokaliptan War Suit.

"Backup!? Nobody can save you Kryptonian!"

"Wrong." says a voice before a beam of prismatic energy slams into the back of the War Suit. This time there are huge ripples and arcs of electricity as the force field generators are disrupted. The Mad King turns his damaged suit to see a transhuman hero floating in the air.

"Who are you!?" says Luthor, his glowing green veins bulging with stress and rage. All he wants to do is slaughter the aliens and some new guy in power armor interrupts him. He doesn't even notice the blood coming from the corner of his mouth.

"Iron Man."

Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark, also known as Iron Man is a Hero of the Marvel Universe that was kidnapped by Cadmus and trapped in this universe. He adapted and rebuilt his fortune, mostly due to his business partnership with Cognito. He was able to once more become a power armored superhero. His current armor is the Neo Mark XXI (twenty-first armor to be constructed in this Universe, after creating over fifty models in his original universe). It's a sleek red-gold armor that glows brightly in the air.

Iron Man smashes into the Mad King and sending him sliding across the park, the force field protecting the technological tyrant shattering. The Mad King throws thunderous punches, but Iron Man easily dodges and counters the blows. While Luthor has looked down on physical violence, Iron Man is skilled martial artist and has always enjoyed a good fight. Iron Man's blows continue to accelerate reaching the rates of speedsters. Soon Luthor is tumbling through the air.

Iron Man knocks the Mad King towards Power Girl, whose own thunderous punch sends Luthor towards Powerman. Powerman's blow sends him flying towards Supergirl, whose punch sends towards Superboy. Superboy's metal cracking punch sends Luthor flying towards Superman, who volleyball smashes Luthor into the ground.

Luthor, whose armor is damaged and is bleeding heavily from cuts on his head, shoots into the air using his thrusters. He's charging towards Iron Man, but Iron Man moves with such speed it appears that he teleported. He grabs the Mad King and suddenly the War Suit shorts out.

"I'll be taking that."

"What did you take?" asks a confused Lex and his war suit reports depleted energy reserves.

"Everything." says Iron Man, his eyes glowing.

With a single blow, Iron Man punches the alternate Lex Luthor out of the War Suit. The human would have instantly died if his body wasn't enhanced a Kryptonite-based super-steroid. Instead, he goes tumbling into the custody of Supergirl, while Iron Man tosses the war suit towards the ground. Two objects fired by the Iron Man suit catch the war suit in a force field bubble before it can hit the ground, but Iron Man fires a unibeam that pierces the chest of the war suit.

Mad King Alexander Luthor and the Kryptonians watch as the power core of the war suit violently explodes. The nuclear-level explosion is contained by the interphasic force field and soon all that remains of the war suit is a ball of cooling plasma.

"I would think you would want to study the technology." says Superman.

"I have Cog multiphasic scanners in my armor. I got the armor design and composition down to the molecule." says Tony raising his face mask to show his charming goatee, "That armor had a self-destruct that would have destroyed a third of Metropolis and irradiated the rest."

"That's insane." says Superboy.

"You don't know half of it." says Alexander Armstrong as he appears from a Cog Portal, "This is a man who murdered his parents for the life insurance and used the money to turn Metropolis into his playground. His ego couldn't take the Man of Steel being more popular than him and justified his hate with the danger of extraterrestrials. Even when he lost all four limbs, was impaled in multiple places by rebar, and had half his face burnt off he wouldn't accept rescue by Superman."

"What's with the veins?" asks Superboy, indicating the dark sickly veins that cover Luthor's body that were formerly glowing green. His skin is also pale, the cuts are still bleeding, and purplish bruises are forming,

"He also thought a radioactive neo-steroid was a good idea. Not only did it shave decades off his life, but it drove him even more insane than he already was, and this is before the Lovecraftian Horror ate his world." comments Armstrong holding a tablet.

"How...?"

"Do I know this? Cog AI hacked this War Suit, found his journal, and summarized his crimes when iron Man scanned him."

"Always a step ahead." whispers Superman.

"So, what are we going to do with him?" asks Lara.

A white medical robot resembling Baymax (but somehow feminine) appears from a portal and Alex pulls out a science fiction gun like the ones infamously used by Rorschach.

"A second chance."

The gun fires a pinkish-purple beam and the Kryptonians are nearly blinded by the light. When the beam stops, Superman's jaw drops.

In the hands of the medical robot is a small redhaired baby.

"He had more hair as a Baby?"

Alexander Armstrong almost laughs at Superman's expression. He wonders how the group will react to his other surprise, the one he was going to tell them before Mad King Luthor showed up.

Back in 2016, Doctor Genus acquired data from Brainiac before annihilating, including digitized cities. One of those files was Bottle 7351 taken from the original Brainiac of this universe – The Collector.

The Kryptonian city of Kandor was originally a trading point between the island of Vathlo and the continent of Twenx. From this, it developed into a center of commerce. It was that city that was shrunk and collected by the Collector of Worlds. Now those hundred thousand Kryptonians and their city will be transported to a planet recently allied with Earth – Daxam.

Gotham City used to be one of three worst cities in the United States and one of worst in the world. It was a city founded on cursed lands, designed to instill fear in a vain hope to stop sin, and its history was filled with organized crime and murderous insanity. Batman rose to combat the evil of the city, but he barely stopped the crime from spreading.

Thinks changed when then-mysterious Hub vigilante Rorschach broadcasted himself killing the Joker.

It was in that moment, the criminals and supervillains felt fear beyond anything they had experienced with Barman. The status quo of Gotham had been broken and Cognito rose to continue the destruction. The various organized crime families from the Mafia to Russian mob to the Chinese Triads and Japanese Yakuza were wiped out. They were either arrested with no chance of escape or killed without remorse. The iconic warehouses and abandoned factories were bought and torn down leaving no place for the rats to hide. Batman's rogues were captured and stripped of their super-villainous nature, leaving normal people that could be arrested by the average beat cop.

Apart from many historical heritage sites, much of Gotham itself has been torn down over the years. The dark gothic appearance replacing the shining lights of Neo-Gotham. Where there were once endless shadows for criminals to hide and prey on the innocent, there are now brightly lit streets, and countless number of security cameras monitor every street and alley.

Currently, Batman and his allies are fighting a group of cybernetically enhanced criminals.

Batman is the iconic Dark Knight of Gotham. Only a rare few know he's the billionaire Bruce Wayne who after losing his parents to Joe Chill in Crime Alley dedicated his life to making sure other children would never have to suffer similar experiences. In the last couple of years, Batman has swallowed his pride and let Cognito Inc upgrade his Batsuit. At this point, his suit augments his strength tenfold and makes his old bat suit from ten years ago look like tissue paper in durability. Some armed crooks have wondered if Batman was Superman in disguise.

This armor helps when one of cyborg's arms splits open to reveal a concealed weapon. This weapon was used to gun down some good cops that unfortunately were not equipped with Cog armor. While the cyborg is shocked that his target isn't Swiss cheesed, Batman tosses a device that stuns the Cyborg before getting close and twisted the limb until it breaks. The cyborg doesn't have a chance to cry out in alarm as the arm explodes. Thankfully, his organics are barely damaged beyond the shock.

Talia al Ghul is the daughter of the nigh-immortal leader of the League of Shadows - Ra's al Ghul. Originally, she was interested in Batman/Bruce because Ra's wanted an heir to his assassin organization. She fell in love with him, but was rejected, and her rebound was so bad it created the monstrous villain Clayface. Due to an odd series of events, she finally did become the mother of Bruce's son Damian and became the "hidden" wife of Batman. She normally doesn't get involved in fights, but one of the cyborgs is a former League member wanting revenge.

Two two-meter-tall (6'7) heavy-built cyborgs think they have the advantage against the 172 cm (5'6) tall middle eastern woman. The theory is quickly disproven when she pulls out a sword that slices through their military-grade alloys like butter.

"What the Hell is that Sword!?" calls out Robin

"High Frequency Blade. I had it commissioned."

"Where did you pull it from!? You're wearing a skintight dress."

"Flat-Space."

Flat space is a form of dimensional compression technology used to store objects in a pocket dimension. When you can mess with spacetime, storage is no longer an issue.

Catwoman is the feline-loving cat burglar Selina Kyle. She was one of Batman's Rogues, but she was occasionally an ally. She is now Bruce Wayne's official wife after she and Talia wore Bruce down. She is also a Hero/Adventurer who only steals from criminals. She allowed Cognito to upgrade her own costume and even received a mystical enhancement from the Red, turning her love of felines into an actual power.

Catwoman is facing three thin cyborg criminals. These brothers were contortionists until the rise of meta-humanity made mundane biological anomalies no longer interesting. The impacts grant them enhanced dexterity and inhuman flexibility, making them able to jump around like creepy spiders. They leap at the beautiful woman, only to scramble away when they feel pain. They forgot this cat has very sharp claws.

*Snap*

One of them then has a whip wrap around his neck and pull him off his feet and into the path her black gloved fist.

Nightwing, also known to a small number as Richard "Dick" Grayson was born in 1996. He was the son of Haly's Circus Performers until criminals sabotaged the act in April of 2006. After the death of both of his parents. He became the ward of Bruce Wayne, who had been in the audience at the time, and eventually learned about Bruce's nightlife. He began his career as the sidekick/partner Robin, but eventually he became part of the Young Justice Team and became his own Hero as Nightwing.

Nightwing spins through the air and sends four razor-sharp batarangs towards his four opponents. The four, who are armed with stun rods, dodge the unique shurikens. They don't see the batarangs curve in the air, spiraling, before hitting the criminal that was clockwise to their original targets. They have enough electrical insulation not to be completely paralyzed by the electrical shock, but their stuns rods are not the same quality. The rods explode in their hands sending them flying back.

Red Hood, also known as Jason Todd, was born in 1999 and he was the second person to take up the mantle as Robin. In another timeline, he would have died in 2013, the same year he began his hero career (often killed by the Joker). In other timelines, he would have been resurrected by the League of Assassins. In this timeline, while he is a gun-slinging vigilante, he's not murdering criminals left and right.

His Cognito-brand Guns fire anti-metal beams, that while are harmless stunners to mundane humans and organic lifeforms, are devastating to machines, vehicles, and cyborgs. The beams destabilize the attraction bond between electrons and heavy metal nuclei, softening the strongest metals on their lowest setting. At its highest setting, it turns metal into bursts of plasma which wrecks electronics.

Five cyborgs collapse to the ground screaming and in pieces.

Batman and Co are helped by Gotham's team of Cognito-sponsored Pro-Heroes known as the Gotham Knights.

Nightshade is a beautiful athletic Italian American woman with dark eyes, pale skin, and long black hair. She is dressed in a form-fitting black bodysuit with a thick utility belt and a hooded black cloak. When Nightshade meta-ability to manipulate darkness awoke, she was sent to Meta Star Academies to learn how to become a Pro-Hero. When her parents were attacked (but thankfully saved by Cog Medicine), she decided Gotham would be her city.

She generates a pool of darkness that spreads from her shadow to cover the roof. Then spikes of pure darkness explode from the darkened surface and impale six cyborgs. The shadow spikes don't pierce any of their organic parts but go straight through their mechanical parts and clothing. One man even loses control of his bowels because one spike went through the side of his facemask and is barely touching his ear. If the spike had been a few inches to his left, his brain would have ejected into Gotham Bay.

Black Rose is a beautiful athletic Japanese woman with green eyes, pale skin, and green-black hair. Most people think she is one of thousands of Green Metas born after the death of Flowering Wood Dragon, but the reality is stranger. She's the clone of the original who was murdered by criminals. After her mother – a vigilante known as Kuro Kaze – got her revenge, she arranged for the clone's creation. She was given powers because Kaze believed it would give her a greater chance of survival in the changing world. She was sent to the best Meta Star Academy and became friends with Nightshade.

Seven cyborgs open fire against Black Rose, piercing her with over half a dozen beams of energy, but she doesn't move a step. They watch in horror as the holes in her close, before she explodes into a mass of dark thorny vines that wrap around them. They try to escape, but the sharp thorns inject a toxin, while flowers on the vines release toxic pollen. In seconds, the seven collapsed to the ground unconscious. In the shadows, Black Rose is unharmed and not even tired.

Darkwood is a Scarab, one with a solid Vanta black exoskeleton that makes him look like a living shadow. Years ago, during Brainiac's failed invasion, he was bounded to a Brainiac-controlled Reach Scarab. He has a slave for several terrifying minutes before Doctor Genus' cure delivered via Kamen Rider kick, transformed him into a liberated Techno-Organic. He doesn't have a cape name as his surname is Darkwood.

Darkwood's hybrid technology scans all the remaining heavily armed cyborgs and determines a solution. He deploys his wings, flies high into the air, and releases an energy wave from his arm cannons. The waves of electromagnetic energy wash over the roof and the cyborg criminals cry out in pain before collapsing. The criminals are smoking on the ground, even the ones taken out by the others.

"What did you do to them?" asks Batman sounding angry.

"The neural implants were vulnerable to certain frequencies. Don't worry. The implants connected to vital systems are unharmed, only somatic neural implants were affected."

"Sounds painful." says Selina.

"Very. Imagine getting red hot needles to your major muscles." says Talia.

"How do you know?"

"When cyborgs became more common, father needed to learn new tricks."

"So, who sent these guys?" says Nightwing, looking at the thirty-six cyborgs. They are high tier quality implants, not the high-end quality of Cog chrome, but in the top ten below Cog. It's possible they could even be military.

"Got it." says Darkwood, who has uncovered an access port on the back of one Cyborg's neck and inserted a data spike, like the unholy child of a USB drive and a shiv. The Cyborg is making disturbing noises and moving like it's having a seizure, as the data is stripped from it.

"Powers. Wayne's recent rival."

Powers Technology is a powerful technological company who's survived the explosive rise of Cognito Inc. The company has always been known for being adaptive, changing their products with the times. The company has always been run by ruthless, cunning businessmen willing to do anything to succeed.

In the not-too-distant future of another world, Derek Powers would wrestle control of Wayne Industries from an elderly Bruce Wayne and merge them into Wayne-Powers. He would also arrange the events which would lead to the rise of another Batman to fight the injustice created by him.

In this world, the scientists of Powers Technology had trouble competing with Wayne, so he sent a team of cybernetically enhanced mercenaries to retrieve research data.

"Part of the group was supposed to distract the Bat family, since there are indications that Batman is financed by Wayne, while the other part infiltrated Wayne Tower. We didn't predict the interference of the New Cog Team." says Mr. Power's aide – Mr. Book. Mr. William Book is a tall, lean man with dark eyes behind glasses and short combed black hair. He looks emotionless as a block of ice and his voice lacks any form of emotion.

"Were you able to activate the chips?"

The chips were special implants that Power's scientists installed as insurance. They are designed to erase the subject's memories when they lose consciousness and if forced to stay awake, induce a violent form of cyber-psychosis to prevent information retrieval.

"Inconclusive."

"Damn it, what should I do now." says Mr. Diedrich Powers.

"You can surrender." says Rorschach as he emerges from the shadows.

"How...?"

"...did I know?" finishes Rorschach, "There is no way your pathetic company could compete with Cognito. We have unlimited resources and Doctor Genus, the smartest mammal in the universe. Shades of Intergang, we find out you have connections to Apokalips."

Rorschach quickly draws one of his guns and shoots Mr. Book. The beam pierces Book's entire body causing an explosion from the back. Rorschach fires two more shots that also pierce Mr. Book and cause him to collapse to the ground with smoke billowing from his mouth and torso. Mr. Powers stares at the corpse and sees things that don't belong in a human body. Things like melted metal wires, burst tubing, and destroyed electronic components. Also, instead of Mr. Book's blood being crimson, it's the color of milk.

"A robot?"

"Apokaliptan infiltration android. They killed the original Mr. Brian Philip Book and replaced him with the android to keep an eye on you and events on Earth." says Rorschach as the synthetic skin around the mouth of the "corpse" melts away to reveal metal endoskeleton. "You didn't notice because Mr. Book was more stoic than the nation of Japan and you care about your employees less than the coupons in your wallet."

"What's...?"

"-going to happen to you?" finishes Rorschach, "You're under arrest as a traitor to the human race."

Themyscira is a unitary sovereign city-state and archipelagic island nation. Themyscira is a segregated nation of women governed by Aphrodite's Law, which declared that the Amazons would be immortal if no man sets foot on their island. Men are banned from Themyscira under penalty of death. Themyscira's location is undisclosed; as a security measure, the island can shift its location over both land and time, remains undetectable from the perspective of any outside observer, and as soon as anyone leaves the island, they forget its location.

Currently, the daughters of Zeus are sparring in a small training area on Themyscira.

Princess Diana of Themyscira was born in 1925. She adopted the name Wonder Woman, and became a superhero, in 1941. She fought in World War II and joined the All-Star Squadron the same year. During this time, she went by the alias "Diana Prince". After the war, in 1946, she returned to Themyscira and avoided the government's attempts to control or imprison Heroes. She returned to Man's world in 2001, taking up base in Washington, D.C. and becoming a founding member of the Justice League in 2003. She has experienced many strange adventures in her life, as expected as a demigod even in the modern era, but her life got stranger.

Diana is the daughter of Greek God of the Sky and King of the Olympians– Zeus. Due to the tragedies that befell the past mortal children of Zeus, mostly due to Hera – Goddess of Marriage – driven mad by his constant infidelity and unable to retaliate against him due to a promise she was forced to make. As a result, she was given the cover story that she was made from clay and merely had life breathed into her by Zeus. Then, she wasn't Zeus's only modern daughter.

Her adopted sister and protégé Troia (b 1941) turned out to be her biological sister. Zeus merely arranged for her to wash up on the shores of Themyscira after her boat was destroyed by a U-Boat (Sky demigods tend to have bad luck when travelling on the ocean). She should have guessed something was fishy since Troia looks so much like her to the point she can imitate her.

"You've gotten stronger, sister." says Troia, struggling after one blow.

"Even in this new era, I still get a ton of action from villains and strange events." says Diana with confidence, "I was worried about you getting rusty, spending all your time talking to politicians."

"I may not have to worry about daggers in my back, but I would never let myself go soft in this strange, new world." says Troia. "I also rip the heads off monsters in Cog Amusphere, so I don't rip the heads off the heads of my fellow politicians."

"Which ones have been giving you trouble?"

"They all give me problems. Yemen was annoying until it was conquered by Greater Bialya. I never thought I would be grateful to Bialya, but Queen Bee commits fewer human rights violations." says Troia, dodging a kick that could bend a steel girder, "Now my greatest annoyance is Chinese Trinity."

The Chinese Trinity is what remains of China after the Day of the Dragons annihilated the major cities and wiped out much of the military. The remainder of the government fragmented and eventually became three new countries. Two of those countries have stabilized with aid from Cognito, but the third refuses Cognito's help and causes problems.

"I can't believe I'm saying this. They would be better off if they bowed to their corporate overlords."

Diana almost gets punched in the face while shocked at her little sister's words.

Three girls are fighting against each other.

Cassandra "Cassie" Sandsmark, also known as Wonder Girl (b 2001) is the daughter of archeologist Dr. Helena Sandsmark and Zeus. In some timelines, Wonder Woman would have found Cassie and made her protégé. In this timeline, it happened way sooner due to Ash Grey revealed as much info as possible (freeing himself of responsibilities). As a daughter of Zeus, she possesses flight, durability, superhuman strength, and super speed – a typical FISS package.

Thalia Grace is an odd case, as she was summoned from another universe. She is the daughter of Zeus and Beryl Grace, born on December 22, 1987. She experienced the harsh life of a demigod in a world where the Age of Gods hadn't ended, encountering many monsters and eventually sacrificing herself to protect her friends. As a result, she was transformed into a pine tree for many years, until it was poisoned by a traitor. In many worlds, she would have been saved by Percy Jackson – the son of Poseidon, but the Thalia that was summoned from a world in which Percy failed. She was summoned to this world by a [Universal Gift] and immediately taken in by her trans universal sister. While she is not as physically powerful as Cassie, she possesses more powers, namely the ability to manipulate electricity.

Siracca is the (youngest) daughter of Zeus, her mother being the Palestine woman Sona. The girl is a natural wind manipulator, who can not only move herself and objects, but can also manipulate the air to grant her pseudo-superhuman healing. Mistaken for a metahuman, she has suffered due to people wanting to either exploit her or eliminate her as a possible threat. She was rescued by Cognito and introduced to her big sisters. While she is the physically weakest of the three, she has been trained by Air Elemental Pro-Heroes and has recently mastered elemental intangibility. This means she can turn her body into wind, rendering her unable to be harmed by physical attacks.

Wonder Woman is grateful that the Olympian gods have lost most of their powers, which dominated their personalities. Ash Grey mentioned what happened to Siracca's mother in the "canon" timeline.

The Daughters of Zeus are joined by some of the Bombshells. Due to Halloween Event, many Wonder Woman fans were endowed with Amazonian abilities and due to the unpredictable nature of chaos magic, a random number retained those abilities after the spell's end.

The name Bombshells came from Yuki Katsura, Yuri Katsura, and Emily Sung, Japanese American girls who are descended from girls rescued from Internment camps. They possess the superhuman physical abilities of an Amazon and copies of Diana's mystical regalia. They worked hard as Diana's protégés and trained with the Amazons to be worthy of the power they possessed.

Maria Mendoza - the Wonder Woman of South America – is also considered a member of the Bombshells, but she is currently busy in South America. The Peruvian woman has become the leader of the United South American Pro-Heroes after the Hero Revolution. The 33 Latin American and Caribbean countries are working together for their mutual benefit, mostly due to Cognito Inc influence becoming strong in each one.

"The Queen of Gods used to take her frustration on the demigods, since she couldn't take it on the guilty. Now that's she's divorced, she spends her days retired on a tropical island being served by young men."

"What's the former King been doing?"

"A Player is going to Play."

"He's still sleeping around and doesn't even visit the children he already has."

"Divine deadbeats." the bombshells say as one.

Harmony Cash and Cassidy Cash are the daughters of the kherabim warrior Lady Zannah and enhanced soldier Cole Cash, better known as Zealot and Grifter. Other than being the daughters of a nigh immortal extraterrestrial amazon and a psychic gunslinger, what makes their history strange is Harmony is the daughter of a Zealot and Grifter of an animated tv alternate universe, while Cassidy is the clone-daughter of the native versions of this universe.

The two sisters are practicing their swordsmanship as a few amazons watch. Their fight is extremely brutal due to the availability of Cognito medical technology. A decade ago, a sword fight would either be done with practice swords only able to bruise instead of cutting or very carefully with real swords. The Cash sisters use real swords with absurdly sharp blades, creating fiery sparks when the blades clash. The ground is already stained with blood. Finally, the battle ends when Cassidy's arm is severed. Thankfully the special training suits instantly stop her bleeding and negate the pain.

"Damn it!"

"You overextended."

"I know. (sighs) I would totally win if we used our guns."

"I know sis. You're the better gunwoman and I'm the better swordswoman."

"..." Cassidy doesn't say much as a medical robot reattaches the severed limb in literally seconds. Amazon watchers can only stare at the display. One of them watches as a little slime moves across the floor and absorbs the blood from the floor until it's sparkling white.

They hadn't stared this much since Lady Zannah and Princess Diana fought against each other, and Zannah won. A result of Zannah being a far more experienced warrior, being over two thousand years old compared to Diana's less than a century.

*Doom*

A guest on the island is Aspen Matthews. She was a lost Atlantean hybrid girl who was found and adopted by a sea captain in 1984. She grew up not knowing of heritage, even after she was falsely accused of doping in the 1988 Olympics in Korea. She became an accredited marine biologist and was enjoying a normal life until the Halloween Event, when she gained phenomenal water-based powers, becoming the Avatar of The Clear. She also gained the memories of Merenna – the alternate daughter of King and Queen of Atlantis who was a member of Justice League in the 2040s.

"Have you uncovered anything interesting recently Miss Matthews?" asks Queen Hippolyta as they sit at a table drinking some form of fruit juice.

"When I became a Marine biologist, I thought I would be discovering new species. Thanks to the spirit portals and magical surges since Dragons, new species have been appearing daily. Cognito and Atlantis have provided all the help they can, but I'm still overworked." says Aspen, taking a deep drink, "I recently found a fish that when placed in the ear translates any language in the universe. Some of the other researchers say it's proof that God exists because it's impossibly for this creature to exist in normal evolution."

"I'm very aware that Gods exist, my own father is the God of War."

"I think he's thinking of God with Big G, as in One-Above-All and the Presence."

"I thought you already had proof of the Christian God?"

"A bunch of Angels showing up is not conclusive. They could just be higher planar beings answering a higher power, but we don't have proof that higher power is the One-Above-All."

"Scientists always want proof and data, no matter what they face. They would challenge the heavens to learn the truth."

"Doctor Genus would probably win that challenge."

Queen Hippolyta pauses at that comment. The Quintessence is a group of the highest order of beings within the multiverse, who bear witness to all events that did happen, are happening, and will happen. Zeus being a member, even with the loss of his followers. Even they can't predict Doctor Genus' actions – not when he created a new multiverse, not now, and they are blind to his machinations in the future.

Suddenly, both the Queen and Aspen turn and see someone emerge from the ocean.

It's a young Chinese woman with a strong build and facial features. The Chinese woman has gold eyes, dark tanned skin, and shoulder-length black hair. She is dressed in dark form-fitting clothing of a martial artist like those of Xianxia (Chinese fantasy). She is not carrying anything beyond a small tablet made of Jade and whatever items are in the pouch attached to her belt.

"Who are you!?" demands the Queen's Guards.

"Mei of the Woman Hero Tribe. I've come to warn you."

Centuries ago, Mei was born in China in Kunlun Mountains – a place of vast history and prominence in mythology. She was a daughter of the Woman Hero Tribe, who were like legendary Greek Amazons in that they were female warriors hidden behind mystical barriers. She was a skilled warrior who was prideful of her heritage, but then she learned the truth. Her tribe was another experiment by Vandal Savage to create powerful warriors and possible Furies for the dark god Darkseid. When she attempted to warn her people, she was transformed into stone.

Mai's jade token mystically projects images like a Green Lantern's ring. It shows a tribe of beautiful Chinese warrior women practicing martial arts and living their lives. Some of them show feats of immense strength like a young woman carrying a hundred-year-old tree like a tree branch and another tossing a giant boulder like a child tossing a pebble. A chart shows qi from the earth being absorbed into a woman's meridians and circulating in her body.

"The women of the women hero tribe are linked to the dragon lines of the Earth. Much like the half-giant Antaeus, they were nigh invincible as long they remained in contact with Earth. The Earth's power flowed into them granting them immense strength and power, healing any injury they sustained." says Mei seated in front of the Queen and watched carefully by the Queen's Guards, "It would have been an eternal sleep if not for the Day of the Dragons."

On November 11, 2011, Dr. Shiro Ito – the war criminal and villain known as Dragon King – used a combination of mystical poison and chaos magic to summon six corrupted dragons to destroy most of China and acquire the dragon blood he needed for a ritual. It was Rorschach and Liberty Prime robots crafted by Cognito Inc that killed Gold Earth, Red Flame, Blue Ocean, Flowering Wood, Black Lightning, and White Ice.

"The awakening of the dragons didn't just cause physical devastation, it caused irreversible spiritual and magical damage to the world. The awakening of the elemental metahumans was not just an attempt to balance the surge in The Green, but to prevent the world from hemorrhaging its life force."

The Jade token shows the members of the tribe screaming pain as their bodies breakdown. Other members have lost their minds, the berserkers tearing each other apart before succumbing to their gruesome wounds. After the massacre is over, a nearly nude Mei wrapped in a torn piece of cloth walks into view looking around in horror.

"The sudden shift of qi flow under Kunlun was too much for my tribe. There was no one to save them and they all died behind their barriers. All except for two." says Mei, on the verge of crying, "It's ironic. I was imprisoned so I wouldn't interfere with my Tribe's survival, but I survived because I was sealed in stone and released."

"The warning is about the other survivor." asks Aspen

*Doom*

While the Queen and Aspen are talking to Mei, the other survivor walks to shore.

It's another Chinese woman with Amazonian build, only this one has purple eyes, pale skin, and long flowing purple hair going past her waist. She also has sharp dark purple nails, slightly pointed ears, dark eyeshadow, dark lips, and her cruel smile reveals sharp canine teeth. She is dressed in black-and-purple robes of noblewoman and carries a purple war fan in her hand and has feathers in her hair.

Two amazons notice the strange woman on their shore and confront her only to slide to a stop. They notice she left a trail of death in the water, when she walked ashore. The seaweed around her is dead and decaying and the water itself has turned a dirty gray.

"Who are you witch!?"

"So, you are the famous Amazons of Greek Legend." says the woman with a look of disappointment, "I thought you would be more impressive."

One of the Amazons doesn't take being insulted well and attacks with her sword. Much to her shock, the intruder stops the blade with the edge of her fan and gives her a mocking smile. The amazon continues to swing her blade with all the martial skill she has acquired over centuries. The Amazon took pride in her swordsmanship, but the intruder casually blocks and avoids the blade.

Finally, the Amazon's partner jumps in and now it's two against one, but the woman with the fan continues to overwhelm them. Finally, the amazons and fan master separate from each other. The Chinese woman touches a faint cut on her face, which heals before the eyes of the shocked Amazons.

"All of that for a drop of blood."

The amazon that scored the minor hit hears a faint sound and looks at her sword in horror. The blessed blade is badly damaged as if she was striking a metal rod and where the blade cut her opponent, the blade is smoking as if touched by acid.

"Playtime is over" says the woman, spreading her fan showing the image of centipede and extended blades. She swings the war fan and releases a storm of purple wind. The two amazons cry out in shock and pain as the purple mist sends them flying. The purple mist also horribly burns their skin and damages their armor and weapons like corrosive acid. They lie on the ground in agony as the plants decay around them, blood pouring from every orifice. In seconds, they stop moving and stop breathing.

*Doom*

"Feng is a poison cultivator. I grew up hearing stories about her." says Mei, "She was considered a one in a million genius in the tribe, but she was arrogant to her peers, cruel to the weak, and sadistic to the extreme. Her mastery of poison was inhuman, as not only could she create a hundred deadly poisons, but she could strengthen herself with poisons."

She pauses her rambling, sips some water. before continuing.

"When she started experimenting on the weaker members of tribe, instead of just enemies and slaves, the elders ordered her death. It was too late as she had already obtained a form of immortality and a third of the tribe lost their life. She was barely sealed away by the stone spell."

"Immortality?"

"In truth, Feng didn't achieve immortality, she inherited Immortality from her father the Great Kahn. When she awoke, magic set up by her father alerted him of her existence and people were sent to retrieve her. She wasn't interested in her eternally absent father and his plans, instead she was more interested in possible resources and information."

"What did she acquire?"

"The blood of the Blue Ocean Dragon and Dragon King's True Grimoire."

Suddenly, alarms sound.

*Doom*

Feng was beginning to think the fabled amazons were a bunch of weaklings, but now she is being driven back by demigod daughters of Zeus. Wonder Woman herself even managed to inflict a deep wound in her arm, which took a minute to repair itself despite her immortality and qi-enhanced abilities. Thankfully, the divine-forged blade was corroded by her blood and broke.

Feng releases blasts of toxic mist like what she used to melt the first two amazons she encountered, but two of the demigods are wind manipulators and blow away her toxins. She coats her elongated nails in mystical venom and pierces the skin of her opponents, but the cog medicine they inject into themselves purges the poison before it can irreparably damage. Feng is annoyed as centuries ago, she could reduce an entire army to bones and liquified flesh, but these brats treat her venom like that of a bee sting!

Feng can sense the anger of her opponents are growing and she guesses correctly that they are aware of the murders she has already committed. She generates a swirling cloud of corrosive miasma around her to give her some space and prepare her next attack, only for objects to shoot through the storm wall.

Suddenly, her senses are overloaded by blinding lights and thunderous noises. The Bombshells through flashbang grenades and before her hearing and vision can clear, hurricane force winds blow away her poison clouds and disperse her technique. The only reason she doesn't go flying is because she is still in contact with the earth and even on sandy soil, she is a living mountain.

She moves her hands around for another technique, only for her hands to be shot. They are not shot with bullets, but containment foam grenades that detonate and cover her limbs. As she focuses on her immobilized limbs, a geyser of water sends her flying into the air, severing her connection with the Earth. As the geyser's pressure decreases, golden lassos wrap around her wrists and ankles, holding her in the air.

Thalia's lightning blue eyes glow as the sky darkens with storm clouds. They swirl above them with the direct center being directly above the captured Fen.

"Fall!"

A bolt of divine lightning comes down at over a hundred twenty thousand kilometers per second (270000 MPH) and strikes Feng, electrocuting her. She can't move or defend, only scream as her body is damaged more than it has ever been.

"Fall!"

A second bolt joins as the first begins to fade.

"Fall!"

A third bolt joins the second before it's even halfway finished.

"Fall! Fall! Fall!"

While the saying that "lightning won't hit the same spot twice" is a myth, it is unusual for half a dozen bolts to hit the same target.

Suddenly, there is a purple flash and the heroes holding the lassos fall to the ground as these unbreakable ropes are now tied to nothing.

In the bushes a hundred meters away, Feng struggles with a body covered in second- and third-degree burns, struggles to move with a damaged nervous system. Feng is grateful for the protective charm teleported her away from the attacks, as that much lightning could have surpassed her immortality. The same charm that is now burning with green flames, having exhausted its power.

Feng pulls out a metal container undamaged by the lightning, opens it, and pours the contents down her throat. It's not easy since part of her lips is burnt away and exposing her jawbone. Even as the Heroes run to stop her, her damaged flesh regenerates almost instantly. Her clothing is still burnt and falls away from her now smooth, flawless skin as her aura explodes outward and knocks the Heroes away.

"I was saving the Blood of Blue Ocean, but I refuse to Fall!"

Feng's aura explodes in dark purple and blue flames, generating a fierce wind that even the children of Zeus have trouble countering. Feng's qi increases exponentially, making her veins feel like they are filled with molten lead. She lets out a yell that becomes the roar of a dragon. Her skin darkens to black and develops dark blue scales, dark purple nails become black claws, and purple her hair flows around her like the angry tails of a beast. As the aura fades, she exhales flesh-boiling steam.

Thalia doesn't have time to react as Feng appears in front of her and delivers a thunderous blow. Thalia's world becomes painful as she's sent flying through several trees before losing consciousness. Wonder Woman and Troia watch with horror, then attack the dragon blood enhanced Feng. Their eyes widen in shock as Feng catches their punches with ease.

Forgotten Temple

The small hidden temple was erected to worship the Goddess Hecate - Goddess of boundaries, transitions, crossroads, magic, the New Moon, necromancy, and ghosts. It was placed on the island's spiritual vein as it connected both the physical and spiritual worlds. This temple has meant for secret ceremonies separate from ones conducted in the temples of the major gods.

Feng taints the holy ground as he enters dragging the corpse of an Amazon warrior. The Amazon is just another of Wonder Woman's non-biological sisters, whose neck was broken before she had a chance to react.

Feng places her hand on the stone altar and the altar shatters. Then using her connection to the Earth, she remolds the stone into a platform. She concentrates on the engravement of a magic seal that appears on the stone circle. Feng picks up the dead amazon and lets the Amazon's blood flow into the seal. Feng's perfect seal and minute vibrations manipulate it, so the blood fills in the seal completely.

After tossing the corpse like so much garbage, Feng pulls out a hexagonal purple crystal marked with a unicursal hexagram in bright green. The original crystals were charged by Lord of Chaos Klarion, but Feng was able to draw chaos energy from the world into her own crystal. She places the crystal in the center of the blood seal.

Finally, Feng opens her mouth impossibly wide, showing her now sharp teeth, and a Vanta black slug emerges from her mouth.

Years ago, Dragon King used a combination of chaos magic and Gu – a mystical curse poison crafted from having several venomous creatures – to summon the Dragons from the spiritual flows of the world. Feng, being a Poison cultivator, has been growing Gu within her own body since she started on the dark path, feeding the parasitic bug with all manner of poison and malice of human souls.

"Lóng chūlái. Lóng chūlái. Lóng chūlái"

Themyscira – Paradise Island – is a place of ancient magic, a place where the Age of Gods never ended. Now, everyone on the island is overwhelmed by a sense of wrongness as if nature itself was screaming. As Feng continues to chant, the sky above the island darkens with swirling clouds and the ground shakes. The blood seal glows in the growing darkness crackling with eldritch power and releasing a pillar of dark light into the sky.

Wonder Woman, the Bombshells, Aspen, and more Amazons are quick to arrive at the ritual site, having been the rising pillar of dark magic, but it's too late to it. The seal releases an explosion of evil energy, the shockwave sending even the strongest of the Heroes flying back and destroying part of the forest. A pool of pitch darkness expands from the seal, a portal to darkest depths of the world's spirit.

What rises from the darkness is a monster blending both mythology of the West and the East. Its massive reptilian body is a dark purple black with four quadrupedal legs ending in venomous black talons and long tail branching into eight tips covered in sharp venomous yellow spines. It has eight Eastern dragon heads at the end of long serpentine necks, each with milky white eyes and mouths filled with rows upon rows of sharp venomous teeth. Even before it moves, its body secretes deadly toxins creating a deadly miasma around it and making so every footprint is a pool of death.

"Well, that's new." says Wonder Woman.

Feng walks close to Hydra and absorbs some miasma into herself. Feng growls as her body glows with her growing aura.

"Nether Poison Dragon, born of the Earth and the Netherworld, much like the father of monsters Typhon. The darkness polluting the world's spiritual flows fused with the endless darkness of the Netherworld to create poison that can rot even the souls of the gods." says Feng, as one the Hydra's head's leans against her like a loyal pet, "Unlike the other Dragons who were the planet's protectors until the corruption, Nether Poison seeks destruction of all that lives."

"Why!? Why are committing this madness!"

"Apotheosis. I will transcend mortality and become a goddess." says Feng

"All of this because you want to become a god!" yells Wonder Woman.

"A hundred, ten thousand, a million. I would sacrifice every man, woman, and child for my own power. That is the path I took when I became a poison cultivator."

"We will stop you!"

"Stop me? You can't even get close to me, otherwise the toxins of the Nether will rot your flesh from your bones." laughs Feng, sneering at the Heroes, "You're welcome to try. Your deaths will fuel my ascension."

"I have a weapon against your poison." says Harmony.

"Oh? What weapon?"

"Ash Grey on Speed Dial."

"GERONIMO!"

High Above the Island of Amazons.

I got the call from Harmony Cash a few minutes ago about Themyscira being invaded by a Chinese Poison Cultivator. Since I possess [Poison Embodiment] I'm the obvious choice to call and I don't think the Godesses will mind me stepping onto their land since all their Amazons will die If I don't. Using one of Cognito's portals I drop from the sky in my full monstrous form.

"GERONIMO!"

I land on the massive multi-headed dragon that looks like messed up hybrid between an Eastern Chinese Dragon and the Lernaean Hydra that Heracles fought. My impact is so strong, we made a crater in the ground and I'm sure all the surviving amazons heard the impact. The dragons screech in pain and cough up massive amounts of corrosive black blood from their massive injuries. Injuries that only get worse as I move, shifting the broken bones beneath me.

"Who are you!?"

"Ash Grey the Doomsday. Currently, the Doom of you and your monster."

"My monster is immortal!"

It's not like I haven't killed so-called "immortals", not that she would know that. I activated my skills and began to absorb all the toxins on the island. The cloud of flesh-rotting miasma is pulled into body and the blood pouring from the Hydra begins to boil and turn into more miasma for me to absorb. The Hydra screams as it feels its immortal life being drained by the big gray monster and tries to bite me. The venomous fangs which could easily pierce magical bronze armor shatter when they attempt to bite through my grey hide. I tear off two heads and they disintegrate in my hands. The Hydra attempts to regenerate its head, but I'm absorbing so much of its blood and life energy, the heads end up looking like emaciated corpses. Finally, my absorption rate exceeds the Hydra's vitality, and its entire body begins to disintegrate – flesh, blood, and bone.

Only one immortal head doesn't die, looking at me with absolute hatred, but unable to roar or screech with no lungs. In Greek mythology, after cutting off the heads and burning the stumps to prevent regeneration, the last immortal head was placed under a rock. I prefer Godzilla's solution to dealing with Ghidorah in King of Monsters.

Feng watches in total shock as I eat the immortal head, absorbing the immortal energies into myself and granting the Nether Dragon a True Death. She turns to escape only for me to move in front of her using my superior speed. She punches me, but all she does is damage her scales and the bones in her hand. I grab her and absorb the poison from her body, including her poison qi much to my surprise.

I didn't know I could absorb qi from xianxia-style poison cultivator.

"You will not...!" yells Feng, before I snap her arm like a twig causing her to scream. It looks like she hasn't been badly hurt in a long time, because she is looking at her open fractures with total disbelief.

I'm about to kill her, when I glance at the Amazons. They are the ones that have suffered the most from Feng's rampage, so they should be the ones to get revenge.

I generate a spear of Vanta black bone from my body and toss it to Diana, who looks surprised then her eyes narrow with resolve. I then tossed Feng towards Diana, causing the drained poison cultivator to tumble in the air like a ragdoll. Despite her erratic movements, Diana stabs Feng in the chest with the absurdly sharp bone weapon, the water dragon scales offering no resistance. The sword pierces her heart and injects my own poison.

Feng watches in shock as the Ultimate Poison spreads through her body – it's pure destructive nature far beyond her body's ability to cultivate. She watches as her skin darkens to the blackest black and then her skin cracks like old paint to reveal light and gas. She watches as the black skin of her fingertip crumbles away to reveal not flesh and bone but dispersing glowing mist. Despite the growing pain, she knows it's qi in its purest form. Her hand disintegrates completely, then her arm, and soon all her body disintegrates. She doesn't scream even with the impossibly levels of pain, instead she has the look of epiphany as her face vanishes.

Wonder Woman thanks me for assisting in the avengement of her sisters.

The Flash, Barry Allen, runs through a still world. As the Fastest Man Alive, he can reach incalculable speeds, especially since Cog scientists helped him unlock the true power of the Speed Force. The Speed Force is a cosmic force based around velocity and movement, a representation of reality in motion, being the very cosmic force that pushes space and time forward. While other Speedsters merely tap into the Speed Force, he is its avatar.

Once he was limited to moving at hypersonic speeds, but now he can truly reach incalculable speeds beyond even the speed of light. Using this power, he is one of the most unstoppable heroes.

Barry arrives at the room, having climbed the stairs since the elevator was too slow. He opened the doors and disarmed the explosive boobytraps before they had a chance to trigger. He could have carefully dismantled the bomb, but with his speed he just opened the bombs and removed the blasting caps before the electricity could reach them and detonate the C4.

Barry reaches the room containing the criminals and hostages. The criminals are cybernetically enhanced mercenaries who invaded the hospital to eliminate the multi-billionaire William Wilheim Walton and his family. The Waltons had recently secured a major business deal with Cognito Inc, which would spell the doom of the merc employer's own company.

Barry grabs the bullet speeding towards the head of a poor nurse, before picking up each member of the family and medical staff and moving them to another floor, where they can have their injuries looked at. He also grabs an injured police officer and a severely injured Corporate Hero. He notices while the CCPD Officer is well protected by armor gifted to them by Cog, the non-Cog corporate Hero has very cheap body armor. These days, most heroes wear armored costumes due to the number of extraterrestrials and cyborgs armed with energy weapons. While he can dodge laser beams, he needs to already be using the Speed Force to do it.

Thankfully, the Hospital has the latest in Cognito Medical technology. These days they can clone a patient's damaged organs, implant them, and have the patient ready to go home faster than it takes your average pre-Cog dentist to pull a rotten tooth.

Barry pulls out a tool kit and then proceeds to take apart the weapons and cybernetic limbs, before grabbing a roll of duct tape and typing up the criminals. Barry pulls out a scanner designed by Doctor Genus to operate while the user is using the Speed Force. Barry's eyes narrow, then he vibrates and phases his hands into the chests of mercenaries and extracts the self-destruct devices without damaging the human flesh surrounding them.

Not knowing how to dismantle the self-destruct devices, he runs up to the roof and transfers a ton of speed into the devices before launching them into space. The devices are out of orbit before they return to normal space.

Barry pauses for a second, allowing himself to return to mortal limits, for a moment.

The terrified Waltons find themselves in a new room, no longer surrounded by murderous mercenaries. They look confused, then smile, knowing who saved them.

The Nurse that was about to have her brain splattered across the wall behind her, finds herself in a new room without her attempted killer. She pulls out a small gold necklace and kisses the religious symbol.

The mercenaries suddenly find themselves wrapped head to toe in duct tape, completely unable to move or even feel their arms. Their weapons fall to the ground in pieces along with parts of their arms.

The self-destruct devices don't register a heartbeat and detonate. The only thing they blow up is a single metal screw that Cognito missed when cleaning up the orbiting debris field. The explosions are only seen by a Cog Defense Satellite that makes a note in its files, before returning to more important work.

Kid Flash, also known as Flash II, Golden Flash, and Wally West, is currently fighting a group of mind-controlled Speedsters.

Kid Flash is dressed in the iconic yellow/red costume, which has been updated to be far more durable. He's considered updating to a Full Flash uniform, but he's worried people will mistake him for Barry or that Zoom character that Ash Grey mentioned.

His opponents are dressed in generic black-and-gray speedster costumes, but the costumes are skintight enough for Wally to tell that these people are teenagers. He can tell by their mechanical movements that they are under the mental control of another person. This is the main reason he's able to handle fighting half a dozen speedsters at the same time, despite their speed being only slightly lower than his.

His opponents attempt to surround him only for a red-and-white blur surrounded by lightning to bounce off each of them forming a unicursal hexagram without colliding with Wally. The impacts are delayed, but the speedsters are blown back, their connections to the Speed Force disrupted. Reacting quickly, Kid Flash secures three of the speedsters before they can reactivate their powers. The other heroic speedster does the same with the other six.

The opponents, if they were capable of emotion now, would be very embarrassed. Their arms and legs are tied behind them, but the other ropes combined with the dark clothing makes them look like gimps at a BSSM party.

Wally turns to his ally and sees a young man dressed in a white speedster outfit with a head-wide red lightning bolt going down the center. He's also wearing red boots and gloves, with winged gauntlets clearly inspired by the Flash Family.

"Wally West. Kid Flash. It's a pleasure to meet you." says the speedster, "I'm Pro-Hero Impulse."

Savitr was once a metahuman born in India. He was the first human chronologically to tap into the Speed Force and obtain the power to move faster than the wind. His original name was cast away and he was given the name Savitr after the Vedic deity of the sunrays. In his journeys he would learn of his father – Vandal Savage - and the God of Tyranny Darkseid. He desired to join Darkseid's pantheon and after hellish training and conditioning, he became Apokalip's Dark God of Speed, surpassing New Genesis' own speedster Lightray.

Savitr has always held a deep madness. Since the day he first tapped into the Speed Force, he has been aware of other speedsters that would awaken in the future. He was aware of Max Mercury in the 19th century, the awakening Jay Garrick in 1940, the awakening of Kid Flash in 2008, and the other speedsters that would awaken. He knew the mortal speedsters would steal away his power and stealing the authorities of a god is the ultimate sin.

He waited for centuries as his Lord Darkseid and his partner Vandal continued their experiments and conquests, waiting for his chance. Then came the rise of Cognito Inc, and the Partner's authority was being absorbed by Doctor Genus and his Monster.

Finally, he began his plan. Taking control of the minds of a group of speedsters and using them to drain the speed force from other speedsters. They would gather all the links until he could tear the final connection of Barry Allen and once more be Savitr the God of Speed. Now, that plan has been ruined by a speedster he wasn't aware of, the one called Impulse.

Now, they are fighting. Savitr and the Flashes are bolts of lightning arcing across the surface of planet. Jumping in and out of the Speed Force dimension. They are moving so fast that barely anyone beyond the highest tier speedsters can perceive their existence. Savitr is not above fighting dirty as he causes catastrophes with his speed to slow and distract the heroes.

A train derails threatening to send its passengers into the river below, the Flash family jumps off pieces of falling debris to take each passenger to safety. A dark lightning bolt causes a hundred car pileup, but golden lightning bolt transports the victims clear of the danger. A dark lightning bolt causes a massive wave in the ocean threatening to kill thousands, but golden lightning shatters the wave into a spring shower and rainbows. A skyscraper is struck by lightning and explodes, bolts of heavenly fire catch every person while dancing in the shards of falling glasses.

Savitr throws his divine lightning at Kid Flash, a bolt of incalculable power that will destroy the city behind him if he dodges it. In another timeline, it would this kind of monstrous power that would spell his doom, but not this one. Kid Flash absorbs and redirects the so-called divine lightning, something he learned while watching the Avatars and their Lightning Bending.

Inside the Speed Force dimension.

"I am Savitr, the First Lord of Speed, the God of Speed." yells Savitr, his voice echoing, "I will not be denied!"

"You may be the Lord of Speed, but here in the Speed Force, I AM GOD!" says Flash, this voice thundering, before Savitr is hit hyper-luminal combo that blasts him out the Speed Force and into the center of a dry riverbed. He hits with the kinetic energy of a meteorite creating a massive crater. It's only his enhanced physiology and New God armor that he survives.

Savitr pulls himself from the burning hot material of the blast crater and stares at the tornado that surrounds the crater. It's not a natural tornado or something generated by an Air/Weather manipulator. Instead, it's multiple rings of speedsters running around him in circles. He can sense every Speedster connected to the Speed Force is now running around him, drawing the power of the Speed Force out of him.

"How?"

"Cog set up things, so all the Speedsters are constant communication with each other." says Barry, appearing behind Savitr, his own connection to the SF going strong, "When one of us is in trouble, the rest are there in a flash!"

Savitr swings his blades at Barry in rage, but the Fastest Man in the World jumps back. Wally then appears behind Savitr and phases into the armor, knocking Savitar out of it. Savitar without his armor is a dark-skinned Hindi man with gold eyes, shoulder-length black hair, and a beard. Other than ethnicity, Savitr looks identical to his father only with lightning-shaped scars instead of the cave bear facial scars. Wally "flexes his Speed Force muscle" and the armor explodes off him.

"I will not be Denied!" roars Savitr as he releases all his stored power to escape the speedster vortex. He runs up the sides of energy tornado, even as the lightning is drawn from his body. He almost succeeds in escaping the vortex, but then the last of the Speed Force is torn from him. His movement stops as his speed is stripped from him. His body freezes as even the kinetic energy of his atoms (heat) is stripped away. As he falls back into the vortex, his body at nigh absolute zero collapses on a molecular level. Barry and Wally watch as the so-called Dark God of Speed becomes like sparkles in a snow globe.

Doctor Genus sits in his pocket dimension laboratory watching the death of the New God Savitr.

The Speed Force is based on velocity and movement, it is the representation of reality in motion, being the very cosmic force that pushes space and time forward. All true Speedsters possess a connection to the Speed Force and Doctor Genus' manipulation allowed Speedsters to reach their full potential.

"So, this Bart could even surpass my Chrono-Lock. At least it's a predestined paradox, even though I hate time paradoxes."

The Still Force, opposite to the Speed Force, is a cosmic force based around entropy and inertia, capable of negating motion, bearing the potential to induce and accelerate the force of entropy.

"Ash's absurd levels of invulnerability may be connected to the Still Force. He's a walking entropic engine and anything he consumes is annihilated. All future potential ends with those teeth."

The Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum is part of the Harmonious Forces and is the energy field that gives the universe feelings and emotions. Red Rage, Orange Greed, Yellow Fear, Green Will of Survival, Blue Hope, Indigo of Compassion, and Violet Love. Each color possesses its own entity - Butcher, Ophidian, Parallax, Ion, Adara, Proselyte, and the Predator. Together they form the white light of creation, as emotion promotes life. The Black light is the absence of emotion, the end of life.

"The Chromia is quickly rising as a New Lantern Corp. People are meant to be a rainbow of emotions and the spectrum reflects this." says Doctor Genus, "All of the Life Entity avatars have appeared on Earth. The Blue Leprechauns would be upset, if they were capable of such emotion."

The Invisible Spectrum is the opposite of the Emotional Spectrum, which feeds on primal emotions. It seeks to unleash the most primitive and destructive elements of sentient minds. The true dark side to the Force of the Lantern's Light.

"I scanned for it, but I couldn't find it. Umbrax doesn't exist in this universe. I have a suspicion it exists as part of Darkness Over Heaven: Obsidian Black."

The Life Force is a force of light that allows life to flourish. It's a quintessence energy that links all living things and allows for the various elementals – such as The Red, The Green, and the Clear, to come into existence. Star Wars nerds would call it The Force, as it's life that binds the universe together.

"Korra and the other Avatars have become connected to the Life Force. The Avatar spirits born of Light Spirit Raava and her human hosts existed to link the physical and spiritual worlds, and now they exist to promote life on Earth and its various linked colonies."

Another weird Star Wars reference is Korra and Asami are having children, despite both being women and never having medical or magical help. Cognito will offer all their resources to ensure the children don't become like Anakin Skywalker.

The Death Force is the primordial energy source which governs the finality of sentient entities. Most anything it is used against, be they mortal or immortal, will die instantly the very second it contacts them.

"This power exists within Ash Grey and Obsidian Black."

The Sphere of the Gods is the cosmic force that gives the universe magic and grants the gods and those who have godlike abilities their power.

"I have studied the Sphere of the Gods and it's becoming easier to understand every day. I have long been able to combine science and magic, but soon I will be able to craft a true Miracle."

The Void Wind is a cosmic dynamism that snuffs out magic, divinity and the like.

"Ash Grey again possesses this cosmic force. His destructive breath attack may be a fragment of this power. No magic or divine power can harm Ash Grey."

The Dimensional Superstructure of the Multiverse is the cosmic force which governs all things imaginable and unimaginable.

"I've investigated the Superstructure when I remade the multiverse. I can imagine many things."

The Sixth Note, opposite to the Dimensional Superstructure, is the cosmic force beyond imagination and is unlocked when the impossible is glimpsed.

"I have a feeling that after so many encounters with Cosmic Horrors, Ash has glimpsed the Impossible."

The Collective Unconscious is the cosmic force that gives others knowledge and wisdom. It is responsible for granting telepaths their power and is also wielded by the greatest of minds.

"When I first acquired The Gamer ability, I decided to invest my points in an Intelligence Build. As my intelligence grew, I found myself being disconnected from others and I was happy to meet Ash Grey, knowing I wasn't alone. As my intelligence grew, I became aware of things no mortal should be aware of and I learned why Sanchez drinks so much. Now, I've tapped into the Collective Unconscious and limitations have lost all meaning to me."

The Black Apple, opposite to the Collective Unconscious, is a force around forbidden knowledge.

"Why do I have a sinking feel it should be called 'The Black Apple of the Qliphoth'?"

Faithfulness is the seventh harmonious force and is tied in faith which is mostly relied on the goodness within people's hearts and their heroic natures.

"Power of love and friendship, the Power of Harmony. The power of a thousand Shonen heroes and magical girls, the power of angels and heavenly beings. Ever since I started running Cog Pro Heroes, I've been able to study this force in great detail."

Faithlessness, the dark counterpart to Faith, is a force based on faith people have in Doom, as it relies on the evil within people's hearts and their selfish and cruel nature and is unlocked when one loses the faith one possesses in their loved ones.

"Ash's Qliphoth weaponizes this. He feeds on all evil natures. I don't know how he unlocked it or if it's always unlocked for Qliphoth Embodiments."

The Planet of Shadows is a very generic name. It's almost as common for Earth-descended colony planets to be named after a variant of Earth. It's a hidden planet existing with a small pocket dimension and only accessible to those who possess mystical abilities. Outside the pocket dimension, the mystical forces must obey the rules implanted into the universe by Doctor Genus when he created the multiverse and Central Finite Curve. Inside the pocket universe, the rules can be changed in the favor of the Planet's dark masters.

The master of the world of shadows is Magnus.

Magnus is a New God resembling a tall, lean humanoid with silver eyes with black sclera, pale white skin, and shoulder-length ink black hair with a goatee. He's dressed in black-and-dark purple clothing with a circuit-like pattern common among New God fashion. He's wearing a long hooded black coat with rather impressive shoulders. He carries a black staff composed of a long metal rod tipped with a Hexagonal trapezohedron crystal connected by an unseen force or substance.

Magnus is not his real name, but names have power in the realm of magic. He's a New God of Apokalips whose domain in magic and servant of Apokalips. On this world of eternal night, he unlocked the darkest and most forbidden magics to create a monstrous army. An army that neither advanced science, nor ancient magic would be able to stand against. He believed in his pocket dimension; he was safe to work in darkness.

Now, light has come to the Planet of Shadows.

Chromia, the United Emotional Spectrum Corps of Earth Lanterns have arrived.

The Red Lantern Asura is the first to land like a crimson meteorite and is the first to be attacked by Magnus's automatons. These are Eldritch abominations, machines crafted and empowered by the eldritch forces summoned by Magnus. Just one of these golden humanoids could tear through the armies of most humanoids in the universe, devouring the souls of the slain and growing stronger. Asura, hearing the cries of those sacrificed and thinking what these abominations could do to his daughter, is filled with a rage hotter than the core of a star. He has six glowing arms that sound like thunder as they punch and send shockwaves through the air. The automatons are blown apart and shattered, the otherworldly goo splattering across the battlefield.

Magnus has giant versions of automatons over 20 meters tall and filled with hundreds of liters of black blood. Giant automatons controlled by captured souls of hundreds and covered in the strongest layers of armor that New God science can create. It doesn't stop the 15-meter-tall Red Lantern Titan from descending from the sky covered in red flames and punching one of the giants in the jaw. On the Magnus Giants opens its mouth to use a breath weapon, only for the very angry titan to grab its jaw and rip it off and a brutal uppercut tears the head off the shoulders in what would be a very gory spray if the fluids weren't ink black.

Ling Yao the Orange Lantern and his army of projections are stealing everything that Magnus has on his base. Everything not bolted down is tossed into storage dimensions and even the things that are bolted down are torn out of their mounts and thrown in the inventories. All this stolen gear and technology will be sold to Cognito for money and Cognito goods to fill Ling's multi-billion-dollar estate. Ling even generates a giant orange dragon that is a mix of European and Japanese to pick up an absurdly large piece of equipment.

Ghost Rider is extinguishing every soul that is willing to work for Magnus. The golden skeleton covered in yellow flames and black biker leather binds the wicked with his infernal chains and then unleashes the penance stare upon the fools. Magnus' men are worse than worst, people who have inflicted incompressible pain to others in service of their dark master. The pain of their thousands of victims reflected onto them incinerates their souls completely, leaving burnt husks to fall to the ground.

The Time Princess is also helping to eliminate humanoid soldiers and Parademons that infest the base. Kurumi's mastery over time manipulations is terrifying to her victims. She can appear in front of them dressed as a Gothic Lolita and smiling. The next moment, her victims are on the ground impaled by spikes and blades, skin and body parts sliced off, and in unimaginable agony. In that moment between seconds, she inflicts horrors with sadistic pleasure while her victims are frozen in time. Soon, the Yellow Lantern Princess is dancing in a rain of blood, somehow dancing between the raindrops.

Magnus calls upon the Forbidden magics and reality cracks and shatters. The being that appears is a horrific abomination whose Vanta black body silhouette looks like half a dozen people fused together and swirling white lights for eyes. At the appearance of the 300-meter-tall abomination, everyone begins to take damage that bypasses their defenses and even some of Magnus' own force drops dead or bursts into gooey bits.

"GIGA... DRILL... BREAKER!"

It doesn't stop Simon the Digger's giant green drill from piercing its entire body. Everyone on both sides' stares at the absurdly large abomination with the even more absurdly large hole in his body. Its entire body cracks with light before imploding from existence.

Magnus vomits black goo from the shock and falls off his golden throne. He shakes and struggles to his feet.

Magnus is getting desperate and tries to mystically sacrifice the prisoners in his dungeons to restore his own vitality and magic, only to learn his prisons are empty except for the sleeping bodies of his guards. Blue Lotus and Blue Blade of the Blue Lanterns have already rescued the prisoners and taken them to safety. Blue Blade even exorcised the ghosts that haunted the dungeons and weakened the spirits of the prisoners. All Magnus can do is sacrifice his own Guards to heal himself

Magnus then tries to summon the eldritch beasts.

"WTF!"

*Doom*

"OK, everyone. It's time to go and join the others. No shoving."

Indigo Lanterns Fluttershy and Koro have already reached where the beasts were kept. Some Lovecraftian Fauna have the quadrupedal structure of canines and felines but are composed of spiny tentacles and bone-like armor with many eyes. Some are hooved limbs, black tentacles, and toothy mouths that bawl like baby goats. Some are like apes with smooth skin like dolphins instead of fur, no eyes, long limbs ending in claws, and webbed wings. Some resemble giant floating meatballs with singular cyclopic eyes, mouths filled with many rows of teeth, and long tentacles ending in smaller eyes. All are looking at Fluttershy with Indigo eyes (except for the ones without eyes).

Koro finishes braiding the hair of the Beast Tamer that once controlled the creatures, but who is now unconscious, gagged, tied up, and wearing an indigo straitjacket.

*Doom*

Stevonnie Universe glows brightly with their love and summons their constructs. The constructs resemble giant bacteriophages composed of violet crystal and metal. Not only do they resemble the viruses that destroy bacteria and archaea to replicate, but they also resemble the "Kindergarten" facilities used by the Gem authority back in her original universe to create more Gems. These constructs inject violet energy deep into the planet, which erupts in violet crystals that cover and neutralize the enemy base. All the remaining horrors are neutralized by the literal power of love.

*Doom*

"I am Magnus, the New God of Magic, the Hand of Lord Darkseid! I have never failed! I Will Never Fail!" yells Magnus, before he begins chanting in a guttural language incomprehensible to mortal minds. His eyes glow bright with the skin around them developing glowing cracks. He slowly rises into the air.

* Boom! *

Magnus is then punched in the face by Asura. A super hard tooth is knocked out his New God jaw as he goes flying from the multi-armed Red Lantern's furious punch. Magnus surpasses the speed of sound before he smashes through several buildings and ends up inside a warehouse.

"Villains don't know when to shut up." says Asura.

There is an explosion of dark energy, and the warehouse is blasted into a billion fragments. Magnus now with black skin and white hair, rises from the ground. He has grown from over two meters in height to over twenty meters and is still growing. As he stands surrounded by cosmic energy, he grows to two hundred meters in the blink of an eye.

Suddenly, Magnus is no longer standing on the surface of the dark planet facing the Chromia Lanterns. Instead, he's looking up at an immense figure sitting on a throne. Magnus knows he's still growing at an accelerated rate, but no matter how big he gets he's still a field mouse compared to the giant on the throne. Then he feels a growing sense of dread. He now fears the giant more than his lord and master Darkseid. His mind twisted by encounters with otherworldly beings and forbidden knowledge clears and he says the giant's title.

"Darkness Over Heaven: Obsidian Black"

Then Magnus is annihilated. Physically, mentally, spiritually, and on all levels, Magnus ceases to exist

At 9:45, a mysterious black liquid appeared from a fissure at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. At first people believed it was either a leak from an unground petroleum reserve or loss of containment from illegal dumping, but the liquid didn't act like petroleum or toxic waste. It consumed any living that came near it like the infamous Blob creatures from horror films. After a ship of environmentalists was consumed, the abnormal authorities were called in.

By the time they arrived the Blob had already expanded over a circular area, over ten kilometers in radius.

Annax Mera Nereus received word that a new threat to the oceans has appeared. She used the Cognito Ground Bridges to transport herself and her forces to Lemuria to help the endangered Atlanteans. She is not alone, as the Justice League, several companies, Pacific governments, and Cognito has sent in thousands of aquatic Pro-Heroes.

"Begin full containment!"

"Acknowledged."

A combination of Atlantean technology and magic deploy barriers around the threat to world. The over sixty-three-kilometer wall of metal, polymer, and magic strains to prevent the black substance. It's not just on the surface, as the substance attempts to breach under the surface and some pseudopods attempt to climb over only be stopped by a barrier.

Aquaman (I) - The former King of Atlantis and Mera's husband – Orin stands by her side. He's wearing a new costume crafted by an Atlantean graduate of Meta Star Academies. The young genius managed to craft a costume superior to anything the League could make and enough to impress Cognito scientists. Doctor Genus gave her a lollipop and a case of cash as a reward, like spoiling a granddaughter.

"This stuff may look like a massive petroleum spill, but it's moving like an intelligent organism. It's attempting to escaping the containment!" says Orin over the communicators.

"There is too much mass. Too much pressure. We will lose containment if we can't reduce it." says one League member.

The Atlantis League is an organization of Atlantean Pro-Heroes that are financed by the Atlantean government the same way the military and law enforcement agencies are. While the military handles invading threats to the Atlantean government and people, and the law enforcement division handles criminals and internal problems, the Pro Heroes perform search & rescue and handle abnormal threats like super villains and "comic book weirdness". Pro Heroes from Hawaii, Japan, Korea, and Oceania, including some of the most powerful water manipulators like Aspen Matthews.

"The mystics have determined it's a singular organism." says Kaldur, "The scientists can't get a proper analyze."

Aquaman (II) - Kaldur'ahm is the former protégé of Aquaman, operating as Aqualad by his king's side and as the first leader of the Young Justice Team. He's now Atlantean Minister of Justice and Pro Hero Aquaman, tho online he's called Dark Aquaman because of his darker skin. He's currently organizing the Alantis League.

"It is a creature of pure malice seeking to consume our world, but we won't allow it. So says FATE!" says Doctor Fate. Doctor Fate rises into the sky glowing with the golden light of the Lords of Order. A circle of golden-white light expands from his body as the Egyptian Ankh appears as he moves his hands. The immense magic circle over ten kilometers in radius then slams down onto the surface of the water, more than twenty meters below.

As the magic circle slams into the ocean's surface the insidious black liquid covering the water's surface explosively disintegrates into nothing and the ocean shakes. There is a thunderous roar of a monstrous creature in pain and the water manipulators must work hard to prevent tsunamis.

Hideous monsters rise from the dark liquid. Some of them look like chimeras of various sea creatures now giant, grayscale, and stained by black liquid. Some of the creatures look like demons composed of black liquid with glowing white eyes. Some of monsters even resemble the people that were consumed by the black liquid now fused to the surface of giant shellfish. The latter possibly being an attempt to prevent humans from attacking.

It doesn't work with the Armada whose lasers and directed energy weapons pierce and burn away the black liquid. Some of the beams are wide enough that nothing remains of some of the giant creatures.

The Alliance Armada is one of the latest organizations of Pro Heroes. They are a group of techno-organic transformers, Scrab warriors, aquatic extraterrestrials, and synthetic humanoids (mostly from the Cyberverse) that now live in the ocean. Most people don't realize that techno-organics don't need to breathe, so moving to the ocean is no problem.

"Status" says HMS Alliance over the communications, her voice that of a mature, commanding British woman.

HMS Alliance (P417/S67) is a Royal Navy A-class, Amphion-class or Acheron-class submarine, laid down towards the end of the Second World War and completed in 1947. The submarine is the only surviving example of the class, having been a memorial and museum ship since 1981. Then, there was the Incident and AllSpark energy infused the 85.8 m (+281 ft) and beat physics to death. HMS Alliance became one the largest female autobots to ever exist. Her techno-organic transformation also allowed her to create a humanoid avatar who looks like a busty beauty with dark eyes and shoulder-length dark hair. A woman dressed in a navy uniform and bad ass long coat.

"This is not good, Alliance. No matter how many of these things we kill or how much of Dark Water we purify, more flows out of that crack." says a hovercraft Transformer.

Seaspray is an unusual case as he used to be a Cognito-made transport hovercraft originally designed to help patrol oceans of Earth and other worlds against pirates and smugglers. Then there was the Incident, and the vehicle was exposed to surge of AllSpark energy. The VI-operated hovercraft was transformed into a fully sentient and sapient Cybertronian whose robot mode of a scuba diver, with a breather mask and "goggles" on his head. The blue-and-white transformer also gained a humanoid avatar when he became a techno-organic, which the other sailors call Fabio (after the romance novel cover model Fabio Lanzoni).

"Don't worry, Seaspray. You will go home to Alana."

Alana is the Princess of a homo magi tribe hidden on a magically protected island. The reason the island was hidden is because of a mystical Pool of Transformation, which enables any sentient being to transform into any form imaginable by the user (within ill-defined limits). To stop the Pirate King (Vandal Savage) from obtaining the island, the natives sealed it away, but the seal weakened with the violent disruption of the world's magical flows by the Dragons. Seaspray saved the island from the pirates that invaded the place and the Princess fell in love with the blonde avatar of Seaspray.

"What makes you so positive?" asks Seaspray.

It's the ascended mutant and Misfit leader Wavedancer onboard Seaspray's vehicle form.

"The Megaladon Knights and their Commander are here."

The Megaladon Knights, also known as The Knights of the Order of the Megalodon is a very large order of the fiercest Atlantean knights. They are composed exclusively of Shark-men Atlanteans from both this Earth and an alternate Earth. The latter is due to the Knight Commander slaying their King in combat and taking responsibility for the people. They are named after Otodus megalodon – an extinct species of giant shark that existed 23 to 3.6 million years ago.

The one leading the Knights now is "Bruce". It's not his real name, but his Atlantean name is hard to pronounce, and he resembles the great white shark from the infamous Jaws films. He is a very muscular, but agile humanoid shark with blue gray skin, sharp teeth, and a terrifying stare. He is one of the most respected Sharkmen, honored by the demigod King Nanaue Sha'ark. He also regularly babysits Same – the pseudo-divine incarnation of the collective fear of sharks.

Dark Water. It appears physically as a black liquid resembling crude oil, but it moves like an amorphic life form entangling all things it encounters and dragging it into its depths. Those possessing psychic and spiritual powers could also detect the waves of darkness eroding the spirits and emotions, even before the substance physically manifested from a crack in the Abyss.

"It took me a while to find you, Dweller." I say looking at the early 90s villain. The Pirates of Dark Water was an American animated series created by David Kirschner and produced by Hanna-Barbera. The plot was Ren and his crew of misfits looking for the magical Thirteen Treasures of Rule to stop the spread of the Dark Water. If the Dark Water is leaking into Earth, Mer must already be Doomed.

The Dark Dweller resembles a humanoid mass of Dark Water and in truth the Dark Water is merely an extension of its body. He's a being born of the Well of Lost Souls, born from the negative emotion of thousands of souls, a being of curse energy made physical. It constantly hungers for the souls of the living to increase its power and control over the world.

"Who dares to defy my Will." says the Dweller, before its glowing red eyes widen.

The Dark Dweller stares at Ash Grey with growing horror. It watches as the Dark Water is absorbed into Ash's body at an unimaginable rate. The Dark Dweller can feel the Dark Water being broken down, the souls he has harvested released into an afterlife, while the dark essence is consumed by the being in front of him. The Dweller panics and attempts to escape something that has never existed for it before – a predator.

"Where do you think you are going, sludge?"

The Dweller can't escape and feels all the Dark Water being pulled in Ash Grey's body like a star being torn apart by the gravity of a black hole. Even the Dweller himself can feel his ancient mind breaking apart, thoughts and memories being pulled away into the depths of Doomsday.

"I tracked your signal to find. Mer isn't in another dimension or universe, it's a dead world in this universe. In an area of space ruled by Apokalips. The crack before it closed also had a Apokaliptan energy signal like the Boom Tubes."

M'arzz was once a harsh desert planet with the Martians forced to live underground. The surface of the red planet was as lifeless as the probes sent by Earth determined it to be and resources were very limited. That changed when Cognito arrived on the world.

Cognito Inc's establishment on Mars has caused dramatic changes to M'arzz nearly to the level of Earth. Thanks to Cog's advanced technology, the surface of planet is now fertile land with lakes and actual skies. The planet now has a magnetic field, a healthy atmosphere that even a mundane human could breathe, and starvation no longer exists in the world.

There are three natural skin colors in Martians: Green (G'arrunn), Red (B'lahdenn) and White (A'ashenn) with very little difference between them on a genetic/scientific level. Culturally it has been the subject of much strife, much like the white and black communities in the Earth country of America. The oppression of the white minority has gotten so bad, white terrorist groups have appeared with the most notable being the one led by M'comm M'orzz, nephew of the Justice League hero Martian Manhunter.

Cognito Inc changed Mars' culture as well. The Whites no longer had to put up with oppression as they were no longer limited to the ghettos of Mars. They were able to spread to other parts of Mars and some even established colonies on other worlds impendent of the Red Government, such as the world of Durla (where they would eventually become the orange-skinned Durians). There were protests from some racist Martians, but they quickly learned Cognito had far less tolerance for BS than the politically correct Justice League.

At the Space Bridge's train station, three young Martians are in a hurry to get aboard. These trains will travel through the Space Bridge network to other worlds in less time than it takes to use a New York subway. The reason Space Bridge trains exist, instead of just jumping into the wormhole network, is protection against the exotic material and energies of the Space Bridge, and if a Space Bridge was somehow destroyed during transit the train could act as a spaceship until rescue.

"Mar'vin, Mel'Isa, and Ma'Ri Ma'Daa of M'arzz." says the computer as they reach the terminal. "One way trip to Meta Star Academy in California."

"Please stop!" comes a voice.

"Don't bother trying to stop us, Uncle!"

"You're not being rational!"

"Rational? What's rational about becoming a slave soldier for the government!?" yells "Melissa", giving several people headaches with her telepathy.

"You never cared about us, Uncle. You hated that your brother for marrying an A'ashenn and 'tainting' the family! It ruined your government career path." says "Mary", "Then when we manifested our new abilities you tried to sell us off. Well as humans say, 'Fuck You.'. We are going to Earth!"

Uncle Mar'Kus is angry, barely hiding his thoughts and emotions, behind his mental barrier. It's true, he's always hated his brother Ma'Lik for marrying a white woman and endangering his government career. He's avoided them since marriage, but then the three develop powers outside of normal Martian abilities. With conditioning, they could become weapons for the government and his career would be secure.

"Now see here!"

"Shut up, Uncle!" yells "Marvin Mayday" as his fist is covered in bright flames. The other Martians other than his companions are now terrified. The Meta-Martian has one of the most terrifying powers to Martian society – Fire Manipulation. Also, neither himself nor his siblings are showing negative effects from the flames.

"Please deactivate your flames Mar'vin Ma'Daa of M'arzz." says one of the security robots, "We understand you are emotional, but use of destructive meta-ability is prohibited inside the station. This is your first warning and there will be no second warning."

Marvin extinguishes his flames and bows slightly.

"Mar'Kus Ma'Daa of M'arzz. This area is for departure and arrival of passengers only. Cognito would ask you to leave."

"You can't...!" says "Marcus Mayday" before he was grabbed, stunned unconscious, and dropped through a portal to bench outside the Spacebridge Spaceport.

"Th... Thank you," 'Melissa' said with a grateful hum.

"For what?" the security robot inquired before returning to his original duties.

Super-Max Prison Asteroid Apophis

Apophis is a super max prison in space. It wasn't named after an Ancient Egyptian mythological deity of chaos, instead it's a numerical name spoken in the Old Maltusian language. It was established to house the most dangerous criminal captured by galactic law enforcement such as the Green Lantern Corp, the Darkstars, and several others that believe in order.

The Galaxy's newest law enforcement Cognito doesn't have many high-level prisons as they don't take prisoners. The average supervillains captured by Cog forces are stripped of their powers and skills, making it impossible for them to continue as super criminals. The exceptions are the worst of the worst, which are executed and the redeemable who are forcibly recruited. Recruit with a combination of terrifying threats (as the stick) and unimaginable luxuries (as the carrot).

Currently, Apophis released an alert that was picked up by the Green Lanterns and Justice League.

Martian Manhunter and his niece Miss Martian (whose officially Mrs. Megan Kent on Earth) led the group. To make sure they don't get surprised by the prisoners, they have reviewed the profiles of the worst of the worst.

Special Prisoner 001 was originally a very handsome humanoid with blue eyes and combed blonde hair. Someone who dressed in patriotic colors complete with a cape. He now has very long hair and a beard with eyes behind a visor. He's also dressed in prison orange with special bands around his neck, wrists, ankles, waist, and upper torso.

The Captain – He was originally a superhero on his home world, claiming to fight for truth and justice. He was a typical FISS-class Hero possessing flight, nigh-invulnerability, superhuman strength, and superhuman speed. He was loved by billions, the greatest champion of his world, but he was hiding a terrible secret. The use of his power cost life energy, meaning his lifespan would decrease with every use of his power. To fuel his powers, he needed to kill criminals and absorb their life energy. The authorities looked the other way, valuing the lives of citizens over violent repeat criminals. Then things escalated and The Captain killed two other Heroes during a Crisis forever ruining his Hero persona.

He was captured by his former ally - a powerless vigilante - using gas grenades and was sentenced to Apophis. Due to his own power, his lifespan is significantly lower than his sentence and he would be desperate to escape and kill again.

"His home world contacted Cog and they want Cog to strip all of their criminals of powers."

The two Martians shiver at Cognito Inc's ability to strip prisoners of their special abilities. A Martian without telepathic abilities is like a human who is deaf, blind, and mute. Martians born without telepathic abilities rarely live to adulthood, but thankfully the same terrifying Cog medicine can also remove those birth defects.

Special Prisoner 002 was originally a distinguished man in his fifties with brown eyes and graying brown hair. Now, he dressed in an orange outfit resembling a cross between a protective suit and straitjacket meant for an inhuman body. He also has dark goggles and a facemask restricting every movement.

The Horror – He was originally a scholar from a world of advanced science and hidden magic. He sought forbidden knowledge in hopes of acquiring magic that would transcend scientific limits. Instead, he was exposed to horrors unimaginable and returned to the mortal plane with an unhealthy dose of insanity. He was obsessed with destroying all sources of magic, so nobody could experience the horrors that he had. To accomplish this, he was willing to commit many acts of terrorism using his newly gained body horror powers to consume matter.

He was captured when an infamous occultist overloaded the horror's once human mind with pain he inflicted on others and rendered him unconscious. The occultist wanted to seal the creature in hell, but the Oans overrode him.

Special Prisoner 003 is a very tall, very lean man with dark eyes, pale skin, and long straight black hair that moves unnaturally. He's dressed in a simple orange jumpsuit with a white shirt, bands on his wrists, neck, ankles, and waist. He also wears a thick headband secured to his head.

The Legion – He's an extremely powerful Esper who was discovered at a very young age by the government. They attempted to train his abilities and condition him into their ultimate weapon, but they discovered he had placed blocks in his mind to limit his powers to that of a "normal" Esper. When they used technology to forcibly break those blocks, the boy wasn't able to control it. Instead, his mind fragmented into many different personalities, each manifestation possessing its own powerful telepathic or psychokinetic ability. After Legion's rampage, espers became feared on his world.

The Legion was only captured because some of his personalities are not villainous and helped the super-heroes of his home world capture him.

"Legion's world is in negotiations with Cog and the oppressed Esper population may be moving to a new planet. Legion's father is negotiating to have his son's good personalities be given bodies of their own."

"He doesn't want to reintegrate the personalities back into one?"

"85% of the personalities are homicidal psychopaths, so he doesn't like the odds. He would rather have half a dozen misfits than a single apocalypse."

The Misfits were originally a group of former teenage supervillains – the Brotherhood – who after much abuse and abandonment came together as a team and family under the supervision/parenting of the crazy anti-terrorist military group G.I. Joe. They are led by Althea Tolensky (nee Delgado) also known as Wavedancer – daughter of the craziest sailor Hector Delgado/Shipwreck. Since then, the Misfits have continued to find mutants, metahumans, and others SPBs with troubled pasts and helped reform them. The problem is they still attract problems and cause chaos where they go. It's gotten to the point Klarion hangs out with them when he's not doing something evil and/or doing something for The Light.

"I had to listen to Superman complain for days about their visit to Metropolis."

"Well, everyone online now believes the Daily Planet's star reporters like to have sex wearing hero costumes and that Toad is the Hero of the Gnome Kingdom. The latter is true."

Special Prisoner 004 is completely invisible, only her special goggles and the orange jumpsuit are visible, curving to a female form. She has the same bands on her ankles, wrists, waist, and neck as the other prisoners.

The Hidden –She was a scientist on an experimental spacecraft. The ship was designed to achieve relative FTL speeds by jumping into another dimension (hyperspace), but the ship ended up diving into the Bleed – the space between spaces. The four astronauts onboard were exposed to something otherworldly and returned horribly mutated. The government attempted to keep the specimens alive, but three of the four died – Her boyfriend liquifying into a sentient puddle that slowly lost its mind, her friend turning into a stone statue that was still aware until it's mind finally (mercifully) faded, and her brother's body heated up until he detonated like a small nuke. It was the destruction of her brother's death which allowed her to escape and begin her revenge. She murdered dozens of guilty government and military officials, but she also killed many innocent people and stopped caring about the innocent.

She was finally captured thanks to the brilliant intellect of her boyfriend using android doppelgängers and a suit of armor.

"How is she so deadly?"

"Invisible forcefields. She can surround a person's head to suffocate them, crush them, or twist and break their necks. She can smash people with battering-rams of energy or create invisible blades thinner than atoms. She can crush a person into a basketball size sphere of meat or expand a marble-size one inside a person's brain causing their heads to explode. She can even fly using the force fields as invisible platforms.

Don't underestimate an Invisible Woman.

Super prisoner 005 looks like a stereotypical vampire from an Earth film. He has the eyes of a predator, slicked-back dark hair, fangs, and a cape with a high collar. The main difference is purple skin. Instead of the typical orange prison garb, he's dressed in what looks like a metal straitjacket with a bright glow in the chest area.

The Star Vampire – The alien race known as the Controllers developed the Sun-Eaters to destroy entire worlds that they deemed to be too "evil.". They would absorb the energy of the stars and in the process cause them to go supernova, destroying all planets within a system. Most of the Sun-Eaters were destroyed, but this galaxy-feared energy vampire is a larvae Sun-Eater. This means if this mass murderer killed enough people, he would graduate from killing cities to killing planets.

He was captured by Green Lantern Corp when he went on a rampage on a colony world.

"It was fortunate for him, since the other Sun-Eaters (both larvae and adults) were captured and destroyed by Cognito. Unlike Superman in another timeline, Cog wasn't willing to keep them as pets."

"It's better to have Superman the Pacifist than Superman the Tyrant."

Super Prisoner 006 is trapped in the form of a gray stone statue of a humanoid with numerous metallic silver rods piercing the body. Numerous chains with charms hanging from them bind the petrified criminal.

The Gateway – He was once a feared, but mundane crime boss. He was violent, ruthless, and cruel to his enemies, and commanded respect from his allies. He would torture and murder a man's entire family in front of him for betraying him, but in the end, he was still an "ordinary human". His story should have ended when he was brutally killed by a supernatural vigilante – one of his former victims risen from the dead to avenge the wrongs. Instead, his story continued when a cult lead by his mistress summoned him from the netherworld, transforming him into a living gateway to the demon realms.

He was finally defeated and captured by a group of Heroes using Divine Weapons. This was after half the planet was destroyed by demons. The rods piercing his body are sacred treasures meant to keep the power sealed as they and Oans don't have a way to permanently destroy the living gateway.

"Funny. The survivors are still cursing Constantine, even tho he had nothing to do with Obsidian's birth?"

Super Prisoner 007 resembles a member of Hulk family. He's a giant 2.5-meter-tall grotesquely muscular humanoid with a thick brow, dark green skin, a bald head, and thick white beard. He's currently asleep and floating in a cylindrical tank of clear liquid with a mask on his face. The tubes going into his body constantly pump substances to keep the 007 asleep.

The Master of the World's End – Over sixty years ago, a super-genius scientist conducted experiments with a new energy source. To get funding, he created a weapon for the military, but he wanted the energy source to be used to fuel his country's progress and prosperity. Unfortunately, he was caught in the exploding energy field and transformed into a mutated beast of incalculable strength and durability. For six decades, he was sealed away without food, water, or air, but still living, while the world used his technology. Finally, there was a war using that technology and the super mutant escaped into the post-apocalyptic world. He became a brutal warlord, ruling what remained of his world and brutally murdering any colony that defied him.

His capture was humorous. He tasked people with creating a drink that could get him intoxicated as his body's regeneration prevented him from getting drunk. He even threatened to kill all the brewers and chemists if they failed. They succeeded and the Lanterns made sure he didn't wake up.

"He conquered a world, but he would be a small fry on Earth. Have you seen Gamma?"

Gamma Mutants are Hulk and Hulk-like beings that inhabit a Cognito-sponsored town in America. Thanks to Cognito's army of psychologists and Doctor Genus's super technology, these superhumans have gained full control of their abilities. Dr. Robert Bruce Banner and the original Hulk personalities are no longer separate entities inside a single body, instead they are a single being possessing the combined physical and mental abilities. All Hulks are Professor Hulks, all She-Hulks are brilliant, and part-giant monsters are raised to be Heroes instead of walking natural disasters.

"His home world is negotiating with Cog to have this guy stripped of his power."

Super Prisoner 008 is a humanoid barely standing 163cm (about 5 ft 4) with red eyes, white skin, and long white hair. The albino has very dry cracked skin, long black nails, and a cadaverous face with prominent white teeth. He's curled on the ground dressed in prison clothing and restrictive bands. The collar around her neck is thicker than normal because it contains gas capsules to render Wither unconscious if damaged.

The Wither – She was originally a mundane teenager on a world like Earth. The planet's technology and culture were very similar to 90s United States, and she was part of "Goth subculture", despite the protests of her religious parent's views. Then during one bad day, she learned her boyfriend was cheating on her with a rich cheerleader who often bullied her. She slapped him across the face only for him to crumble to dust. She was revealed to be a metahuman and locked up by the government. She broke under their treatment and in a single night a city crumbled to dust. The Wither destroyed a dozen major cities before she was taken down.

She was taken down by a metahuman heroine who could manipulate wind. The withering villainess was trapped inside a vortex that drew away all the breathable air. The villainess' Decay couldn't do anything to the air and decaying the ground would have just sliced her like a sand blaster.

"She is scheduled to have her powers removed next week."

"It will put people's minds at ease. Before Cognito, all we could do was lock up these walking apocalypses and hope they never escaped. Now, they can be neutralized."

"The Oans have this level of technology, so why didn't they remove powers?"

"Creativity requires a level of emotion, and everyone knows the blue leprechauns lack emotion."

Cognito Inc spread the fact that the Oans, the currently crippled leaders of the Green Lantern Corp, have magical Earth relatives in the form of the diminutive supernatural beings in Irish folklore. The tall thin, purple-skinned Controllers that created the Darkstars and the Sun Eaters, the amazon-like Zamarons, and the Oans are also related to the original Maltusans that achieved immortality.

Super Prisoner 009 is very disturbing to look at. He stands 170cm with an average build, solid black eyes (lacking pupil, iris, or sclera), sickly pale skin, and a smooth hairless head. His skin is covered in bulging veins and moves as if something is slithering beneath it, as if the skin is merely a bag filled with worms.

The Parasite – Originally the extraterrestrial parasitic lifeform wasn't even sentient. It instead existed on a primeval world, a small organism that jumped from host to host on a world where the largest creature was the size of an Earth housecat. Then explorers came to the world and one of the parasite's hosts was taken as a specimen. It escaped containment and infected one of the explorers who murdered his crewmates. Over time, it jumped from host to host, gaining more and more cumulative intelligence and special abilities. For a time, it even ruled a group of worlds as a living deity, but now it's confined to its last host.

He was only captured because rebels secretly poisoned his new host with a special drug. When he took over the body the drug rendered him unconscious and a Green Lantern against the order of the Oans, captured the dictator.

"How is he even alive? Don't parasites eventually kill the hosts, but according to this he's been a prisoner for a decade."

"He somehow slowed his biological processes, so his host is lasting longer."

"Is there anything...?"

"Nothing. Experts have determined nothing is left of the host. Everything including the soul was devoured by the parasite."

"Special 010 Missing! The Butcher is Missing."

"Not Missing. Right here."

Martian Manhunter and Miss Martian turn to see The Butcher.

The Butcher is a giant humanoid standing 236cm (7'9) with a very muscular and thick build. He also has red eyes, tan skin, and a thick mane and beard of black hair. He's dressed in dark clothing with the same circuitry pattern found on the clothing of the New Gods.

"Kalibak." says Martian Manhunter.

"So, people still remember my real name instead of those code names." says Kalibak with a grin, "Tho I don't mind the codename. I earned it."

"The Butcher of Worlds. The son of Darkseid, responsible for the deaths of hundreds of millions."

"I would do anything for my father, and I love my work."

"What makes you think you can escape us?"

"I already have. This is just my good-bye," says Kalibak the Butcher, as his hologram fades away.

Seconds later, the silent star base self-destruct detonates. The explosive device's destructive power is significantly larger than a planetary thermonuclear device. This mainly is due to space stations lacking the atmosphere needed to carry the shockwaves, but the explosion is so large the facility is annihilated and what remains of the asteroid shattered into a billion fragments.

J'onn J'onzz and M'gann M'orzz in their true Martian forms fall out of formerly liquid-filled chambers into the comforting arms of the marshmallow-thick medical care robots. They are both completely naked and disoriented.

"What happened?" says J'onn J'onzz, noticing some other pods have opened to reveal League Heroes and Green Lanterns. They are also wet and naked, much to their growing embarrassment. One woman doesn't seem to care standing proud in the nude. The Lantern is more concerned that she is missing her Power Ring, reducing her to her native abilities.

"You all died. Aren't you glad you brought Cog Life Insurance?" says Doctor Genus.

"Died?" says Miss Martian as he transforms into her more attractive more-human form and accepts a robe from the medical robots. She notices that while the Justice League members are here, only a small portion of the Green Lanterns were "resurrected".

"Kalibak triggered the self-destruct after disabling the alarms and disrupting sensor readings. Apophis is now a cloud of dust in space." says Doctor Genus, "If you Lanterns had been more cautious, maybe some of you would have survived the blast."

"Did any of the Prisoners survive?" asks another female GL adjusting her robe so her comrades can't tell that "Yes, that is her real hair color.".

"Super villains are like cockroaches. Of the Nine Special Super-A-Rank Prisoners on Apophis only Wither died in the explosion."

There is wincing.

"Captain, Parasite, and Gateway survived the explosion, but are now deceased. Gateway's seal broke and he ruptured. Legion was able to use the release of dimensional energy to open a wormhole, but the drain reduced Gateway to particles. The Wormhole transported the remaining seven to the orbit of Planet Chikyū."

Doctor Genus causes holographic screens to appear. It shows The Captain with solid black eyes and blackened veins on a rampage. He's currently fighting humanoids that look like they are descended from Asian Earthlings. Some of them are dressed in military uniforms with protective armor and big guns. Others are dressed in superhero costumes with a distinctive Asian cultural difference. The Captain is winning his battle against the forces of justice, when something goes wrong with his body. The Captain's flesh shifts and bubbles, before he violently explodes showing the heroes and soldiers with blood and gore.

"Captain was badly injured in re-entry and Parasite took it as an opportunity to acquire a more powerful host. It seemed to work for a time, but while fighting the local heroes and soldiers, Captain's body drained all of Parasite's vitality, which resulted in the death of both."

The next video shows Horror, his body mutating into a forest of fleshy tentacles covered in eyes, teeth, and spikes. He's facing a fully transformed Ash Grey, who is walking casually towards the Horror. There is static and Ash Grey sits on a rock casually eating a tentacle which is chanting in an eldritch tongue. Doctor Genus's incomplete subtitles reveal the tentacle is begging for mercy or for the pain to stop.

"Horror was defeated by Ash Grey. He's dealt with so many otherworldly cosmic horrors that we consider this for his logo, but we feared the Atlanteans would find it offensive."

A white silhouette of Cthulhu – humanoid with squid head and dragon wings – crossed out by a circle and line like No-Ghost Symbol of the Ghostbusters. It could be considered offensive to Atlanteans due to their being a minority of cephalopod-headed amphibious humanoids.

The next video is very surreal, making some of the viewers wonder if Doctor Genus gave them hallucinogenic drugs, until they remember Cognito Nanomedicine doesn't have side effects. If a Cog product causes hallucinations or euphoria, it's because it was literally made to do that.

On the video, the ghostly forms of Jean Grey, Raven, and Priss are fighting an army of identical ghostly people in a psychedelic rainbow universe. Jean is surrounded by the immense bird-shaped fiery aura of the Phoenix Force. Raven is surrounded by the immense raven-shaped aura of her soul self. Priss is surrounded by something bizarre, reminding Earthlings of the Bible's reference to inhuman Angels.

The identical Ghost people are versions of Legion, each possessing a different power. Some of them are immensely powerful generating horrific psychic blasts, while others scream in frustration at their weak abilities. Their faces are distorted with an entire spectrum of emotions from homicidal rage to soul-crushing sadness to madness-inducing fear to malicious joy to every other form of madness.

None of them stand a ghost of a chance.

Raging berserkers charging with physical power are incinerated by phoenix flame producing red embers. The psychic scream of Raven causes the fearful enemies to shatter into yellow fragments. The most powerful of Legion's minds concentrate against their foe, but soon their bodies develop glowing green cracks and explode. What is most disturbing is the death of Legion's most lustful personalities as they are consumed by violet flames when exposed to the love goddess' divine aura.

"Legion got into a psychic battle with Phoenix of the X-Men and Grey's wives – Raven and Priss. Their battles created shockwaves across the astral plane, but the girls managed to kill Legion's army of personalities. The Good personalities are now in cloned bodies with limited abilities."

"You can record the astral plane?" asks one possibly former Green Lantern. While technically alive, the Power Rings did register the deaths of their original bodies.

"My probes can go anywhere in the multiverse and beyond, no matter the plane of existence." says Doctor Genus.

Hidden, now visibly due to paint splattering her body is facing four heroes. A group of former children endowed with powers by an Equine extraterrestrial to defend their world from alien lizards. The Hidden can't understand how she's being beaten by the Power Pack, while they call her "Invisible Crazy Woman."

Alexander "Alex" Power can negate the force of gravity on himself and on other living beings and objects through particles known as anti-gravitons. This allows him to simulate the effects of microgravity and earned him the Pro Hero name Zero-G. While The Hidden can protect herself with her force fields, she is disoriented by spinning in the air like a Beyblade.

Julie Power can fly at high speeds emitting a rainbow-color trail. Even though she can only fly at supersonic speed, she fights under the name of Lightspeed. She kicks the floating force field bubble with her Julie Hammer to keep it spinning. This move is surprisingly lethal due to its sheer kinetic energy. She usually avoids using it against living targets unless they are protected by shields or more durable than battle tanks.

Jack Power can manipulate the density of the molecules of his body, becoming a cloud-like form capable of flight or shrinking into a hyper-durable form the size of an eight-inch action figure. It's this power which has earned him the name Mass-Master. He uses this ability to first blind The Hidden so she can't attack him or his siblings, then slip past her damaged shield to deliver a hyper-dense punch to her face.

Katherine "Katie" Margaret Power can generate immensely powerful blasts of energy as the Pro-Heroine Energizer. The second the invisible barrier shatters, she unleashes a huge power ball that sends the Hidden flying. The Hidden's smoking, unconscious form is left embedded in a crater in a wall. Then she slumps bonelessly to the ground, ready to be captured.

"Hidden got her ass handed to her by the Power Pack. After she was rendered unconscious by Energizer, she was stripped of her powers and handed over to the authorities."

The next video shows Doctor Genus's hologram with Rorschach. Rorschach is wearing what looks like a Proton Pack from Ghostbusters franchise, a stream of glowing particles wrapped around Star Vampire whose looking at the two is absolute disbelief. He then screams as his body is distorted and torn into particles as it's pulled inside a "Ghost Trap".

"Rorschach and I personally took care of Star Vampire. I caught the energy vampire in a special ghost trap and flushed him into the starless dead universe." says Doctor Genus, "After I acquired the Controller research data of the Star-Eaters and developed a method of easily eliminating those beings."

The next video shows The Master of the World's End facing the Incredible Hulk. Both are radiating so much gamma radiation it creates a visible aura and damages the ground beneath them. Thankfully, they are on the surface of a lifeless world. There is no flora or fauna that can be harmed. The planet barely has microbial life on it with its near non-existent atmosphere and tiny amount of frozen water at the caps. The two collide and it creates a shockwave comparable to a nuclear explosion.

"Hulk decided he wanted to fight Master, so we transported Master and Hulk to a dead world. Hulk proved he was the strongest there is and after he regenerated enough, we stripped Master of his powers and dumped him into a prison cell."

The aftermath video shows an asteroid belt that used to be a planet, a Hulk with a Savage Grin, and the burnt, broken, near skeletal, but slowly regenerating body of the Master being carried away by Cog robots in a tube of slimy goo.

Four very different Heroes face four unique enemies in the sand. The heroes each have different methods when it comes to Heroism. While all four will protect the innocent and stop criminals, they do it for different reasons and using different methods.

Their opponents are experiments crafted by Apokalips using data obtained from The Light. Darkseid's followers failed to properly contain the creations who managed to make their way to Earth. They originally planned to destroy the world as revenge against Darkseid, but they faced resistance. First from the citizens who possessed superhuman abilities, followed by the Heroes.

William "Billy" Batson was a seven-year-old orphan in 2007, when he encountered the ancient wizard, Shazam. Now by shouting SHAZAM derives specific powers from several significant figures from various mythologies. The Wisdom of Solomon, Strength of Heracles, Stamina of Atlas, Power of Zeus, Courage of Achilles, and Speed of Mercury. As a red/gold caped adult superhero, Shazam, formerly known as Captain Marvel, is a League Hero, having joined the Justice League in 2008.

He's currently fighting a humanoid with a long-horned animal skull for a head and using sickle-shaped weapons. While it looks like a rejection from a Halloween party, the villain's power is no joke. The skull-headed villain has a deadly necrotic touch and can animate the bodies of the dead into its minions. The reason Shazam is currently having so much trouble is because it reanimated the corpses of two Scrab Warriors, including the weaponry.

Teth Adam was an Egyptian slave born around 1,300 BCE and acquired powers like Shazam, drawing power from significant figures from various mythologies. Black Adam's power was stolen by an Archeologist Theo Adam, who used them to become the super criminal Black Adam, but then Rorschach arranged from Teth to regain his freedom. He's now the Hero-King of Greater Bialya.

Teth's opponent is an immense muscular humanoid crocodile with dark scales. The villain can consume anything and any matter it consumes strengthens its body, making its strength potentially limitless. It also drains the stamina of living creatures just by being around them, making it a nightmare to go hand-to-hand against.

Captain Nathaniel "Nate" Adam, also known as Captain Atom, was originally a soldier during the Vietnam War. In 1968, he was framed for a crime he didn't commit and was made the test subject of a dangerous experiment. Instead of dying, he travelled into the future (2006) transformed into a radiation-manipulating metal-coated superpowered being. While he was once a Justice League hero, he recently became a government-sponsored Pro Hero. He also thanks to Cog was reunited with his wife, who after death was transformed into SPB like her.

Nate's opponent is a tall lean cyborg with numerous tanks and tubing. It's a walking biochemical weapons factory. It can fire high pressure sprays of corrosive toxins, releases clouds of poison gas that melt flesh in seconds and generate virulent pathogens that can destroy an entire planet's population. The cyborg is having trouble against Nate, since Captain Atom is not affected by toxins or pathogens, and the streams of radiation prevent the spread of contaminants.

The last of the four heroes is Atomix, who has a has a humanoid robotic appearance. He has a green and white body with large cylinders on his arms near his wrists, that are full of green energy with dark green bubble-like spheres, which constantly move. The spheres are like glowing lava lamps. His mouthless head is a pointed, armored helmet filled with the same bubbling green energy from his arms. Atomix is a radiation manipulating Corporate Pro-Hero sponsored by the God-Company of Mankind – Cognito Inc.

The fourth villain is an immense heavy-built combat cyborg covered in thick dark red armor. The embodiment of War is also covered in numerous destructive weapons including direct energy weapons, smart missiles, and guns that fire high velocity armor-piercing and explosive rounds. This being has more in common with Cybertronian Transformers than organic metahumans, as most of its body is weapon technology, with only the armored head containing any organic tissue.

"SHAZAM!" cries out Shazam causing the divine lightning to descend from the heavens. A bolt of lightning that strikes the incarnation of Death and forces it to the sandy ground. The Apokaliptan monster resists the incalculable destructive power, but Shazam thanks to Solomon's wisdom, knows what kind of monster he is fighting and can't show any form of mercy.

"SHAZAM! SHAZAM! SHAZAM!"

Death roars in rage as it is overwhelmed by the divine lightning. Its already necrotic looking flesh burns away to reveal blackened bones as its dark power streams out of it. All its creations collapse as the links to their master fails; the necromantic energies that once fueled them absorbed back into the Black. Finally, even the bones come apart and shatter sounding like exploding shells.

Black Adam rains thunderous blow after thunderous blow down on gluttonous crocodile, each one covered in magical lightning. While the humanoid croc's thick scaly hide shows no damage, each blow sends a shockwave through the beast. Bones vibrate as organs are liquified and soon the croc is coughing up a huge amount of blood much to its shock. Its powers weakened and its strength failing, Black Adam can grab its jaws and push them apart. While a child could hold a Croc's jaws together, it takes immense strength to pry them open, let alone the jaws of an extraterrestrial crocodile. Black Adam pushes the jaws apart until the beast is torn in half in spray of gore.

Captain Atom releases a blast of radiant energy that incinerates the emissions of the walking hazard. The cyborg struggles against the beam as its temperature skyrockets. All liquids on its surface are vaporized by the radiation and as cooling systems are overwhelmed, fluids in the tanks boil into steam. As flesh burns away, the tubes burst and the tanks rupture and explode. Even the explosion is blown away the radiant light of Captain Atom, as the fleshly cyborg continues to burn only alive due to the mechanical parts barely resisting the heat. Finally, even the alien machinery overheats and melts. When Captain Atom stops his fusion-level attack, a half-melted metal skeleton stands in a trail of molten glass.

Atomix despite being a heavy-built "robot", is surprisingly agile, dodging the attacks of the huge war machine. The thick armor of the cyborg has blocked every radiation blast that Atomix has thrown. It's even possible the cyborg could withstand the fires of a nuclear war, which makes it a difficult foe for the atomic energy manipulating pro-hero. Atomix gathers energy like he's attempting to fire a Kamehameha from Dragon Ball. The War Machine unleashes a barrage to eliminate Atomix as he charges his attack, but the attacks are stopped by a glowing green barrier. In Atomix's robotic hands a sphere of green-white nuclear plasma collapses into a star-like point.

"Atomix Flash!"

Atomix appears in front of the war machine and releases a point-blank attack. The star of nuclear fusion is only is only the size of a marble, but it instantly blasts a beachball-size hole straight threw the cyborg. The heat from the attack is so intense that even the armor of the war machine is melted, and any explosives not housed in the torso either burn or explode from the heat. The war machine's mouth opens as if in shock and a stream of molten melt flows out like blood.

"Calling out your attacks?" asks Black Adam, hovering over to the Pro-Hero. His voice is teasing, without any real hostility. Black Adam is less hostile to the Cog Pro-Heroes than he is to the self-righteous League Heroes or the less interesting government-sponsored Heroes.

"It helps with my mental focus. When I get good enough, I can do it without calling it."

* Boom! *

Ash Grey emerges from a Cognito Portal in his full monstrous form and suddenly the four heroes can hear screeching. They watch as four ghostly specters appear above the destroyed remains of the four Horsemen of the Apokalips. They are grotesque beings. Death being a collection of skeletal white faces connected to amorphous mass of black. Famine is an immense black worm with a fanged maw and toothy mouths covering its surface. War is an amorphous sphere of burning blood covered in angry faces and black metal spikes that make it look like a virus. Pestilence is a greenish-yellow cloud of particles moving like a mass of tentacles.

"What?" says Captain Atom.

"Those things are more than just Apokaliptan technology, they are spiritual beings that have existed for a very long time. Darkseid's scientists just gave them physical form. To kill a spirit, you need something special."

Ash Grey spreads his arms and the spirits of the Apokalips are pulled into his body. The screaming of the spirits is loud, resonating through the bodies of the four heroes. For the first time in existence, the spirits are scared as they know Ash is embodiment of something beyond their comprehension. Immortal spirits that have existed since the dawn of time don't comprehend death like mortals do.

The four heroes look pale, even the Dilustel-skinned Captain and the robotic Atomix. They just watched annihilation of spirits by an Immortal Monster.

"Sorry, I was late. Doctor Genus wanted my help getting a present ready for Darkseid."

"For Darkseid!?" says Shazam.

"What did you get him?" says a curious Black Adam.

"Something that he won't like." says Ash Grey, smiling wide and showing his rows of shark teeth.

Granny Goodness Stares. The Furies Stare. Darkseid stares.

A robotic copy of Darkseid has appeared in the throne room. It's short and round with a large head and short limbs, but it was created in Darkseid's image. The super-deformed Darkseid is dressed in an identical outfit to the true Darkseid modified for its proportions. It's holding a large cubical box covered in My Little Pony wrapping paper and a large sparkling bow.

Darkseid admits to himself that this is strangest present he was ever gotten, and he annually gets visits from Santa Claus with a shipment of black coal.

"To Darkseid, God of Tyranny, Lord of Apokalips. From Doctor Genus, Ash Grey, and Cognito." says the SD Darkseid in a higher pitched version of Darkseid's own voice, as if speaking through Helium gas.

The box dissolves into vanishing colorful particles to reveal the bloody severed head of Darkseid's son Kalibak.

"Welcome to the Endgame." says SD Darkseid as it laughs.

Darkseid's eyes burn with hatred and the crimson light of the Omega Effect. The red beams shoot out of his eyes, moving at strange angles, before slamming into the SD Darkseid robot and incinerating it completely.
