Author's Note: We go now over to Leda and Tyki. I wound up enjoying writing their back-and-forth banter. They really don't like each other. She really does want to kill him. He keeps on testing her. I'm willing to suspect that some of you out there ship them. (Don't lie. I see you out there. I won't judge.) The whole key came to me through the sin of wrath. Speaking of wrath, the Halloween special is coming along nicely. I just need to get on with it. I don't know who we're doing next. You are going to have to stick around and see. For now, enjoy this week's key.

Key Seven: Leda:

She's been sitting in her anger for quite some time now. It's the only thing that keeps her going. Leda doesn't have anything else.

However, she can feel something getting closer. It's already closing around the city. When did this place get darker? Tyki clicked his tongue as he looked out the high window.

"It's too damn dark," he muttered to himself. Leda glared at him. She's thinking of ways to escape and kill him. Tyki knows it. He looked up at her.

"What?" he asked. "Still want to kill me, huh? Huh?" They keep doing this. Insult and threaten. He has the upper hand. She is chained up in the cage. However, she still has her powers. Hence why she knows things. It was nice, but it didn't really make sense.

"Why keep my wings?" she asked. Tyki turned his head.

"Hm?" he asked. "Why do I keep your wings?"

"Well… yeah…" Leda asked. Tyki laughed.

"You already know the answer to that," he said. She puffed up her cheeks.

"Well tell me again," she said. The doctor stood up. He walked over and took her by the cheeks.

"If I did that, you would be so boring," he said. "You are so much more fun to play with when you are restrained." He leaned in and kissed her on the lips. Leda wanted to recoil and push him off. No! Don't touch me!

Tyki pulled away. He stood snickering.

"Bastard!" she screamed. That was a new one. The doctor started laughing at her. He walked back over to his desk. She growled as she gritted her teeth. Each time he did this, he made things even worse.

It's been getting darker throughout the day. Leda's used to being alone in the dark, but this felt wrong. Tyki could feel it too. But he hasn't said anything. Leda wrinkled her nose. Of course, he wouldn't. He wanted to keep her in the figurative dark. This time was no different.

"I know," he said. Leda tilted her head to the side.

"What?" she asked. His eyes glowed in the dark.

"You've been talking to them, haven't you?" he asked. She said nothing.

"Heh. I knew it," he said. Leda wasn't going to answer. He didn't take his eyes off of her. She stared at him back.

"What do you plan to do about it?" she asked.

"Heh," he said again. Leda braced herself.

"Do you want to know how I know?" Tyki asked. She snorted.

"No," she said. She could tell that he was smirking in the dark.

"Some monsters talk in this Tower," he said. "And when they talk, it gets back to me, you know that?" Leda didn't answer.

"This isn't good for business," the doctor said. "They ask why I haven't cut off your wings. That puts me in a tight situation." Her eyes shifted away from his.

"I don't want to end the fun between us," Tyki said. "But I have to reign you in somehow."

"And how you do plan to do that?" Leda asked.

"I have a few ideas," the doctor said.

"Is that right?" she asked. He wasn't going to get under her skin. This time should be no different.

"What I don't understand is what do you get out of this?" Tyki asked. "I mean, you can't leave. You'll just be trapped here even if the city falls. You can't even die. You will just be chained up in this basement forever."

"I could break out of here," she growled.

"Then why haven't you already? Hm?" he asked. Leda glared at him as she wrinkled her nose. He had her there.

"I'm just bidding my time," she said. Tyki all but laughed.

"Liar," he said.

"I am not," she said.

"I will believe it when I see it."

"I want to kill you."

"You always say that."

"I mean it."

"You always say that too." Suddenly, the phone rang.

"Excuse me," Tyki said. He picked up the phone probably with that smirk on his face.

"Hello," the doctor said. The call didn't last long. Just about five minutes. Then, the doctor hung up the phone.

"Oh sorry," he said. "I would love to stay and chat, but I got a call from one of the upper floors." He got up and walked over to the cage. His glowing eyes and ghoulish grin looked worse close up.

"Try to behave while I'm gone," he said. The doctor smirked and blew a kiss.

"Don't go anywhere," he said. Tyki snickered to himself as he walked away. Leda gritted her teeth as he walked up the stairs. The heavy door cut off her screaming.

Rage is all that she has to keep her going. Leda looked forward to the day that she would break out her bonds and kill her vile lord. It's only a matter of time.

It was only a matter of time.
