Kendall I cherish Katie as if she were my own little sister. She's the cutest little girl I've ever met, but I can only take so much from her. I'm chilly." With a shudder along his spine, Logan says candidly.

"I apologize; I realize it. Anyhow, she's going to tire out soon. It shouldn't take too long for this. The tall blonde gives him comfort.

"Princessa, would you like to have a snowball fight?" Carlos comments

"Yes," Katie exclaims with excitement.

"Wonderful, this will be enjoyable." James declares

Katie is bored after an hour and wants to go back inside. She also has poor energy. And the other boys go off.

Again waking up late on Wednesday, Kendall dashes to the bus stop in the hopes that it hasn't left without him. He's very relieved that he doesn't need to worry.

"You're running behind schedule. "What took place?" Logan states

"I accidentally hit the snooze button when my alarm went off," Kendall states

At school, later in study hall that day. In order to gain entry to a room, James is speaking with a young boy named Frankie about joining a club.

"I can't just let you in there to use the printer; it's too late for you to join the yearbook club. To participate in club activities, you must physically be there, which is not possible for you. I'll get into a lot of difficulty and possibly get tossed out of the club if I let you. My pals are all members of that club. I am unwilling to leave it. I'm sorry I'm unable to assist you. Frankie remarks

"The club isn't something I really want to join. All I need is the printer. " Says James

"I want no part of whatever it is you're planning. I've hardly met you. " Frankie remarks

He moves on. In the end, James is still able to enter the empty room, use the printer, and then swiftly leave to avoid being discovered. He packs his book bag with his printed material and heads outside to meet up with his friends in the carpool lane.

"What was causing you to take so long inside?" Says Carlos

"I needed to attend to something." Logan understands that James says something that isn't entirely false, but he's also not being entirely honest.

They all go home.

It's dodgeball day on Thursday, and Logan is always scared because the kids on the opposing team are bigger and stronger than him, so they always try to hit him first.

He's in the changing room, gasping for air.

"Logan, you need to unwind. You'll be alright. All you have to do is grab the ball before the other team does. Says Kendall

For you and everyone else, that's simple, but not for me. I'm not a sportsperson. I bruise like a peach and am as brittle as a thin sheet of ice. Logan remarks

"We're covering you." Says Kendall

After leaving the room, they make their way to the gym's center.

"Now, pay attention; everyone is aware of the rules. The ball is thrown at the other team. I'll say it again: avoid hitting anyone's face. Harvey, I'm speaking just to you." With a focused gaze, Coach Sanderson says.

"Why are you criticizing me? Is it truly expected that I will be the sole one to disobey the rules? Am I really so unreliable? Harvey screams

"Yes," Everyone concurs, says

The game commences as Harvey rolls his eyes at their reply. Logan is becoming more anxious as he knows he will ultimately have to exit the game, but so far he has managed to avoid being the target and has moved out of the way in time.

"My friend, you're doing fantastic!" Carlos claps for him.

After giving a nod of gratitude, Logan goes to throw a ball when he gets struck in the face and collapses to the ground, wailing in agony.

As James looks for his assailant, Kendall and Carlos sprint towards him. He finds Harvey laughing hysterically and tackles him without showing him any decency.

They are soon divided by Coach Sanderson.

James, it's alright. Give him to me!

I'm retaliating against him because he wounded Logan!

Angrily, James responds

You were offended, I know that. We will ascertain the reason behind it." explains coach Sanderson.

At last, James lets go and retreats, his dissatisfaction unwavering.

"You were holding me tight!" Surprised and a little afraid, according to Harvey.

"There was no reason why you punched Logan without warning! Please make sense of that." James states

"He took hold of the ball I desired." Harvey claims

"So, you decided that punching him in the face was the best course of action because he grabbed the one you wanted despite the fact that there were SEVERAL others nearby?" Says Kendall, horrified at his logic

"I have no idea how to react to that at all." Carlos remarks as he glances at his hurt friend, who is still having trouble calming down.

"There are a gazillion ways in which I could react to that crass justification for harming an innocent person." Fists clenched in preparation for round two, James says.

One valuable lesson my dad has taught me is to always look out for the people in my crew, as he is a member of a motorcycle gang. Logan is a very special member, and I will teach you a lesson for injuring him that you will never forget. You have been unkind to us all week, and that has to stop right now!

During midnight on that particular night, Carlos notices a star gleaming brighter than the others as he peers out of his bedroom window. Seeking a specific request, he interprets that as a sign and makes the wish.

"Cease and desist." Logan says abruptly,

"Please don't attack him again, but I would love for it to stop—my entire head is throbbing in pain right now. He will receive the appropriate punishment. I'll see to it.

James gives his comments credence and retreats, maintaining a scowl towards Harvey.

Coach Sanderson dismisses the class early. Harvey waits in the principal's office as Logan is escorted to the school's infirmary.

When Harvey's father arrives to pick up his son, he is not at all pleased.

A big ice pack is handed to Logan for his head. Before his father arrives to fetch him up, he lies on the recovery bed for thirty minutes.

at the home of Mitchell. He settles down on the sofa.

"Logan, I really apologize for not protecting you." Kendall remarks, feeling bad.

Kenny, it's not your fault. This sad event is not the result of any of you. Logan remarks

"There's a lot of unpleasant words in Spanish I'm not allowed to say that define him" says Carlos

Even in English, there's a lot of disparaging slang that characterizes him. My dad has occasionally brought them up, whether it be when he's riding with his mates, when he stubs his toe, or when a football team he detests wins. utters James

"Stop talking negatively already. My mother is constantly worrying about me, so I don't want her to come in here and assume that everything about today is gloomy because of what occurred earlier. I simply want the hurt to stop. Please, Carlos, don't let this ruin your attitude for tomorrow's birthday.

"I've never felt so heartbroken about you, Logan. I just want things to get better for you. My birth is not as essential as you are. Carlos remarks

It's a strange way to end a phrase, but it makes sense. Says Logan

Eventually, Kendall, James, and Carlos return home.

During midnight on that particular night, Carlos notices a star gleaming brighter than the others as he peers out of his bedroom window. Seeking a specific request, he interprets that as a sign and makes the wish.

Oh wish-granting magician in the sky, grant me a magical star. I want my thirteenth birthday to be a memorable one, and I know you're busy. To really meet an alien is my goal. I truly want it," he says before turning in for the night.
