Sam Part 2 - 8/10
And here it that second part of the Sam saga. Let's persevere on now.
I again didn't really care either way for Sam as a character. One thing I can compliment on the guy is that at least the writers didn't a take note of a kid becoming a Power Ranger like in Turbo with Sam being a Power Ranger when he was a kid.
He came from the future with being a Power Ranger and yeah he was A BALL OF LIGHT for pete's sake and that I can't grudge against him too much as he...
Ah forget it I don't know how I can back that up. I just didn't care for Sam either way. End of discussion about that.
The fighting continues with the Orangehead preying on the Rangers as we get some decent backstory on Z before she became homeless. Being teased at school alot. BLAH BLAH BLAH.
The Orangehead is eventually defeated and Sam warps back to his own time frame.
I'm curious as to why you know? The Rangers can turn their enemies into containment cards from BOTH the Megazord and while on foot?
Why do they have to take it the hard way by DEFEATING the enemy first before turning that person into a card? That didn't make any sense to me at all.
Blemishes aside? I really liked the Sam saga in SPD. Definitely better than most of the batch in the season.
Z's duplication power is pretty cool and despite her being stuck-up at times? I didn't mind her too much.
Even if she wasn't as well developed as the rest of the cast.
Hopefully one of Z's doubles can be a butler for me one day.
Thank god this write-up is now over with it.
This was probably the most boring write-up of the project, despite it being a really good episode.
It's like Alka-Seltzer. OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS.
