This is Avatar: The Last Airbender and Kitchen Nightmares crossover story with Ozai in the role of Gordon Ramsay. That's the story. I don't know what else you want me to say. (Obviously, the story is a bit more than that. It's mostly about Katara and Sokka trying to run a family restaurant and not being very good at it. So, it's basically crack treated kind of seriously.)

In this sequel to A. D. Curtis's AU fic, The Hand that Rocks the Cradle, Azula plots against Katara, and tries in vain to win Aang's love. Along the way, she befriends the captain of her guard, and learns what it means to let go. An Azula redemption story.

Katara: two years of isolation chasing after her brother who vanished into the Earth Kingdom looking for work. Zuko: six years of isolation on an iron ship slowly losing hope that his horizon might ever change. After coming to realize his father never meant for him to return home, Zuko throws his fate in with Katara's side, but halting one hundred years of momentum isn't that easy.

2 weeks before Sozin's Comet arrives and Zuko thinks of returning to the palace before the big fight. Will Aang allow him to leave or will he join him on this life changing field trip, and does it somehow involve Toph. The only question is what is Zuko's response to his sister unraveling at the end.

So this is just for fun. AU, non-canon, whatever you want to call it. Not to be taken seriously in any way, shape, or form. Katara buys a cursed trinket at the market. Not that she believes in curses, mind you, but it does all seem to go downhill from there.

As the Fire Nation descends into chaos, Aang has to find the one he loves in a war-torn country, as the others deal with the aftermath of the war. During the political maneuvering of the post-war world, in a city turned fortress, Katara will have to survive and deal with the consequences of her situation. Sequel to The Flowers of Summer.

When Zuko and Sokka meet as children after the Southern Water Tribe is not only invaded, but conquered by the Fire Nation, they realize unlikely alliances can be formed in war. Now, the boys can let the differences between their families and cultures bring them together to stop the bloodshed or allow the years of hatred to win before the war is even won.

An AU story. Zuko has managed to capture the GAang. With no options left, Katara picks up on Zuko's attraction to her and offers him a deal, one night with her in his bed for Aang's release. She convinces him to take the deal, but the experience may prove to be very different than what she expects. Can she resist the attraction between them, or will she succumb to temptation?

It's been nine months since Katara broke off her engagement, renouncing her title as the Avatar's betrothed and reclaiming her name. It's been three weeks of filling in as ambassador and dodging her ex-fiancé. Tonight Katara confronts the feelings she's developed for Zuko while Aang tries to fix things. Her friends might be watching her back but they've got schemes if their own.

Zuko succeeds in capturing the Avatar. Yes! His life's goal has been accomplished! But what seems like a blessing may really be a curse. Now that he has no Avatar to chase, Zuko can't keep running from his past, or from a certain someone who refuses to be forgotten... (An exploration of trauma and its effects.
