Lightning summons in front of Sabre, Genesis Steve, Time Steve and Rainbow Dash. A red figure with purple marks over their body manifests. They had no mouth or nose, only a single red eye with black outlines, which is outlined with black. Everybody takes a step back in shock, while Sabre leaps off of Rainbow Dash and steps forward to the familiar figure.
"Hypno!? Where... have you... BEEN!? We haven't seen you in many MONTHS!"
"Whenenen Twilightightightight sentightentwntwntnt youyouyouwuwu andandandwndnd Doctor Whoovesoovesoveswvswvs backackackwck inininwnwnwn timetimeimewm, Iiyiyiyi alsoalsolsowowo followedowedowedowed," Hypno Steve replied to Sabre.
"You- what!? Are you insane!?" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.
"I did so, to reflect on my life. I saw myself again, who I used to be... and I could foresee my original fate. But the Doctor intervened, and I do not know what awaits me now," Hypno Steve stated.
"What do you mean... reflecting on yourself, of your past?" Genesis Steve asked.
"We've meet before many times Genesis. I sound familiar, do I not?" Hypno Steve replied, without any echo or any distortion, but very flat and normal.
"No... you're not... what happened to you!?" Genesis Steve took a step back in shock. From that moment, Genesis Steve knew immediately, that Hypno Steve, was the Red Leader he last saw. He last saw the Red Leader after the Doctor intervened and saved him and the Red Leader as well as Colle and Time Steve from Void Steve at the old Red Kingdom. Genesis Steve didn't know at that moment, he saw Hypno Steve for the first time, they were the same person.
"I'd ratherer nototwtwt talkalklklk aboutoutut it," Hypno Steve responded.
"I've madeaded mistakes akes inininwnwn theinthethe past asaswsws wellellwlwl as mymyeyey timeimeimewm in theinthethe futureureurewrwr. As a result, I've put those I still remotely care about in danger. I hardly care about anybody anymore after millenniums of being in existence, but I still care about the Red Leader, as well as Colle, from this threat. Thethethe Cyberdronesonsonswns willillwlwl haveavavwv tototowo holdoldoldwld themthemthememwm offoffwfwf forororwrwr nownowowow," Hypno Steve added. In the middle, he spoke calmly, because he still remotely cares about M and Colle. He knew them when he was still the Red Leader, the longest reigning head of the Red Steves.
"What mistakes? Who- what?" Time Steve questioned.
"You wereererwrwr rightightrtrt therewrwr whenenwnwn Iyiyiyi waswaswsws mockingingrngrngng the Doctortheoctorwr andandndwndwnd youyouyouwu forgotortrtrt whatatrtrt I spokeokewkwk ofwfwfwvwv alreadyeyeywy? Youyou knowowow whatatrtrt- it doesn't matter. The First irstirstwrst Curseursers andndnd Grogararwrwr arearewrwr alsososo a dangerererwrwr totowowo themememwm as wellellwlwlwl," Said Hypno Steve.
"Discord said you were gonna help us... so, what's the plan?" Sabre asked.
"Timeime Stevevewv alreadyeyeyeye mentioned oneonedonenenwn pieceiecewcewsws ofofofwwvwv thethe planananwnwn. We willillwlwl needededwdwd Starlightightightwtwtwt Glimmerererwrwrwrwrwr," Hypno Steve answered.
"Hypno, I don't think that's a good idea- she's at the rock farm and- it got a lot of attention earlier- Limestone is gonna get real mad if we go back there. She wants her and her family left in peace- plus, Starlight was one of those that got cursed," Sabre stated.
"Ah yesyesws... Limestoneoneonewnwn Piewiyiyiyi... wow, for once you are not stupid Sabre. You are rightight, Limestone will gogowo ballisticicic. Bututwtwt, Iyiyiyi haveavewvwv ananwnwn ideayayaya to sneakeakwkwk around, rightightwtwt underererwrwr hererwrwrwr nosewosewsews," Hypno Steve responded. He then starts explaining his idea.
"In caseincaseasewsews youyouyou allalwlwl forgotorgototwtwt, Iyiyiyiyi canananwnwn createatetwtwt illusionsonswnswns. I'll makeakeake everyponyonynynyeyeye elselsewlswsws thererererwrwrwr haveaveavwvwv illusionsnsns, andandandndnd trickickickwckwkwk thememememwmwm intotowowowo thinkingingngngng Starlightightight isightisisiswsws stillillillwlwlwlwl therererewrwr, withoutoutout Limestoneononwn or anyponyonyponyonyeyeye elselselse knowingingingngng, whileileilewlwl Starlightightightight isiswsws with us," Hypno Steve explained.
"Well I'm going back to my place because I need sleep. Sunset is in a few minutes," Rainbow Dash yawned. She is right, as the sky has a slightly orange hint to it. The fight against the First Curse, and constantly flying around, dodging and weaving attacks, while also wearing heavy supercharged redstone armour, has also made her tired.
"Yeah, I agree with that," Sabre nodded while yawning.
Hypno Steve is frustrated by everybody's tiredness. While he understands everybody is battered and needs to recover, that isn't what makes him frustrated. He can foretell that everybody else won't be ready for days at least, maybe a week even.
While everybody teleports away together, Hypno Steve waits. The others can go the long way around, Hypno Steve is going to take a short cut, a linear shortcut, with someone. He just needs to wait for them.
Vworp! Vwrorp vworp vworp vworp!
The TARDIS materializes in front of Hypno Steve, landing before him. The left-sude door opens, and the Doctor walks out.
"I'm here, just as you must've foretold," The Doctor spoke as if Hypno Steve was a friend.
"Yeah yeahyeaheaheh yeahyeahehehwhwh, justuststst takeake offofwfwf already," Hypno Steve demanded as he walks inside and shuts the door. The Doctor sighs as he as well as Hypno Steve walk to where the controls of the TARDIS are as well as 2 screens. To the left and right of them is a flight of stairs. The interior has a round and mostly silver, with lights running around the middle on the circular walls, as well as blue circular lights with a yellowish light in the centre, in the top half, above above the ring of lights on the walls. There is also a ring-shaped platform with railings above which the 3 flights of stairs lead up to, as well as another platform that another 3 flight set of stairs lead down to.
"Hmphmph..." The Doctor muttered gibberish to himself. Sure the Daleks are still out there, but Doctor must first deal with the First Curse and Grogar. If the Daleks don't destroy the universes, the First Curse and Grogar will at a more devastating sufferable level. They may even look for new realities and dimensions to conquer. The Doctor doesn't want them to explore outside of their respective realities. It's already bad enough the Daleks are beginning to explore beyond their reality on a quest to exterminate, he doesn't need the First Curse and Grogar to add to his problems. But in order to stop the First Curse and Grogar, mostly the First Curse, the Doctor needs Hypno Steve for his sheer knowledge and wisdom.
"Tell me Hypno, what is it like, once having access to seemingly limitless knowledge?" The Doctor asked. The Doctor does try to think of Hypno Steve as a friend, despite knowing Hypno Steve doesn't think the same back. But Hypno Steve's vast knowledge fascinates as much as it terrifies the Doctor.
"Whenenenwnwn Iyiyiyi firstirstrstst becameameamwm... this, I almost forgot who I was. I waswasws cursedursedrsed, withiththth endlessesswsws knowledgedgedgedgedge. But likelikeikeike thethethe Professor's curse, my curse diluted down... but utwtwt myeyeyeye sanityeyeyeye is stillililililwlwlwlwlwl almostmostostoststststst nonexistententententntntnt... butututut... my insanity became more manageable," Hypno Steve explained.
"It diluted down, because of my interference in the Red Kingdom that Void destroyed. You were cursed with all of the knowledge leading up to that moment you was supposed to sacrifice yourself, not necessarily with the knowledge past that moment," The Doctor clarified. Hypno Steve nods.
"Having so much knowledge of so many outcomes and the ability to foretell future events would drive anyone insane... so does living for so long and holding so much in the mind..." The Doctor added in a lower volume. The Doctor has foreknowledge of certain events that occur in the future. Hypno Steve can also foretell them.
"Heh, Iyiyi guesses we are bothoth insane, on thatat note," Hypno Steve nodded.
"Have we finally become friends?" Tue Doctor teased with a smile.
"No," Hypno Steve muttered his lie, hiding his feeling of defeat. Deep down, Hypno Steve admires the Doctor. They have indeed become friends.
"Justustst- just takejusttakeake usususus where wewherewewewe needededed to gotogogowowowo. I foretelltellellelwlwl thatatatat Sabre, Timesabretimeime andandndndnd a fewafewewew othersersers willillillwlwlwl be theretherere ininin a week'sksks time," Hypno Steve demanded.
"Where?" The Doctor asked.
"I'll show you," Hypno Steve responded, not answering the question.
"Tell me," The Doctor demanded.
"You'll see in a minute," Hypno Steve teased, purposely trying to annoy the Doctor.
"Hang on- why has she not- why is the TARDIS not- why are we flying on autopilot?" The Doctor hasn't got control of the TARDIS, it is flying through the time vortex automatically. The Doctor hears Hypno Steve snigger slightly.
"What did you do?" The Doctor sternly questioned the sniggering, which instantly stop.
"I onlyeyeye setsetetet thethethe destination'sonsonsnsns coordinatesatesates ininwnwn timeime andandndnd space. Iyiyiyi haveave doneonene youyou a favourafavourourwr, haveave Iyiyi not?" Hypno Steve responded.
"When did you- right, yes, you know everything- meaning you would know how to operate a TARDIS- you know- doesn't matter," The Doctor muttered a sigh, he is starting to get visibly irritated by Hypno Steve's antics. Hypno Steve meanwhile is enjoying getting on the Time Lord's nerves.
(A week later)
Rock farm guest bedroom...
Pinkie Pie is awake and out of her bunk bed, the one on the right side. Meanwhile, Applejack, Fluttershy and Starlight are still asleep in their bunks. The past week had been very dull. They didn't want to leave the house. They are scared to, because the First Curse could appear without warning, and it would then also put the rest of the Pies at the mercy of the First Curse's wrath.
Pinkie Pie hears hoofsteps coming near the top of the stairs. A grey hoof slides a plate with pancakes and syrup to the top of the stairs. Pinkie Pie leaps to the plate, and sees Marble almost at the top of the stairs.
"Heya Marble!" Pinkie Pie smiled with joy.
"Hey... I know this is a banned topic here... but... he- he... you know who..." Marble mumbled. Pinkie Pie spins around 360 degrees, and flips herself 360 degrees, vertically and diagonally, making sure Limestone isn't present.
"You mean... you know who?" Pinkie Pie very quietly whispered, just to be extra safe, to be extra sure that Limestone won't hear the banned name.
"Mhm..." Marble shook.
"S- since Dread... I- I keep having hallucinations... but not just that... the hallucinations are becoming predictions... the hallucinations I'm seeing end up actually happening later on... they're getting stronger..." Marble trembled.
Lightning strikes then summon in the middle of the room, making Pinkie Pie and Marble jolt and shriek in shock, while instantly waking Applejack, Fluttershy and Starlight up.
"Prehaps apsaps itititwtwt isisiswsws because the cursethecurseurse had spreadhadspreadead andandandndnd nownownownwnwnw you'rebecauseyoure cursedcursedursedured tootootoo Marblemarblebleblewlwlwlwl! Ahwhwh hawahah HA HA HAWAHA HAWAHAHA HAWAHWAH HAWHAHWAHWAWAH!"
Sabre and Time Steve appear. But another figure appears, a red figure with purple marks over their body with no mouth or nose but a single red eye with black outlines that is outlined with black. Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Starlight immediately recognizes the other figure.
"AHHHHHHH!" Marble screamed while immediately trots back down stairs, in fear of the unknown blocky humanoid entity.
"HYPNO!?!?"
"Hypno- you were meant to be SILENTLY TELEPORT here- well done for screwing this up!" Time Steve angrily shouted. There was no point in being stealthy now. He as well as Sabre have definitely been detected because of Hypno Steve.
"Oh I did this on purpose!" Hypno Steve boldly declared.
"Bruh!" Time Steve yelled.
"So much for a stealth mission," Sabre retorted, coldly glaring at Hypno Steve.
"When did you all get here!?" Fluttershy yelled.
"Why do you sound so hostile?" Time Steve asked, taking a step back from Fluttershy, in shock of her hostility.
"Mah'be because y'all barged in!" Applejack shouted.
"Wh what... I'm sure we can solve this very hostile reception, right Time- ah ha... ha..." Sabre nervously chuckled.
"Just next time, be careful, you scared my poor shy sister Marble," Pinkie Pie rudely spoke. Sabre and Time Steve are completely blown by the very surprising levels of hostility.
"What the HAY is going ON!?" Limestone's booming, riaring voice is heard from downstairs.
"Oh no- oh no- oh no no no no no... we gotta do something!" Sabre sternly whispered. Time Steve sighs as he summons lighting and pauses time, keeping only himself, Sabre, Hypno Steve, Pinkie Pie and Starlight unfrozen.
"What is happening!?" Starlight exclaimed. All of this happened without any warning whatsoever. The moments after Hypno Steve appeared all happened in under 6 seconds, maximum.
"Where did you disappear off to Hypno!?" Pinkie Pie exclaimed her question.
"It doesn't matter- everyone- chill!" Sabre boomed his voice.
Meanwhile, Hypno Steve is trying with every ounce of his energy to not burst out laughing.
Time Steve goes to answer Pinkie Pie.
"We were going to get Starlight while Hypno created an illusion copy of her, which was meant to be a stealth mission- but Hypno obviously... *looks at Hypno Steve*... screwed up! On purpose!"
"Time- relax! We must not get too worked up about this- plus, you have paused time. I need you to focus on keeping it paused for now," Sabre ordered.
"Alright..." Time Steve muttered.
Hypno Steve couldn't hold it anymore, and bursts out laughing, making Time Steve growl.
"What... what do you need me for- I'm cursed right? I can't do anything without risking the First Curse possibly seeing me!" Starlight exclaimed.
"I- I can't hold it still for long..." Time Steve grunted as he begins to crouch.
"Oh no no- Time you have to keep it paused for now- Limestone will be super mad if she sees us!" Sabre exclaimed, panicking as seemingly impending doom approaches.
"Ta ta ta ta!"
"Woah!" Sabre shrieked as he and Time Steve turn around and sees Limestone standing on her rear hooves and holding a baseball bat with her forehooves, tapping her left forehoof with it. Limestone came out of nowhere, it's unexplainable.
"Uhhhh..." Time Steve trembled. What's infinitely more unexplainable is how Limestone moved through stopped time.
Limestone continues gently tapping her left forehoof with the baseball bat while smiling, showing her teeth, which became mkre pointy the more she smiled...
Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap...
Limestone starts beating up Sabre and Time Steve.
Sabre and Time Steve wake up to hearing Hypno Steve's laughter. They don't wake up in the rock farm. Their vision is fuzzy.
"Sorry. Had to stop Hypno. He got a bit carried away with the illusion he casted on you two."
Sabre and Time Steve are helped up. They see that it is the Doctor. The 2 notice they are in the TARDIS. They are now standing a few feet away from the controls. They hear the TARDIS' 'vworping', meaning they are flying.
"Hypno, what was that for!?"
Sabre and Time Steve notice that Starlight is also on board the TARDIS.
"What... happened?" Time Steve shook his head.
"You've been unconscious for a good ten minutes. Hypno thought it'd be... 'funny'... to create an illusion for you two," The Doctor stated while sternly glaring at Hypno Steve, who shrugs.
"So from the moment we teleported to the farm... all that wasn't real!? We heard Marble scream- AJ and Fluttershy got mad- Pinkie sounded rude- and then Limestome came and- that was all an illusion- none of that was real!?" Sabre exclaimed, now very, and rigutfully, angry at Hypno Steve.
"Nonowowowo, youyouyou foolololwlwlwl, of courseofcourserserswsws it ititwtwtwt waswaswasws notnotototototwtwtwtwtwt realalalwlwlwlwl! Marbleble beinging cursedrsed thoughoughough is trueistrueruwuwu, sheshe hasas been affectedteded byby the curses, everythingingingngngng elseelselselse waswaswswsws fakeakeake. Don't worrydontworryryeyeye, everythingingngng waswasws doneonenewnwn quietlylylyly whileile you and Time were facing my illusions. Thethe illusion Starlight decoy was snuck inside without Limestoneoneonewnwn ororwrwrwr anyponyyeyeye noticingingingngngngng a thingathingingng. Again... whatatatwtwt you twoyoutwowowo sawawawaw andandndnd heardeardrd wasws just an illusion," Hypno Steve reassured while cackling.
"So, the fake Starlight- the others at the farm will see an illusion of Starlight- right. At least that is sorted- jeez..." Sabre slowly calms himself down.
"Marble- cursed? I thought curses couldn't spread like an infection! She was nowhere near the First Curse!" Time Steve exclaimed.
"The First Curse has absorbed magic that was stolen. He has been using that to enhance the influence and the power of his curses. The magic he stole is how he has been able to spread his curses like a regular infection," Hypno Steve explained as he stops cackling.
"So we've potentially just infected the whole Pie family with curses as well- great..." Sabre muttered in regret. But he knows he can't do anything. Very luckily, the Pie house is in a very remote area in Rockville, so the curses shouldn't be too much of a problem for now... hopefully.
"Just... just- just what exactly are we meant to do now?" Time Steve demanded to know. Hypno Steve turns to look at Starlight.
"Starlight, I have written down a spell on this scroll. I have learned how pony magic works," Hypno Steve stated as a scroll appears in his right hand, which Starlight takes with her magic, holding it in an aura in front of her. Using her magic, she unrolls the scroll.
"It is a space and time- very timeyye wimeyeyeyeye spellpellellelwlwl thatthatatat Iyiyi haveave come up with. It will allow the TARDIS to go into the void without killing it. Withith youryour skillsillswlswls ininin magicic, youyou shouldldld bebe able to cast this spell," Hypno Steve explained.
"That's impossible to do, going into the void, at least with the TARDIS... right? At least not without... possibly destroying time and space... right?" Sabre scratches head.
"Yes, but magic defies logic. Starlight, is the only one who could even have a chance to cast this spell," The Doctor responded.
"May I ask... why are we doing this again?" Starlight inquired.
"The Elementsents ofofovov Harmonyeyeye isis thethethethe last lastlastaststst hopeopeope againstainstnstnst thethe First Cursefirstcurseurseurse andandandndnd Grogargargararar. Butbututut theytheythey werewererere destroyedyedyededed, bybyby thethe Dalek Supremeemememe. Wewewe havehaveaveave tototowowowo gatherererer thethethe Elementsentsents fromfromromrom alternatenateateate timelinesines thatat arearearerere doomedoomededed... so it will get depressing, we will see alternate timelines just before their demise," Hypno Steve explained.
"That is where you come in, Starlight. You've travelled to different timelines before, did you not?" Hypno Steve added.
"Only because Twilight tried stopping me as I meddled with the past..." Starlight murmured in guilt.
"Ah yes, thethe guiltiltwltwlt... sososo manynynynyeyeye livesivesves, creatededed bybybybyeyeye youyouyouyou. Some of which... arearerere ininwnwnwn painainain..." Hypno Steve dug at Starlight's mind, making her weep as the guilt got stronger. He brought up a bit about Starlight's past on purpose.
"Enough," Time Steve sternly spoke. He got in front of Hypno Steve, separating him from Starlight.
"This spell will protect the TARDIS when we descend with her into the void as we try to go into parallel worlds?" The Doctor sternly double checked with Hypno Steve.
"Yes Doctortortorwrwrwr, itititititwtwtwt willitwillwillwlwlwl protectectct thethe TARDIS," Hypno Steve tried to reassure the Doctor. But hearing those words coming from Hypno Steve, it isn't too reassuring, but those 'reassuring' words will have to do.
"Well, I guess this is all down to you now Starlight," Sabre shrugged. There is no other option. He doesn't want to listen to Hypno Steve. But listening to Hypno Steve is the only option. Sabre can still feel Hypno Steve's hatred towards him and his friends.
Starlight looks at the scroll. Her horn glows brighter as the scroll glows, as did the whole TARDIS interior. A brief flash briefly blinds everybody but her. Everybody else covered their eyes to protect them better. When they uncover their eyes, the interior of the TARDIS is dimly glowing the same colour as Starlight's magic.
"Are you alright?" Time Steve asked as he grabs Starlight to support her up.
"It seemed that spell Hypno came up with was a very advanced spell, even for her," Sabre thought.
"Sheshewewe will bewillbebebe alrightightightight," Hypno Steve retorted.
"The spell's done, yes?" The Doctor sternly double checked with Starlight. The Doctor is about to do something absolutely insane, something that would definitely make people call him nuts. If the spell goes wrong and he just descends into the void, he would kill the TARDIS, and it'd take a fair amount of time to get the TARDIS up and running again.
"Yeah, it should be working now," Starlight confirmed.
"Hold onto the stair railings tightly- this will get very bumpy!" The Doctor exclaimed as he pushes a lever and runs to the bottom of the stairs. That are to his right, where everyone is, holding onto the railings.
The TARDIS spins violently out of the time vortex, plunging head first into the void. The whole TARDIS shook violently, making everyone rock. Massive sparks and loud bangs come from the TARDIS' controls, making the whole TARDIS shake even more violently. Emergency masks dangle down from the TARDIS' ceiling, which everyone puts on successfully. Everyone tries holding on as tight as they could onto the railings, while the TARDIS' interior continued to throttle about violently while sparks fly and dance ferociously. Everyone screams except Hypno Steve, who chuckles maniacally.
