With every Senshi who lost a sense, Chibiusa felt increasingly like crying. Nevertheless, she tried to remain strong. "Chibiusa, you are their leader. They look to you for strength and wisdom. You've learned a great deal in your 903+ years of life. They are trying to remain optimistic for you, too." Diana leaped onto her princess's vanity.

"I know, Diana. It's just stressful." Chibiusa smiled sadly, petting her gray kitten to let her purring soothe her.

"You are still whole, Small Lady. As is your sister, Jewel, her Senshi, and my family," the pink-eyed kitten added.

"I reckon that stands as something to be grateful for..." Chibiusa mused as she finished brushing her bright pink hair. She glanced over her appearance once more before she felt satisfied. She then headed out to see how the others were doing.

As Chibiusa walked into the den, she witnessed her friends's disabilities, but something had not changed. Not the most promising singer, but willing to try, Jewel started singing Moonlight Densetsu to raise their spirits. Crystal gave her computer to Christen and Emily to see what Jewel was singing. Everyone was either dancing or smiling. What had not changed was the girl's determination to make the most of life! Chibiusa felt ashamed that she had almost given up hope; her friends had not.

Finally, Chibiusa resolved to enjoy her time with them as she could still converse with some of her companions. When Jewel finished singing, everyone clapped and cheered except Christen! "Boooooooo! Get off the stage!" Christen yelled with a smug smirk.

Not needing always to call out an attack, Crystal raised her hand and flicked her wrist. Thus, slapping Christen across the mouth with a small stream of water! Thankfully, Jewel ignored Christen's rudeness. Disabled or not, that would never change. Neo Mars would always have a sharp tongue. That night, Luna and Artemis rounded up the kittens as they were determined for tonight to end differently!

"We don't know for certain who the next target might be. So, we want you all to sleep with your charges tonight or just the main one. Protect them." Luna informed her beloved children. She hoped she hadn't come off as harsh as she had in the past.

"We'll be in the Command Center if you need us," Artemis informed them, and kittens nodded attentively.

Of course, Chibiusa felt much better with Diana around. She felt equally thankful knowing Elizabeth would be with her sister and the twins. The twins had made Jewel's room into a sleepover party! The heir to the throne felt like she should have a similar plan...

"Star? Ivy?" Chibiusa poked her head into the silver-haired and brunette girls's room. "Do you girls want to sleep in my room tonight? That way, Diana can keep us all safe."

"Sure!" Ivy chirped excitedly.

"If it's easier on Diana." Star wasn't into sleepovers. Even though Shadow and Dawn stayed over when she was little. Regardless, I didn't want to stress out the tiny, gray kitten.

Thankfully, Diana, Eternal-Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Nova, and Super Sailor Earth put up a formidable match against Kikazaru! When she latched on, Diana bit and scratched at him!

"Eternal, Telekinetic Voice of Nature!" Whatever Eternal-Sailor Moonbeams of golden light hit allowed the girls to manipulate objects with the power of their minds and control natural forms around them.

Overzealous as her mother had been in her youth, Sailor Earth switched her ability to her lightning. Still, Kikazaru was agile and tricked her into hitting a loose ceiling piece, causing it to crumble towards Eternal-Sailor Moon! Luckily, it seemed the monkeys did not desire to harm anyone more than just stealing a sense as Kikazaru whisked the pink Eternal Senshi out of danger! Sadly, as he held her by the waist, she started noticing the sounds around her fading!

"NO!" Eternal-Sailor Moon fought out of his grasp. Yet, it did not matter in the end. She had no idea how to save what little of her hearing was left!

Understandably, everyone in the Crystal Palace was devastated for her. At first, Chibiusa felt crushed. That's when she remembered how Christen and Emily had not given up on themselves. She felt driven to learn from them and adapt their methods! Then, the Daek Kingdom Senshi had to convince Ivy that this was not her fault, as the twin-braided girl felt partially responsible.

"You shouldn't have gotten so easily hyped, but Kikazaru did bait you." Shadow had to tell the truth about how she looked at the situation.

"You're right: I should have known better. I'm a terrible friend!" Ivy sobbed.

"You're not a terrible friend, Ivy. It could have happened to anyone." Dawn warmly hugged the green-eyed teen as they sat on the nature-themed bed.

"That part of the ceiling was already loose, Ivy. It would have come down regardless." Star analyzed the structure on a security camera recording.

"See? It wasn't your fault at all. I would have made the same miscalculation." Jewel hugged Ivy from the other side.

"Anyone would have," Elizabeth added, jumping into Ivy's lap to let her purring soothe the lass further, Selina letting Ivy hug her too. Over the next few days, Ivy stopped blaming herself and began to feel, more or less, better. Now, she could better focus on helping Chibiusa and keeping her princess safe!
