Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well. I was in the mood to do Chapter 2 for today, and thank you to those who had started reading the story or are intrigued to read more. I'm very happy with the feedback I have gotten and it's made me feel more comfortable in doing more stories in the future, whether it's about the Smurfs, FNaF, or any other fandom I enjoy. Anyway, back to the story :) Also probably later on, I might do Hefty and Smurfette's POV starting on Chapter 3. This is just for practise!
Third Person POV
Smurfette woke up quickly, due to the sun beating down on her face. It was clear that it was early in the morning and she could've chosen a better time as when she tried to get up, her head started to pound. There's no denying that she woke up with a headache and rather an... unusual feeling and taste in her mouth, she felt like she could hear pretty much nearly everything 5 times extra than she normally could. In instinct, she placed her paw on her head... wait...paw?! Smurfette felt her "hand" was sticky and strangely soft and fuzzy, she slowly looked down at herself to find she's not wearing her smurfy dress and hat, but it's rather replaced with fur, fur and more fur! The only other animal she could think of having fur like that was Gargamel's cat Azrael. Suddenly, she felt something light and it was moving, she has a long cat tail!. Smurfette slowly walked to a nearby river, and saw her reflection and there she took in her new "appearance."
There it was... a golden blonde cat, with a cream muzzle and chest, a baby pink cat nose that was small, slim whiskers and the feature that only stayed with her were her prominent, cyan blue eyes and she noticed she had a little hair tuft in the middle of her head. Smurfette couldn't help, but scream, which came out as a piercing meow and she covered her mouth with her paws to stop the noise.
Smurfette then had a thought, "Oh no! The Smurfs might be looking for me! Wait where's my?! ..
Smurfette looked around and her eyes scanned for the dandelion that Hefty gave her, she walked up to it and placed it on her ear, which still strangely fits her big ears. As Smurfette tried to walk on her hind legs, she remembered that she will have to use all four limbs to walk, she has seen Azrael do it, surely it couldn't be hard right? Smurfette took a few steps slowly with her front paws and then her back paws, still feeling quite a bit wobbly, yet it's better than nothing. She is so going to have a BIG talk with Leaf about this...
In the Village
Third Person POV
All the Smurfs we're doing their daily chores, Hefty had been carrying some logs for the dam, and couldn't help, but think about the "date" that he had with Smurfette, it was definitely something.. he hoped that she liked it too. He won't deny, that seeing her as a Smurfette for the first time, he had these what he would call, "uncomfortable feelings", it was so...new.. and strange.. but throughout the years as they grew to become acquaintances, friends, good friends, to now best friends and fighting buddies, but overall partners in crime, and how they got to know each other more, the more he would let his guard down all just for her. Suddenly, he realised he was in too much thought as Handy came up to him.
"Yo Hefty, what are you smurfing in that big head of your's?."
Hefty was quick to snap out of it, "Huh?! Oh uh...nothing Handy, just smurfing about..stuff heh."
Handy frowned, he knew his best buddy than that. He also knew that Hefty had a not - so - secret crush on Smurfette, and teased him sometimes, but not too often due to Hefty's temper at times. Suddenly, they both heard a scream and some Smurf say, "Smurf the alarm!." In which the alarm sound went off and Hefty knew he had to do something, so he sprinted down the path where the screams are coming from and he looked up to the shadow of a cat standing in his way..
Smurfette couldn't see much because once again, the sunshine hit her face and due to the headache, she felt a bit dizzy, so she nearly stepped on some of the Smurfs which caused them to panic and she could hear the screams slowly becoming muffled. She wasn't exactly sure what was going on, but she could see little blurs of a certain Smurf looking up at her and her eyes widened. Hefty was ready to try and fight her, which were the least of her problems and then he jumped! Smurfette dodged and saw Hefty charging back at her in full sprint mode, she knew when she saw that look in his eyes, he is quite serious. Smurfette gulped, but stood tall and was determined to get him to see it's really her. She swiftly dodged another punch quickly and gently used her mouth to grab the tip of his pants to lift him up. Hefty was starting to squirm around her mouth, which annoyed her and so she set him down on her right paw and had no choice, but to hold him as if he were a toy. Hefty, then continued to be stubborn in her paw, trying to restrain himself until he saw the dandelion on her ear...
Hefty then whispered, "I-It can't be.. S-Smurfette?, is that you?,"
Smurfette then smiled and then let him look into her eyes as a sign of recognition and nodded. Suddenly, Smurfette started to feel pain in her head again, but more worse to the point she felt faint... Before Hefty had time to process what happened, Handy, who had his Smurfpack jet on him, he was able to get Smurfette to let go of him and he held Hefty by the arms. Smurfette couldn't call for help, but there were just little meows coming out of her mouth and felt herself falling onto the ground. All she heard was a ear piercing ringing, along with muffled voices and could feel herself blacking out as she saw Hefty running over to her aid, along with Brainy and Papa Smurf.
That's all for today folks :) I'm pretty happy with this chapter, I might consider doing the 3rd one tomorrow as I have so many ideas for it, but who knows. It'll be my birthday in the 23rd of October and I'll be turning 22 years old :o
