"Wow, Rockie-3 is awesone and wanna play with him." Herbert heard RJ say making him laugh
"Of course you can buddy, and he likes you, which is good as he gets lost because of his sibs." Herbert said.
It was the weekend and RJ and his family were on Wondergore and he was having fun but had met his cousins who were star-raccoon kits but he was fixated with one named Rocket-3 which Herbert fouhd sweet but Nebula and Rocket knew RJ was ovessessed with the star-kit wanting to play with him, among other things.
"I think you should give him space, honey as he has to take a nap." Nebula told RJ seeing Herbert scooping Rocket-3 up heading to his apartment making RJ sighing making Rocket understanding that RJ liked hanging out with his cousin like at the harvest carnival at Schism, but had to give his lik ubcke his persobal space.
"Buddy we gotta talk." he said.
"About what daddy, did I do sonething wrong." RJ asked.
"No but let's pretend you're in a bubble and I'm gonna come a lil closer, how does that feel." Rocket said.
"Okay so far daddy, but why're we doing this, is it to do with my cousin." RJ told him.
"Yes, but gonna come a lil more closer, how does it maje you feel now." Rocket told him.
"Not good please get back." RJ told him seeing him back away but Rocket explained that was how Rocket the Third felt when he was around him making RJ understand as he felt bad, feeling his dad squeeze his paw gently.
"It's okay bubbelah as you are still learning, like your cousins but after Rockie-3wakes up from his nap, you gugs can play again and you can practice what we just talked about." Rocket told him. RJ nodded as they'd been in the toy-store where RJ had bought hinsekf a stuffed kaju that reminded him of his friend, Devil Junior and then his dad had given him that personal space talk but now, he was having ice-cream with his dad.
"Yeah, Incan practice that personal-space thing with Rocket the Third." he told him.
After they returned to the penthouse apartment, RJ saw Rocket-3's sibs in the playpen but not Rocket the Third which Herbert noticed knowing his grand-prince was loving his cousin making snacks, holding RocketvSenior'spaw smiling as their cheeks went pink which Nebula and Rocket found adorable.
"He's having extra quiet-tine as his sibs were being rambunctious last night but snuggling Starry." he told RJ
"Starry is his favourite stuffie that's a star and sleeps with her and cuddles with her all day and helps comfort him when his dad has to help people." Rocket Senior explained. "Awww, I get it but poir Star-Rockie as he didn't have a good sleep last night and guess he needs his space." RJ replied making Rocket smile proud of him.
"He's been learning about personal space because of being arouhd Star-Rockie which is an adorable nickname." Rocket told Herbert making hij grin.
