"If there's nothing you want to ask then we'll excuse ourselves," said Arnold who left Sakamoto and Minna in the interrogation room.
After the interrogation, Arnold went to the room of the person who contracted them, while Dominic went to the briefing room to do a debrief.
Meanwhile, Minna and Sakamoto returned to hangar 4 to regroup with the others
After walking for a while they finally reached hangar 4, they could see all the Strike Witches members busy with their own business, and Barkhorn realized that Minna and Sakamoto had returned from their interrogation.
"You are back," said the Barkhorn who greeted them
"Yes, how are the conditions here?" said Minna
"Everyone is busy with their business. What are they doing to you?" said Barkhorn while asking his friend
"They just asked us a few things," said Sakamoto
"Then what will happen to us now," said the Barkhorn who asked Minna
"We don't know yet but they will tell us later," said Minna
While the Strike Witches were wondering what would happen to them, Arnold or Kaiser was talking to the contractor
"So that's all you can tell me," said the contractor
"That's right, sir, that's all I can report," said the Kaiser
"Okay, you can go," said the contractor

"Okay but may I ask, what will happen to them," said Kaiser
"Why?" said the contractor
"In the contract, if we find someone who we think will be useful, I have the right to recruit that person, unless it is objective," said Kaiser, explaining the contract as stated
"You must know that currently the politics of the Creole republic are hot, factions of the military and the Democrats are clashing, I plan to use them. They will definitely be useful asset in the war" said the contractor
"But as far as I know the war is still very long, during that time what will you do to them" said the Kaiser
"Hmmm, maybe I will send them to unit 731 to be brainwashed," said the contractor
"unit 731?" Kaiser said

"Yes, their Unit 731 will definitely be the best experimental object that I will have in my laboratory," said the contractor
"Hmm, OK, I understand, excuse me," said the Kaiser as he left the contractor's room
"Wait," said the contractor
"If you want to take them, how much will it cost, we can discuss this personally," said the contractor, trying to negotiate about Strike Witches
"There is only 1 person who can answer, namely themselves," said the Kaiser who immediately came out at that moment
Kaiser came out of the contractor's room and walked towards the briefing room to give a debrief to the Hitman team.
A few moments later Kaiser arrived at the briefing room, Kaiser saw that the entire Hitman team was already in the room, including Galaxy, who was waiting

"Is everyone here?" Kaiser said
"Everyone is here," said the galaxy
"The money has come in from this contract, and our opportunities in this place are starting to dry up. If no one opposes this, pack your things. I'm going to see Cascadia's current condition, maybe we can get something from there," said Kaiser.
"Sir, what about them?" said the diplomat
"About them, I plan to recruit them," said Kaiser
"Wait we will recruit them I am against it," said galaxy
"Why do you think that," said the Kaiser
"Why? They are still children, my God, are you serious about recruiting them?" said Galaxy, who was against this
"If I let them go, sooner or later they will be caught by the mafia, and I also feel that one day they will be very profitable for us," said Kaiser, who gave an excuse.
"You must be joking about this," said Galaxy, who still didn't believe in the decision. kaiser
"I'm serious about this," said Kaiser who was serious about recruiting strike witches.

Galaxy looked at Kaiser with a disappointed look because for him recruiting children was a bad thing even though he himself was a mercenary, but because of their unique abilities, kaiser was very interested in them. made the Kaiser decide to recruit them.
"Galaxy I asked to print everything about unit 731 in the mercenary database," said the Kaiser
"What is the data for?" said Galaxy who asked
"As a negotiation tool," said Kaiser
"Okay, fine," said galaxy
Galaxy was confused about what was meant by a negotiation tool but he didn't think much, galaxy left the room leaving the hitman team and Kaiser in the briefing room
"And for everyone, you can dismiss, "said Kaiser who dismissed the hitman team from the briefing room but before Prez came out with Monarch, Kaiser called him
"Prez I ask you to call Minna and Sakamoto to meet me here," said Kaiser
"Okay, come on Monarch," said Prez while inviting Monarch to meet again. with the strike witches, monarch just nodded and followed Prez from behind, meanwhile diplomat and comic went to their room to pack their clothes. After 30 minutes they arrived at hangar 4 where the Strike Witches were busy with their own business, Barkhorn noticed the presence of Monarch and Prez coming.

"So you're back here, what's the matter?" said Barkhorn who greeted the two of them.
"Ah no, I was just ordered by the Kaiser to call Minna and Sakamoto to the briefing room," said Prez.
Immediately Minna approached Prez and Monarch when she heard Prez talking to Barkhron
"Does the Kaiser wish to see me?" said Minna who came from behind Barkhorn
"That's right come on, follow me," said Prez
"Wait, Mio here come on," said Minna calling her boyfriend
Mio approached the two of them
"What's wrong," said Mio who asked Minna
"Kaiser wants to meet us both we should meet with them," said Minna explaining to Mio
"Okay let's show them the way," said Mio
"Fine follow me," said Prez
"Wait can I come" said Barkhorn who wanted to follow Minna
"Ah too bad that's not allowed because it's important, later it will be Tell me, besides, you can play hide and seek because this place is wide, right?" said the prez while joking a little.

Monarch grabbed the prez's shoulder and shook his head to tell the prez to stop his disaster.
"Ah, sorry monarch, but seriously you can't come," said prez
Barkhorn was a little annoyed with Prez words but he was right for now he couldn't do much even though he really wanted to come along, Minna saw her friend upset so she couldn't bear it and hugged her friend
"It's no problem barkhorn I promise to tell you what will happen later," said Minna who was trying to calm his friend
"Okay, I'll wait here," said Barkhorn who had calmed down
"Good, come on, please guide the way," said Minna.
The four of them left the hangar again and went to the briefing room, making Barkorn feel worried, Yoshika and Erica, who heard and saw their conversation, tried to calm her
"Don't worry about them, Minna will definitely find a way out of here," said Erica, who was trying to calm her friend,
"Unfortunately, there's no kitchen here. If there was one, I would make food for you, Barkhorn-san," said Yoshika, who also helped calm her friend.

A few moments later the four of them arrived at the briefing room, Minna and Sakamoto entered and saw Kaiser and Galaxy standing in the middle while tidying up papers, Kaiser and Galaxy saw Sakamoto and Minna enter with Prez and Monarch into the briefing room,
"Please sit down, all of you," said Kaiser who let Minna and Sakamoto sit
"So what will happen to us now? Can you return us to our world" said Minna who asked the galaxy and Kaiser
"Honestly no, sorry that's beyond my limits, but there is something much worse than not being able to return to your world," said Kaiser
"What do you mean there is that is much worse than us not being able to return to our world, our world is currently in danger. Do you think we want to let our friends, family,
and people we love die because of them, wh-" Mio said, immediately being cut off by Minna.

"ENOUGH MIO, first can you tell us what is worse than us not being able to go home," said Minna who asked
"First I want to offer you a proposal," said Kaiser
"Proposal?" said Minna
"That's right, as you said, witches can only fly until they are 20 years old, meaning on average you can only fly for 2 - 7 years, so I want to recruit you to become members of the Sicaro Mercenary Corps," said Kaiser who offered them a job
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT" said Mio who shouted at the Kaiser while standing up
"With all due respect, Mr. Arnold, we appreciate your offer, but we still have respect and pride in being soldiers from our own country," said Minna, who also stood up, not accepting the offer from the Kaiser.
"Calm down you two, let me explain what I'm offering, if you join us I can guarantee your future here," said the Kaiser
"What do you mean?" Minna said

"So you work for me until you are 20 years old. After you are 20 years old I will give you everything you need out there from education, house, job, etc., and I will also make fake documents for you so you won't have any problems with the government if you want to deal with them, but you can refuse my offer but it's possible that you will become the object of experimentation by unit 731" said Kaiser
"What do you mean by we will be the object of experimentation by unit 731, what's wrong with them" said Minna asking
Kaiser only gave a stack of documents to Minna, the documents only said UNIT 731. Minna opened the documents and read some of them and Minna was shocked by what they did with their own experimental objects, Minna continued to read and that made Minna even more afraid of unit 731. After
reading Minna felt that it was enough, Minna just gave it to Kaiser,

"Why do they do such cruel things to fellow humans" said Minna which made Mio feel confused about what Minna saw
"Sometimes humans can be that wild and that bastard," said galaxy
"are we I don't have any other choice but this," said Minna.
"If you run away from here, sooner or later you will become wanted by mercenaries and will end up in unit 731 sooner or later, you won't have supplies to survive for quite a long time," Kaiser said which made Minna start to think about her decision.
Minna knew that if she chose Sicaro, she would indirectly sell Strike Witches to mercenaries, but if she didn't choose Sicaro, Strike Witches would have nothing to survive for quite a long time, plus they wouldn't know how they could get back to their world.

"Can you bring us to our world again" said Minna asking Kaiser
"I can't guarantee but I will try, I'm a man with promises" said Kaiser
"Okay I accept your offer" said Minna
"MINNA" said Sakamoto who was disappointed
"Okay, tomorrow I will make a written contract, with this Strike Witches will be under the auspices of the Sicaro Mercenary Corp," said Kaiser who shook hands with Minna.

A few moments later Minna and Sakamoto were in the waiting room, Minna sat while Sakamoto stood because he didn't like the decision made by Minna.
"Minna tell me, why did you agree to that offer, are you crazy?" said Sakamoto who was annoyed
"I don't have another choice, Mio, what can I do?" said Minna, who was trying to hold back tears
"WE CAN DEFINITELY SURVIVE OUT THERE," said Sakamoto who shouted
Minna stood up and saw Sakamoto with an angry face while holding back tears
"WHAT TO LET ALL THE MEMBERS DIE OUT THERE DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT WE HAVE NOTHING?" said Minna who snapped back.
"WE CAN FIND ANOTHER WAY" said Sakamoto who also shouted
"WE CAN'T BECAUSE THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT THEMSELVES" said Minna

Sakamoto was confused by what Minna meant
"What do you mean by they are the government itself?" Sakamoto said
"Unit 731 is a very cruel unit. They treat their experimental materials like rats, most of their experimental materials die and even if we manage to escape, we will definitely be found by mercenaries, or mafia" said Minna, explaining unit 731.
"Will the police protect us?" asked Sakamoto
"No, because unit 731 is a lab belonging to the federation, so in the end we will be caught and will be used as the objective of the experiment and it is possible that we will all die before we can return to our world," said Minna

Minna words made Sakamoto think that Minna decision was the right one, even though they had to become mercenaries but they still had a chance of surviving, Sakamoto saw his girlfriend sitting limp and helpless, let alone having to convey this information to all the Strike Witches members, especially Barkhorn, who would be very opposed to this matter.
"Minna, you just sit here, I'll tell the others," said Sakamoto who left his girlfriend, Minna didn't say a word, she could only watch Sakamoto leave.
A few moments later Sakamoto arrived at the hangar, the young members of Strike Witches were talking with the prez and monarch while the others were still looking at the planes passing by.
"And that's how i can make my own jet, isn't that the monarch," said the prez who was telling the story.

Monarch just nodded saying it was true,
"It looks like you're telling a story," said Sakamoto from behind
"So you're done talking" said the prez
"Can you leave us now, there's something important I need to tell you," said Sakamoto
"Okay come on monarch we have to check our plane before we leave" said prez who left Sakamoto and the strike witches in hangar 4 and went to their plane
"EVERYONE GATHER HERE," said Sakamoto which immediately made everyone come over to him including Sanya and Eila who woke up hearing Sakamoto's screams
"Sakamoto where is Minna isn't he with you" said Shirley
"Right, where is she? Did something bad happen?" said Barkhorn, who was increasingly worried about his friend
"Calm down, she's fine, now listen to me," said Sakamoto

"Everyone from today Strike Witches will be under control by the Sicaro Mercenary Corp" said Sakamoto
"WHAT" said all the Strike Witches members in unison
"What does this mean?" said the barkhorn who was surprised to hear Sakamoto's statement
"We will become mercenaries under the auspices of the Sicaro Mercenary Corp and this is Minna decision," said Sakamoto explaining
"MINNA DECISION IS BULLSHIT, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR MINNA TO MAKE A DECISION LIKE THAT, I'LL TALK TO HER," said Barkhorn

But before the barkhorn left all the Strike Witches members, Sakamoto stopped him
"Why are you stopping me from moving aside Sakamoto," said Barkhorn
"This is Minna decision, do you want to go against her decision?" said Sakamoto
"I don't care, get out of the way quickly or I'll-" said the barkhorn who was directly attacked by Selak
"ENOUGH BARKHORN" Minna shouted from a distance

Everyone just saw Minna in a condition like she had been crying, her hair was messy, her eyes were bloodshot, and there were remaining teardrops on her cheeks, making Barkhorn realize what burden his best friend was carrying.
All the Strike Witches members saw Minna walking towards Barkhorn and Sakamoto
"Do you realize that this decision is very difficult for all of us," said Minna
"But why do you have to become their member, are there no other options?" Barkhorn asked
"IF WE CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION THEN WE WILL ALL DIE," said Minna, half screaming.

This shocked all the Strike Witches members, Lucchini started crying but Shirley calmed her little sister, Lynette, and Yoshika who were shocked and could only remain silent and frightened by Minna statement.
"What does that mean if we don't become their members, we will all die?" asked Erica
"If we don't become sicario members, we will all be test subjects for Unit 731's experiments and it is certain that we will all die, don't even think that the police will help us because Unit 731 is a secret government unit," said Minna, explaining what Unit 731 is.

All the Strike Witches members immediately broke out in cold sweat hearing what Minna told them, Sakamoto could only look at Minna with a sharp gaze at all the members even though he knew this was too hard for them but this was for their good too.
"I'm sorry," said Minna apologetically
"Tomorrow morning we will all sign our contract to Sicaro, so if you have a death wish, don't sign it and stay at this base, that's all from me, you are free from now," said Minna who immediately left, leaving all the Strike Witches members in the hangar.

Sakamoto, Barkhorn, and Erica, who are close to Minna, feel that Minna has started to change since they came to this place. All the members were still shocked by Minna words, making them confused about whether they should maintain their pride as Witches or as mercenaries.
