A gang of eight is placed in a flying Battle Bus, possessing great powers that isn't previously seen before by most.
"We've never previous seen these strangers in person before." The fighter commented.
"Matthew, these are from the alliance the CXA gathered, and they're from different worlds." His sister mage responded.
"We came from a day of the future past, and we're here to help you all." Said a swordman with a prosthetic arm.
"Shulk?" The surrounding strangers recognized the voice. "You're..."
"Huh?" Shulk - or rather, the Future "Godcleaver" - is confused. "Me?"
"Rex too? Another Rex?"
"You know me?" Rex - the Future "Stoutheart" - is dumbfounded.
"Wait... these looks like the... Founders?"
"Whoops, they recognized us. They know us from the Lost Numbers' history!" The mage realized. "Sorry Matthew, there's no use in obscuring our existence from them now."
"Oh. The. FIRE!!!" Screamed the fighter.
Meanwhile, in another Battle Bus...
"Ringo has been secretly sensitive of something for nearly 3 weeks." Noah, amongst the team Ouroboros.
"What do you know about several days ago?" Ringo Ando (安藤りんご) denied. "No. Nothing."
"Which is exactly why you need to tell us!" Rex responded. "If you don't seek help, how are you going to-"
"It's too horrible for you! Please don't listen!" Ringo callously replied. "Treat me like an ally, not a minion!"
"It's been confirmed your mental health is worse, despite your actions." Mio told Ringo. "You're been troubled inside since day 4 of CXA's case with the Anti-Life."
"Why are you insisting on revealing dark secrets?!" Ringo lashed out, spilling Puyo pop onto team Ouroboros.
"Because the circle of trust. We trust each other." Ghondor shrugs the Puyo's remains off. "We have to trust each other, and that make it easier to unite and bring a stop to the threats the likes of CXA faces."
-*sigh* "It would be so depressing to hear the story, but fine..." Ringo conceded.
-*flashback to day 3*
It was a normal day for the Puyo users. After a few Puyo battles, Ringo, Arle Nadja and young magic Amitie parted ways again and went back to their worlds. And then... because of the Shattering 2 days prior, the skies went blood red. Ringo finally noticed when she got back to Suzuran.
"Ringo!!! The sky is red!!!" A frightened Maguro Sasaki (佐々木まぐろ), a friend and fellow of Physics Club, also noticed the change.
Technical: Sorry... due to technical limitations, Maguro's words failed to get the star at the end of his sentences. You can think the star there though, especially if you're a Puyo Puyo fan. So...
"Exactly!" Ringo get shocked also. "This is even less logical than normal!!!"
"Looks like the sky is falling! The sky falling down! The sky falling down!" Risukuma (りすくませんぱい) panicked as well. "No science can explain this kind of... anomaly!!!"
"What're were gonna do!?" The three screamed.
Then then sky reverted back, much to the three's surprise.
"What?"
The sky also referred as well on the other sides.
"Phew! The sky's back!" Arle relieved.
"Whew! I thought Primp Town is in danger!" Amitie pleasantly exasperated.
"Weird. Never seen that phenomenon before." Maguro shrugged.
"Exactly. Or maybe, we're just hallucinating." Risukuma as well.
"Heh... Guys, let's just head back-" Then Ringo got interrupted by...
"No. You've seen that before." Argimed's voice. "But due to all the retcons that took place since my demise, you've forgotten thr whole thing."
"What?" Ringo is confused. "Who?"
Then suddenly, the three is teleported to Aokigahara, the Suicide Forest. There, they're greeted by...
"Long time no see, spanners in my works!" Argimed jumpscared the three.
"AAAHHHHH!!!" The three frightened.
"Remember me, who destroyed Hypertime? Massive time crashes across the entire omniverse, to say the least, but you and those CXA shits interfered!?" Argimed revealed his original tenure. "Thanks to the blessin' Order and the glorious X-Alliance, I AM BACK!!!"
"And there's us, the ultimate Pneuma and Logos." The clone duo as well.
"Who are you two!?" Ringo have no idea of who N and M really are. "And you... wait..."
"Dropping Puyos to the Zero Point, you killed me and helped saving the accursed CXA. You fucking chimp!" Argimed accused Ringo. "Don't you know what CXA has done to me to deserve the destruction of Hypertime?!"
Ringo, being reminded of her and Ecolo defeating the monster, struggled to answer.
"Oh no!"/"厳しいぃー!" Maguro panicked.
"I will wait. You kill those two fodders. In front of that girl." Argimed called.
"We won't!" The three quickly drew their powers and went Puyo Puyo! "Puyo go!"/"ぷよ勝負!"
"We don't need Puyos to fight. But we need... the end."
The other three shrugged off thr Garbage Puyos, with N even going as far as to slice off them on way with Another Monado. Three rushed against the three, and...
"Girl, get lost!" Argimed smacked Ringo down.
N knocks the helmet off Risukuma, revealing a horribly burnt face of a guy, he got from the lab accident that turned him into the 'bear' that Ringo has known as.
"Risu-senpai!!!" Ringo is horrified at the case.
"No!!! You dare insult me!!!" Risukuma threw a beaker of his to N's face (at point blank!) as a retaliation.
But N tanked the explosion, much to Risukuma's horror.
"I've been trained to resist such shitty... liquids." N mocked Risukuma.
"Help! Help me!" Maguro is grabbed on his bangs by M, revealing his beautiful eyes - now expressing fear upon the verge of death.
"Maguro! No!!!" Ringo tried to rush, but is grabbed on the neck.
"See both of your pals lose their heads!" Argimed laughed like evil. "After that, you have to surrender!"
"Risu! Maguro! No!" Ringo reached out in vain.
"Sorry, Ringo..." Risukuma cried.
The clone duo then decapitated the two friends in front of Ringo, with their own blades. And Argimed forced the girl to watch the death of her clubmates.
"It's better to look at the literal death of your club, academic bitch!" Argimed mocked Ringo. "You may resist and rebel all you want your... impressive calcs and powers, but it's all futile. Project Mobius is the solution. And you're only a part of the problem. And you may not even know it, bitch!" *evil laugh*
All this broke Ringo. Seriously. As the evils laughed, the girl is so traumatized and horrified... so much so, cue a loud, inarticulate scream of anger and grief at Maguro's and Risukuma's death.
"AAARGH!!!" Argimed is electrocuted by Ringo and is knocked out.
Enraged and depressed, Ringo immediately grabbed her book and spelled to the testicles of the clone duo, thus attacking the groins (literally without even touching) and pain-ing the two.
"You bitch!" N screamed. "Fuck you!!!"
N tried to slash Ringo off, but she managed to block his hand, preventing the Another Monado from going any further than her skin. The girl then knocked the blade off and twisted N's neck, rendering him unconscious.
"Noah!!!" M tried to get up, but is shot by Ringo.
"YOU MONSTERS!!!" Ringo then whacked M with the calculations (Permutation/Calculus).
Then Ringo quickly beat M down and then just as quickly, snapped her neck, rendering the false Pneuma unconscious as well.
"You..." Argimed recovered. "Calculus bitch..."
The monster got up, only for him to be suddenly stabbed by Ringo, who rushed and stole the Another Monado. From the back!
"Not again!!!" Argimed noticed the damage. "That bitch- AAARGH!"
Broken Ringo then repeatedly and continually stabbed Argimed before the latter get the actual chance to turn around. Then a minute of that later, she threw the blade and then steps back, dumping a ton of Garbage Puyos to the three evil Realitiers.
-*sobs* "It's done..." Ringo slumps down in despair. "I'm lost."
A little while later, Ringo prepped a rope and prepared to hang herself.
"It's over. I'm sick of this joke." Ringo lost all hope. "If there's no longer anything to offer but suffering, so be it. So I'm hanging up, literally. May Ecolo avenge us all..." *hangs*
Hearing Ringo's words from afar, Ecolo quickly arrived to the scene, and is exasperated at the sight of Maguro's and Risukuma's lifeless corpses.
"Oh no!" Ecolo grabs the heads. "They're... dead. Well, what else?"
Ecolo drops the head and arrived at the hanging, where Ringo hanged herself, just died.
"Ringo!"/"りんごちゃん!" Ecolo is surprised. "Pft!" *giggles* "Unbelievable!"
Taking the body of Ringo, and reanimating the whole, Ecolo finally got to possess the girl. It's been a few cosmic resets since such possession last happened in proper.
"He he, heh... oh Ringo!"/"ふふふへ…りんごちゃんよ〜!" Ecolo as Possessed Ringo. "I can't believe you finally let me have your body!" *giggles* "Humans are so simple... Just have them trust me, no matter their response... and boom, we're friends. They then accept me, cling to me, see me, know me... and eventually, they calls me when they need it. finally, they ultimately get dependent or devoted, whether they admit it or not... and in the end, dear Ringo even ended her own life."
Possessed Ringo heads back up Suzuran district, and seized Ringo's old magical girl outfit as a limiter, because Ringo just have so much potential as a host.
-*flashback ends*
"And the possession revived me, and I'm... still broken." Ringo bowed down in embarrassment. "I had to keep myself and act normal to all my friends, keeping away the fact that I became broken... both physically and mentally. I'm technically an undead, always on verge of actual psychosis, both things that I'm too scared about. Ever."
"Those two... Pneuma and Logos?" Noah realized. "Wait... those two... the same persons who stole Carmen's neural!?"
"Argimed too. Wait..." Arle overheard it all. "Ringo is broken by that monster, and he previously destroyed Hypertime?!"
"Maguro and Risukuma dead?!"/"まぐろとりすくまが死亡!?" Amitie as well.
"Marle and Squares are still missing. So the days must be..." Lilith added-
"Depressing. I have been acting as normal, but deep inside... I'm not the same person anymore." Ringo turns down.
"Stealing the essence, and forcing an innocent schoolgirl to watch her friends get killed? Damn, that's snuffing brutal." Lanz is frustrated.
"Yeah! That sparking monster don't even deserve Retconnian-" Then Eunie received a signal.
"Huh? Mimi, check that signal." Sena noticed. "It's trying to contact us."
"Us Ouroboros here." Taion called. "What can we help with?"
"Another Ouroboros has been identified. These are eight peoples." It was Yu Narukami, the leader of the Investigation Team. "Matthew Vandham, Na'el Doyle, Glimmer Rhodes, Nikol Ortiz, Panacea Reid, Linka Cassini, and of course... future Shulk and future Rex."/"マシュー・ヴァンダム、ナエル・ドイル、カギロイ・ローディス、ニコル・オーツ、パナセア・リード、リンカ・カシィ、そしてもちろん...未来のシュルクと未来のレックス"
"Uh... how long have we last seen them?" The modern Ouroboros thought about it.
But Ghondor (Ouroboros) immediately teared up at hearing the names. "Matthew... Na'el... It's been so long..."
"Uh, let's see... we briefly met each other with other parties, and then suddenly got into that Mobius theatre, and then... we literally parted ways without any control." Taion thought about the past meeting.
"My grandchild! They're still alive!" Ghondor exclaimed and heartwarming.
"Us? Our future selves!?" Shulk and Rex are surprised.
Team Lost Number is rifted to the place alongside Yu. Ghondor then immediately hugged Matthew and Na'el together.
"Wait... so this is the grandfather... Grandfather Ouroboros!" Yu noticed Ghondor.
"I missed you..." *sobs* "I missed you so much..." Ghondor admitted. "I remembered what was my original life, but... everyone disappeared! But recently I found my parents... your family... now I finally got back... You're still going strong!"
"Grandad!" Matthew reciprocated! "Finally! Getting to properly interact! After so many eras!"
Na'el as well, and she cried in care after so much has happened, both in Aionios and out.
"Us?" The duo in front of their future shelves.
"Wow. I'm quite shocked." Future Shulk commented. "I never expected to see my past walking around."
"I look so... big." Rex looks up to get the height of his future self, surprised that he may be a father (Future Rex is!).
"It's me, from Alrest, see myself from Aionios as... a father?" Future Rex chuckled.
"You look like me as our ascended form with the other me inside." Pyra (ホムラ) checked Glimmer.
"Well... Turns out our dear Noah wanted to get Mio back and save Aionios, so he joined the Mobius. But then their griefs became part of the modern Ouroboros, and these actually ended the Z altogether. That, and you... ended... A..." Ghondor telling about Ouroboros.
"Alpha." Na'el replied. "So Matthew's hope paid off. But then, just after a brief reunion, something happened. That Mobius returned somehow, and after a brief confrontational fight, me, Matthew and our co... got into a multiversal prison. Not allowed to use our powers."
"Well, it's a long story..." Matthew admitted.
"Are these the Founders?" The modern Ouroboros realized.
"You saw their statues in the City, didn't you?" Yu told the modern Ouroboros.
"Great! At least we've gathered. Time to-" Glimmer concluded-
"Wait! We need to tell what happened!" Nikol called out.
"Ok then..." Matthew then proceeded.
The Founders from the Lost Numbers told the entire story of O.R.A.C. from their perspective, from the brief reunion turned Mobius confrontation, to the Founders' stuck in the Beach's prison with power use forbidden, and... To be continued...
