Sup guys? Lighting wolf here, back for another story, this one about Naruto. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto and a few others do.
Karin wasn't a person who usually liked people. it wasn't their fault, but while she wasn't a rude person? She was not a people person.
She usually traveled the woods, helping a person here and a person there. It made everything a lot more peaceful, and allowed her to get some rest.
"Ow…" She blinked, that wasn't someone who usually lived around here.
She turned and slowly headed off before heading off into the woods.
"I cannot believe this…" Karin leapt from branch to branch and sighed.
She couldn't believe that she was hunting down a person rather than letting a medical ninja look for someone… then she remembered that she was a medical ninja for her team.
All of her teammates were doing their old thing and she perfectly remembered the fact that Seigetsu never missed a chance to get under her skin. Yes, lets mess with someone who wasn't married and yet made it clear that was happy as the midwife, how bad it was to be unmarried.
"Ow…" the figure continued to complain, yes, that was the best logic… to wine and complain.
God, Karin needed more friends besides just Sakura. she always tended to think of topics to keep her mind off her own feelings.
"I'm coming…" She stated and leapt down to blink in surprise and look at the person.
He had an arrow lodged in his stomach. His clearly green robe was stained red by the object. It was clear that he wasn't stupid enough to pull it out of his stomach and cause bleeding which would kill him.
"Ow… also? I'd say ow if I didn't have an arrow lodged inside my stomach… cowardly ronin, didn't even have the guts to finish me off after I chased him off." He stated, Karin glared at him.
She could stomach sarcasm; it was a better alternative when it came down to seeing someone scream and panic over getting hurt.
"Doesn't mean you need to keep calling me… A ronin? What's a samurai doing this way?" Karin studied the object in question.
The arrow did look like a samurai model. How did Karin know? because she had talked with other people from all over Fire Country… Orochimaru also helped considering he knew almost just about everything in the world.
He hummed, looking at the glasses clad woman as she pulled up her arm, she was glad all the marks from before had faded… something about her healing factor or something related to her ancestry.
"Uh…" The man didn't know that she was doing as she moved her arm in front of his face.
"Bite." He looked at her before she went to pull the arrow out.
"You absorb my charka, you idiot, you don't want to bleed to death? Bite down on my arm or you're going to be in more pain." Karin stated, the man sighed and looked at her with nothing short of amusement.
"You want to start screaming?" She asked, not seeming to care if he was fatally injured.
The man sighed and bit down on her skin before she grunted in pain and ripped out the arrow slowly.
He hissed in pain, running his fingers over the bark next to him, he bit his tongue, only stopping himself from not lopping his tongue off by luck.
"Damn it!" He looked down at the wound, seeing it was starting to heal, he blinked in shock.
He looked at it, then at Karin who looked over the arrow before breaking it and throwing it into the woods.
Karin started to walk away, the man slowly stood up before Karin sighed, turning to look at the idiot who she had just started to heal.
"You know you're going to reopen that wound again if you keep moving, right?" Karin asked, the man sighed and slowly stood up before he hummed and struggled over towards her.
He grunted and held in his blood; he rolled his eyes as she scoffed at the fact the he was going to get himself killed for…. What? to thank him? she had to endure the pain of him ripping into her skin.
She cursed Orochimaru as the man blinked and looked at her.
"I'm Souta… who are you?" he asked as Karin blinked and stared at him.

Phew, first chapter done! I want to point out that this story isn't going to be that important. Next chapter will be in a few weeks and will show Souta and Karin talking. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
