I feel like I'm in a blissful pink cloud when I return to my world. I have friends now. Marinette and Cat Noir and Claw who is Adrien. My cheeks go a bit pink as I think about him. He's the one I want to get to know even better, even more then the girls at school. Is it shyness that holds me back from making friends, or at least trying?

Poof! I sigh, as I knead the bread dough a little to hard and a puff of flour clouds my face. Oh, where is a wet cloth? I hear a giggle and look up, a little gasp catching in my throat. Adrien is here.

"Hey, Marinette. What did you do to make the bread flour so angry at you?" "I kneaded it with my claws," I joke back. He smiles at me. "I've been wanting to come see your bakery and you. Do you a have break coming up?" "Don't worry, I set my own rules. Let me make us a snack, and we can head out to the back patio."

I let Adrien wander around while I place a few pastries on a tray making sure I have a decent variety. "Adrien?" Oh, why is my voice all high pitched and squeaky? "If you carry the drinks out, I'd really appericate it." Adrien does so, and I follow him out into the fresh air.

"So, what would you like to know about me, other then I'm a Cockroach?" I joke, referring to his special name for me. "I thought you went by Ladybug now." "Yeah, and what are you going by? Floofy Mane Guy?" "Still working on it." "Right. Facts about me. I love sewing, and painting, and designing. One day, I want to be a famous designer. But there are times….." My voice trails off as I look into his green eyes, losing myself in their depths. "I wonder if Paris is where I'll put down my roots forever, or if I'm going to fly the nest." "Wherever you go, I'll follow you," he whispers. I burst into giggles, letting out a embarrassing snort. "What cheesy rom-com have you been watching?" "A few. Cat gave me a list." "Would you, um…." my tongue grows dry. "Would you like to see one together?" "I'd like that very much, Marinette."

"What's that?" I ask, as Adrien takes out a heavy book called "How To Make Friends." "Can you keep a secret?" he lowers his voice and I lean forward. "Let me guess. You like catnip mice." "Marinette!" "Okay, sorry." He winks at me and my heart melts. "Yes, but I'm trying to make friends. Its not that easy." I nearly choke on my pastry. "But you so cool!" "Being cool is one thing, but when you've never been to school its quite another." "Your my only friend here, Adrien. I may seem bold and confident behind the mask, but I'm just as shy as you."

"I think starting with the movie would be a good start." "Want to watch it now?" Adrien nods, and we get up.

"Marinette?" I lean back against the wall, and Adrien is close. "Yes?" He doesn't say anything for a moment, just strokes my pink stripe in my hair. "So lovely," he mutters. "I'd like to kiss you if that's okay." I nod.

Soft, warm, gentle. Ah, I love this cloud of bliss. And what's more, I have a crush on Adrien Agreste.
