After lincoln finished class he headed to a nearby forest where he met up with Custos he had a saddle and a few bags in the side everything he and percy would need for camp he quickly climbed on and held tight Custos ran off at speeds that would put a jet to shame in only a few minutes he had left Michigan in the dust and made his way to long island. When Custos came to Lincoln could feel something was off. The smell of the air was off.

Lincoln headed into the camp and headed towards the cabins; it was mostly abandoned. Lincoln could hear the sounds of a group of kids eating from the dining pavilion so Lincoln dropped his stuff at his mother's cabin and headed towards the pavilion. Lincoln noticed an old man in the trash bins next to the cabin.

"Diogenes, what are you doing here," Lincoln asked.

It had been a few weeks since Lincoln had seen so it was a surprise she was here.

"My shitstain mom is forcing me to work as head of security here," he explained, taking out a half-eaten protein bar and taking a bite.

"Of course, you're a demigod who's your mom," he asked.

"Dionysus, look kid I like ya so I'm going to give a heads up this place has gone to hades Chiron got fired so did that sad sack with a bunch of eyes and Mr.D diced to higher me and Tantalus as replacements Thalia's tree got poisoned and we got two unexpected guests man you and you're brother can't help but get into trouble," He explained.

"Hey I just got here I have done nothing," Lincoln argued when he heard a thud.

Turning Lincoln couldn't help but facepalm sneaking out of one of the bags was Lucy who looked like she had been caught with her hand in the cookie jar.

"Lucy what the heck," Lincoln asked

"Well Mena said that I could learn more magic here than if I stayed home," She explained.

"Damet ok look well call Mom after dinner and will talk to Mr. D about it so come on," Lincoln said heading to the pavilion.

Lincoln didn't think anything else would him today but walking it to the pavilion to see a cyclops with a glowing sea green trident on his head at the head table Lincoln took the chance he sat at his table pulling lucy along with him throughout the rest of the meal no one noticed Lincoln did they notice lucy except percy who at one point came to the table to tell them how his last day of school went and what had happened.

Lincoln and Percy looked at each other and had a mental conversation

Lincoln sat down next to Lucy at the Apollo cabin, since he was Apollo's grandson he was allowed to eat at the table but enjoyed the solitude of Artimisses.

"Good hay since wheel be staying with you. Do you think you could keep an eye on Lucy and teach her some of the healing Magic," Lincoln asked.

"uh sure but I don't know if they'll be spending much time thair bringing back the chariot races and most of the cabins are really excited about that," Will explained.

"Oh sounds fun but what's the big deal," Lincoln asked.

"Golden laurels and the winners get no chores for a month," Will explained.

Now that sounded interesting,

"Hay does it have to be pulled by horses or can anything pull it,"

"can be anything except centaurs," he explained.

Lincoln already had plans.

"Is it restricted by the cabin or can anyone team up," Lucy asked.

"That's his scheming face and I would rather win than lose so I think I'll team up with him," she smiled.

After the call with their mom and dad, it had been decided to let her stay so they were now working on their chariot. It was not impressive, completely made of wood, or looked more like. Dogs sled with wheels then a chariot they were also building in the open causing some to think they were going for speed over anything else.

Lucy tossed it over Lincoln was about to go under the chariot when he heard someone crying. Taking a look he found Tyson hiding behind a shed.

"what happened?

"The mean ones are making fun of Percy 'cause he's my big brother," he said pointing to the Aries cabin.

"oh well that's just horrible hay you know what I got to keep working on the chariot but why don't you and lucy go get some ice cream from the camp store," Lincoln said taking out a few drachma.

Once the two left Lincoln grabbed his sword and headed to the area cabin. Now most people outside of the area cabin didn't know the way through the land mines because they were constantly adding but linchpin had a way through he simply asked a squirrel. Walking up to the door he simply knocked. The door was owned by one of the older Ares boys; he stood 2 heads above him.

"Hi, I need to talk to you and your siblings so could you let me in," Lincoln asked.

The guy just chuckled so Lincoln responded by jumping up and blaming his own forehead into the other causing him to fall over stepping over the boy he walked in and smiled as a majority of the campers looked at him with a mix of shock and hate.

"I'm sorry to bother you but ya see you made Tyson cry now he's not my brother by blood but I still consider him such so if it's not too much trouble would you apologize to him and percy," Lincoln asked.

One of the campers looking like the first of he had a steroid addiction picked up a mace and approached him. In a flash, Lincoln drew Astira and shot him in the head with a stun shot.

"Well that's all I had to say thanks for hearing me out," Lincoln chuckled as he left.
