Days were passing on its own speed. Abhijeet and Daya totally indulged themselves in bureau, cases, file work, meetings and taking care of Acp Pradyuman. Additionally there was Dcp Chitrole coming to bureau every now and then to make their lives more difficult. Team was working with it's own speed. Abhijeet and Dr. Salunkhe's encounters are less then earlier as Abhijeet has completely stopped counter attacking and backed out himself. A month has passed and now DOU are desperately waiting for Acp sir to open his eyes. The workload in bureau is much less these days so either Abhijeet or Daya stays with Acp sir whole day. They do not leave him alone for even one moment.

One day Abhijeet was working on a case with team while Daya was there with Acp sir, when Abhijeet got a call –

Hello!

He heard something and immediately stood up from the desk he was sitting on and ordered Rajat – Rajat ye case tum lead kro. Main aata hun.

Saying so, he left from there in hurry. He just ran his car to home and entered inside. He went to Acp sir's room and what he saw made his eyes teary.

Finally after a long wait of an year, Acp opened his eyes. Daya was holding his hands and his eyes were teary with happiness. Abhijeet just couldn't believe his eyes and kept standing there. Daya came to him and hugged him tightly and gave him assurance that what he is seeing is not a dream. He patted Abhijeet's back to assure him that Acp has actually opened his eyes. Acp was looking at them with smile on his face. They separated after a moment and Abhijeet went towards Acp and held his hands in his hands while Acp too pressed his hand a little to assure him that now he is with him. Abhijeet couldn't say anything but feeling the grip of Acp's hand, he closed his eyes while holding his hand and sitting on floor and let his tears fall. Daya too sat beside him and put his arm around his shoulder while holding Abhijeet and Acp's hand with his other hand. Father – son Trio are unable to say anything but making sure for each other that they are together now to fight any battle coming there way.

After a while, they heard a click sound and looked at the direction of sound, they found Dr. Ashutosh standing there who clicked their picture who said –

Ab itna acha moment miss nhi kr skta tha na.

He came there for check up and Dou stood aside.

Ashutosh (to Acp sir) – Sir aap theek h?

Acp replied (week tone) – Han.

Hearing Acp's meek yet firm voice, made DOU more happy.

Dr. Ashutosh – Good. Kahin pain ho rha h aapko.

Acp Pradyuman – Nhi.

Dr. Ashutosh looked at Daya who too looked at him in little tension while Abhijeet was confused with this. He was about to ask when Ashutosh asked another query which made Abhijeet shocked and Daya held his hand to stop him.

Dr. Ashutosh – Aap in dono ko jante h?

Acp Pradyuman (replied in confusion) – Abhijeet aur Daya!

Dr. Ashutosh (politely) – aapko yaad h kya hua tha?

Acp Pradyuman – Mission pr… building se niche gira tha main.

Ashutosh and Daya sighed in relief while leaving Abhijeet's hand. Ashutosh again said –

Don't worry sir. Main aapka check up kr rha hun. Aapko sir pe gehri chot aayi thi na bs isliye ye sb pooch rha hun.

Acp nodded. Ashutosh filled an injection and and injected in Acp's drip bag. He slept within few minutes. Meanwhile he completed the checkup and asked Abhijeet and Daya to follow him through eyes only. They came upstairs and Ashutosh sighed in relief and laughed a little. Daya too took a long deep and faired his hand on his forehead (like he do when he is relieved) While Abhijeet was totally confused with all this when Ashutosh said – jiska dar tha voh nhi hua…shukr h bhagwaan ka!

Abhijeet (irritated voice) – Kya nhi hua? Tum dono kyai share baazi kr rhe ho tbse.

Daya (looked at Ashutosh then again looked at him and said) – Abhijeet… sb theek h sach!

Abhijeet – pr ye chl kya rha h?

Ashutosh (looked at him and said) – hme dar tha k Acp sir apni yadasht kho denge.

Abhijeet (shocked) – WHAT!

Daya – han Abhijeet… pr esa kuch nhi hua.

Abhijeet (angry voice) – Aur tum mujhe ab bta rhe ho?

Daya (straight tone) – kyu…tumne pehle din hi sb bta diya mujhe?

Abhijeet got his meaning and looked away. Daya closed his eyes for a moment and said – Abhijeet hum log tumhe aur pareshaan nhi krna chahte the…bs aur kuch nhi. Main tumhe aur tootte hue nhi dekh skta tha yar.

Abhijeet looked at him and nodded with smile. Ashutosh joined – Hum log Daya ko bhi nhi btane wale the usne bs sun liya tha jb main aur Dr. Umesh baat kr rhe the.

Abhijeet – han is kaam se mein inka jawaab nhi.

Daya smiled shyly while Abhijeet and Ashutosh laughed. They sat down on couch with coffee and started discussing further treatment of Acp sir.

Abhijeet – Acp sir kb tkk bureau aa payenge Ashutosh.

Ashutosh – abhi toh 1 mhina aur lgega Abhijeet. Itne lambe time se voh come mein h toh 1 hafta toh unhe theek se bolne mein lgega. Physiotherapy start krwa ke acha kiya tumne Daya. Muscles jldi relax honge toh jldi chlne firne lgenge. I think 1 mahine mein voh bureau ka chakkr toh lga hi lenge.

Hearing this Abhijeet got anxious for a moment but relaxed himself immediately or pretended to relax. Daya got a call so he excused himself and Dr. Ashutosh asked –

Tum ye soch rhe ho k team kaise react kregi Acp sir ko dekh kr

Abhijeet nodded. Ashutosh continued – Abhijeet itni jldi mt socho kuch bhi. Of course sb log khush honge.

Abhijeet – I know Ashu… isse badi Khushi ki baat kya ho skti h unke liye. Pr sb log naraaz toh honge hi. Itne waqt tkk humne sb kuch chupa ke rkha h

Ashutosh – For God sake kabhi toh apne bare mein socha kro Abhijeet. Unhe tum pr hr haal mein gussa hi krna h. Us waqt tumne sb kuch kaise smbhala h ye kisi ne socha. Tumne kuch galat nhi kiya h ye yaad rkho.

Abhijeet (firm voice) – main janta hun maine kuch bhi galat nhi kiya h.

Ashutosh got confused with the tone and asked – kya matlab…kya chupa rhe ho tum mujhse.

Abhijeet (lied) – kuch nhi chupa rha hun yr… (with a smile on his face ) – Thanks yr…tune Acp sir ki hi nhi meri bhi jaan bchali. Tu mere sath nhi hota toh pta nhi kya hota.

Ashutosh – pehli baat toh ye meri duty h yr. aur dosri baat tu mere bachpan ka dost h. mujhe pta h teri Khushi kisme h. Teri Khushi ke liye toh jaan bhi hazir h.

Abhijeet nodded and started thinking – I am sorry yr. maine tere career ko bhi khtre mein daal diya h. pr kuch bhi ho jaye main tum pr aanch bhi nhi aane dunga.

Ashutosh (still suspicious) – Abhijeet… I am telling you agr mujhe pta chla k tum kuch chupa rhe ho… you will have it from me Mr.

Daya appeared there and said – Ek aur case aagya h Abhijeet. Bureau jana hoga.

Ashutosh – Tum log jao. Meri chutti h toh main yahan rukta hun.

Abhijeet – Theek h. Koshish krte h k hum mein se koi ek jldi aa jaye.

They both left to fulfil their duty while Ashutosh stayed back.
