Drew: [furious, after he gets back] ANGELICA DID WHAT?!

Didi: [angry] That's right. She destroyed Tommy's favorite lamp, Mr. Fluffles which Stu made for him

Betty: [cross] We heard the whole thing from Angelica (holds up a tape recorder and plays it for Drew to hear)

Angelica's Voice: [on tape recorder] That's right, I did it. And I'd break it again if I had the chance...you know what? There's nothing you babies can do because you can't talk! Haha Haha! I did it, I did it, I did it!

Drew: So you wanna run around breaking lamps young lady?

Angelica: but i didn't mean to daddy honest.

Drew: that's not what Didi and Betty told me. Now I'm gonna break your little bottom. And there will be no desserts or sweets or toys or TV for a month and your gonna give your cousin a sincere apology. Your mother will talk to you about this when she gets home.

(To Didi) I am very sorry that this happened, Didi.: I can pay to replace the lamp.

Didi. That's very nice of you drew thank you so much. I'll talk to Stu and set the arrangements. Now i suggest you take your daughter home while you and Charlotte talk about a severe punishment for Angelica

Drew: Again, I am very sorry that happened. (sternly) Now, what do you say, Angelica?

Angelica: Sorry, Aunt Didi. I'm sorry, Tommy.

Drew: good. Didi, Betty. You ladies have a great Day I'll be in touch with Stu.

"Drew and Angelica are in the car. Now young lady you're going to your room and your gonna stay there until mommy and i discuss your punishment. You understand me?

(Meanwhile)

Drew pulls up to the house. Drew: Now get to your room young lady.

Angelica "But daddy"

Drew: "angry gritting teeth" NOW!

Charlotte comes into the house. Hi Drew dear" how are you.?

Drew: Not good sweetheart there was a problem today over at Didi and Stu's house.

Charlotte: what happened? She looks around. Where's my angel?

Drew that's what i wanna talk to you about our little "angel"

"Drew is talking to Charlotte about what happened and Charlotte is furious

meanwhile upstairs angelica is scared about her punishment 5 minutes later Drew calls her to come downstairs"

Drew: Angelica come down here.

"She comes downstairs putting on her innocent sweet act."

Angelica: (smiles sweetly) yes daddy.

Drew: your mother and i discussed this and we come to a decision.

Charlotte: first off your father is gonna pay stu for a new lamp and you are gonna give a sincere heartfelt apology to your cousin and to aunt didi. Also there will be no new toys and no sweets of any kind for a month and no tv or nothing until further notice.

Angelica: but that's not fair.

Drew: you heard what mommy said young lady. It wasn't fair to Tommy that his favorite lamp broke because of you.

"Angelica proceeds to throw a tantrum and cry.

Charlotte: you can cry and kick and scream all you please but our minds are made up and this punishment is gonna stick and if you keep it up we're gonna spank you do you understand?

Angelica: yes mommy and daddy.

Drew: Now go to your room!
