Hey guys. It's been a long while huh? Long story short, fanfiction went cuckoo for cocoa puffs, ever since my computer died, and I am struggling to save up money to get a new desktop. Well FF decided that, apparently I can't exactly access the desktop site on mobile all the time. Until recently. So Fingers crossed, I will keep trying to save up money for a new desktop computer, and hope to god those are the only issues I have to worry about. In the meantime I might start looking at publishing on Archive on Our Own, maybe Space Battles one day. Granted XD that would require me to take the time to actually figure out how those sites work. So as for what I am gonna do in the meantime? Well.
Honestly, maybe it was because I spent far too much time on Reddit, yes cringe I know, especially because I interacted with folks on there too much. Learned my lesson mind you. But regardless, it killed a lot of motivation I had for RWBY at points, because well, critics do have a bit of an earned reputation in how much they depise the show and certain parts of it. Which fair enough mind you, the show isn't perfect, and I would be a liar if I would say I can count it as a good show. But the sheer hatred on display at times, or the outright pretension that characters like Ruby Rose never could've been a good character, that sort of garbage, yet I met a lot of Jaune stans who pretend he never did anything wrong. Which I can understand sympathy, but the sheer blindess is weird to me. Especially when they have no hesitation in tearing down every single other character.
In short it kinda killed my motivation, but I also have some crazyness left over. So I am gonna do some little oneshots for a while, and hopefully build my love of RWBY back up. I would appreciate any commentary you guys can provide XD. As for my other stories, ughhhh I know I should XD but building up motivation is harder than it looks. Plus I keep worrying I am not the best writer at all. So yeah following this announcement I will work on some RWBY AU batshit crazy one shots, might throw in some NFG from time to time for fun.
