In Ebisu Town there is a legend of a spirit of a young girl, named Toko-San who haunts school toilets.
The details of Toko physical appearance are, she is a little girl with a large head and black eyes, has relatively short pink hair that slopes down into points at the sides. She always has a big grin on her face. She wears a red kimono with a purple obi with blush-pink dots around the waist and tied with a small, yellow bow.
The details of Toko-San's origins also vary depending on the account; in some versions, Toko-San was a child who was murdered by a corrupt Shogun in a school bathroom; in other versions, she was a girl who was killed by bullies in the school toilet; in other versions, she was a child who lived during a War in Wano a long time ago and was killed in a crossfire while hiding in a bathroom stalls during a game of hide-and-seek.
To summon Toko-San, it is often said that individuals must enter a girls' bathroom (usually on the third stall), pierce your fingers with a sharp object, then smother your blood in front of the door stall, let it dry, then knock three times on the door, and ask if Toko-San is present. If Toko-San is there, she will replied with laughter.
There is a story, where a girl named Takao, did the Toko-San summoning, after hearing her laughter, Takao witness the appearance of a ghostly bloody hand, the hand of Toko-San herself, and pull Takao into the toilet, which lead to Hell.
In another story that involes a girl name Chihaya who summon Toko-San, after hearing her laughter she was then eaten by a three-headed lizard who claims to Chihaya was invading Toko-San's privacy.
The legends about Toko-San have achieved some popularity in Ebisu Town, where many children would challenge anyone to try to summon Toko-San. Most of the time they chicken out.
