Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Kipo. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I do not own Kipo, Hasbro and a few others do.

The key to understanding a beast was to find a weakness, a method in which it hunted and which it was cut from… All of it seemed to be something that the lab knew.

Within the tank was a mismatched form, one which was human… Yes, but clearly in its way deformed, still barely human.

And to those tampering with its form? It was not, it was a thing, a weapon, a creation meant to cause pain, to cause some amount of suffering… And yet? It had been something chaotic, something about it all seemed to be making her too chaotic to adore it all for now, too interested in what was to come down the road at the end of the day.

This was a lot more amusing than they had envisioned… And yet the beast within the tank still grew restless… A filthy mixture of Half Mute and human slammed together.

Kipo? That annoying little creature who wanted to make FRIENDS with the Mutes? No, they would be shredded, too easily and too interested in something that would collapse into nothing.

That was more than enough to go around.

(On the surface)

Kipo struggled to do more than relax, to climb the stone she was atop. The girl was not remotely tired, she was athletic enough to keep going, and her new… Mute powers caused her no small amount of pain, something that was to be easily done yet.

It felt chaotic enough… There were a LOT of things she regretted like trying to deal with the fact that all of it seemed to be weird… Was dealing with Mega Mutes weird? She thought it was, that was one reason she had somewhat found it to be odder and odder.

There was just nothing else to see and do, something about it all seemed to consume her more and more with each little beat of breath she had for now.

She panted in exhaustion for a moment and then hummed before looking up at the ground, too interested in the stars above.

It hadn't been a usual thing for her to do this… But she did it anyway. She was curious, too interested in the stars above, space had always been a fascinating thing for Kipo, she liked to see the stars above her.

And yet? nobody else did, she didn't know them, didn't wish to relax, didn't wish to find joy in the same things. There was still disharmony, still chaos, still madness.

The world she lived in was full of bad people and Kipo knew plenty of them didn't want to be friends with her, too interested in the next move.

She felt something else going on for now and paused to keep thinking of what was to keep thinking for now, there was a lot more as she paused, sniffing the air.

There was just too much, far too much to see and to do…. And it was odd… Far too odd for her to deal with.

(Lab)

The half-mute surged, interested in something for now… It was a beast, an animal ready to snap off its chains. If it did so? The best it could do was paw at the inside of the cage, ready to snap, ready to hunt for now.

The scientists stepped back to let the beast slowly drop to the floor, half mutated and half human… Like the disgusting half-mute already up on the surface.

If nothing else? It would suffice… It did not require full transformation as they could guess that it would lose all semblance of control and reasoning and simply end up a bloodthirsty monster, ready to strike.

They would not allow it, for now, there was too much to stake on this one asset, however… So, it would be monitored and sent in as a last resort to try and deal with it for now… There was FAR too much to try and deal with for now.

This beast would get them what he wanted, he was a lot more to try and figure out something for now, too interested in what the next move would be… And the next move would cut it all to ribbons for now at the end.

Phew. The first chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be delayed, next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will be 900-6500 words and will show more of the half mute and set up what is going to happen next. The next chapter will also show off more of who the group is and what they want, until then, Lighting Wolf out!
