ONE DREAM
Even though Tucker and Sam had discovered that Technus was pushing Danny and Valerie closer together. Sam couldn't help but feel hurt as he watched Danny and Valerie look at each other like they were.
Even after Tucker went home, Sam decided to stick around and watch them for a while longer as she headed into the carnival and watched them come off the Ferris Wheel. She began to realise over these past couple of days that she was falling for her best friend, but it seemed like he liked Valerie more and was completely clueless to Sam's feelings for him.
Valerie continued to smile as she held Danny's hand.
"I think…..he's the guy for me." Valerie said in her head as they headed towards the pier.

Sam watched them from underneath the pier. She looked down at the water sadly and wished that Danny was with her at the moment.

Danny and Valerie then headed down at the beach and Sam continued to watch as he held Valerie's hand from behind her with a rock in both their hands and he was teacher her how to skip stones across the water.

Sam left for home and sat in her room. She pulled out one of her photo albums and smiled slightly at all her photos she had of her with Danny, all the way from when they first met as kids, to when they began high school.
For some reason, she still had some hope that maybe Danny will realise what his real feelings are and maybe, they were for her. She then began picturing herself with Danny and what it could be like.
SAM
I imagine what will be

Valerie sighed happily as she arrived home. She looked at the mini photos she took with Danny in the photo booth at the carnival. She smiled at the silly faces they made and felt her heart beating as she thought about him

Sam walked out on her room's balcony and looked up at the stars, thinking of the boy who had stolen her heart.
Valerie opened her bedroom window and looked up at the stars, thinking of the wonderful date she had with Danny.

With that, the two girls then went inside and headed for bed, one thinking that she might have a future with Danny Fenton and the other, wishing she could find the courage to tell him how she truly feels about him.
