Chapter 11: Phil
All of these characters belong to Hasbro. I own nothing
In a club in New Orleans, Louisiana, a man named Phil is playing a show with his band, "The Meisters". As he finishes his full set he walks off stage with the sound of applause behind him. As he puts his trumpet away his friend Ron walks up to him. "Hey Paul, another great show tonight huh!" Ron talks to him as Paul hoists his case over his shoulder and turns around to face him. "You know it! Hey remember I wont be here tomorrow due to my anniversary. Hopefully y'all actually learn how to play so I don't have to do all the hard work!" Paul teases and gets a small push on the shoulder as a response. "Yeah yeah! Keep telling yourself that Paul, I'll see you Sunday! Have a good time with Abigail!" Ron then leaves the room, leaving Paul alone. He finishes packing up and heads out of the club into the warm evening air. He heads towards his car and puts his case in the truck. He then quickly looks up and down the back street and makes sure he's alone before he disappears with a blue shutter to then reappear in his car and drive off, without his foot even on the pedal. In the evening New Orleans streets, a white and blue 1970's porsche is seen driving down the street with a red symbol on its hood that no one besides the car knows the meaning of.
Eventually in the far back of the town, the car pulls into the garage near his house. The door opens up and he drives in and it shuts behind him. The floor then opens up and an elevator brings him down a few dozen feet underground until he reaches a large underground base filled with poorly put together equipment and weapons scattered around the place with a large computer monitor secured in the back wall. Paul's form completely fades and hissing comes from the car. It then unfolds itself as feet sprout out from the back and it raises itself upwards before settling back into isnt standard mode. "Ahh! Love a great drive after a great music session!" Jazz states as he walks over to his workshop table and drags a large prototype cannon over to work on it. For an hour he works on his weapons while listening to his radio. He then got a quick text from his altmode's human phone and reads it. "Oh Abby is home!" His eyes then go dark and Paul appears in his living room, in front of him is his wife. "Hi Hun! How was the club?" Abby asks as she takes off her nurse's outfit and changes into a casual black top and sweatpants. "Fun as usual! Speaking of fun, I'm excited for tomorrow love." Paul then brushes his fingers through her long purple hair before she gently pushes him away. "Hey, hands to yourself for now! I'm too tired to flirt!" She then sits down on the couch and sighs before laying back. "Long day?" Paul ask's while sitting next to her. "Yeah, just another long day…" She leans into his shoulder and closes her eyes. Paul doesn't ask any further questions, he just sits with his wife.
After a few minutes of this a large alarm blasts throughout the house, snapping them both out of their relaxation, "Scrap! That's coming from the lab..sorry hun have to check it." Abby then nods and gets up and walks to a hidden elevator in the wall. "I'll meet you down there." She then descends as Paul disappears and Jazz wakes back up and walks to his monitor. A few minutes later Abigail is there and walks over to Jazz and jumps on his shoulder. "What is it?" After turning off the alarm and checking his status Jazz freezes "..oh my Primus…"
"What is love?" Abigail asks worriedly. "My message…it got through…t..the autobots are coming here! M…my people are alive…and they are coming here!"
