In the Meiji Period of Japan, around 1899, Japan was notorious for its crime and how its death and suicide rates were always reported to be the highest of any country on the planet Hold it, Japan began to be on the rise for all the reason it was known for, and it began to be known as "The Realm of Devils" by neighboring countries and continents. During the turning point of the century in 1899, the leaders of Japan founded an enormous amount of land and named it "Hononaikai" for Land with No Law.

This country, as stated before, was plentiful, larger than Japan itself. In an attempt to "purify itself" Japan built great prisons above and below ground all over the extension country, and began moving its criminals and outlaws of outstanding records to the country by the millions.Still gotta continue,

Over the course of sixty one years, this country was populated heavily, and eventually grew to have over 60,000,000 inhabitants.

As Hono-naikai grew to be more prosperous in heads, Japan made plans to turn the vision of its sibling country around, planning to retain the prisons and the overall idea of the"Land of No Law" concepts, but completely overhauling its structures by making everything a sort of "rehabilitative" type of hell.

Hono-naikai quickly grew to be extremely lucrative for Japan, bringing Hundreds of Millions, even Billions of Yen with the prisons, mental institutions, and nefarious, illegal and almost completely unknown profits annually.

Once Japan had begun the change to make it's sister nation more "appealing" to all onlookers, they had instituted housing all over.

Everything that Japan had, Hono-naikai would have. The younger country served its purpose as Japan's financial source extremely well, and blossomed into a place of cultures, schools, jobs, and all the more around the 1980s.

Hono-naikai was an official country, and it was recognized as such. But with the Age of Information quickly approaching, methods of discovery made it's way to the sister nation of Japan rather quickly after its "de-guile-ization".

It was discovered that as Hono-naikai was being "purified", there were numerous nefarious natures inside of the country, residents were treated poorly, murderers gained notoriety sheltered inside of the country, leaving its residents fearing for their lives every single second.

Obscene atrocities were committed against humanity every minute in Hono-naikai and Japan's central reason for trying to clean it's image was revealed on 1999 of October 10th.Everyone on the planet was outraged at the constant devilish activities that went on unnoticed for over a century, and civil wars broke out in protest to the millions of souls dying due to the negligence of Japan.

An infamous event in 2000 on Jan 2nd called the "Honoaikan Apology Conference" where Japans leaders made a global apology to the planet, swearing to make Hono-naikai a place to love for all those coming and all those living.

And so, for the next 4 years, Hono-naikai became an extremely strict country, that rivaled its still very much present crime in its only rising population. During these four years, Japan illegalized all forms of travel in and out of Hono-naikai in order to cut down on protesting and illegal prison transfers.

In the year 2004, Hono-naikai had been re-opened, and hundreds of millions of witnesses observed as Hono-naikai was evaluated.

This predicament founded the "Country Crime Evaluation Act", a mandatory observation of country health that was to take place every year on different days of the year for every country on the planet, and the evaluation was to last for 365 days time for each country respectively.

Japan was the first to be evaluated every year, on Jan 3rd it was evaluated and it was determined on that same day the next year that life was well in Hono-naikai, and that it was safe for tourists to come to the country for any reason.

This was celebrated by millions of people, but it took three years for tourism to really blossom in the country, out of fear that the country was still very much dangerous to anyone in it.

From 2008, the year labeled as the year for Hono-naikai, the country continued to evolve and expand itself from that moment on until the present year, 2022.

Even with the Age of Information fully taking itself into effect, Hono-naikai was completely capable of concealing the dangers and underlying hell of itself, even to those inside.

Organized Crime, Civil Wars, Terrorism, and Corruption within the political and economic infrastructures, Hundreds of things were as obvious as a black moon in our sky, but much, much more were hidden in plain sight.

In plain sight, behind the walls, under your beds, behind your mirrors, in each molecule that passes you by, in every crevice of the internet, in every dollar, and in the very masks of the demons and pretenders that you walk into everyday.

Hono-naikai is very much, now more than ever, hell on earth.
