DO NOT ENTER THE FOREST

Kagome was in a place filled in a darkness that could barely be called penumbra. It was a cold, desolate, oppressive room, to the point it seemed to be draining her joy. Before her, there was an astral projection, a spirit that looked diabolical, and that was drawing her on a piece of wood with such a detail, it could have been a photograph. Kagome wanted to look around, to search for someone, or for a way out; yet she could not move a muscle. So, she screamed with strident force, yearning that such a flash of sound may cut through the middle of such a place.
She felt like she was losing herself, that something of her was being taken, and she couldn't quite grasp what. In the midst of that despair of her mind, she remembered her friends, the object that they had found, and InuYasha.
