A/N: Bet you didn't expect this from me! That's right, I got interested in Luann, and by Luann I mean Tiffany, Ox and Dez. (And Shannon, when she isn't being a brat). I've had this story idea in my head for a while, I just haven't had time to write it. But I made a promise to myself that I would continue writing stories… eventually. This story takes place in the spring semester 2021 arc for two main reasons. One: nothing really happened with Tiffany for a while, so I won't have to change much from the canon, and two: I wanted to focus on the parts that did include Tiffany. (I will have stuff happen in between, obviously). I know it's late, but I've put too much time and thought into this story to just scrap it. Anyway, on with the show!

Breakfast at Tiffany's

Chapter 1: Beauty and the Geek

Tiffany Farrell smiled to herself as she left her Marketing class. 'One step closer to being a famous business mogul', she thought.

Next was her Macroeconomics class. It was just down the hall, thankfully.

Just as she was rounding the corner, she ran smack into another student! Papers from the both of them scattered to the floor!

"Oh my gosh! I am so sorry! Here, let me help… you…"

As she looked at the guy she bumped into, she realized he was the cutest boy she had ever seen (except for Kip, but, come on, he was taken). He was tall, with innocent brown eyes, neatly combed dark brown hair, and black rectangular-framed glasses (He was skinny and a little pale, but that was fine). He began picking up the dropped papers, oblivious to her staring at him.

"Thanks, but I think I got it." As he stood up to return the papers to her, he paused. "Um, this might be a bad time, but do you know how to get to room 117? I have a class there, but this is my first time in this building, and the layout is a little confusing. I got turned around, and thought I'd double back…"

Tiffany's eyes lit up in recognition. "I have a class there too! Intro to Macroeconomics."

"Right! So, could we walk there together and sit next to each other so we can sort our stuff out?"

Tiffany nodded. "Sounds like a plan."

Before they set off together, he reached his hand out. "Oh, I should probably introduce myself. Brian Resnick."

She took his hand, shaking it. "Tiffany Farrell. And before you ask, no I'm not like the Tiffany from that movie."

Brian blinked in confusion. "You mean Chucky's girlfriend from Bride of Chucky? I should hope not."

Tiffany shook her head. "No, from that movie Breakfast at Tiffany's. You know, the one where Audrey Hepburn is all, 'I can't function like a normal human, and that makes me quirky!'" she rolled her eyes. "Give me a break."

"Oh, you mean Holly Golightly."

Now it was Tiffany's turn to look confused. "She's not named Tiffany? Then why is it called Breakfast at Tiffany's?"

As they started to walk to class, Brian tried explaining it to her.

"I haven't seen it in a while, but I think it's because she has a coffee and donut while window shopping at the jewelry store Tiffany's."

"Huh. Is it important to the story?"

"No, but it happens at the beginning, so it's to set the scene, I guess."

"Okay."

Soon they arrived at the classroom. Tiffany spoke up.

"Oh, I get why you got confused. You take a right and it looks like a dead end. But the classroom's actually right here. I took a class or two here before, so I've been in your shoes."

Brian nodded. "Okay." He held the door open for her. "After you," he said, with a sweep of his arm.

"Thank you." She went inside, with him following.

They took two seats near the front of the room, and began sorting out the papers between them.

"Greek Mythology."

"That's mine." Tiffany said, taking it.

"Calculus 2. That's for me." Brian kept it.

"Marketing. That's yours." He passed it to her.

"Thanks."

With everything sorted, they decided to engage in small talk before class started.

"So, what are you majoring in?" Brian asked.

"Business." Tiffany replied. "You?"

"Computer Science. So, if you need someone to handle the programming aspects of your business, give me a call."

"I'll keep that in mind."

Just then, the teacher spoke up. "Good morning everyone! Welcome to Intro to Macroeconomics. I'm Professor Lewis. I see we have some new faces here today…"

Brian and Tiffany settled in, wondering what the future would hold for them both.

A/N: Just as a head's up, I will mostly update my stories over the weekend, as I will have more free time then. I'll publish the next few chapters of this, then try to finish my Warriors story (about time, too, considering it's eleven years since I published it). Until next time!
