Sup guys? Lighting wolf here, back for another story, this one about My Hero Academia and marvel. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own MHA or Marvel, Shonen Jump, Kohei Horikoshi, Disney, and a few others do.
Heroes were an odd sort, a very odd sort when it came down to it. Not only was every single one different, but it became so odd to try and understand where they stood when it came down to it. There was a lot more to try and decode and yet? Heroes came up blank, all so blank and all so concerned with being something more or less than themselves.
It was, in that case, there was… Splits in what made heroes unique and splits in opinions on every single hero, not just because of the idea… No, because heroes without quirks existed and society was split on them as well.
Perhaps then it was no small surprise each hero was split on the path forwards.
Tony Stark, also known as the armored avenger, stared across the conference table at Steve Roger as he knew they were here for a reason. Tony was still wearing his armor which meant the founding avenger who was on a call with the rest of the team. It was all too much of an odd little moment when it came to them and their agendas.
"Tony…" Steve stated to which Tony hummed to himself.
"Cap," Tony stated, tossing a potato chip in his mouth before he crossed his arms.
"We need to talk about the avengers and what we're going to do about Ultron," Steve stated before he shook his head before it all came down to it. "He's a problem and we know this place is just as dangerous," Steve stated before he looked up at the roof of the room.
It was all too much of an issue before now. Steve looked at the armored avenger who tapped on his helmet before he sighed to himself as of now. All of it seemed to be a problem for now when it came down to it, Iron Man was a problem for now and yet Steve was still his friend.
Steve was nothing if unwilling to talk and yet. Tony talked a LOT more than usual for now. Tony did not at all notice what needed to be said and done.
"Are you going to be, ok?" Steve stated before he looked around the room before he crossed his arms as before now.
"Are you going to be, ok?" Tony asked, letting the mask slip for but a moment.
"Yes, I'm sorry. I don't at all know what to say." Steve stated before frowning to himself. "Tony… We need to think because it isn't just about us." Steve said before Tony nodded.
"True, you got a kid with Sharon, a nice kid. Remind me of mine." Tony stated before frowning to himself.
"He's got your brains, Tony. So does your daughter." Steve stated before looking around and then down at the ground as of now, curious as to what needed to be said and done.
Tony was utterly silent, utterly unwilling to talk about family as most avengers had, utterly terrified of his offspring trying to become more.
It'd become worse and worse if they did decide to follow in his footsteps over and over again for now, curious as to how it would end and the circumstances behind it did not at all change, would not have changed at all. No, the circumstances beyond it all seemed to be something Tony was scared for.
Steve did not need to be a Supersoldier to know his friend was still a hero. Beyond all the drinks and guile and jokes was a man far more willing to throw himself into battle to try and save friends and protect the innocent. It almost seemed as if problems so rarely needed to be protected, aided purely by a desire to protect the world.
Steve also still admired the man considering he went to war with evil without any powers to aid him and with full knowledge, it could be the last dance. Someone would need to be heartless not to at least see the bravery in it for now.
Steve went to stand up before the doors opened and both looked around.
"Hmm…" Tony said before Steve slowly stood up and walked towards the door.
"I'm glad we could talk and not fight it all out," Steve said with a smile.
