Episode 2
(This may be my first review to start with a negative sin count, but…this opening cutscene is great. Trucy's back in focus for a while, the animation looks awesome and her trick reminds me of Daenerys Stormborn…damn it! I'm not heartless. I give credit where credit is due)
(Unfortunately, I give the sin back almost immediately for the main antagonist of the show being completely vanquished in act one, needing to be brought back to life for the finale to happen. That's not how stories work people. Unless you are trials and tribulations, that is.)
"Removing the sin for something and immediately adding it back is exactly the same thing as sinning it in the first place." One sin added.
"Also, the main villain being defeated early on is a very usual trick in stories and actually makes you intrigued about what will happen next. Kinda like how the joker got arrested in the Dark Knight while the movie still had a lot of runtime left." One sin added.
"Also also, sinning this opening." twenty sins added.
(Do people really say brava at the start of the intermission? Or they don't and that's why I need to give Athena a sin here?)
"The audience always claps at a theater show during intermission. Every time the curtain comes down, they clap. This is a really silly sin." one sin added.
(Clunky exposition is clunky.)
"This is a game. Some things are done for the benefit of the players. A lot has changed since we last saw these guys: Trucy getting her own magic show, making a deal with a TV production company, reviving her family's legacy…Athena is obviously aware of those things, but Apollo apparently isn't. That way the game can explain it to us so we know what they heck we are watching." One sin added.
(The magic panties are back. And Trucy still has one more year before I can make dirty jokes about it.)
"So you think joking about your attraction to a seventeen-year old girl is funny because you don't outright say it? The answer is fuck no!" one sin added.
(Also, Trucy throws her panties in the air, but we never see them land. Do they defy gravity as well as the laws of matter?)
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236593." One sin added.
(Game brings the bus back on troupe Gramarye-with an added passenger-after a game of ignoring the existence of AJ. So…which parts of the game do I acknowledge and which ones are still in exile? Just trying to do my job right here.)
"Well, maybe if you actually paid attention to the game instead of interrupting every two goddamn minutes to ask questions that are going to get answered anyway, you would find out." One sin added.
(Bonny-Betty's design.) Looks like Capcom finally got my letter about including playboy bunnies in a case. Nice to know they actually read their emails from time to time. Now if only they got that petition about localizing DGS...]
"Pierce sins something she like cliché." One sin added.
"Also, DGS is now officially localized. In other words, those that open their mouth too early are bound to look like fools." One sin added.
(Mistree drops dead.) AA lawyer attends an important events for a friend and uncovers a murder cliché. I'm starting to think these people should just get banned from places. At this point, their reputation must be terrible.]
"This is actually poked fun at in the previous case, when Maya writes to Phoenix that she is worried about him, since he always seems to get in trouble. It is a running gag that it just…follows the main characters around and murders happen wherever they go. But why is that a sin? That is the whole reason they are the main characters and this series exists. Poirot, miss Marple, Sherlock Holmes…they are all in the right place when a crime occurs and that is why the story that we are trying to tell every time involves them. That is a cornerstone of mystery stories." One sin added.
(I am not the staff emmber grabbing at Athena.)
"Pierce still sins her own fantasies for no apparent reason. She also has yet to get her hormones under control." One sin added.
(Retinz shows up.) Discount Johnny Depp...]
"D…did you just compare Johnny Depp to this despicable, petty asshole?! Shane on you! Don't you dare talk shit about my captain! Five sins for you! Did I say five? I meant twenty five!" twenty five sins added.
(Tv news reports only on what is pertinent to the game's characters for two events in a row with no interruptions. Seeing as 2028 is a US election year, that us some bullshit. At least throw in an ad for Atishon, goddammit it!)
"Are you sure you wouldn't sin that? Because in Turnabout big top, you sinned the fact that Phoenix and Franziska talk about Miles Edgeworth's disappearance one case before it becomes important-even though he appears at the end of this case-but you want us to believe you wouldn't sin the game for bringing up Atishon three cases before he actually matters? Miss Veils, you are a poor liar." One sin added.
(Video conveniently doesn't show the sword as it's being pulled out of the coffin. If the blade condition was determined to be either bloody or not bloody then and there, one side of the courtroom would have no case initially. This would have been an awesome contradiction to point out in court, so why wasn't it used?)
"You literally just said! That would have ended the case in 10 minutes! If the video showed the knife being clean, Trucy would instantly get off the hook. Some things need to be done for the case to progress. You just asked for the case to end in under half an hour, which once again leads me to the inevitable conclusion: Pierce would suck at mystery writing." One sin added.
(Trucy think because her father is a lawyer and she knows Mr. Edgeworth, she can tell the police how to do their jobs. Trucy is incorrect.)
"What the hell is this? Seriously, where exactly does Trucy try to tell anyone how to do their jobs?! All she says is the police don't believe her when she says she didn't make a mistake and that's she exhausted after all their questioning. That's literally what anyone would say after being interrogated by the police. You are just making shit up! Yes, I already know you have done that dozens of times, but this goes too far! You are basically saying we are all idiots and that you can get away with lying to our faces!" five sins added.
(Trucy says Mr. Reus got injured thirteen years ago, but Manov Mistree was only thirty years old at death and he does not look seventeen in the poster. He looks the same age as he is now. Now I might know why this is, but are you telling me no one was suspicious at any point regarding his apparent lack of aging and scarless forearms before the trial started?)
"First of all, how can you judge his age in that poster? He is wearing a full costume and mask. There is no way for anyone to accurately tell how old he is. The only thing we see is his hair and he could just dye that. And I don't think anybody would have noticed the scar, since the games' lawyers are the only ones who tend to be so observant. And, once again, why do you hate the fact the series maintain certain element's for plot twists later on?" one sin added.
(Apollo tells Trucy she can't keep everything inside after the shit he pulled in Dual destinies and throughout this game.)
"In this game, he never actually holds any secrets. He clearly lets his pain over Dhurke's death get out of his system. And the fact you bring up his actions last game further strengthens my own argument. Apollo was dying inside, having to keep his secret thoughts hidden. That's why he knows how much it is hurting Trucy to bottle it all up, because he has been there, and that's why he encourages her to let it get out." One sin added.
(Trucy cries harder here than when she realized a family friend murdered her father-and that of another girl-and stood a chance of getting away with it.)
"Trucy was most certainly crying in secret in AJ. She just kept it hidden to not hinder Apollo's efforts in the case. That shows how strong she's been. But even she is broken by what is happening to her here." One sin added.
"Also, sinning this scene." Five sins added.
(More clunky exposition.)
"Pierce sins the same thing twice cliché." One sin added.
(Ema's hobby is also her job. I don't think she knows what the word hobby implies.)
"And I don't think you've heard Aristotle's saying: "Find a job you enjoy and you won't have to work a day of your life." If you job feels like a hobby, you will enjoy yourself. Again, how much do you hate your job?" one sin added.
(Ema is entirely too aware of series clichés to be a detective at a murder scene. It makes her sound like she's not doing her job properly, but it's also really fun character development. You can see the bind I'm in here.)
"No, I can't." one sin added.
(Athena going through Trucy's bag.) Writers wanted to include a dirty joke here, but like me, they remembered Trucy's still underage, so we don't get to know what the joke is. Does she have condoms? Handcuffs? Nude photographs?]
"A…are you sure you remember she's underage?!" three sins added.
(Apollo keeps manga at his work desk for "Research." Yeah, I took that line the wrong way.)
"It's your fault." One sin added.
(Rockstar in his mid-twenties sent a teenager a bouquet of red roses and no one thinks that's weird.)
"Pierce thinks giving a stage performer flowers to congratulate them or wish them luck just has to include sexual innuendo." One sin added.
(Both Ema and Retinz can confirm it. Smartphones have finally made an appearance in spring 2028. Twenty-one years later than our world.)
"Better late than never." One sin added.
(Also, let's just talk about the murder for a second)
"Let's not." One sin added.
(Apollo jokes about a guy falling to his death three cases before it supposedly happens.)
"Supposedly…so it never happens…and yet you still sin it…" one sin added.
(The cushions on the catwalk appear both completely bloodless and too large for one man to switch out inconspicuously. So...how the fuck is this murder even possible? No way is someone getting stabbed fatally with the knife removed not going to give off any blood splatter. See earlier sins.)
"Yes…you already mentioned this. I skipped the previous one, since it does have a logical basis, but this is the same sin all over again. So...Pierce sins the same thing twice cliché." One sin added.
(Why didn't Mistree scream at being stabbed unexpectedly?)
"Have you seen Lord of the rings? You'll see where I'm going with this. At the beginning of the third movie, Saruman gets stabbed. Initially, the script had him scream. But Cristopher Lee, his actor, said he shouldn't because it would be unrealistic as he had been stabbed through the chest. Lee, having served in British intelligence during WWII, knew exactly the kind of sound a man being stabbed in the back would make. And it would not be "Aaaaahhhh!" It would be the most silent, stifled "aaahh" ever, since the air would be driven out of his body. Pad that sin count all you like, you cannot refute human anatomy. It is impossible to scream loud enough for anyone to hear when being stabbed in the back. So the writers actually bothered doing research on how the human body works, something you clearly considered unnecessary." One sin added.
(Getting stabbed in the back literally and figuratively. This isn't the first time it happens in game, but I'd like to keep turnabout revolution's sin count under a million, so I'm gonna sin now.)
"Pierce point out things on the screen cliché. Really, not one of the things she said are anything wrong with the game. It's just her complaining about what she's seeing in the game for no reason." One sin added.
(Retinz seems to think he's no TV at all times. Is it delusion or is he breaking the fourth wall? I can never be sure on this one.)
"Pierce point out things on the screen again." One sin added.
[(Should have known better than of waste film on a nobody.) Why are you still using film dude? It's 2028 and you have a smartphone. Get with the time already!]
"Pierce yells at the screen cliché." One sin added.
("Say something dumb" and "lay down a sick burn") Ratinz's notes are meant to be insulting, but all he's really doing is making fun of the script.)
"Pierce point out things on the screen cliché. And this is a triple sin since she did that for the third time." Three sins added.
(Also, for characters often on-screen who occasionally speak directly to the player, Apollo and Athena sure suck at being on TV.)
"Is this Pierce pointing out things out on the screen again or just her failing at game logic n. 236593? Which one should I sin? Eh, why not both?" two sins added.
(Since when did this universe get a twitter? And why can't I follow anyone on it?)
"Do you guys see now? Do you see why Pierce asking random questions is not anything wrong with the game?" one sin added.
(Retinz claims all Gramaryes are criminals. Seeing as Apollo has experience AJ, he shouldn't be so quick to disagree. Fuck, even Trucy pulled some shit that he should still remember. I'm not saying she deserves a murder charge, but…jerkass has a point here. And he's treated like even more of a jerkass for pointing out the facts.)
"Really? Because he actually calls Trucy a stone-cold killer. And that's when Apollo flips and calls him out on his bullshit! Even if the rest of the family had a ton of issues, Trucy is a great girl." One sin added.
"Also, supporting Retinz." Fifteen sins added.
(Betty has Gara'n levels of desire for seeing her enemy crying and begging. I get the twins are supposed to parallel with Gara'n and Amara…)
"Pierce answers her own question cliché." One sin added.
[(I smell plot with a capital P.U.) Athena can't spell.]
"If I was making this fic, I would actually remove a sin for this clever pun between plot and PU, as in repulsive, disgusting. I guess that would require more than one brain cell, though." One sin added.
(Take-2 TV.) Discount TMZ.]
"Pierce makes a pot culture reference that isn't a sin of the case cliché." One sin added.
[(Host claims skewering footage is unedited and uncut, but we prove them wrong in court later. Sin for false advertising and rampant dishonest reporting.)
"Do you have any idea how often that happens in real life? More than you could count. And yet we ignore it. The fact that it only bothers us when the journalists in movies and games are unethical, but we gladly turn a blind eye to the many of them doing even worse things in real life is a huge hypocrisy. We only feel like calling people out on their bullshit when they are in a movie, because it's not real and we are in our comfort zone. But have you ever tried rushing to a reporter's workplace and yelling in their face for lying to or misleading the masses? No? I didn't think so." One sin added.
[(We better quit before he shares what he intends to do with said footage.) Apollo steals my lines about the creepy cameraman.]
"Pierce points out things on the screen cliché." One sin added.
(Repossession of the Wright anything agency.) Um…this contract is clearly being disputed here. Until a judge upholds its validity and declares Trucy the cause of the show's cancellation-which, by the way, hasn't officially being cancelled yet-no payment need be delivered, best I can research. In other words, this cheap stakes hiker is some bullshit.]
(Also, Apollo and Athena are lawyers. Shouldn't they know this?)
"Pierce sins the same thing twice cliché." One sin added.
(Just know you'll be the biggest losers in the end.) Apollo and Athena get to compete in a reality show, which is nice, but…they're already skinny. Shouldn't they try out for a different one?]
"Pierce makes a pop culture reference…" one sin added.
(Gallery breaks the WAA's window and no one faces any consequences for it whatsoever.)
"Why are you saying the gallery? Are you assuming the people who are gathered outside the office are the same ones who are the gallery in every trial? Because that's just stupid. And how would they have been caught to face consequences if nobody knew who did it?" one sin added.
(Apollo's ringtone is the guitar's serenade. That song is determined to make it into every game since AJ, isn't it?)
"Sinning the guitar's serenade." One sin added.
(Bum rap rhiny phone charms reminds of the existence of bum rap rhiny.)
"Pierce points out things on the screen cliché." One sin added.
[(Cutscene with Nayuta.) Okay, two questions: the butterfly here is the real deal, but in court, it appears to be a translucent spirit of one. Why does the change from here to the courtroom. And secondly, where the fuck in LA is it quiet enough for this guy to sit under a tree with little animals like a Disney princess and only be disturbed by Ema?]
"Okay, first, why does it matter what the butterfly looks like? Is that a thing wrong with the game. Maybe it does look the same and only looks different because of the different animation styles between an animated cutscene and the game itself. But even if does look different…why is that a problem of the game? And second, why are you saying LA? Are you actually supportive of the localization team trying to pass this off as being America? Because that is extremely nationalist. This game takes place in Japan. And there are more than ten parks there, large enough for people to meditate alone. Guess how many sins you are getting for this one. Exactly." Two sins added.
(This guy's character design is so freakishly beautiful I'm questioning things about myself. I am okay with that…and I am not okay with that.)
"This is one of those times when Pierce doesn't know how to Segway into the next scene so she sins a random scene that connects her two other sins. In other words, a big fat nothing!" one sin added.
[(In court) What was the pint of putting all the information on a scroll in what appears to be Khurain'ese? Seeing as Khura'in trials are conducted in English-for whatever reason-he should be used to the language by now.]
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236594." One sin added.
(Aside from the P-word, Nahyuta appears to enjoy the word foolish almost as much as Franziska von karma. Who will not be making an appearance in this game.)
"Pierce points out things on the screen." One sin added.
(Here, he describes pit as a singular pit, but later, Nayuta specifies several different hells.)
"Hahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahah! S…sorry…Pierce…hahahahahahahahahahahahhahah! Pierce…P…Pierce thinks the expression "Cast someone into the pit of Hell" is used literally. See? What did I tell you about having one brain cell?" one sin added.
(Judge actually calls prosecutor out for insulting the defense…and backs down almost immediately. Sin for the tease.)
"Nahyuta explains the usage of harsh words for admonishment is usual in Khura'inese sermons for people who have strayed from the right path. Sure, that seems like an exaggeration, but if it is part of their culture, there is no point trying to fight it. And the judge merely made a suggestion. He wasn't completely opposed to being with. He is still being a pushover." One sin added.
[(Why don't we look at this as a cross-cultural exchange and try to be open-minded about it?) Seeing as this would get Apollo threatened with jail every time he makes a mistake, I'm a little hesitant to agree with the judge on this one. Sorry, Your Honor.]
"I don't think they would allow that aspect of Khura'inese courts to stand here." One sin added.
(The snackoos are back. And so is my chance to have them thrown at me.)
"Pierce points out things on the screen cliché." One sin added.
(Let it go and move on.) In case you didn't know, frozen was popular.]
"And why is this a sin? Really, almost every game in the world makes at least one pop culture reference. That's cool, especially when it is one everyone will get. But what you do…turning a pop culture reference the game made against it and sinning the game for it for no reason…or making one on your own and still sinning the game for it…That is not cool. Not cool." One sin added.
(Where does the butterfly spirit go when it isn't with Nayuta?)
"I'm sorry to interrupt your padding of the sin count, but I would like to ask one simple, quick question: who the fuck cares?!" one sin added.
(Bonny or Betty claims Mr. Reus wanted to reveal Gramarye secrets.) Casual hearsay presented as evidence.]
"And, as I have explained before, that is admissible in court. If one side objects it can get thrown out, but if nobody does, it is perfectly acceptable. And even if that wasn't the case…since when has hearsay been shown to be inadmissible in this universe? As we saw in both 3-3 and 5-DLC, it can be accepted if neither side has objections. So…" one sin added.
[(Nayuta solves the series' problem of the detective feeding information to the defense by simply withholding information. I'm not going to sin the act itself, but why does no one think of it before him?]
"Because Nahyuta is shown as being the most cunning, ruthless prosecutor so far? Aside from Manfred von Karma, who also withheld information-such as the victim being shot from further than a mater away or Yogi's identity-everyone else believes in fair play. Even if they hate the defense's guts, they want to do things the right way. But Nahyuta is very much an asshole who does not believe in giving the defense a chance." One sin added.
(Hahahahahahha! Apollo the bell pepper.)
"Pierce sins something she likes cliché." One sin added.
"I will skip the next two sins because they are Pierce failing at game logic n. 236595 and 236596 and I am done writing the same things over and over. Still getting sinned, though." Two sins added.
[(Bonny isn't allowed to perform magic in the courtroom, but later that's Trucy's entire testimony. Why is the defendant more privileged than the witness?]
"Because Trucy's magic trick was done purely to showcase how she performed the trick at the crime scene, which is vital to the case. Bonny has no business using magic, since it won't prove anything to the court." One sin added.
[(You didn't just snap…you broke character just now!) Apollo! Stop trying to bulldoze the fourth wall down!]
"Pierce yells at the screen cliché. Literally, this time." One sin added.
(Either Nayuta keeps the court record and Khura'inese afterlife information on the same scroll, or he has too identical scrolls for these topics.)
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236597." One sin added.
[(Nayuta asks how emotions constitute evidence.) Dual destinies send a game trying to resolve this issue, but I still don't have an answer to it.]
"The answer was given at the end of DD. The fact the judge accepted Athena's mood matrix showed he realized the court system needed new methods and new minds to breathe life into it. This was th answer. The reason Nahyuta doesn't agree is because he comes from a faraway theocratic nation and because he is a narrow-minded asshole!" one sin added.
(Set the wild beats inside you free.) This is my new pick up line. Girls go batty for it, you know.]
"Yes, she really sinned the game for this line. Why? I don't know and, frankly, I don't even care anymore." One sin added.
(Betty calls Apollo a lobster boy.) Everyone compares Apollo to food in this episode.]
"Pierce points out things in the screen cliché." One sin added.
(Betty hates Trucy, so her revenge is…to fuck up her own stage performance and make Trucy push heavy things?)
"That was pretty bad. It almost screwed over Trucy's big day. She had to work her butt off in a very limited time and barely managed to cover the mistake without the audience noticing anything. So Betty's plan was very evil and the only reason it failed is because Trucy is an amazing magician." One sin added.
[(Revealing the twins.) Why is there a spotlight set up in this courtroom? Who is operating it? Is it the same bailiff we had in DD? Because that guy was awesome.]
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236598." One sin added.
"Also, Pierce sins something she likes cliché." One sin added.
[(Understage as the murder scene.) I would just like to point out this theory has the same lack of blood as all other possibilities in this murder and like the scenario where the murder occurs in the coffin, no proposed culprit had the opportunity to clean after themselves. Seeing as Ema was asked to operate the stage lift, the police were definitely down there, so no way they would have missed this shit. Yes, I am still bitter about this.]
"Thanks for pointing it out that you already sinned this. And this counts as a triple sin since this is the third time you've sinned the same thing." three sins added.
(It was as if the whole chain of events had been planned out in advance.) Well, yeah, you seem to know you're in a fictional universe.]
"They don't." one sin added.
"Also, Pierce yells at the screen cliché." One sin added.
(Betty releases a bat from her hat.) Earlier, this was a bunny. How does Betty change what animals she releases when her true nature is revealed?]
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236599." One sin added.
[(Even as you are inescapably caught in the web of fate you've spun for yourself.) Spider imagery is used three cases before becoming significant.]
"Pierce makes a reference to a different case that isn't a sin of this one cliché." One sin added.
(If blood supposedly came off the sword when it was drawn out of the body, why wasn't there more on the…oh, fuck it. I give up.)
"And this is quadruple sin since you've sinned the same thing four times." Four sins added.
[(Trucy's magic testimony.) Where did the witness stand go? Are you telling me it can be picked up and moved at will? Why was this never used before?]
"Because it hasn't been important. What kind of question is that? Why would the game have shown you something that hasn't been necessary until now? It is showing you right now it is possible because it has only now been required." one sin added.
"Also, Pierce failing at game logic n. 236600." One sin added.
(Where is she hiding the sword? Is it the same hole she keeps Mr. Hat? Her magic panties? This game answers none of the important questions.)
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236601." One sin added.
(Creepy pervert saves the case, a la turnabout corner. The only way this case could have been more AJ is if Klavier were the prosecutor.)
"Okay…now where's the sin? Are you going to explain why what you just said is sinworthy or do you think we'll just accept it?" one sin added.
[(Nahyuta watched all of Retinz's shows the day before the trial.) Unless this guy has a time turner that is bullshit.]
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236602." One sin added.
(Also, scene of this guy at a fast food restaurant wasn't included in the final version of the game. Not even as a cutscene.)
"And if it had, you would complain about it for wasting time." One sin added.
(Retinz complains the magic show was a snoozefest.) Then why the fuck were you airing it?]
"Pierce yells at the screen cliché. Again, they can't here you. And there are many more ways to get a point across than to scream at a glass screen with colors." One sin added.
(Also, who writes the notes on the signs Retinz holds up?)
"Pierce failing at game logic n. 236602." One sin added.
[(After proving Retinz conned Trucy.) Man now under suspicion for contract fraud is in no way concerned and continues to mock the defense throughout this murder trial.)]
"He doesn't really care about that. Sure, it will cause problems in his business, but all he literally wants is to ruin the Gramarye name. And, as long as Trucy goes to prison for murder or manslaughter, he will be satisfied." One sin added.
(Magician with a reason to hate Trucy.) Is it Valant Gramarye?]
"In what universe did Valant hate Trucy? Sure, he got mad he never got the magical rights and tried to frame his partner for their mentor's death, but he never had anything against Trucy to the point where he'd want to frame her for murder. And Valant wasn't a killer. And besides, at the end of AJ, he shows clear regret for what he did and even turned himself in for evidence forgery. So bringing him back would just ruin all that character development and seem contrived. If the writers listened to you, this series would be dead a long time ago." One sin added.
(The confess the truth theme does not suit the American and the Khura'inese courtroom only the latter. Why they couldn't keep using DD's when the first three in the series sound so similar is anyone's guess.)
"I have one: maybe it's because the music in this game is as awesome as all the others and the developers wanted the players to enjoy it. And we all did. Why reuse music when what you have works?" One sin added
[(Pointing out the lack of injury.) How is Apollo the first one to notice this? Also, if Mr. Reus was kicked out of the troupe before he could perform any show, how did Mistree become such a diehard fan of work he likely never saw?]
"Because he is a freaking lawyer in the series. Only they tend to notice the important details. That's why the game is about them." One sin added.
"And also, surprise surprise, Pierce is again making shit up as she goes along. Mr. Reus did perform a bunch of times on stage. The accident he got kicked out of the troupe for happen long after he performed his tricks on stage for the first time. That's how Mistree knew him." One sin added.
(Body parts as evidence cliché. I think I prefer the boobs in the final case, but this reveal is fun too.)
"Pierce sins something she likes cliché." One sin added.
(Also, why is Mr. Reus so determined to tarnish the Gramarye name?)
"What a stupid ass question! This guy can't let it go and move on! His big chance at becoming a famous magician was ruined by Magnifi kicking him out and he wants revenge. He doesn't care Trucy doesn't know. In his mind, she deserves to pay because she is the only remaining member of the troupe, so she's the only one he can get back at. This guy has been bitter abut this for thirteen years. The bitterness has built up inside him. He is a really petty guy, but that's part of his character." one sin added.
(Roger Retinz attended the Kristoph Gavin school of setting up elaborate murder traps years in the making.)
"Pierce makes a reference to a different game…" one sin added.
(Nahyuta reminds Apollo no blade was found on the catwalk.) Sure, point this out, but not the lack of blood. At this point, I should really just let it go and move on.]
"You should have done that four sins ago. This counts as a quintuple sin since this is the fifth time you've sinned the same thing." five sins added.
(Nayuta's breakdown recycled form Cammy Meele.)
"Pierce makes a reference to a different game…" one sin added.
(Retinz brags about getting a leg over Trucy, but he was still taken down by the son of Thalassa.]
"And that is some sweet, delicious irony for the players. So why are you sinning it?" one sin added.
[(Scene with Nayuta) Obvious foreshadowing is obvious.]
"Pierce hates foreshadowing for no reason cliché." One sin added.
[(Apollo on the stage) And after five seconds of appreciation, Apollo is back to being a buttmonkey to everyone who knows him..]
"I see the notion of humor still hasn't dropped by your neighborhood." One sin added.
(Ending narration.)
"Pierce hates narration for no reason cliché." One sin added.
Total sins tally: 175
Sentence: stabbed in a coffin
