This chapter uses both mk11 Sindel and mk11 Shang Tsung arcade ending! Hope you enjoy reading!

Kitana exhaled in a quick tone, as her mothers' hair grasped her neck tightly. She managed to cut a few strands from the woman's hair, but the lack of oxygen made her vision grow blurry and her strength weekend. With one last desperate attempt to break free, she threw her fan at her mother, slicing a small cut into her cheek. Sindel's grip loosened at the sharp unexpected contact, as Kitana wriggled her way free, dropping to her feet and crouching low. Sindel opened her mouth to let out a loud shriek, but Kitana held her fans in front to block the sound. Using her bladed weapon, she threw it up and past Sindel, watching as it came back to slice her in the back. Kitana attempted to grab the woman, but failed, as Sindel landed a blow right on her stomach. The force was hard enough to knock the wind out of her, causing her to cough a small amount of blood up. She staggered backwards, before holding her own against Sindel's hair. Kitana jumped up and forward, trying to land another blow with her fans, but Sindel blocked, her hair splitting and grabbing her arms, holding her in the air. Her hands were restricted as she tried to break free from her mother's grasp.

"You are not worthy to rule Outworld, nor are you worthy to be called my daughter." She said, using her unruly, sharp nails to slice into Kitana's side, as she let out a cry of pain.

Kitana could feel the blood pooling beneath her attire, as she used her unrestricted legs to kick Sindel's jaw. Sindel didn't release her, only muttering something under her breath before screaming at the girl, causing her head to spin, as she tried to grasp at her head in pain. Sindel took the moment of immobilization to use her hair to slam Kitana to the ground on both sides of her. Pain seared through her body, as she used the last of her energy to slice Sindel's hair. The dead hair floated to the ground around Kitana, as she laid on the ground. Sindel let out a scream of frustration and rage.

"How dare you!?" She cried, grabbing at the ends of her hair desperately.

While her mother's greatest weapon was useless and she was distracted, Kitana grabbed her fans, using all the force she had to open them fully and slice at her neck. She crumbled to the ground, looking back and watching as Sindel's form stood still, dropping to its knees, as her head fell off, rolling towards her. Her mothers pained expression stuck on her features, her hair choppy and cropped laying gently behind it. Blood pooled at the base of the neck where Kitana had sliced clean through. Shao Kahn was left speechless, as he was unable to express his emotion. For so long, Sindel was known as his wife, but after she had gotten the notion in her head that she was to be treated like a goddess, she felt no need for family. No need for him. She defeated him into submission, as he stood by her side as her trophy husband. For this reason, Shao Kahn said nothing as he watched Kitana limp and run out.

Kitana clutched her stomach as she ran, blood dripping all over her hands and stomach as she continued to run. Millions of thoughts ran through her head in what seemed like a second. Had she really killed her mother? Was her mother's ideal world really this oppressive? Where was she going? What will happen now that she had killed this timeline's Time Keeper? She was broke from her thoughts by the chill that ran down her spine. The snow was still falling heavily, as she took in her surroundings. It was just a forest with an open top, but the lack of sunlight and her knowledge of the surroundings left her uneasy. She walked through the forest carefully, the snow gently crunching beneath the soles of her shoes. The gashes and cuts she had accumulated were still dripping a slight amount of blood, tainting the white powder. She reached her hand up to her neck to trace the purple bruise that colored her pale skin. Kitana pushed past the pain that soared through her body, as she ran to what she assumed was the forests exit and towards Outworlds old royal palace Sindel abandoned in favor for bigger housing.

Liu Kang, both Raidens, and Kung Lao had decided that first checking Kitana's timeline would be the right move. Liu Kang and Raiden used their abilities to transport them into her timeline.

"I recognize this place. This is where I meditate in my timeline. We need to open a portal to Outworld and from there we should be close to Sun Do." Raiden said, as he opened a portal, and walked the group through.

Normally, the streets of the metropolitan city would be bustling with merchants and buyers, but that was not the case. The streets were dead and empty, the only sound coming from the men walking, as their footsteps echoed through the vacant streets. Approaching the steps of the palace, they noticed the bodies and blood that had accumulated on the ground. Edenian Guards, Ungadi, Shokan, Tarkatans and many more lay dead on the ground.

"Hey look! Now there's three Raidens!" Kitana's Kung Lao stated.

"Hey how come I don't get a doppelgänger?" Johnny whined, frowning. "Would have made such a great movie."

"Really Johnny?" Sonya sighed, giving him a look.

"Why are there two- err three of us?" Younger Raiden from Kitana's timeline asked.

"What has happened here?" Liu Kang asked, worry and contemplation gracing his features.

"I do not know." Jade said, approaching the group from behind, the Earthrealmer's from Kitana's timeline followed closely.

"What do you mean you do not know? Where is Kitana?" Liu Kang asked through gritted teeth, as he furrowed his brows.

"Kitana briefly explained the multiple different timelines before the war. After that she disappeared, running off to the hourglass. Geras won't tell us much, but it has something to do with you." She said, narrowing her eyes slightly.

"Jade, where is Geras?" He asked, straightening his shoulders.

"I am here, Lord Liu Kang. We need to talk." Geras said, walking down the steps.

"I agree. What is happening?" He responded, as Geras led the group into the palace.

"I'm not entirely sure, but Kitana left in a rush. She had told me that there was a threat. Someone had interrupted her timeline, and they had to be stopped. That's the most I know, as she left me to ensure the safety of Outworld in her absence." Geras explained.

"Do you know where she went?" He asked, cocking his head to the side ever so slightly.

"No, I am sorry." He said, shaking his head as he folds his arms.

"Alright. We need to go find Kitan before someone else does." Raiden said, as he began to walk out and in the direction of the hourglass.

"I am coming with." Jade said, as she held her head high.

"I do not believe that is the best idea. Your Outworld needs someone right now." Liu Kang said, as he followed Raiden out.

Earthrealmers and Outworlders of Kitana's timeline were left to clean up the mess. After Kitana had vanished, Geras joined the fight, killing Shao Khan, which lead to the downfall of the rest of the rebellion. Jade had taken control of the situation relatively quickly, taking the lead and attempting to clean up and fix the mess that was made.

"Where would we even find Kitana?" Kung Lao asked, as they walked back to the hourglass.

"We know they have been to Mileena's timeline, so let us start there." Raiden responded.

With that, they made their way back to the hourglass with a sense of urgency in their step. Liu Kang could feel the nervousness bubbled inside of him. He needed to know that Kitana was okay. He had just gotten her back and he couldn't afford to lose her again.

Kitana had managed to navigate her way back to the Great Hall of the old royal palace. She sighed in relief, before using the hourglass for a third time. This time, she had decided to focus herself on going to Shang Tsung's timeline. It was he who had managed to deceive and disrupt the timelines, so perhaps she would find what she was looking for there. The now familiar light and wind blew past her, and before she knew it she was standing in front of a large, marbled throne that sat in what seemed like an abyss. A green tint shone over the throne and sky, leaving it with an eerie feel. Everything seemed to be abandoned, assumingly like that since Shang Tsung's defeat. Kitana looked around, her defense stance not faltering.

"We finally meet. Such a pity you choose the wrong cause. It will be a damn shame to have to kill you." A deep voice spoke, Kitana immediately recognizing it as Havik.

"Why are you doing this?" She spat, her eyes flickering between the small movements she could see in the shadows.

"Because a good leader craves domination. I may be the God of a timeline, but I would make an even better God of all the timelines. I was tossed into the Netherrealm, stepped on, crushed. Now I shall crush anyone who gets in my way." He said, beginning his walk towards Kitana, as her fans were held tightly.

"I won't let you succeed, Havik."
