Kenji Apex: I like the idea of the Rose Pirates, and you have no idea how much I want to add Tanjiro and Nezuko to the crew. But I already have a demon-killing swordsman who I want to be on the team more, and a crew planned for the West Blue Saga, and even up to Sabaody Archipelago. Though I might make a few cameo scenes or even a spin-off story about them, and a few of your other suggestions.

I actually wrote this chapter by myself, and without the A.I. Let's see how it compares. Hope you enjoy.

Disclaimer: I don't own any of the series used in this. All series are owned by their own respective owners, such as Eiichiro Oda, Yusei Matsui, Kohei Horikoshi, and etc.

"Well, well, well. How's the modern Korosensei?"

"Hello, Karma."

"What brings you to this cliff side? You… you're not gonna try to jump off, are you?"

"What? No! Why would you-?"

"Come on, Nagisa. We both know your sense of self-preservation is the equivalent of a honey bee's."

"Says the guy who actually jumped off. Besides, even if I did want to die, I can't do it now."

"What do you mean?"

"What do you think? I have an apprentice who looks up to me. A friend who cares about me. A wife that loves me. And, soon, more."

"... Oh sh*t. Kayano's pregnant?!"

"Yep. Found out just this morning."

"Wow. Congrats Nagisa. But, that doesn't explain why you're here."

"... I love my mom."

"That's pretty obvious considering what you did to that thug a few years-"

"But she wasn't a good mom."

"... Oh."

"Karma, a lot of people say that we're different. But, what if we're not that different? What if I hurt my kids? What if I take away their chance at a proper life? What if-?"

"Nagisa. Calm down. Look. Neither of us have the best parents, but we both know that you were influenced more by Korosensei than by your mom."

"..."

"And out of everyone in our class, you take after him the most. You'll be fine. If you do inherit some bad habits, Kaede will keep you in check."

"Will she?"

"Okay, Sakura will keep you in check. But listen. Don't worry about all that right now, Nagisa. Don't focus on your insecurities, and focus on the good. You're going to have a kid! I know you love that idea, even if you're a little worried. Just focus on the good. And knowing you, things will work out."

"Yeah… yeah. I'll, I'll just focus on the good."

"Okay, I think we're close!" Makoto yelled over the wind. Izuku dropped down to the sea and carefully deposited the boat in the waves. Makoto promptly threw up over the side while Nagisa laughed.

"Man, I haven't had a rush like that since I was 20!" he said. That was quite the helicopter ride.

"Well, I can live without it," Makoto said hoarsely, his voice almost gone from screaming.

"How are you feeling, Midoriya-kun?" Nagisa asked.

"I'm doing fine," Izuku said as he rotated his arm to loosen his shoulder. "It's frustrating to not be able to use my arm, but I'll live."

"There it is," Makoto said as he pointed over to the nearby shore. "Rasier Island, the current base of operations for the Unic Pirates."

"If it's taken over by pirates, then if we want to go through it, we'll need to be careful," Izuku said. "Naegi-san, maybe you should stay hidden for now."

"Won't argue with that," Makoto shrugged as he began rowing the boat closer to the shore. Nagisa stared at the shore, before suddenly looking to the side. Izuku noticed this and stood up.

"Shiota-sensei? Is something wrong?" Izuku asked.

"Uh, we might want to leave the boat," Nagisa said. Makoto paused.

"What? How come?"

"Well, have you ever heard the term, there's always a bigger fish?" Nagisa asked. Makoto nodded slowly.

"Well, there's certainly a big fish circling us right now."

"... What?"

"Oh, and here it comes."

"WHAT?!"

A massive pair of jaws suddenly erupted from either side of the boat. The jaws were fast to snap shut and reduce the boat to splinters, but Izuku was thankfully faster, as he grabbed the two and hurtled out of the maw of the massive fish. The jaws tried to snap after them again, but Izuku managed to get them to land. The monster growled at them before sinking back into the depths. Makoto collapsed on the beach, breathing heavily and clutching his heart as he tried to calm down from their near death experience. Izuku was also staring at the water in absolute shock.

"Hm. They have one here too," Nagisa said.

"What was that?!" Izuku yelled.

"Sea… Sea King…!" Makoto gasped. Nagisa knelt next to him and placed a hand on Makoto's shoulders. This seemed to calm Makoto down significantly, and he caught his breath. He took one bigger breath before exhaling slowly.

"In this world, there's a species known as Sea Kings. They're massive monsters of the water. But there shouldn't be one all the way out here!" Makoto said. Nagisa studied the shore.

"Well, they are usually located in the Calm Belt, but it's not unbelievable that there'd be one out here. There was one hanging around a town in the East Blue, called the King of the Coast. It's quite infamous."

"You were in the East Blue?" Makoto questioned.

"Yeah. I spent a few years being a tutor to some kids in the mountains," Nagisa shrugged. He turned to the land. "But enough about that. Sea Kings are certainly dangerous, but they can't come on land. Let's go meet this Captain Ridley Eastoff."

Nagisa began walking as Izuku helped Makoto to his feet. Izuku looked behind him at the water and sighed with a deadpan expression.

'I swear, we go through boats like they're tissues in allergy season,' he thought before turning to follow Nagisa.

But the thought of boats quickly left their mind as they came across the town waiting for them. The trio stood in silence as they stared at the town. It was in ruins. Buildings were burned, if they weren't shattered to pieces. Glass was scattered everywhere, plants were blackened and ashen. And the air was hazy, as though there was a film in it. Izuku stared in shock.

"Wha… What happened here?" he finally said.

"Chaos. Pirates," Makoto said as he walked forwards, looking up and down the street. He took a quick sniff of the air and covered his nose. "I've seen this before. The Tragedy had a lot of people going about, causing mayhem and destruction. They didn't care about human lives or decency, only their own desires. It's not as big, but it's, similar. I can smell it."

"I can smell something too. What-?"

"It's not something you want to know," Nagisa said as he came out of an abandoned store. He handed strips of cloth to his crewmates. "Cover your nose and mouth. There's residue in the air that's bad for our lungs."

The trio quickly covered their mouths and hurried down the streets, trying to find anyone who was left. They eventually came across what looked to be an inn, but one that had been reduced to rubble. Izuku knelt to pick up a small burnt doll and dusted it off slightly.

"..." he said nothing as he stared at it. Nagisa and Makoto were looking around the area, when Makoto suddenly heard something. Nagisa heard it too, and it soon caught Izuku's ears. The trio looked in the direction of the noise.

"CHAAAARGE!" a small group of people roared as they rushed towards the trio with pitchforks and shovels. The trio blinked.

"Woah woah woah!" Makoto and Izuku yelped as they sprinted down the streets away from the mob. Nagisa casually ran after them backwards while examining the mob. He noticed that some of their eyes were focusing on him.

"Hm."

"Hold it right there, pirates! We'll avenge our town!" a member of the mob yelled. Makoto let out a noise of confusion.

"Woah! We're not pirates!" Makoto yelled back.

"Don't lie to us you bastards!" the crowd yelled.

"Hey! I see those bastards!" Another voice yelled. The trio and the crowd all skidded to a stop before spotting a group of men running up to them with swords and pistols.

"Ah, sh*t! More pirates!" the crowd said.

"I said we're not- WOAH!" Makoto ducked under a bullet as the crowd dispersed. Nagisa and Izuku exchanged looks before charging at the pirates.

Izuku got there first, and immediately sent one flying with a kick to the stomach. He ducked under a sword swing and countered with an uppercut before blasting another in the face with Smokescreen. The pirate stumbled back and received a punch that launched him into another one. The Hero spun and caught another punch and countered with a headbutt before throwing the pirate up and slamming them down with Black Whip.

Nagisa easily parried a sword swing and used his knife to yank the pirate off balance and open to a slash across the chest, knocking them down. Another pair of pirates tried to engage the teacher in combat, but Nagisa's knives were able to parry the sword swings. He stabbed them in the stomach and slammed them down before rolling forwards and rising to parry another sword swing and counter with a knife slashing through their side.

One pirate managed to sneak away and charge towards a kid who was with the mob. The kid tried to run, only to be scooped up by the pirate. The pirate tried to threaten the crowd with the kid, but Makoto suddenly tackled the man, dropping the kid and sending the two tumbling to the side. Makoto mounted the pirate and began punching him, before being thrown off. The pirate reached for a saber, only for the little kid to slam a hammer repeatedly into the pirate's head, knocking him out.

"Take that!" the kid yelled.

"Heh, nice one," Makoto chuckled.. The kid pointed his hammer at Makoto, causing him to raise his hands. "Woah, I'm not your enemy."

"Look at that!" one of the members of the mob said, pointing. "They already beat all the pirates!"

Makoto looked over his shoulder. Sure enough, Nagisa and Izuku were standing over the fallen pirates, and not a scratch on either of them. Once again, he felt inadequate.

"Who… Who are you guys then?" the kid asked.

"Eh. No one special," Makoto shrugged. The citizens looked at each other, muttering about this.

Nagisa gingerly picked up a bowl of soup and placed it on a tray that held a bowl of rice with shredded seaweed, a plate of eggs, and a cup of green tea. He smiled in satisfaction before picking the tray up and stealthily walking through the silent house. He listened at a door before pushing it open with his hip. Inside a woman looked up from her spot on the bed and smiled.

"Nagisa! Is that breakfast?"

"Yep. All for you," Nagisa said as he brought the tray over. He set the food on the table next to it and helped the woman sit up. He rubbed her stomach, her swollen stomach, and patted it gently. "And for the little one inside."

Akari Shiota laughed as her husband set her against the headboard with a pillow to make her comfortable before giving her a kiss to the crown of her head. Nagisa rubbed her stomach again and leaned down to give it a small kiss.

"Good morning, Rokuro," he said to the bump. Akari giggled. Nagisa had been doing this every day ever since he discovered the gender of their baby. He would say good morning when she woke up, goodbye when he left the house, and good night when she went to sleep. She gave a small gasp when she felt something stir inside of her.

"Oh, the baby is kicking again," Akari laughed. She grunted again when she felt the movement again, but stronger. "I swear, he's training to be a football player when he grows up."

"Well, if that's what he wants," Nagisa said as he gave the stomach another pat, feeling the third kick, before picking up the chopsticks and grabbing some rice, holding it up to Akari's lips. "Now, say 'Aaaah'."

"Honestly, Nagisa," Akari rolled her eyes as she ate the rice. "I'm pregnant, not helpless."

"Well, I gotta know how to feed my babies," Nagisa teased as he fed her some soup. A groan was heard from the doorway.

"Seriously, you guys are like every romance movie protagonist," a pink-haired woman yawned.

"Good morning, Sakura," Nagisa greeted his apprentice. "I don't have breakfast in bed for you, but I do have breakfast waiting for you at the table."

"Thanks. I'll leave you to the babying of your wife," Sakura yawned again as she walked off with a wave. Akari pouted but laughed again as Nagisa pressed a kiss to her cheek. But suddenly, a new feeling sprung up, and she paled before feeling some pain that made her grit her teeth. Nagisa immediately noticed.

"Akari? What's wrong?"

"Nagisa… I think my water broke…" Akari groaned as she felt another contraction, and Nagisa paled as well. He immediately put the food to the side and scooped up his wife in a bridal carry.

"SAKURA! CALL THE HOSPITAL! THE BABY IS COMING!" he shouted. He heard a clatter of pots and the shatter of plates, which were drowned up by his apprentice cursing up a storm as Nagisa hurried out of the room with his wife in his arms.

The trio found themselves following the villagers up a beaten dirt path that had been hidden by some tree branches. Makoto and Izuku were slightly wary, the Ultimate Hope a little more so than the hero. Nagisa looked rather nonchalant despite everything.

Unbeknownst to them, Nagisa was very alert. All around him, he saw, or rather heard, wavelengths of the people around them. They were tense, stressed, but had no intention of attacking them. As such, the blue-haired man had little reason to be on guard.

They eventually made it to an opening in the forest. The trio stopped to look the place over. It was clear that this is where the refugees escaped to avoid the pirates. Makeshift huts and tents were all over the place. People stopped to stare, but turned away as their own gaze turned to them.

"Welcome!" an old man said as people made way for him. He was clearly in charge. The group escorting them quickly explained the situation, and the old man guided them into a building.

"My dearest apologies for the action of my villagers," the old man said as he placed a cup of tea in front of the trio. "They were operating under my orders. I hope you can forgive me."

"It's alright. Considering how the town looks, I can fully understand why they would react the way they do," Izuku said as he looked around. They were in a hut on a mountain overlooking the town. Refugees of the town were all located here and looked healthy enough, bringing Izuku immense relief.

"Yeah. Whatever the Unic Pirates wanted with this place, they definitely didn't want the place itself," Makoto said as he rubbed a finger absent-mindedly.

"Tell me, mayor, what exactly happened here?" Nagisa asked.

"Well, you see, it was a month or so ago," the mayor sighed. "The Unic Pirates had apparently fought with a small battalion of Marines, and lost. As such, they needed a base of operations to recover."

The village was founded with the knowledge that the world is covered with water, and with the belief that a helping hand should be extended to all who require it. As such, when the Unic Pirates came to us, we were fully willing to shelter them until they could recover from their battle.

"We are slightly wary of your presence, I will admit. However, you are welcome to stay here as long as you need to," the mayor said cautiously.

"You're a wise old man," the captain responded as he put a heavy hand on the mayor's head, making it bow. The pirates laughed and jeered as they went off to gather resources.

It was quite clear that the Unic Pirates had no intention to be friendly. But they were distant enough. A few acts of aggression here and there, but they were mostly focused on recovering. But then, the captain got word of someone, and suddenly the air changed. The pirates suddenly fell on us, and our village fell victim to their attacks.

"Run!" a civilian yelled before being shot. Pirates yelled as they charged through the town and slashed and shot various citizens, staining the streets with blood. The mayor grunted as he struck a pirate at the hip before slamming his cane on the man's head, knocking him out, before spinning to parry another sword swing and counter with another swing to the noggin.

A crack was heard in the air before the mayor was suddenly sent flying back with a gash in his clothes and on his chest. All around him, rebelling civilians were being struck and slashed by blurs, forcing the rest to flee. One brave enough helped the mayor to his feet and carried him away as the rest were surrounded by pirates. And at the head of them all was one man, studying the fleeing people.

"Do you know why he attacked?"

"We learned why eventually. And it's the reason why my citizens attacked you. He had obtained news of a man, with similarities to a woman, and the hair and eyes of the sky and sea," the mayor said. Izuku and Makoto stared at the old man before slowly turning to the man behind them. Nagisa had a contemplating look in his eyes. He turned to the mayor.

"Is it simply because of me?"

"He spoke of searching for you. He was quite vague, however."

"I see. I came here, because I intended on investigating Captain Ridley Eastoff. As an Otherworlder, I suspected that he was someone that I did in fact know, and thus wanted to confirm it. However, I did not think to account for the fact that he remembered me. You have all suffered because of me, and for that I, can only offer you my apologies," Nagisa said somberly.

"Apology accepted, young man. I thought that his sudden change in heart came from the boldness of having a powerful ally, but your actions in defending my people say otherwise. What then, is his history with you?"

"We met when I was young. He threatened someone I knew, someone I loved. So, I managed to put him in his place. I suppose he held a grudge."

"If he's your enemy," Izuku began as Nagisa turned to him. "Then, why did you want to see him?"

"I didn't want to see him specifically. I just wanted to see if he was who I thought. Now that I have that confirmation, I have no reason for him to still be around. Please," Nagisa turned back to the mayor. "Have no fear. I'll dispose of Ridley soon enough."

"Uh, what did he mean by that?" Nana said.

"Hold on a minute!" Makoto called as Nagisa walked out the door. "How do you know you can beat this guy?"

"I beat him when I was in middle school," Nagisa said nonchalantly. Izuku and Makoto balked. "I've gotten much better since then, and since coming to this world, I felt myself becoming more and more powerful as time went on. Not sure how or why, but It's helpful."

"Wait!" the mayor interjected. "He has hostages!"

"He what?" Nagisa stopped in his tracks.

"We had attempted rebellion on several occasions. To stop further attempts, he took many of us prisoner, and threatened their lives. We were only bold enough to attack you today because we thought that you were his friend. But, if not…"

"You would've had no leverage," Izuku finished.

"Hm… that complicates things," Nagisa hummed.

'If it was just Ridley, I would've been able to take him out, but it would be a struggle considering his crew and the lack of information I have on him and his location. I would also have to be extra careful while fighting him, since while I've grown quite a bit, I have no idea how he changed. With hostages, it's significantly more difficult. Except…' Nagisa looked over his shoulder at Izuku, who was holding his chin and thinking, muttering rapidly to himself. Nagisa smiled as he heard what Izuku was saying.

'I have certain allies at my side.'

"Oh man, the baby is almost three weeks early. Talk about being a go-getter," Sakura said as she leaned back in her chair with her hands behind her head. Nagisa didn't respond as he paced back and forth in front of her.

"Nagisa, will you sit down? You're making me nervous," Sakura finally said.

"Can you really blame me?! Premature birth has a lot of risk involved! A lot of newborns die out of nowhere, and a lot of those who don't grow up to have asthma, or feeding problems!" Nagisa blurted out. He ran his hands through his blue hair in worry. "Oh, I can't stop thinking about all of the bad things that this would mean for my baby!"

"Calm down, Nagisa. Your baby is from you and Akari, and you're both made of tough stuff."

"Agh…" Nagisa finally sat down and leaned back in his seat. His trained eyes could pick up on the sounds of his wife's screams, and he wished desperately that the hospital had let him be in there with her.

"Hey." He turned to see his apprentice sitting next to him. She gave him a confident grin. "You'll be fine. Everything will be fine. You're gonna have an awesome baby, and he's gonna grow up under awesome parents."

"... I hope so. This… this is my baby. Akari is my wife. I… have to do everything I can for them. I'll do anything for them."

"And that is what will make you a great dad," Sakura said. The two fell into silence for hours. Sakura went to get food, but Nagisa stayed in his seat, his eyes glued to the doors that his wife was taken through that morning. The former assassin didn't move from his spot or position until noon of the next day. Finally, a doctor came out, catching Nagisa's attention and prompting him to stand up, stumbling a bit as his muscles were suddenly forced back into action. He approached the doctor, who greeted him.

Ridley Eastoff sat in his dark office, only illuminated by the sun shining through his window and a candle. His eyes were glued on a fake wanted poster, crudely drawn. There was a yellow octopus with a wide, taunting smile dressed in robes and a tie with a crescent moon on it. And next to the wanted poster was a drawing of a feminine boy with blue hair and blue eyes, drawn in front of a crescent moon. He sneered as a blur shot around the room, accompanied by a violent crack, before the poster of the boy was ripped to shreds, falling to the floor like leaves from a tree.

"Captain!" A pirate burst in, a bruise causing part of his face to swell.

"What do you want?" Ridley said irritably.

"We saw him. The man you wanted to see!" the pirate said. Ridley paused, and rose to his feet abruptly.

"Where."

"In the ruined village. He was with two others. They managed to beat us and get away with some of the villagers," the pirate said. Ridley's eyes narrowed, and he walked around his desk.

"You let him get away?"

"He beat us, sir. He was like a being of death, and he had allies. One was a green-haired kid who had a Devil Fruit, and was ridiculously strong!"

"You were beaten. By a kid."

"Captain-!" A crack was heard and the pirate was sent flying with a spray of red that splashed the walls. Another crack was heard before he was sent flying out of the hall and out onto the deck. He groaned as he clutched the red on his clothes. Ridley walked out and scoffed.

"Weak. All of you. Find the blue haired man, and bring him to me. Alive. I will torture him myself, and put him out of his misery," Ridley said.

"Uh, captain? I think I found him!" one of his pirates called. Ridley narrowed his eyes and made his way over to the side of the deck. He looked down and glared at the sight of a certain blue-haired man leading a group of villagers to the shipyard.

"Mr. Ridley!" Nagisa called up cheerfully. "How have you been? It's been years since we last met! Admittedly, I'm quite surprised that you've been looking for me, considering how long it's been."

"Nagisa Shiota." Ridley glared down at him. "The Ministry of Defense isn't here to protect you this time."

"Oh, I assure you, I am more than capable of protecting myself," Nagisa said cheerfully as he walked closer to the ship. The villagers brandished their weapons and cautiously approached as well. Ridley scoffed. He turned to the crew behind him and jerked his head towards the villagers. The crew all yelled as they jumped off the ship with their sabers. The villagers all freaked out and ran away, leaving Nagisa behind. The blue-haired man didn't seem to care as he stood his ground, with the pirates running past him to chase the villagers. Ridley suddenly grabbed a lingering pirate by the shirt.

"The villagers decided to rebel. Kill the hostages," he ordered. The pirate nodded and led another pirate down the plank and ran off on the other side. But from a distance, Makoto was watching them through a telescope on one of the ruined buildings of the town.

"Gotcha. Midoriya! We got our targets!" Makoto said.

"Right, Naegi-san!" Izuku wrapped him up with Black Whip and began hopping between buildings, following the pirates.

"You predicted it! The pirates are chasing the villagers, and now we'll learn where the hostages are!" Makoto said.

"Now let's hope that Shiota-sensei can defeat Ridley again," Izuku said.

"I get the feeling he will," Makoto said.

"Are you sure?"

"He's got that vibe to him. It's scary, and comforting," Makoto said. He smiled bitterly as he recalled someone he once knew. A tanned, buff woman with white hair. "He's the kind of guy you just know can kill you, but would rather kill someone who threatens you."

"... I'd rather he doesn't kill."

"Just a metaphor, Midoriya."

"Sheesh, Mr. Ridley. I haven't seen you since I was in middle school! We should have a drink. Have you tried the drinks in this world? They're quite delicious," Nagisa said casually.

"You're quite chatty compared to that night," Ridley said coldly.

"Well, you weren't my focus that night, and I was dealing with quite a lot that evening," Nagisa grinned. Ridley growled slightly. From his sleeve, a long leather weapon slid out, an action mimicked with his other arm. The former assassins swung his whips around with a crack as Nagisa's grin grew slightly.

Yes, it was a single evening, years ago. I was an assassin who made a name of myself in Britain. My whips were fast, difficult to defend against, and disoriented my targets with their sound. I knew that in terms of direct combat, it was unlikely for my enemies to defeat me. And when it came to ambushing my targets, they may hear the crack of my whip, but they would be unable to defend against a weapon such as a whip. I was confident in my abilities, so when I heard of a target worth 30 billion yen in Japan, I knew that prize belonged to me. And who could say no to 190 euros? But what I saw in Japan…

Ridley narrowed his eyes as he heard voices ahead. He had spent the last week scouting out the area, spying on the target. The yellow octopus freak, said to move at Mach speeds. It was the perfect night to assassinate him, as he was busy watching some crappy show on that A.I. robot in the classroom. So why was there a voice yelling up ahead? He scowled and made his way to the top of the hill. Some crazy woman was screaming at a kid with a torch in her hand. He recognized the kid as someone on the blacklist. But regardless, they were in his way. With a skillful swing of his whip, he snapped the torch in half, catching their attention and drawing it to him.

"Bla bla bla, shut up, you old hag. This ain't no damn soap opera on TV you know," he sneered as he walked up, ignoring the torch beginning to burn the grass on the hill. The kid stared at him stoically.

'What's that brat's problem? Creepy,' Ridley thought.

"Who- Who are you?!" the woman shouted as she pointed the torch at him like a weapon. "Don't get in my way- KYA!"

Ridley disarmed her with another swing of his whip. He hated harpies like her. Always making a fuss.

"The ones getting in the way are you guys. I have been observing this place for more than a few days now. And every Wednesday at 10 pm, that guy, without fail, watches his favorite soap opera here. The tip of my whip exceeds Mach speed with ease. Using this whip, I'll pierce his brain in an instant."

"K-kill?! You're- I have to call the police-!" Ridley cut her off with another whip strike that broke her phone.

"You really are a noisy hag. The kid's off-limits. Killing him will just render the bounty void. But you're free for the taking."

Yes… It would've been easy. She was just another hag, but the brat…

The kid suddenly stood up. He walked towards Ridley, even going as far as to walk through the small wall of fire without flinching. Ridley raised an eyebrow as the brat approached, beginning to talk to the woman about something he didn't care about. He watched them approach.

"What is this?" he scoffed. He watched the kid walk up to him, until he was directly looking down at them.

'Is she planning on attacking me?' Ridley thought.

"Then, mom… I'll graduate from you," the kid uttered. A loud sound filled Ridley's senses, and choked on his spit as he collapsed. Something had happened. And he could only black out, the last thing in his sight being the kid standing in front of the crescent moon, hands raised into the air.

He woke up a while later, wrapped up like a rug and in the trunk of a person's car. A weirdly shaped man with a strange expression was standing over him. But as he watched, his skin turned a weird yellow, and his face seemed to inflate until it was a round sphere.

'The target?!' Ridley realized.

"My my! You sure gave her a fright. I thank you for giving my student an opportunity to stand up to his mother and truly say what he needed to say. Now, if you would be so kind as to leave, I would greatly appreciate it. I have my soap opera to get back, as you know," Korosensei said cheerfully.

'He knew?!' Ridley thought. In a blur, he was freed from his binds and the car, and left on the side of a street in the middle of nowhere. He stared blankly into the night sky, before gritting his teeth.

'It was that brat! She did something to me! She ruined it all!'

My pride was ruined, and I knew that I had to get my revenge. To have been defeated in an instant by a kid after developing my abilities for years, it was unacceptable to me. I later found your identity, name, and even your address, but a Japanese man with spiky hair confronted me about it. He threatened me with the might of the Ministry of Defense should I go after you.

"He might've kept me away, but I swore that no matter what, I would kill you, and regain my honor and pride as an assassin. As the assassin in Britain! Especially since you were the one who killed the target. By killing you, I would've killed the target by extension. But one day, one day! I woke up here, in a land known as Alabasta, before making my way here, where I became a pirate, regaining my reputation and reforging my arsenal. And now-" Ridley stopped. He stared in indignation and shock. Nagisa was yawning widely with a hand in front of his mouth. The blue-head picked his ear with a pinky.

"Pardon. I just don't know why you went through all that trouble to recount that evening when I was there as well. The TL;DR is that I beat you, so you wanted revenge, and now you can obtain it since we no longer are in a world where the Ministry of Defense has the authority and resources to stop you. I don't know why you obsessed so long over a kid, but, eh. I had a similar experience with someone else. He came back, like, three times. The last time, I put him underground after he abducted my apprentice," Nagisa said nonchalantly. He cracked his neck and gave Ridley a look. It was a creepy look despite the stoicness of his face.

"What makes you so sure that you'll be any different?" Nagisa said. Ridley narrowed his eyes and whipped his weapons, letting them crack in the air.

"I'm more than capable of killing your teacher, even as he moves at Mach 20 speeds!" he hissed. Nagisa raised a brow before grinning.

"Nurufufufu!" he chuckled as his grin widened by a large margin, with only the whites of his eyes visible to Ridley as his bangs casted a shadow over the top half of his face. Ridley could've sworn he saw a yellow octopus standing behind him. Nagisa slowly drew his knives from his belt and held them in a reverse grip.

"Let's test that theory of yours, shall we? I do need to reprimand you for scaring my mother, and insulting her," he said.

Ridley's eyes narrowed before his whips flew forwards. They flew fast and true, but Nagisa's knives intercepted them, sending sparks up. The blue-haired man dashed forwards and slashed at Ridley, only to spin and deflect the bladed tips of his whips that tried to impale him from behind. Nagisa lashed out with a kick that Ridley blocked with his own kick. The pirate grunted as he felt himself slide back. Nagisa grinned and threw another kick that Ridley blocked again, only to be launched slightly into the air.

"This world has made us both stronger," Nagisa said as he jumped up and flipped over to throw another kick that Ridley blocked. A leather tendril swung up to Nagisa and managed to wrap around his leg. He grunted as he was yanked through the air and towards another building. The blue-haired assassin flipped himself around and slammed his legs against the wall, stopping his motion. He smirked cheekily at Ridley before spinning, freeing his leg and landing on the ground. He hurled a knife at Ridley that was deflected, only for Nagisa to run up to him under his whips and swing his knife at his opponent's neck. Ridley bent back to dodge it before kicking Nagisa away.

'He's fast!' Ridley thought. He yanked on his whip, causing it to slash through the air and nearly hit Nagisa as the assassin dropped down to a three-point stance to duck under it. 'But my whips are certainly faster.'

'Oh my, this actually might be a little fun,' Nagisa thought.

"There!" Makoto said as he pointed at a location with a finger. Izuku landed on a building and borrowed Makoto's telescope. He spotted pirates making their way up to another building and knocking on the door. He held his hand out and curled four fingers.

Another pirate inside opened the door to greet the first two, only for Black Whip to seize him by the neck and yank him out. The first two whirled around to receive a red iron-covered shoe to the face each, slamming them down. Izuku rolled to his feet with Black Whip manifesting around his wrist and spreading behind him, almost like a weapon was being held in a reverse grip stance. As such, they didn't notice Makoto getting off of Izuku behind the Black Whip and sneaking inside.

"Dammit!" one of the two pirates growled as he slowly got up. The guard pirate stood up straight, glowering at Izuku. This pirate was a lot different than the other two. He stood taller than them.

'180? No, 190… 196 cm,' Izuku thought.

"Who are you, brat?" the pirate growled.

"I am Izuku Midoriya, an Otherworlder. My job is to be a hero. Sorry, but I'm going to have to send you flying!" Izuku said.

"Send him flying?" Nana deadpanned.

"Ninth, you don't have to try to sound cool." Yoichi assured Izuku.

'I… didn't really mean to say that, though,' Izuku thought.

"Well, I am Viereck Burks. Vice-captain of the Unic Pirates!" the large man said as he pulled off his coat and pulled out a large axe from behind him. "I'll carve you to pieces!"

"Black Whip: Detroit Smash!" Izuku yelled as he shot forwards and threw a punch with his fist covered with Black Whip. Viereck blocked it with the broad-side of his weapon, only for Black Whip to unravel and wrap around the axe. Izuku flipped over the pirate and planted his feet against the back of Viereck and yanked the axe to slam into the pirate's face. Viereck grunted but forced Izuku off his back and threw him to the building, where Izuku landed with his Black Whip covered hand digging into the side.

"A Devil Fruit user? Your Devil Fruit will be useful for the Captain!" Viereck said as he jumped up and swung his axe at the Hero. Izuku hurled himself up the building, dodging the swing before countering with a kick that Viereck blocked with his arm. The two were launched away from each other and landed on the ground. Viereck roared as he charged and swung his large axe with a single hand. Izuku's Black Whip covered arm blocked the attack before wrapping around the axe-head again.

["Hey kid, your Black Whip's pretty useful."

"Thank you, Shiota-sensei. It's probably my most versatile power."

"You should rely on it more."

"Wh… what do you mean? I use it a lot."

"You use it a lot, but you very much rely more on your raw strength. Your Black Whip has a lot of versatility due to its more flexible nature. Until your arm heals, utilize the nature of Black Whip some more."]

'My arm, One for All, Fa Jin, and Gear Shift are all out of commission. Black Whip is the only offensive power I have left. So I'll take it, and forge it into a mighty blade!' Izuku thought as Black Whip continued to manifest around the axe-head. Viereck's eyes widened as the blade began to crack. Clawed fingers made of the green and black tendrils tightened their grip and shattered the blade, forcing Viereck to jump back. Izuku brandished his arm, now completely covered in Black Whip and much larger. It almost looked like a monster's arm.

"Red Riot, and Suneater combo! Vast Hybrid Gauntlet!" Izuku yelled.

"Heh! Not bad! Bring it on!" Viereck yelled as he pulled out a massive sword from his back. Izuku charged and launched himself into the air, throwing his Gauntlet forwards.

This building smells like blood. The stains are dark, and dry, so they were probably here for a long time. But there's a decent amount of it, so I can smell it. I don't have enhanced senses, but, when you're familiar with a certain stimuli, you can detect it even when it's weak.

Makoto snuck through the dark hall of the building. In his hands were his pistols that he stole from the Unic Pirates' ship before it sank. They looked like flintlocks, but he discovered early that they were more advanced than actual flintlocks that he knew of, and could thus fire multiple shots without having to take ten minutes to reload (A fact confirmed by Oda). Makoto didn't know which was worse. Only having one chance, or having multiple chances. He decided to focus more on his job to take his mind off it.

Openings had been filled in with tar and/or concrete, or covered with wooden planks and metal sheets. The building looked like an office building. Likely built by some Otherworlders who came before him. It was big, it was tall. Doors had metal padlocks for security. It was a good place to hold hostages. To hold prisoners.

The building has something else to it. It's another feeling that I'm familiar with, despite it being my responsibility to withstand, and dispel it. A feeling of…

Makoto struck a padlock several times with a hammer, breaking the chain. A rumble was heard outside, catching his attention. When nothing happened, he opened the door, and walked into a room.

Despair.

There were bodies in the room, enough so that they covered the entire floor. Makoto inhaled sharply as he stumbled back. One of the bodies stirred, and a young girl slowly pushed herself up.

"H-help me! I… don't want to die…!" she whimpered. Makoto shook himself out of his funk and hurried over to her, pulling out a small pack with a blue cross on the side.

"Okay, okay, calm down. Where are you bleeding from?" Makoto asked urgently. She sniffed but managed to turn herself over with his help.

"R-right here!"

"..."

"Wh-why are you just staring?"

"S-sorry. It's just… Why is it red?"

"BLOOD IS RED!"

"Not mine!" Makoto made a small cut on his hand and showed the pink fluid that slowly rose from it.

"WHY IS YOUR BLOOD PINK?!"

"I DON'T KNOW, THAT'S HOW IT ALWAYS WAS! WHATEVER!" Makoto calmed down and pulled out a needle sealed in some plastic, and some gloves.

'The Future Foundation taught me some First-Aid. It's not enough to help her entirely, but it should help out,' he thought. He took some herbs and mushrooms and helped the girl eat them, even as she gagged from the taste. Her eyes rolled back into her head as drool trickled out her mouth.

'These crazy narcotics from the Grand Line will put her in a slump, but they'll wear off fast. Cut her clothes,' Makoto thought as he used a pair of scissors to show the wound.

'Stab wound. Clean the wound with a piece of cloth. Then sew it shut.' Makoto began to thread a needle in the stab wound making the girl thrash about from the pain. Makoto muttered apologies as he continued to pull the wound shut and seal it tightly with the clean thread and needle.

'Take some clean gauze. Apply this paste over it with some of the gauze, then use the rest to cover it. Finish it with some tightly applied bandages,' Makoto thought as he finished the emergency treatment. The girl gurgled, still partially under the effects of the drugs.

"I'm… going… to die…" she whispered drunkenly. Makoto bit his lip.

"How many hostages are left?" he whispered to her.

"... Th-thirty… They… killed… many of us…"

"Where are they?"

"The… floors… above… five? Four…? I…"

"Don't worry, I'll take care of things," Makoto assured her. "This will all be over soon."

I gave the girl some water. She lost a lot of blood, she needs nutrition and hydration. Unfortunately, I can only give her one of those. Man, I probably should've given her some food.

There's thirty people I have to save. Am I gonna be able to save them all? I can't do it. I'm not strong enough. I'm not good enough. I'm not smart enough. I'm just a guy who can be optimistic when others can't, except I can't even do that anymore.

Hey. Say something already.

Their blood is red… I bet it tastes exquisite.

"There you go again with that bullshit."

Let me taste some of it.

"Are you gonna help me?"

No.

"Then you can fuck right off."

"Hey!" a voice yelled. Makoto turned to see pirates running towards him with swords drawn.

"Oh crap!" Makoto yelped as he ran away.

The wall of a building exploded outwards, sending dust and bricks flying out. Nagisa fell out with them, a smile on his face and his hands behind his head. Ridley jumped out after him and attacked with his whips shooting towards him like snakes. Ironic.

Nagisa planted a foot against some debris and launched himself down to the ground, where he was able to dodge the whips as they pierced the ground, sending stones up. Nagisa sent the stones flying towards Ridley with a kick, prompting the pirate captain to block with his whips. One whip wrapped around a lamppost and swung him towards Nagisa, who blocked his dropkick with crossed arms, sending the bluehead back. He pushed off the ground to land on his feet as Ridley landed on his. The two studied their opponent.

"You're still smiling!" Ridley growled.

"What can I say? Ever since coming to this world, I can't help but enjoy a good fight. It helps me remember how strong I've become," Nagisa shrugged.

"Hmph. You're a cocky bastard."

"I suppose," Nagisa shrugged again, a mischievous smile on his face. He held his knife forwards and lowered into a stance. "Shall I continue showing you why that is?"

"Bring it," Ridley growled.

Purururu. Purururu.

The two stopped. Ridley kept his eye on Nagisa as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small snail-like creature and put it on his ear.

'A portable Den Den Mushi!' Nagisa thought. Den Den Mushis were curious and rare creatures that transmitted telepathic signals across the world to each other. They're primarily found in the Grand Line, and in the West Blue, all the four Blues, you can only find them in specific places, like in shops prepping for the Grand Line, or in Marine Bases.

'I didn't think that Ridley would have one,' Nagisa grimaced.

"Talk," Ridley growled. His scowl deepened as he heard what was being said, before taking the Den Den Mushi off.

"So, this was an attempt to save the hostages. Well, if you're so concerned about them, then I'll just kill them all!" Ridley snapped as he used his whip to pull himself up to the top of a building and begin making his way to the hostages.

"Oh, fuck me in the ass!" Nagisa groaned as he ran after Ridley.

Gunshots were heard inside the building. Malnourished, bruised, and sickly men and women were slowly making their way into another room, clearly panicked. And for good reason. Makoto was inside with his arm holding up the injured girl from earlier. The other arm was firing his pistol down the hall. Pirates were firing back at him, but his surprising aim was making them have to focus more on avoiding the shots.

"Dammit!" Makoto cursed as his gun ran out before he pulled out his second one and carried the girl into the room.

["You'll want to carry more than one, or maybe more than two. You'll never know if you'll need them."]

"Dammit Shiota, why do you have to be right?" Makoto groaned as he pulled out a third one and fired down the hall again. He glanced back at the hostages, who were trying to break down the opposing door of the room. "Are you guys okay?"

"We can't get out!"

"Hang on!" Makoto turned to the window and shot it several times before kicking it repeatedly until it broke. He poked his head out. "MIDORIYA!"

A green blur crashed into the side of the building, breaking down the wall and causing people to scream in fear.

"There's no need to worry any more! Why?" Izuku stepped forwards and gave a confident smile. "Because I am here!"

"Wh-who are you?"

"Izuku Midoriya, an Otherworlder. We're here to save you," Izuku said. The hostages looked at each other nervously as Izuku turned back to Makoto, who had returned to the entrance.

"Naegi-san, what's wrong?"

"We need to get out of this room. Pirates are coming down the hall," Makoto said as he fired a few more potshots.

"On it!" Izuku ran over to the other door and destroyed it with a punch. "Quickly, out this way!"

"You're not going anywhere!" Viereck snarled as he jumped through the hole. People screamed, but Izuku rocketed towards him and tackled him out.

"Now's your chance!" he called over his shoulder.

"Right!" Makoto holstered his guns before pulling the girl back up. "Alright, let's move people!"

The hostages filed out of the room quickly as Makoto carried the girl across the room. She stirred and coughed before raising her head to look at the hole. At the day.

"Huh… sunlight…" she murmured.

"You'll enjoy it more when we're out. Just hang on," Makoto told her as he carried her. The building suddenly rumbled, making him stumble slightly but manage to still hold her up.

"What was that?"

"C-captain!" Viereck growled as he skidded back towards his boss. Izuku stood in a fighting-stance as Nagisa came up next to him.

"Phew! Cardio!" he said.

"Are you okay, Shiota-sensei?"

"Yeah, just a little winded. You?"

"Your advice about relying on Black Whip was pretty helpful. With Vast Hybrid Gauntlet-"

"We can workshop that name."

"-I can somewhat fight in a way similar to how I originally, even with one arm," Izuku finished.

"Good. Keep thinking of ways to apply your powers. You have several, so you have a lot of potential ways to fight," Nagisa nodded.

"Viereck. Report."

"They're trying to save the hostages. One of their allies is inside."

"Really now?" Ridley scoffed. He suddenly swung his whips towards the base of the building, carving out a decent-sized chunk. Nagisa and Izuku's eyes widened in shock.

"Stop!" Izuku said as he shot forwards and blocked the next whip with his Gauntlet. "Your men are in there as well!"

"My men are a means to an end!" Ridley retorted as Viereck joined in, destroying parts of the building before Nagisa was suddenly behind him.

CLAP!

"Guh!" Viereck choked as he collapsed to his knees before Nagisa grabbed his head and slammed his knee into the back, causing Viereck's head to rocket downard and bounce off the ground with a sickening crack.

"Ooh." Izuku winced.

'So that's the technique,' Ridley narrowed his eyes. He focused on the part where Viereck was attacking earlier. He could see a crack, a few inches long and an inch wide. 'No matter.'

"Watch out!" Izuku shouted as Ridley attacked. Nagisa whirled around with a knife at the ready, only for Ridley's whip to zip past him and through the crack. Inside, the bladed tip struck something, creating a spark. And inside, were barrels of gunpowder.

BOOM!

Makoto yelped and nearly dropped the girl as the building shook violently. To his horror, he felt the floor begin to tilt until he was sliding backwards.

"Woah woah woah!" he yelped.

Nagisa groaned as he pushed himself into a sitting position. The explosion had come out of nowhere and sent him flying. He gaped at the sight of the building beginning to fall over.

"No!" Izuku yelled as he ran towards the building. He slid across the ground until he was under it and braced himself. The building slammed down on him, making him grunt, but while he was forced to a knee, Black Whip was surging to life and supporting the strength of his arm and body, and bracing itself against the ground. Nagisa's eyes widened at the sight.

'He's strong enough to withstand the force of a building falling on him. What exactly broke his arm?' he thought. Inside, Makoto was hurrying the panicked crowd along.

"Hurry!" he said. The girl he was carrying wheezed, and Makoto turned sharply to her. "Hey, stay with me!"

"Interesting boy," Ridley said as he prepared to attack. Nagisa's foot crashed into the side of his head, sending him flying to the side.

"Don't even think about it!" Nagisa said as he re-engaged Ridley.

"Out! Out! Out!" Izuku heard Makoto's voice and heaved a sigh of relief. The building was too heavy for him, and he could feel his old injuries from fighting Kaido begin to come back. He just had to hold on a little more.

"Guh! Come on!" Makoto grunted as he half-carried, half-dragged the girl out the building, the other hostages having already escaped. He looked back at the building and did a double-take at the sight of Izuku.

'What the hell! What is he made of?!'

"Is everyone out!" Izuku called.

"Yeah!"

"Then stand clear!" The hero deactivated Black Whip and darted to safety as the building crumbled down, reducing itself to dust. All parties present covered their faces as dust covered them in a powerful gust before settling.

Nagisa coughed as he waved his hand around, clearing the dust around him. He stumbled through the rubble, eyes darting about. He spotted the backs of the retreating hostages before going back to look for his crewmates.

"Naegi-kun! Midoriya-kun!" he called. He spotted Makoto and hurried over to him. He was kneeling next to the girl he treated. She was breathing shallowly.

"Sunlight…" she rasped before becoming still. Makoto set her down before settling back.

"Naegi-kun? Are you okay?" Nagisa asked gently.

"... I found her in a room of bodies."

"..."

"There's thirty civilians left, but they said that they took fifty."

"..."

"Hey, Shiota."

"Hm?"

"You see it too, right? How gray the world is? How gray life is?"

"..."

"A sad fact of life is that sometimes, you have to give up one life to save others. To help others."

"Yes… When a situation comes to that point, then Life has already lost. It's just a matter of how badly it lost."

"..."

"Don't worry, Naegi. That one life…" Nagisa refocused on Ridley as the pirate captain rose from the rubble. His bloodlust was extremely obvious, and practically poured off him like water.

"Will be sacrificed very soon."

The very air around Nagisa seemed to change, warping into a darker mist. Ridley's eyes widened as Nagisa seemed to disappear, replaced by a monster that slowly rose higher with glaring, predatory, yellow eyes.

'He's completely different now!' he thought as he fell into a stance with his whips. 'I can't let my guard down with him-'

Ridley's eyes blinked and opened to see Nagisa's eyes right in front of him. He jerked back and swung his whip wildly, only to realize that Nagisa was behind him instead. He spun as a knife-tip popped out of the handle and stabbed Nagisa, only for the shorter man to fade out of existence. His eyes widened and he turned around to see Nagisa smirking darkly at him.

"Wh-what-?!"

"Here I come," Nagisa said. He darted forwards, prompting Ridley to send a bladed whip tip towards him, only for the blade to break apart another illusion as Nagisa dashed to the side. Ridley swung his other whip towards the bluehead, only for Nagisa to grin. Makoto's ears twitched as he heard a strange sound, and Nagisa appeared next to Ridley. The whip-user attacked with his handle blade, only for Nagisa to parry the attempt and counter with a chop to the throat. Ridley choked and received a hook that sent him spinning through the air. Nagisa dashed back to avoid another whip attack and grinned, sending chills down Ridley's spine with how dark it looked.

"Die!" he roared as he attacked again. Nagisa's body swerved and bent in a way that seemed unnatural. Ridley's attack stopped, leaving him to stare, dumbfounded. Nagisa clicked his tongue tauntingly before jumping up a high height. Ridley attacked again, only for Nagisa to kick off of nothing and dart to the side. Ridley roared and attacked relentlessly, but Nagisa was somehow shooting through the air like a bat out of hell, dodging all of his attacks either by disappearing out of sight or moving his body like it was a blade of grass.

'How is he doing that?!' Makoto thought. Izuku shoved a piece of rubble off of him and stared in shock.

"So much for this guy being powerless!" En said.

"How?!" Ridley panted, exhausted from trying and failing despite his best efforts. Nagisa landed on the ground and grinned.

"Do you surrender yet?" he asked. Ridley glared.

"Never!"

"Good," Nagisa said as he began walking forwards. "Then I have an excuse to eliminate you."

"..." Izuku didn't speak as he was looking at Makoto, and seeing the dead girl in front of him. He shifted to get up, eyes blazing with anger, but Nagisa held up his hand, stopping him in his tracks.

"Midoriya-kun. In this world, you're going to have to kill to survive. It's incredibly unlikely that you're gonna be strong enough to defeat everyone without that. However, you're still young. Let me take care of this," he said.

"..." Izuku blinked and slowly calmed down. He looked confused. Nagisa looked him over before turning back to Ridley.

"That's something I'll have to address later."

"You spoke as if you'll live to see tomorrow," Ridley growled.

"I speak only the truth. You talk like an eagle," Nagisa said as he turned back to Ridley. "An eagle unaware that he is facing a dragon."

"... Well hear this, dragon," Ridley said as he began swinging the whips around, causing them to slither about as if they were snakes. He began swinging them about faster. The two weapons began to seem as though they were multiplying until there were hundreds of whips cutting through the air.

"My whips have become much faster than before. Your Korosensei moved at Mach 20, and now my weapons have reached his level of speed!" Ridley yelled. Nagisa stared with a stoic expression.

'Mach 20?! What the hell?!' Makoto thought.

'Can he handle it?' Izuku thought.

"Die! 1000-fold Whip Barrage!" Ridley roared as he attacked with the storm of whips. The leather weapons rocketed towards Nagisa. The bluehead narrowed his eyes…

And yawned.

'What?!'

"Serpent Overfang," Nagisa said boredly before rocketing forwards. Ridley's eyes widened as he saw a monstrous serpent lunging for him, and an incredible pain exploded in his stomach. The serpent's fangs were sunk into his torso, but the reptile disappeared, leaving Nagisa with his foot planted in his stomach. Ridley coughed up blood before he was sent flying across the ground.

"Shave." Nagisa disappeared and reappeared behind Ridley, intercepting his flight with another foot to the spine, earning a small crack. Ridley coughed as he was sent tumbling forwards before Nagisa reappeared and caught him and tossed him up.

"Moonwalk," Nagisa said as he jumped up and grabbed Ridley by the collar of his shirt.

"Shave." Nagisa continued to shoot and dart through the air, constantly making quick turns before spinning and hurling Ridley. The pirate captain hacked up blood before bouncing off the side of a building and coming to a stop at the end of a dock.

Nagisa landed on the other side of the wooden platform. He rolled his neck, earning a few clicks. He rubbed his thigh absentmindedly.

'Well, it has been five years,' he thought.

"*Kah!*" Ridley hacked up more blood and glared up at Nagisa. "How?!"

"You said Mach 20? Hm. First, Korosensei's original acceleration speed was Mach 20. He got faster. Second, 5. Or, 10? Somewhere in between. Your whips actually moved somewhere between Mach 5 and 10."

"You-!"

"Honestly, Ridley. I'm disappointed. Throwing out such a flashy move, when in actuality it's just you swinging around your whips like a child dancing with ribbons. No precision, no accuracy. Just, thrashing around. You're an assassin. You have a target, you strike quickly, and lethally. Our art and display is from our skill, not our spectacle," Nagisa said as he walked closer. Ridley spat out a glob of blood and got to his feet. He pulled out a knife and glared.

"If you want an assassin, then I'll show you one," he growled. Nagisa smiled as he brandished his knives again.

"Then we have a fight," he said as he began walking forwards. A roar made the two pause, before a giant shape shot through the docks, sending Ridley flying into the air and into the maw of the giant Sea King, who promptly swallowed him and fell back into the water with a giant splash. Nagisa stared in shock as the water settled, leaving broken wooden planks floating in the water.

"... There is always a bigger fish," he said as he turned away awkwardly.

"Your son did have some complications upon birth, but he's overall a healthy child. Your wife is also fine. Will you like to see them?"

"Yes, yes please." Nagisa followed the nurse down the hall to a room. He walked in, and his wife looked up, tired, but smiling, as beautiful as ever. There was a bundle in her arms. Nagisa cautiously approached her and gently brushed her sweaty bangs from her forehead before kissing her.

"Hey, dear. How are you feeling?" he asked her.

"I'm doing great, sweetie," Akari said tiredly. She lifted the bundle in her arms to him. "Here. Look at him. Look, at our baby."

Nagisa hesitated, before carefully taking the bundle. The bundle was cradled in the crook of his arm, and he gently pulled some of the layers back. His breath was caught in his throat when he saw the tiny being in the bundle. His eyes were shut, but they slowly opened. Tiny, yet wide blue eyes, Nagisa's eyes, stared at him before the baby yawned cutely. Nagisa's face involuntarily broke out into a small smile, one that grew larger as the baby cooed and smiled. A slender finger stroked the baby's face, causing it to scrunch up.

"A baby… my baby… My son…" he whispered.

The pirates who were chasing the villagers earlier were led back to the docks, only to learn that Ridley had been killed, and the Vice-Captain had been concussed. They surrendered after a quick battle with the trio (aka Izuku and Nagisa, while Makoto took pot-shots at them). After securing the pirates, the trio got to work to rebuild. Izuku used Black Whip and Float to help repair buildings. Nagisa fed and treated the malnourished prisoners. Makoto helped the villagers to bury their dead, and delivered the dead girl back to her parents, who wept for their child, but thanked him for saving her.

Around a week later, the trio were rummaging through the former ship of the Unic Pirates. Makoto, still upset with Ridley, looked over the former captain's desk with a frown before taking out his gun and shooting it several times and kicked it over with a grunt. The drawers fell open, scattering maps and instruments over the floor. Makoto sighed before beginning to pick them up. One in particular caught the attention of the amateur navigator, and he unrolled it. He raised a brow.

"Hey! Shiota! Midoriya!" he said as he went up to the deck. Izuku walked over as Nagisa dropped down from the mast.

"I've been meaning to ask, Shiota-sensei," Izuku said. "I thought you said that your world doesn't have Quirks, or Talents."

"It doesn't."

"Then, how were you flying?"

"I wasn't flying, I was just walking on the air. I was using three of six special techniques that this world has available to specific members of the World Government," Nagisa explained.

"Then how did you learn it?" Makoto asked.

"I got the chance thanks to someone who works for the Marines while I taught his grandsons in the East Blue for five years," Nagisa said. "A small trio of kids who, ironically, wanted to be pirates. One was blond, one was freckled, and one had a straw hat."

"Ah, interesting," Izuku said.

"What are the other three techniques?" Makoto asked.

"I dunno. I was only able to learn three," Nagisa shrugged. "So. What did you call us for?"

"I found a map," Makoto said as he spread it on a barrel. The other two looked it over, and Nagisa narrowed his eyes.

"This is a map of the Grand Line," he said.

"Yep. Ridley had it in his quarters. Makes sense, I guess, considering that his other pirates said that he wanted to go to the Grand Line," Makoto said. Nagisa picked up the map and studied it intently as he turned away. The other two exchanged looks before turning back to Nagisa.

"Shiota-sensei?"

"Shiota? You good?"

Nagisa lowered the map and stared into the sky, before taking a breath, and allowing himself to have a small smile. He rolled the map up and turned back to the other two.

"Midoriya-kun? Would you be okay with helping me out with something?"

"Oh? Uh, sure. What is it?"

"I… I've considered going to the Grand Line, on several occasions. But what you think of as strong from me is just a regular occurrence in the Grand Line. So, I researched in the East and West Blue. I tried to find a way home where I wouldn't have to risk my life. But, now, I have a strong ally. And the fact that Eastoff is here, in this world, the same world as me… Suddenly, there's a chance that what I'm looking for is in this world as well."

"What do you mean?"

"The truth is, I've met with a lot of Otherworlders before I met you. I said that I had a feeling we're from different worlds when I saw your abilities, but I actually knew for a while. It didn't seem like anyone I met was going to be from my world. But, while Eastoff was my enemy, I was so happy to meet him, because it meant that people from my world are here too. Which means that there's a chance that my family is in this world as well," Nagisa explained. Izuku's eyes widened in understanding, and he tapped a fist into an open hand.

"I see!"

'That means that some people I know could be here too!' Izuku thought.

'People from our world?' Makoto frowned, his thoughts going to a certain woman with twintails. He shook his head and thought for a moment before lighting up as a thought came to him.

"I just thought of something," Makoto interjected. "Eastoff said that he woke up in Alabasta, a place in the Grand Line, right? I was actually at a place called Jaya when I came into this world. Jaya is in the Grand Line. And Midoriya was brought to Wano, which is in the New World, aka, Grand Line."

"And I arrived at Marineford, the base of operations of the Marines, in the Grand Line," Nagisa added.

"So the Grand Line is probably the focal point. The common destination!" Izuku realized.

"Which means, the chances of us meeting Otherworlders we know are increased significantly in the Grand Line," Nagisa finished. He turned to Izuku.

"Midoriya-kun, please. Would you help me explore the Grand Line, in hopes that I would be able to catch even a whisper of my wife and children?" he asked quietly. Izuku smiled widely.

"Of course!" he said immediately. The answer was obvious, even if they weren't already allies. Nagisa also broke into a wide smile at the answer.

"If the Grand Line is the destination of the portals that bring us here, then there's a chance that it'll also have the source, which means we might be able to reverse the effects!" Makoto pointed out.

"So even if they're not in this world, you'd have a way home!" Izuku said.

"We'd, have a way home," Nagisa corrected.

'I can return to my family,' he thought.

'I can return to the war,' Izuku thought.

'I can return to the Tragedy,' Makoto thought.

"It's decided then," Izuku said firmly. "We'll find a way home. We'll go to the Grand Line!"

In about a day, the trio gathered supplies, and got permission from the village to use one of the Unic Pirates' ships as their own. Nagisa had found a spare Den Den Mushi and gave it to the mayor, who used it to call up the nearest Marines to take care of the Unic Pirates. The entire village came to see them off as the trio finished loading up the small boat.

"Thank you again for all you've done," the mayor said.

"We're sorry that we weren't able to save everyone," Izuku said as he bowed. The mayor waved it off.

"We lost many, but we'll rebuild. As for you, however. If you seek to go to the Grand Line, you will need more than just three members. A proper ship, a cook, a quartermaster, a doctor-"

"And a musician!" Nagisa said as he passed. Izuku looked at him dumbly.

"A what?"

"What's a life at sea without some music, eh?" Nagisa laughed.

"Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho~! Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho~! Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho~! Yo-hohoho, Yo-hoho-ho~!" Makoto suddenly began singing. Nagisa joined in as they continued loading up the ship.

"Gather up all of the crew~! It's time to ship out Bink's brew~!"

"Sea wind blows~ To where, who knows~? The waves will be our guide~!"

"O'er across the ocean's tide, rays of sunshine far and wide~! Birds they sing of cheerful things, in circles passing by~!" the two sang. Izuku sweatdropped before turning back to the amused mayor.

"They're right, you know," he said.

"I'm… just gonna put that to the side," Izuku muttered.

"Young man?" Izuku looked up as the mayor smiled kindly. "Don't catch a cold, you hear?"

"Yes sir," Izuku smiled before turning and jogging to the ship. He pushed it off, and the trio began to sail off as the villagers all cheered and waved goodbye. Izuku and Nagisa waved back as Makoto took his spot at the helm.

"So, Naegi. All things good?" Nagisa asked. "No, sudden storms?"

"Nah, my Luck tends not to do things more than twice," Makoto waved it off. A sudden surge of water behind them made the trio turn to look into the eyes of the Sea King.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"... Well this is only the second time this happened."

"Will they be okay?" A villager sweatdropped as she watched the boat row away from the pursuing Sea King at high speeds. The mayor laughed awkwardly.

"I… do hope so."

Jordan walked through the dark, stone halls of the Marine base. He entered the room of the Captain of the Marines of Jump Town, and stood at attention. "Captain Lanal. You wished to see me?"

The Captain, a sour-looking man with a crooked nose and a scar on his mouth turned to him with a scowl. "Jordan. I just received a report about Rasier Island. I heard that a certain duo was seen there, fighting pirates."

Jordan didn't respond as his boss walked around his desk and came up to him. Lanal stood well over the 180 cm Jordan, sneering down at him. "Those vigilantes you let go are once again, doing the Marines' work."

"Sir, with all due respect-"

"Silence!" Lanal barked. He turned away from Jordan and walked up to the desk. He slammed a hand down on a photo of Nagisa before turning back to his Vice-Captain.

"We are the glorious Marines! We will not be upstaged by a pair of Otherworldly commoners! Especially when their original crime was committed here, in my town!" Lanal yelled. Jordan stayed silent. Lanal walked up to him and slammed a trio of posters into his chest, causing him to stumble back slightly.

"Take these down to the media room. Your lost prey will learn respect," Lanal growled. Jordan grimaced but left obediently. Lanal turned back to his desk and slammed a fist onto it again, scowling at the Wanted Posters.

'Wanted: Izuku "Black Whip" Midoriya. 5 million berries.'

'Wanted: Nagisa "Slipstream" Shiota. 2 million berries.'

'Wanted: Makoto "Herbivore" Naegi. 1,000 berries.'

And we're finally done! This chapter took almost a month to write because I chose to write it by myself instead of with A.I. Can you see why I chose to write this with A.I.? In exchange, this chapter has a word count of over 12 thousand on my Google Docs page. Pretty crazy, huh? Well, hope you enjoyed it.

And yeah, there was a decent amount of build up only for Ridley Eastoff to be a random assassin from AssClass that showed up for like two minutes before Nagisa one-tapped him, but I hope I did a good job with him. He had one purpose here anyways. Anyways, that's all from me today! As per the usual, leave a review! Azure out!
