Darkness took over the moment Luna touched the side of the portal.
There was light, but it flashed in strands.
Luna shuddered as cold enveloped her body and she touched down on soft grass.
She blinked.
In moments, the grass looked real, in others, they looked like nothing but a shadow.
The Elven girl frowned, but then noticed that the jewel was glowing in a way it hadn't before.
She grinned, then ran across the plain towards the portal that glowed on the other side.
But as she moved, the portal seemed to be getting further and further away.
She frowned, slowing down to a walking pace.
"There's no way you can reach the other side without my help, child." a woman's voice came from the dark.
Luna blinked, whipping around to face whoever had spoken.
There stood a woman with long black hair, her eyes were a warm brown, and a purple aura seemed to envelope her.
One of her eyes seemed to be glowing in sunlight while the other looked like in was bathed in silver moonlight.
"You're Legendaria, the assistant of Marzanna."
The goddess sniffed, "Why can't people just see me as me? Why always see me as nothing but an assistant?"
"I don't mean that-" Luna began hastily.
"I know, I know. That's what everyone says." Legendaria sighed, "Anyways, if you want to get across, you'll have to cross through the Sakura Falls."
"But I thought the Sakura Falls was a waterfall in Lorrel." Luna muttered, confused.
"Lorrel is where the three worlds are closest, is it not normal that the Sakura waterfall is also a part of the Spirit World?"
Luna thought for a moment, "I guess that makes sense."
Legendaria sighed, "It's supposed to make sense."
Luna shrugged, "I didn't know that."
"Nevermind." The goddess mumbled, rolling her eyes, "I thought that, as a daughter of the goddess of Death herself, you would know."
"Anyways, you need to leave, I sense the Angel sturing."
Luna tensed.
Legendaria shrugged, silently lifting a hand to wave, "Bye."
With that, she shoved the Elven girl into the waterfall.
