Things have been pretty hectic at the academy recently with the whole tournament being in full swing.

That is why days like today, where there were no tournament battles scheduled for today was a day that Lyna could appreciate.

She made way to class where she was surprised to see a influx of upperclassmen in a class normally reserved for Freshman students. She soon found Ema and asked her what was going on.

"Apparently, the Kalos Queen herself is coming here to give us a special lecture." Ema said to Lyna.

Lyna's eyes widened wondering if she heard that correctly as Dawn soon entered the hall and addressed the large crowd.

"Hello everyone. I know not everyone here is part of my original class but I appreciate you showing up nonetheless. Today, we will be hearing from a great performer, someone who is not only respected as a Pokemon Coordinator and an actress, but is in fact the current Kalos Queen. Please give it up for my friend, Serena Yvonne!"

The class soon clapped as Serena entered the lecture hall and soon gave a huge hug to Dawn before turning around and addressing the class.

"Hello, it is an honor to meet you all. Dawn has told me all about how much you all are progressing at being performers and that makes me so happy to hear. I remember how I felt at my first showcase and how nervous I felt. But over time I began to feel more and more comfortable and I want to make sure you guys will feel the same way when you eventually become performers."

The class once again clapped though Lyna could have sworn that Serena was looking at her when she made the address.

"Now does anyone have any questions for Serena while we still have here?" Dawn asked.

Several questions from the class were asked as Serena answered them all before deciding to end the class with a special performance.

Serena soon took center stage as she soon sent out her Delphox who appeared next to her. Serena soon began to dance as Delphox used Mystical Fire to surround Serena in beautifully wrapped flames. Serena jumped into the air as a mysterious soon appeared behind her, which eventually revealed itself to be her Mega Absol as he appeared before her as the flames died down.

Although the performance was short, it was still beautiful done and made everyone, especially Lyna realize what they should aspire to be.

"Man, you sure do know how to surprise me Serena."

Dawn laughed a bit as she sat in her office chair while she was drinking a bit of iced coffee. Serena was sitting across from her also drinking some iced coffee. On the floor, Delphox, Absol and Piplup were eating food from their bowls as both old friends talked about what was going on in the current lives.

"Well I was going to tell you guys I found the Absolite but it slipped my mind when me and Ash went to Kitakami." Serena said to Dawn.

Dawn laughed a bit as Piplup soon tried to sneak some food for himself but Absol stopped him making him pout.

"Speaking of you and Ash, have your figured out what you want to do for the wedding?" Dawn asked as she set her coffee down.

"Yeah Ash has decided on his groomsmen with Cilan, Clemont, Kiawe, Gary and Goh being them and Brock being his best man. As for me I have decided to make you, May, Misty, Chloe and Iris my bridesmaids while Shauna is my maid of honor." Serena said to Dawn telling her the wedding cast that they have decided on.

Dawn smiled as she was glad to be part of the wedding cast. Suddenly there was a knock on the door as a girl who looked to be around 16 years old entered the room.

"Professor, may I come in?" The girl asked.

"Yes Yumi you can. Serena, this is Yumi Agaia, she is a sophomore that I am personally tutoring as a coordinator. Yumi, you know who my friend right?" Dawn said as she introduced both of them to each other.

Yumi nodded as she introduced herself to Serena and told Dawn that the performance stage in the lecture hall was a bit burned from Serena's small performance there.

"Thank you Yumi, I will fix that immediately. You may go." Dawn said to her.

Yumi nodded as she left.

"She seems like a dependable student." Serena said to her.

"Yeah she looks out for the younger students whenever trouble arises so she is really indispensable. But that being said, I need to go know and take care of the stage you accidentally burned." Dawn said getting up to her.

As Dawn left, Serena also decided to go outside and clear her head as ran into someone she didn't expect to see.

After the lecture, Lyna decided to go to one of the practice fields and try a new combination with her Fennekin and Swablu that she been inspired by after seeing Serena's performance earlier.

Although she was still in the tournament, she considered this be much more important than the next opponent she was battling.

However, she was having no luck getting the combination the way she wanted and she was getting frustrated, something that her Pokemon could obviously see.

"Having trouble?" A unknown voice said behind her.

Lyna soon turned around and saw Serena walking up to her and gave her a gentle smile.

"Yeah you could say that. Oh sorry about the casual greeting Miss Yvonne!" Lyna said to her quickly after realizing her mistake.

"It is fine, I don't mind. That being said I couldn't help but notice that you were having trouble your combination." Serena said to her.

"Was I really that obvious?" Lyna asked as she sighed.

Soon her Fennekin and Swablu soon came to her and nuzzled her trying to comfort her as Serena noticed the problem with her combination.

"I think I know why your combination isn't working why you want it." Serena said to her.

"Really why?" Lyna asked her.

"You are trying to force it, most performance combination happen when they are natural and free-flowing. So if you go with the flow then I am sure your combination that you are working on will work."

Lyna couldn't help but feel inspired hearing the advice given to her by Serena.

However before this nice moment could be continue, Lyna suddenly got a message on her phone.

Pulling it out, she saw that her next battle in the tournament… was going to be against Kenan.

Oh boy, so much for not being frustrated.
