"Sometimes I think that we waste our words and we waste our moments. And we don't take the time to say the things that are in our hearts when we have the chance."

"He likes music in the background. It seems to keep him happy and calm. Is you're mom still here.?" Brooke asked. As she made her way downstairs and back into the living room.

"She left. And left behind lunch. Which i guess is brunch now."

"So we know he has Peyton's love of music and her hair. What do you think he'll get from his father.?" Lucas asked.

"You mean his sperm donor. He knew about Peyton's pregnancy and wanted nothing to do with her. Having a biological link isn't making him a father." Brooke replied.

"I know that better then anyone but it doesn't change the fact."

"That Julian is the biological father and he has rights to Larry. Contact. Custody. I doubt he will care what Peyton wanted." Lucas stated matter of fact.

"That's why it's best for everyone if he doesn't know about Larry." Brooke replied.

Clothes over bros was her beloved fashion line. With this unplanned move to Tree Hill being a lasting situation.

Brooke knew she needed a space to a open a store.

Which is why when she found an empty store front nearby Red Bedroom Records. She knew she had to take it.

Businesses came and went in this town. But this location was perfect. It was already painted in colors she liked. Spacious. There was even racks waiting. Just missing her clothes. Natural light.

"Are you Brooke Davis.?" An older woman asked.

"I am. And you are.?" Brooke asked.

"The former owner of this store. When i heard you were back in town. I knew i had to make sure we meet. This is you're place now. Peyton purchased it for you." She explained.

"Thank you for letting me know." Brooke replied.

Lucas smiled warmly as he carefully placed down.

Larry in his carseat. On the table at the seating area.

"This is my second home or third home if i take into account the cafe. I grew up playing basketball here with my friends."

"I hope you can make unforgettable memories one day."

"I'll teach you how to play basketball when you get older."

"We'll start with catch first." Lucas said.
