The next morning, Taffyta waited outside Honeys hive, honeys store in district 1. She was all bundled up for the cold weather and patiently waited in her car. Around 9 am, honey finally approached her store, clutching her purse and shivering as she pulled a key out of her coat pocket. Taffyta then exited her car and approached her.
"Mayor muttonfudge, what a surprise. What are you doing here?" Honey asked
"I need to talk to you about something important. But let's not do it out here, you're freezing" said Taffyta
"Guess I'll never get used to the cold weather like I probably should" said Honey as she unlocked her doors
"Why don't we go to your office, I have hot cocoa and coffee with me in my car" said Taffyta
Honey agreed and led Taffyta to her office. Honey placed her purse on her desk and put her coat on her chair. Upon drinking Taffytas cocoa, she sighed in relief as her body warmed.
"That coat looks new, it's not keeping you warm?" Taffyta asked
"It does, but it's been very windy this morning and I had to walk here, my car heater is broken so I had to drop it off for repairs. But I know you're not here because of my car. What do you want?" Honey asked
"What? I can't see a friend?" Taffyta asked
"I'm not your friend" honey pointed out
"Ok. Look I need to talk to you about-
"If this is about the tax for empire day it's in the mail" said Honey
"No it's not that" said Taffyta
"Look if you're here to get me to drop out of the mayoral run, it's not gonna-
"I'm not here for that either. I'm here because of Rancis. We used to be good friends but we fell out of touch. You however are close to him, well you're the only person I know personally who's close to him. I was wondering-
"You want me to arrange some kind of meeting with him for you. Why? What's in it for me? You know I don't like you" said Honey
"I'm the mayor and I order you to-
"Only the royals get to boss me around, not you" said Honey
"Right, that's not in my power. Well how about this, you won't ever have to pay the tax to not celebrate empire day ever again" said Taffyta
"Yeah, no. You're gonna have to do a lot better than that" said Honey
"What? Don't tell me you actually like paying that to me"
"Taffyta, I'm a billionaire, 500 credits is nothing to me" said Honey
"Billionaire? How on earth are you a billionaire? You have only this 1 store"
"I invest in different very profitable companies, and it pays me well. Tappers, inventors hall, energex, Kuat drive yards, sienar fleet-
"Kuat and sienar? I thought you hated the empire" said Taffyta
"I do, but investing in their companies is the easiest money I can make. I make millions a month just on investing in them. How I can afford that is my own business. I invest in every major shipyard in this game" said Honey
"Well, what do you want?" Taffyta asked
"Well, I'd like some free advertising for one thing" said Honey
"That's all you want from me? Free advertising? Deal" said Taffyta
"I may ask for other things later, but for right now, I dont know what they are. Mmm this cocoa is good, so's the coffee. Well I'll try to arrange something, but right now I have to get to work. Lucy's droids should be here to pick up her weekly rations any minute" said Honey
Taffyta grabbed her own purse and coat and began walking out, pushing aside a battle droid.
"Out of my way, tin can" Taffyta rudely told the droid
"Hey, that's just rude. What have I ever done to you?" The droid asked her
Honey kept her promise, and with a little convincing, convinced Rancis to have lunch with Taffyta. Honey stood outside the castle the next day to let Taffyta inside. She saw her drive up, but she wasn't alone. With her were 2 large black droids with long arms and legs, with imperial crests on their shoulders, imperial KX security droids.
"Nice you showed up, but you brought them?" Honey asked
"They are my protection" said Taffyta
"Lucy's droids will keep you safe" said Honey
"Please, imperial droids are much more armored and protected than a separatist droid" said Taffyta as she walked inside
Honey merely rolled her eyes and followed her inside. As she led Taffyta to the dining room, Lucy came running and laughing towards them. She bumped into one of the security droids and got a look of fright. One of the droids even grabbed her and held her high
"Traitor to the empire"
"Taffyta, tell your droid not to hurt her" honey pleaded
"Put her down, she's not a threat"
The droid slammed Lucy to the ground, causing Lucy to glitch into a nearby room in fright. Honey grabbed Taffyta by the collar of her coat
"That wasn't very nice" said Honey sternly
"She is breathing, isn't she?" A droid asked
"Apologize, now!" Honey demanded
"Not my problem if they just follow their programming. Now let me go" Taffyta demanded
"Not until you promise to-
The other droid grabbed honey and punch her in the stomach in response before slamming her into the wall.
"Imperial technology, love it" said Taffyta
Taffyta and the droids walked away. Honey growled and went to comfort Lucy.
"I'm sorry they did that to you. I didn't know Taffyta would bring them" said Honey
"My head and legs hurt, a lot" said Lucy
"Don't worry, I have a medpack for the legs" said Honey
She reached into her purse and pulled a small red medpack and held Lucy's legs together, letting the pack absorb into her legs to heal her before doing the same with her head.
"Thanks miss Honey" said Lucy
"Your welcome. Now I gotta make sure Taffyta doesn't hurt your father" said Honey as she walked away
"Can't believe my daddy was friends with her once" Lucy mumbled
