Hello everyone again, I'm back with another chapter. Let's try to be as intriguing as possible. I'm stoked for this.
The next day.
Rin woke up, she saw Len still asleep on the floor, he certainly had a great night.
"He looks just as adorable as when he was a toddler!" Rin thought.
Rin picked Len up on her left shoulder and slammed him on the couch, the impact woke Len up.
"W-what was that?" Len was confused.
"Nothing you sleepyhead, just wanted to wake you up." Rin giggled.
"It wasn't funny in the slightest." Len said in an annoyed voice.
"Speak for yourself." Rin replied.
"Still, last night was unbelievably good." Len said.
"Absolutely was." Rin said.
"I don't think the next few days are gonna be as great." Len's voice got less enthusiastic.
"Don't worry Len, I'm sure Kaito and Meiko will be back soon." Rin comforted him.
"I'm hungry." Len needed breakfast.
"So am I, don't worry they left us with enough money to get breakfast for the next few days." Rin told him.
"They're such great people." Len said, the siblings were so grateful for Kaito and Meiko.
"I'm going outside to get some breakfast, you want some banana bread? Don't you?" Rin said.
"I'd love some banana bread." Len got excited.
"Well, my dear brother has spoken, I'll bring some banana bread and we'll have a lovely breakfast." Rin smiled.
Rin went to the bathroom, washed her face, picked a throat lozenge and ate it, wore her brown coat because it was cold, and went outside.
Rin was very close to the supermarket. She had a couple of choices in her mind for their breakfast. Just then, she saw a hooded figure wearing black approaching her. She wasn't sure what this person wanted from her. She couldn't see their face because they had it hidden behind the hood.
"Rin Kagamine, it's been a while since we've met last time." The figure said.
"Y-you..." Rin recognized the voice, she may be not able to see the face, but she could never forget that voice in a billion years.
"Yes, me." the figure confirmed her identity.
"B-but, you're suppose to be in jail!" Rin was nervous now.
"You really thought a couple of metal bars could stop me?" The figure let out a sinister giggle.
"You killed my mom and dad! Don't expect me to just stand here!" Rin went to attack her but her parents' killer started to run away.
Rin started chasing her, as the chase was ending, she lead Rin to an empty street.
"You're going behind bars again!" Rin yelled.
"Not at all, but you're certainly going somewhere you don't want." The woman told Rin.
Rin didn't realized as she was hit in the head by a baseball bat by someone else from behind. Rin was knocked unconcious and fell on the ground.
"Thanks Fukase." The woman said to the man who knocked Rin unconsious.
"Don't mention it IA." Fukase said back.
IA looked at Rin.
"You took two years of my life away from me, I'll make sure that the two years that I spent in jail will be heavenly compared what we're gonna do to you!" IA shouted at the unconsious Rin.
It had been two hours since Rin had left the house for breakfast. Len was worried now, the supermarket wasn't that far away. There had to be a reason why Rin still wasn't back. He wasn't gonna wait any longer, he had to know why Rin still wasn't back yet. He took his jacket and went outside to look for his sister. After walking for a while, he reached the supermarket and went inside. He approached the cashier, they knew eachother and he was just the proper person to ask Rin about.
"Hello Len! What do you want today?" The cashier greeted him.
"Did Rin arrived here?" Len asked him.
"No, I've been looking at the door since we opened today and Rin never arrived." He told Len.
"That can't be, Rin should be here, we always get our food from here." Len was getting upset.
"Sorry, I haven't seen her." The cashier told him.
Len went outside the supermarket, he was concerned and hoping for the best. He started asking everyone outside about whether they've seen Rin or not and most of them were not giving any answers he was looking for. Then finally, he asked an old man.
"Have you seen a blonde woman in her mid to late twenties anywhere near?" Len said.
"I have actually, she was chasing someone in a hood and they kinda just went away." The old man told him.
"She's my sister! Could you guess where she is now?" Len asked.
"No idea." The old man honestly said.
"Why would Rin chase some hooded figure?" Len didn't understood.
Rin was laying unconsious on the floor. She could've been knocked cold for hours more, but IA came there and threw some water on her face to wake her up.
"W-where am I?" Rin felt the water hitting her face.
"You're now where I work." IA said with an evil smile.
"You witch! Where exactly are we!" Rin yelled at her.
Suddenly, a tall man came who looked very intimidating, Rin was scared.
"This is my base." The tall man answered.
"Who in the world are you?" Rin was scared.
"My name is Big AL, I'm the boss of this gang." He told her.
"What do you want from me?" Rin asked in a scared voice.
"Is it true that you outwrestled IA, stabbed her in her leg, and then help getting her arrested?" He asked.
"Yes, I got her arrested." Rin told him.
He giggled "You're exactly what I needed."
Hell fucking yeah! I'm so proud of this chapter. This is like the proudest I've been for a chapter in so long. See you guys next time.
